Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare (Democrat) has lived up to his billing since taking over the District Attorney's Office from Kim Ogg's Administration. While we still have a long way to go before the 2028 Presidential Election, Tear appears to be worth his weight in gold, as the first few months of his administration has been centered around cleaning up the mess left behind by his fellow Democrat (turned Republican) Kim Ogg, and her surrogates like Vivian King, who committed "PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT" and other crimes while serving as the chief of staff, and First Assistant District Attorney in Kim Ogg's Administration. While the process of seeking justice begins with Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare, the voters of Harris County, Texas, must place a greater emphasis on electing honest, fair, unbiased, impartial people as judges during the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election and 2028 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.

"DISPELLING MYTHS."
The myth that African Americans don't make "GREAT JUDGES" is false, and straight from the pit of hell, in my opinion. The 2025 Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) Judicial Evaluation Poll revealed that African American Democratic Criminal District Court male and female judges in Harris County have a very high approval rating, compared to their peers.
On the first question, "Does this judge demonstrate impartiality towards both the Defense and the State?" five local Democratic Criminal District Court African American judges made the top ten.
Judge Sedrick T. Walker, the presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law No. 11, finished first on the 2025 Judicial Evaluation Poll. Judge Melissa M. Morris, the presiding judge for the 263rd Criminal District Court, finished sixth on the 2025 Judicial Evaluation Poll. Judge Genesis Draper, the presiding judge for County Criminal District Court at Law No. 12, finished eighth on the 2025 Judicial Evaluation Poll. Judge Te'iva E. Bell, the presiding judge for the 339th Criminal District Court, finished ninth. And Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas, rounded out the top ten.
Speaking of Judge DaSean Jones, the "RE-DO ELECTION" between him and his Republican challenger, Tami C. Pierce, that was scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025, has been canceled. Early voting was set to begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, but the race for the 180th Criminal District Court will not be on the ballot.

"BLACK GIRL MAGIC."
Since 2018, when the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" phenomenon swept through Harris County, Texas, it appears that white males were systematically targeted and victims of discriminatory voting patterns between the 2018 Midterm and the 2020 Presidential Election. During the 2022 Midterm Election through the 2024 Presidential Election, it appears that "BLACK JUDGES" with ethnic sounding names began to get targeted by using their 'ethnic sounding names' as a distinguishing factor.
There is no place for discrimination, racism, sexism, or any other type of "ism" in politics. Our number one focus in Harris County, Texas, going forward into the 2026 Midterm Election, must become to identify the perpetrators who are sowing seeds of discord and eradicate them from the positions of authority they hold.
Our Criminal Justice System is supposed to be independent, fair, unbiased, and impartial. Our judges are supposed to be more like umpires, rather than players in the political game, when they're on their judicial bench. Criminal Court judges must be competent, knowledgeable, and possess the ability to interpret the law and apply the law in a blindfold manner.
The judges we elect, or choose to re-elect in the 2026 Midterm Election and 2028 Presidential Election, must be strong, brave, courageous, and possess the backbone and will to stand strong against anyone who endeavors to intimidate, bully, or threaten to run someone against them when they seek re-election.

Judge Sedrick T. Walker, II (Democrat), should be the pride of Harris County, Texas. This outstanding judge had 100% of the lawyers who are members of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) declare that he is the class of the field when it comes to being fair and impartial inside his County Criminal Court at Law No. 11, Courtroom. Judge Walker will be up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Election and should not be challenged by any of his fellow Democrats in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary, when he seeks the nomination.

Judge Peyton Peebles is a "REPUBLICAN JUDGE" and is highly respected by the lawyers and prosecutors who enter his 497th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Peyton Peebles was appointed to the bench by Governor Greg Abbott on January 7, 2025, for a term that expires on December 31, 2026. Judge Peebles must seek the Republican nomination in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Harris County Republican Party Primary.

