HCDP Chairman is Stepping Down on February 28, 2023; Governor Greg Abbott is Considering New Elections for Harris County

Lillie Schechter, the former Harris County Democratic Party Chairman had plans for Odus Evbagharu when she pulled strings and endorsed him to succeed her as chairman of the HCDP. Now, to be fair to Lillie Schechter, I don't know how much she actually knew about the plan Odus Evbagharu, and Camille Foster had already hatched to try and enrich themselves and others by operating a Political Action Committee (PAC) right out of state Senator Borris Miles's Insurance Agency that's located at 4302 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas. ON ANOTHER NOTE: Governor Greg Abbott is considering the possibility of ordering a new election for Harris County, Texas, after the serious debacle that took place back on November 8, 2022, that has made it impossible for anyone to ascertain the true results of many of the local races. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the article that was published in Newsweek yesterday.

STRANGE BEDFELLOWS

Melanie Miles Bazil, Melanie Miles, Melanie Flowers has her sights set on becoming the next Houston City Council Member for At-Large Position #1, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. However, what most folks don't know is that she ran for judge of the 257th Family District Court as Melanie Flowers, from the Republican side of the aisle and lost back during the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Midterm Election. She also ran for 247th Family District Court back during the 2014 Midterm Election and was rejected. After being rejected by voters on the Republican side of the aisle, Melanie decided to switch to the Democratic Party by running for the Harris County Democratic Party Precinct Chairman for “PRECINCT #0140” seat using the name Melanie Miles Flowers and defeated Verlinda J. Higgins, a life-long Democrat. That being said, Melanie Miles and Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats were cooking up a scheme to form what was going to be called the Texas Alliance Black Political Action Committees (PACs), which was being created to impact local and statewide elections during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle, and the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election cycle, before their efforts were disrupted by former FBI Investigative specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler, who was working on assignment for Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, to uncover and expose corruption in Harris County, Texas. You can "CLICK HERE" to verify this fact.

HCDP Chairman is Stepping Down on February 28, 2023; Governor Greg Abbott is Considering New Elections for Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’ve been trying to tell everyone who would listen in the highest ranks of government on the national level; to my contacts on the state level, and some of the good people I know on the local level, that something went desperately wrong in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

Now, while many folks are focusing on the ballot shortages, and voter suppression, the problems we faced in Harris County are much broader than not supplying polling locations with the supplies they needed to run a smooth operation on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas. That being said, please understand that there is absolutely no way that Harris County Commissioners Rodney Ellis (Precinct One), and Adrian Garcia (Precinct Two), should have ever certified the flawed canvass report that was presented to them by Clifford Tatum, the new Harris County Elections Administrator in the first place.

For starters, a reliable source told me that Clifford Tatum was elevated to the finalist spot by someone on Commissioners Court. While I have many suspicions, I’m not sure at this point if the culprit was Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Commissioner Adrian Garcia, or Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. However, someone pulled so strings to get Clifford Tatum, the ‘Kangol’ hat-wearing Harris County Elections Administrator selected to run the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election – but why?

On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, Governor Greg Abbott alluded to the fact that the ballot paper shortages experienced in Harris County, Texas, “may have altered the outcome of the elections,” in a tweet. He went on to say, “It may necessitate new elections.”

“It WILL necessitate new LAWS that prevent Harris Co. from ever doing this again,” he explained. But what is Gov. Abbott talking about? Well, in case you haven’t heard, KHOU 11 recently conducted an investigation and discovered that it wasn’t 46 to 68, polling places that didn’t receive the ballot paper needed; but it has now been revealed through the KHOU 11 investigation that 121 voting centers may have been impacted. And believe me when I tell you that the problems experienced in Harris County, Texas go well beyond ballot paper.

My investigative team and I discovered that the problems that spilled over into the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas actually started back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic and Republican Primary elections.

If you remember, (Democrat) Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, publicly stated that her fellow (Democrat) Kim Ogg, the Harris County District Attorney, conspired with Republicans to try and help Alexandra del Moral Mealer, defeat her. Do you remember Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo making that claim?

“It’s okay to politically disagree with someone, it’s okay to decide to ally yourself with the opposite party,” said Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, in a press conference she held on May 17, 2022.

