AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
State Rep. Jarvis Johnson and his team are masters in using absentee mail ballots to win low-voter turnout elections. Therefore, even though my investigative team and I have paused our investigations, we’re closely monitoring what’s happening with the “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” in the ongoing Saturday, May 4, 2024, Uniform and Special Elections.
A review of the data associated with the Saturday, May 4, 2024, Unform & Special Election seems to indicate that Harris County voters are disinterested. However, the disinterest of African American voters in “DEMOCRATIC STRONGHOLDS” like Sunnyside and Acres Homes is very concerning.
The first sign that there’s a problem in the (HCAD) Harris Central Appraisal District election is that the Nottingham Park Building location, which is a “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLD,” is turning out more early voters than the Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center and the Acres Homes Multi-Service Center, which are both “DEMOCRATIC STRONGHOLDS” in Harris County, Texas.
For the record, 908 in-person votes were cast at the Nottingham Park Building between Monday, April 22, 2024, and Saturday, April 27, 2024. Comparatively speaking, only 515 in-person votes were cast at the Acres Homes Multi-Service Center location, and only 316 in-person votes were cast at the Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center location.
The Acres Homes Multi-Service Center and Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center locations are the strongest “BLACK DEMOCRATIC STRONGHOLDS” in Harris County, Texas.
If Nottingham Park voters can nullify Sunnyside and Acres Homes voters in the fall, Democrats will have difficulty holding control of Harris County, Texas. Trouble could arise once places like Kingwood and Katy come to play ball.
“LEADING THE WAY.”
As usual, the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center leads the way with 1,822 in-person votes. From what I can tell, many voters turning out to vote at “WEST GRAY” heavily favor Molly Cook over Jarvis Johnson in the race for State Senate District 15. This makes Molly Cook's run for State Senate District 15 a lot more competitive than her run on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Democratic Party Primary.
“THE MAIL BALLOTS.”
As of today, Sunday, 38,196 absentee mail ballots have been mailed out to voters who requested to vote by absentee mail ballot. But what’s interesting is that, with only 4 days left to vote, only 13,446 absentee mail ballots have been returned to the Harris County Clerk’s Office.
On Monday, April 22, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 10,858 absentee mail ballots.
On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 58 absentee mail ballots.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 762 absentee mail ballots.
On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 644 absentee mail ballots.
On Friday, April 26, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 579 absentee mail ballots.
On Saturday, April 27, 2024, the Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) reported receiving 545 absentee mail ballots.
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
Where are all the absentee mail ballots that were requested? If over 38,196 absentee mail ballots were requested, why have only 13,446 been returned so far? Don’t forget that the polls will be open today (Sunday, April 28, 2024) from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for registered voters who have not voted already.
Again, if you live inside the boundaries of Senate District 15, I strongly encourage you to vote for Molly Cook in the State Senate District 15 race. Bill Frazer is the right choice in the (HCAD) At-Large #1 race. Kyle Scott is the right choice in the (HCAD) At-Large #2 race. And in the (HCAD) At-Large #3 race, Ericka McCrutcheon is the candidate worth your vote.

Polls are open at noon and close at 7pm today; only 13,446 of the 38,196 Absentee Mail Ballots Requested have been returned
Molly Cook (left) is the underdog in the Saturday, May 4, 2024, Unform and Special Election race for State Senate District 15. However, the Houston Business Connections Newspaper has endorsed her. She is now running a much stronger race than State Rep. Jarvis Johnson. As for Jerry Rodriguez (second from right), our client running for Harris County Constable for Precinct 5, is the underdog in the upcoming Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Democratic Party Primary, but his campaign is picking up steam. You can "CLICK HERE" to see our "OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT SLATE" for Saturday, May 4, 2024, and Tuesday, May 28, 2024, before going to the polls to cast your vote.
Only 13,446 absentee mail ballots were received during the first six days of early voting. Remember, an astonishing 10,858 were cast on the first day of early voting. Since then, only 2,588 have been cast after Aubrey R. Taylor Communications began talking about the mail ballot totals. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the "EARLY VOTING RETURNS" for Monday, April 22, 2024, through Saturday, April 27, 2024.