Judge DaSean Jones is a "DEMOCRAT JUDGE" and is highly respected by the lawyers and prosecutors who enter his 180th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge DaSean Jones will be running for re-election in the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary and should be allowed to run unopposed for the nomination.

Judge Shannon Baldwin is a "DEMOCRAT JUDGE" and is highly respected by the lawyers and prosecutors who enter her Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 4 in Harris County, Texas. Judge Shannon Baldwin will be running for re-election in the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary and should be allowed to run unopposed for the nomination.

Judge Katherine N. Thomas is a "DEMOCRAT JUDGE" and is respected by many of the lawyers and prosecutors who enter her 184th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Katherine N. Thomas will be running for re-election in the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary.

Vivian King (bottom right) is an African American female who has demonstrated she has no business serving as a judge. What this corrupt former First Assistant Prosecutor nearly pulled off during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary and 2024 Presidential Election in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court is a perfect example of why the Harris County Republican Party must run candidates in every "DOWNBALLOT JUDICIAL RACE" during the 2026 Midterm Election and 2028 Presidential Election, in Harris County, Texas.

Vivian King (Democrat) received 718,252 votes, for 49.58% of the vote on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the race for District Judge, 486th Criminal District Court. By the grace of God, Judge Aaron Burdette (Republican) received 730,432 votes, for 50.42%, to defeat his Democratic challenger, Vivian King who was the most corrupt, vile, despicable, untrustworthy, "DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL" candidate running on the entire Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Presidential Election ballot in Harris County, Texas.

Vivian King (Democrat) managed to slither and squirm past two duly qualified African American male Democratic candidates during last year's Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. Both African American males had already signed up to run for the 486th Criminal District Court before Vivian King jumped into the race on 12/07.2023, right before the 12/11/2023 filing deadline to have her name appear on the ballot in the Democratic Party Primary. Why did Vivian King choose to run for the 486th Criminal District Court? Vivian King signed up to run for the 486th Criminal District Court (in part) because she wanted to make sure that she could rule over the (CAUSE NO. 1842517) and curry favor with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and her mortgage broker, Gerald Womack.

Vivian King, the Democratic nominee for the 486th Criminal District Court, is an alleged "H-TOWN-DRUNK" and at one point allegedly tried to convince her ex-husband, who is a former prizefighter, to beat up Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. She also, according to sources, reportedly tried to get her ex-husband wrongfully convicted of assaulting her. This lying, conniving, low-life of a woman is also the person who intervened in the criminal matter where her real estate broker (Gerald Womack) assaulted Aubrey R. Taylor on Monday, October 23, 2023.

Gerald Womack and Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, moved in unison on Saturday, December 7, 2023. Instead of turning over the security tapes, recordings, and surveillance tapes after being issued a subpoena, Gerald Womack appears to have decided to have Vivian King (his client) run for the 486th Criminal District Court, according to sources. According to this source, a look at the phone records of Gerald Womack and Vivian King would provide greater detail into how and why Vivian King decided to allegedly use her influence at the DA's Office to intervene in the criminal matter that occurred at 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023.

Womack Development & Investment Realtor is the "LISTING BROKER" for Vivian King's home located at 2202 Alabama Street, in Houston, Texas 77004. Phone records could show that Gerald Womack and Vivian King, former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's chief of staff, coordinated their activities on Saturday, December 7, 2023, when Womack was supposed to answer a subpoena to appear at the offices of Jared Woodfill located at 3 Riverway, Suite 750, in Houston, Texas 77056.
- MOTION TO DISMISS -

The detailed "MOTION TO DISMISS" for Prosecutorial Misconduct" will give you a better idea of how Vivian King, the former First Assistant District Attorney (ADA), abused her power and conspired with the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and her campaign manager Gerald Womack to violate the civil rights of Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to view the "MOTION TO DISMISS" filed with the court.