She went on say, “For whatever reason, she’s just not an ally,” speaking of her fellow Democrat Kim Ogg. But what was County Judge Lina Hidalgo talking about?

“It’s no coincidence this is happening in the middle of my re-election campaign, that in and of itself should make it very clear that it’s politically motivated, that it’s meant to destruct, destroy to harm my campaign, to harm distract me,” said Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.

“It’s very clear she’s doing this. It’s very clear she has an agenda, and that agenda is political,” said Lina Hidalgo as she was staring down the possibility of being indicted for her role in her infamous, $11 million dollar “COVID OUTREACH CONTRACT” debacle, which resulted in three of her staffers being indicted by a Harris County Grand Jury.

Do you remember when Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo stated, “I expect this political exercise to continue through Election Day. She’ll have me indicted. Or name a “special prosecutor”—an illusion of independence since those are still beholden to the DA. She did that before in a political prosecution that went nowhere. I’m not deterred.” Anyways, Hidalgo went on to publicly declare, “That agenda is not an objective search for truth, it’s some sort of search and destroy mission.”

"ODUS STEPPING DOWN."

Odus Evbagharu has announced that he’s relinquishing his position as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, and treasurer after he’s already run the Harris County Democratic Party into the ground. As I’ve been trying to tell everyone who would listen, this Odus Evbagharu guy was bad news from the very beginning. He actually believed that he was going to use the unpaid position of Harris County Democratic Party Chair to enrich himself, and a few of the people who helped him gain the ‘unpaid’ position. How do I know? Well, he and his girl Camille Foster didn’t suspect that anyone was watching the plan that they had hatched together.

The plan that was hatched by Odus Evbagharu, when he was serving as the chief of staff, for state Rep. John Rosenthal (HD-135), and Camille Foster as the chief of staff for state Senator Borris Miles (Senate District 13, was well underway, before former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler got hot on their trails, and foiled their efforts.

Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster had already set up their “BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC” by obtaining their filing number (0803916472), and their tax identification number (0803916472) as well.

Based on their January 28, 2021, filing the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC” was supposed to have (3) three Corporate Officers (Odus Erhahon Evbagaru) who were all supposed to serve as directors. Rumen Evbagahur was supposed to also serve as a director. And Camille Lasin Foster was listed as the registered agent, and one of the directors, along with Odus, and Rumen.

Remember, Odus Evbagharu, and Camille Foster, created the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC” back on January 28, 2021, and less than two months later, on March 4, 2021, Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats announced that Melanie Miles, the ex-wife of state Senator Borris L. Miles (Senate District 13) was going to head up a historic initiative that was being organized.

So, while Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster were cooking up their scheme involving a (PAC) Political Action Committee, Carroll G. Robinson and Melanie Miles, the ex-wife of state Senator Borris Miles were cooking up a scheme to create a statewide Texas Alliance Black Political Action Committees (PACs), that was being created to impact local and statewide election during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle, and the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election cycle, before their efforts were disrupted by former FBI Investigative specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler, who was working on assignment for Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, to uncover and expose corruption in Harris County, Texas.

Again, once their efforts were exposed by my investigative team, Carroll Robinson, Odus Evbagharu, Camille Foster, and Melanie Miles seemingly abandoned their efforts to create their statewide Texas Alliance of Black Political Action Committees from what I’ve gathered. However, we will be keeping a watchful eye on these four individuals even though Odus Evbagharu is stepping down, as the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, on February 28, 2023, just in time for the HCDP to elect a new chairman, before the 2024 Presidential Election cycle really heats up.

On Sunday, March 19, 2023, the Harris County Democratic Party will hold an election and choose a new chairman who will lead them forward into the future. That being said, my only hope is that the person chosen to lead the party forward will be someone who values and respects my people.

Charles "Chuck" Marler a former FBI Investigative Specialist was working on an assignment for Aubrey R.  The man you see in the middle of these two Democratic women is John Robert Behrman. Now, John Robert Behrman was forced to resign his position as the Executive Committeeman for Precinct #39 – with the Harris County Democratic Party, for what some Democrats called racist comments he made about Odus Evbagharu, a Nigerian immigrant (who claims to be a British/American citizen), prior to Odus Evbagharu being selected to succeed Lillie Schechter as chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

WARNING WAS IGNORED

John Robert Behrman was forced to resign his position as the Executive Committeeman for Precinct #39 – with the Harris County Democratic Party, for what some Democrats called racist comments he made about Odus Evbagharu, a Nigerian immigrant (who claims to be a British/American citizen), prior to Odus Evbagharu being selected as the HCDP Chairman.

