Democrats On A Roll as Precinct Ground-Game Event #2 Was A Huge Success; PGG Event #3 Will Be Held on Saturday, July 14, 2018

Democrats Are On A Roll As Precinct Ground-Game Event #2 Was A Huge Sucess Says Aubrey R. Taylor, Publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper

ANALYSIS BY AUBREY R. TAYLOR

In case you missed it, on Monday, June 18, 2018, William “Bill” McLeod’s Precinct Ground Game (PGG) Event #2 went down at The Tomball/North Houston/Spring/ Woodlands Klein ISD Multipurpose Center located at 7500 Farm to Market 2920, Klein, TX 77379.  I didn't make it in person but judging from the photos and videos I've seen Precinct Ground-Game #2 was a huge success. In case you don't know William "Bill" McLeod, he's a 2018 Democratic candidate running for Harris County Civil Court at Law #4. And nope, he's not doing this alone, Democratic candidates from up and down the ballot (and the Harris County Democratic Party leaders) are becoming more involved and passionate about making William "Bill" McLeod's vision become a reality. And from what I can see, Precinct Chairs, Captains, Community Leaders, Activist, and Volunteers are getting into the act as well. All I can say is "WOW" these guys are doing their thing! I mean, these guys are meeting, engaging one another, mobilizing, and working together for a positive change! Isn't that JUST AWESOME? Sure, William "Bill" McLeod's goal is a lofty one; but from what I can see he's well on his way to achieving it. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

THE NEXT PRECINCT GROUND-GAME EVENT

On Saturday, July 14, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: William “Bill” McLeod’s Precinct Ground Game (PGG) Event #3 will go down at The Channelview Holiday Inn Houston East-Channelview located at 16311 East Freeway, Channelview, TX 77530. Please (CLICK HERE) if you would like to attend the next event.

Attorney William "Bill" McLeod will be seeking to beat Republican (nominee) Sophia Mafrige in the race for Judge, Harris County Civil Court at Law #4 on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Early voting will begin on Monday, October 22, 2018, and end on Friday, November 2, 2018

MAKING CHANGE FROM THE BOTTOM UP

Bill a proud Democrat, who at first glance just appears to be running a conventional campaign. BUT when I dug into his story his campaign is being built on volunteerism, activism and connecting all of the ground players together, which has a much greater upside. Bill is not just running for a judicial bench that covers all of Harris County. In my opinion, Bill is transforming the process and the importance of the ground game, mobilizing Precinct Chairs, Volunteers and Activists in our communities to be up front and center working together. In my opinion, these groups are the ones who are making victories possible. Bill is not just building teams throughout Harris County to move voters to the polls he is building an army of Democrats, who will be transformed into Generational Voters.

WILLIAM “Bill” MCLEOD 2018 AND BEYOND...

Bill is not looking in any rear-view mirror to see how Harris County Polities works. He is full steam ahead with his skilled volunteer team focused on 2018. They have scheduled (9) nine “PRECINCT GROUND GAME” #PGG, EVENTS all across Harris County scheduled to happen before the 2018 General Election, on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 -- with the 10th Precinct Ground Game Event serving as a "WATCH PARTY". Imagine being afforded the opportunity to spend (5) hours with this workforce nine times across Harris County, who are making the difference at the polls! In my opinion, the opportunity to build and cultivate lasting relationships that will empower an “army” of people to get out into the streets, door knocking across Harris County bringing information to thousands of Democratic homes that are craving for knowledge, that will be quenched by a door hanging bag. Now imagine, the pride these “EMPOWERED VOLUNTEERS” are going to experience as they see their fruits of the Labor realized at the PGG watch party on ELECTION NIGHT, Tuesday, Nov 6, 2018.

A FEW HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATS

A FEW DEMOCRATS YOU SHOULD GET TO KNOW BETWEEN NOW AND TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2018

Lupe Valdez is the 2018 Democrat nominee for Governor of Texas. Valdez won a tough runoff election over fellow Democrat Andrew White to earn the right to challenge Governor Greg Abbott in the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Gubernatorial Election for the State of Texas. In case you don’t remember, Lupe Valdez finished first in a stellar field of Democrat Gubernatorial hopefuls including, James Jolly Clark, Cedrick Davis, Sr., Joe Mumbach, Adrian Oceguenda, Jeffrey Payne, Tom Wakely, Andrew White, and Grady Yarbrough back in the Tuesday, March 6, 2018, Democratic Primary. The total number of Democrat voters who cast ballots back in the Democratic Primary was 1,022,558 statewide. Comparatively speaking, 1,549,006 ballots were cast back in the Tuesday, March 6, 2018, Republican Primary according to numbers posted by the Texas Secretary of State. But keep in mind that Texas had more than 15,249,541 (yes, that's fifteen million) registered voters on the books and a population of more than 19,900,980 people above the legal age to vote at the time that the 2018 Democratic Primary Election took place. Those are staggering numbers considering only, a little over a million voters actually cast ballots (statewide) in the Democratic Primary back in March. So, relatively speaking, Tuesday, November 6, 2018, should be more about whether (THE DEMOCRATS) or (THE REPUBLICANS) will inspire more voters to go to the polls to cast a ballot -- rather than which party rules Texas.