- NOT CREDIBLE -
Vivian King is a low-down dirty scoundrel who the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court in Texas for criminal law matters, called "NOT CREDIBLE." The high court found that Vivian King provided ineffective assistance to her client and that the quality of her work was "deficient" in a case where her client received a life sentence. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to learn more about this "SKANK" who did not file the petition needed for her client, causing her client to get a life sentence in a Texas prison.

Vivian King is a low-dirty, slimy, sleazy skank who was rightfully rejected by the voters of Harris County, Texas, recently in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court. Take a moment to review the article that was written about this lying, conniving witch by "HOUSTON WATCH" in October 2022. You will realize that Vivian King should never be elected as a judge in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else in America.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Do you think it was a coincidence that Vivian King ran for the 486th Criminal District Court bench on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the Presidential Election? Nope, that snake had some evil intentions on her mind concerning me.
If you remember, Vivian King (Democrat) jumped into the race for the 486th Criminal District Court at the last possible opportunity to file, when there were already two African American male candidates in the race.
As a refresher, when Vivian King (Democrat) signed up to run for the 486th Criminal District Court, Gemayel Haynes (Democrat) and Roderick Rogers (Democrat) had already signed up to run for the bench in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary. However, because Vivian King was on an assignment to make sure she sent me to prison by any means necessary, by her admission (under oath), she, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Gerald Womack conspired against me, which is what’s known as prosecutorial misconduct.
Why did she do it? Vivian King committed “PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT” with a sense of urgency to curry favor with Gerald Womack, her mortgage broker, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who was running for Mayor of the City of Houston, Texas.
Listen. There are approximately five different “POLITICAL TRIBES” in the Black Community, and Vivian King is part of the regime that was headed up by Gerald Womack and the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, which included a few other Black politicians.
Not all of the “BLACK POLITICAL TRIBES” are involved in illegal activities, but Gerald Womack and Sheila Jackson Lee were the worst of the worst. As for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, it pained my heart when I sat through a court hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024, in the 486th Criminal District Court and learned that “SHE-JACK” used the power of her Congressional seal, to make repeated phone calls to the District Attorney’s Office to ensure that I was wrongly charged and indicted on charges that were ultimately dismissed when District Attorney Sean Teare’s prosecutors realized that the charges against me were bogus.
The political regime I am speaking of today is different from Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime, comprised of his loyalists, worshipers, and puppets.
While the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the late Mayor/Congressman Sylvester Turner were allies, “SHE-JACK” and Gerald Womack were much worse than any of the other political factions.
And when it comes to being dirty, the filthiest dawg in town is Vivian King, who signed up to run for the 486th Criminal District Court to make sure that she could use her judicial position and discretion to send me to prison if she got elected, but more on that later.

“JUDICIAL PREFERENCE POLL.”
The recently released Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) Judicial Evaluation Poll is not a scientific survey, but this “JUDICIAL PREFERENCE POLL,” can help the people of Harris County, Texas identify problem Criminal Court Judges, and weed them out during the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, and the 2028 Presidential Election, in my opinion.
I’m imploring all ‘open-minded’ Houston Business Connections Newspaper readers to only cast ballots for fair, unbiased judges during the next two election cycles.
As part of my mission to dig deeper into what’s happening inside our courtrooms, I plan to start visiting the local “CRIMINAL COURTS” to get a firsthand look at what’s going on inside these courtrooms, as we progress toward the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election Primary season.
It is furthermore my belief that we should advocate for “VIDEO CAMERAS” to be placed inside all Harris County Courtrooms to make sure that if a low-down dirty attorney like Vivian King slips through the cracks, the people of Harris County will be able to keep a watchful eye on her.