“I doubt either of Lillie’s Nigerians will be inspirational or even competent leaders,” said John Robert Behrman. And he was right on point. Odus Evbagharu is the worst thing that has ever happened to the Harris County Democratic Party, in many respects.

----------------------------------------

Truer words have never been spoken. Remember those emails where John Robert Berhman said, ”Having gained solid majorities in municipal and county government. I am surprised that Democrats in Harris County are toying with the extinction of their own party, turning it over to Lillie Schechter’s Nigerians.”

----------------------------------------

John Robert Berhman went on to say, “I find it disturbing but not that surprising that Lillie Schechter is delivering two Nigerian Immigrants as her successors as Chair of the Harris County Democratic Party to be elected at the June 27 meeting. This meeting is scheduled to be chaired by one of her sycophants, the ever-feckless Rose Salas.” Again, Robert Berhman was right on point about Odus Evbagharu, and his ability to lead the Harris County Democratic Party.

So, when you get right down to it, Odus Evbagharu must be ousted from his leadership position with the Harris County Democratic Party. If he doesn't resign, this incompetent dude must be voted out of office in the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary Election.

Someone must step up to the plate and run against Odus Evbagharu by signing up between Saturday, November 12, 2023, and the close on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:00 PM.

Odus Evbagharu (left), the Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, was serving as the chief of staff for "Democrat" State Rep. Jon Rosenthal (HD-135), in Texas when my investigative team got hot on his tracks. Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster (right) who serves as the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles (Senate District 13) in Texas were found to be up to something no good.

THE SHELL GAME

So, just for the record, the filing number for the “BUILDING BLACK BETTER PAC” is 0803916472 – according to public records. In case you’re wondering, the filing office link number is 1809791335 – just for the record. And the “STATE TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER” that was used to form the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC” is 32077604760 – just for the record. That being said, Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster, were about to play a "SERIOUS SHELL GAME" that included moving some serious money around in Harris County, Texas before my investigative team, got hot on their tracks.

The "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" was going to be governed by Odus Evbagharu, Rumen Evbagharu, and Camille Foster until their plot was uncovered by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler before they could get the money flowing to their Political Action Committee, and then possibly to other local political party bosses in Harris County, Texas.

Camille Foster and Odus Evbagharu were planning to run their "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" right out of state Senator Borris Miles's Senate District 13 Office that's located at 5302 Almeda, in Houston, Texas, 77004, before they got exposed by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, who uncovered their scheme to enrich themselves.

As you can see above, the State Senate Office for Borris Miles is located at 5302 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas 77004. Remember, this is the same address that Camille Foster listed in her capacity as director for the "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" when the political action committee was created.

Camille Foster, the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles, and Odus Evbagharu, the chief of staff for State Rep. Jon Rosenthal incorporated their Political Action Committee called "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" back on, Friday, January 8, 2021. So, just for the record, the filing number for the “BUILDING BLACK BETTER PAC” is 0803916472 – according to public records. In case you’re wondering, the filing office link number is 1809791335 – just for the record. And the “STATE TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER” that was used to form the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PACT” is 32077604760 – just for the record. However, once my lead private investigator, Charles "Chuck" Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist alerted me to their plan, I immediately published a special report on their plot, and they abandoned it.

Camille Foster is currently the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles. However, she and Odus Evbagharu, who was serving as the chief of staff for State Rep. Jon Rosenthal hatched a plan to get in on the "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE GAME" back prior to Odus Evbagharu becoming the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman. What you have to remember about the position of Harris County Democratic Party Chairman is that it's an "UNPAID" position.

State Senator Borris L. Miles believes in his mind, that he's some sort of "POLITICAL GODFATHER" and the son of Sunnyside, the historic Black neighborhood where he grew up. Now, as of late, state Senator Miles has been doing a pretty good job fighting for his constituents. However, in the past, He was considered to be a shadowy figure that wielded his power with an iron fist.