“PEOPLE DESERVE JUSTICE.”
The upcoming 2026 Midterm Election is going to be a historic year in many regards, for Harris County, Texas, especially when it comes to the judicial races. In case you haven’t noticed, I am fed up with the shenanigans that are being played in local Harris County, Texas, courtrooms.
It is evident to me that some of our courtrooms have become political playgrounds in a turf war between political factions. Let me be clear: our courtrooms are not the place to grind political axes in efforts to ruin the lives of political adversaries.
Injustices in Harris County courtrooms aren’t anything new, but what happened during former District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Administration was a brand of “LAWFARE” that was unprecedented, and threatened to erode all public trust in our local judicial system.
Current Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare has been a godsend for many local citizens who found themselves ensnared by the web that was woven by Kim Ogg, and her surrogates.
Towards the end of her administration, I believe that former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg tried to do a few things right, but overall, she and her chief of staff ruined people’s lives with their alleged “PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT” and bogus criminal cases.
We have the best criminal justice system in the world; however, “OUR SYSTEM” is contingent upon justice being blindfolded, and our Criminal District Attorneys being committed to seeking justice, and not on quests to gain convictions at any cost.
For the record, I disagree with what Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare’s Office did when they dismissed the bogus criminal case that was manufactured against me by former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King, who also served as former District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Chief of Staff, during her tenure.
Listen. The people of Harris County came within a stone’s throw of electing one of the most vile, corrupt, evil, vindictive, snakes to ever slither her way into becoming a “DISTRICT JUDGE,” during last year’s 2024 Presidential Election.
We must never allow a snake, such as Vivian King, to come that close to becoming a judge again.
My life would have become a living hell on earth if Vivian King (Democrat) had defeated Judge Aaron Burdette (Republican) in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court last year.
As a refresher, Judge Aaron Burdette received 725,956 votes, for 50.5% of the vote, and Vivian King received 710,815 votes for 49.5% of the vote. But that was too close for comfort. And the voters of Harris County, Texas, must be vigilant in next year’s 2026 Midterm Election to make sure that Vivian King does not win the Democratic Party Primary if she chooses to run.
At this point, King has failed three times in life, as no man has been able to live with her for very long. Especially since she allegedly likes to put tracking devices on their vehicles, and listening devices in areas where they like to talk on the telephone in their home.
Vivian King also has a penchant for calling her friend, who now serves as the Constable for Precinct 7, and verbalizing false claims of physical abuse. If her last husband, who was nearly two decades younger than her, didn’t have video footage to prove his innocence, Vivian King’s alleged false statement to Constable James “Smokie” Phillips may have landed former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr in prison.
The people whom we elect as judges should be the best and brightest attorneys, and not low-life, snakes like Vivian King, at 67 years old, has just about run out of opportunities to run for judge in the state of Texas.
To run for a judgeship in Texas, a candidate must be between the ages of 25 to 74, a resident of the district for 2 years, and a practicing lawyer or judge, or both combined, for 8 years.
So, if Vivian King still has aspirations of becoming a judge, she must run again during the 2026 Midterm Election, which she shouldn’t do because the people have rejected her candidacy three times already.
Back in 2010, Vivian King (Democrat) challenged Judge Susan Brown (Republican) for her 185th Criminal District Court bench and lost. King also got her butt kicked when she tried to unseat Judge Ryan Patrick (Republican) for his 177th Criminal District Court bench in 2012.
Why am I against Vivian King becoming a judge? Well, that’s a long story, but I will give you the condensed version if you have a moment.

“PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT.”
As a refresher, on the morning of Monday, October 23, 2023, which was the first day of “EARLY VOTING” for the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election, where Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was running against John Whitmire, the candidate I endorsed.
After visiting several “EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS,” I decided to travel to the Third Ward and deliver my newspaper to various businesses up and down Almeda Road, which I had done for decades.
My first stop was at 4412 Almeda Road, where I proceeded into the building with two newspapers to leave at the desk for Linda Brown, the owner of Advantage Communications, just like I had done two weeks before. However, Monday, October 23, 2023, was different than all of my other trips to 4412 Almeda Road, which also served as the “CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS” for Sheila Jackson Lee for Mayor, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s “CONGRESSIONAL HEADQUARTERS” for years.
Anyways, on Saturday, October 21, 2023, a secret audio tape was released, which captured Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, cursing and berating two male staffers. That said, when I entered the building, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors seemingly jumped down the stairs and came rushing down the hallway yelling, “Who are you? Who are you? Who are you?”
Before I could even respond, I was attacked by Gerald Womack.
Long story short, I was forced to defend myself, with my hands, as Gerald Womack picked up a statue (or) silver trophy-like item, which he swung at my head several times.
Fast forward, I was called by an HPD detective to give my side of the event that occurred, which I did willingly by phone, and again at the HPD Headquarters in person, with my attorney present.
Personal email exchanges between Gerald Womack and Vivian King, the former First Assistant District Attorney under Kim Ogg’s Administration, were recovered and placed in the hands of Terry Yates, my attorney. We also have “SWORN-TESTIMONY” from the HPD Detective (Don), claiming that the DA’s Office had her place a false entry into the Intake Management (DIM) system in violation of Texas Penal Code Section 37.10, which is a crime of Tampering with a Government Record, by the DA’s Office.
“Vivian King abdicated her role as an independent state official and abused her position of public trust in order to obtain private benefits for herself and her allies. ADA Vivian King put her personal, financial, and political interests before not only her own professional integrity, but, even more importantly, the due process rights of Aubrey R. Taylor and the integrity of the criminal justice system,” says my attorney, Terry Yates.
According to my attorney, ADA King voluntarily intervened in this matter, using her elevated position at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, to wrongfully and maliciously prosecute me by overruling the decision of the intake prosecutors who had declined to charge me.
After ADA Vivian King got her subordinates to accept charges against me, she instructed her henchman, ADA Jim Lietner, to hastily indict me, which was unethical and criminal.
Vivian King also violated the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure provisions that implicitly and explicitly address conflicts of interest involving prosecutors. “The doctrine of vindictive prosecution, as established by cases like Blacklege v. Perry, 417 U.S. 21 (1974), prohibits prosecutors from retaliating against defendants for exercising their constitutional rights,” proclaims Yates.
“ADA King readily admitted that she collaborated with U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Lee’s campaign manager, the alleged victim, Gerald Womack, before telephoning the prosecutor at intake, who had declined to charge the Defendant,” according to sworn testimony.
Vivian King called her subordinate (ADA Abner) an hour after he emailed Kim Ogg, the DA Office Bureau Chiefs, and others within Kim Ogg’s Administration, saying he was not bringing charges against me.
Evidence showed that ADA Vivian King emailed the prosecutor (ADA Abner) to influence his decision to charge me. “ADA King acted hastily in order to abridge Taylor’s right of free speech and undermine his credibility with potential voters,” explains Yates.
ADA Vivian King did this as a political favor to ingratiate herself with Sheila Jackson Lee, who was at the time a significant political figure in Houston, Texas, running for Mayor of Houston, Texas. And King did so for her own personal benefit.
After the intake prosecutor closed the case and called it mutual combat, ADA Vivian King caused intake prosecutors and police investigators to act recklessly and haphazardly. “ADA Jim Lietner immediately indicted this case without conducting any type of investigation,” says Yates.
“He testified that he did so because this case had become a “problem” in the DA’s Office,” according to his sworn testimony on Monday, November 4, 2024.
Attorney Terry Yates states, “Another Brady violation occurred when prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence. HPD Detective Donn told prosecutors that the complaining witness, Gerald Womack, was not credible.”
“Prosecutors failed to record or disclose this information to the Defendant. It was not until the hearing that this exculpatory information came to light,” explains Yates. “All of the foregoing violations were a result of First Assistant Vivian King’s unethical intervention into this matter,” he proclaims.
Attorney Terry Yates states, “Due to Vivian King’s abhorrent, unethical behavior and abuse of power, the indictment against my client should have been dismissed by the 486th Criminal District Court with prejudice.”
“ADA Vivian King abused the power entrusted to her by the State of Texas for her own personal benefit. These actions alone provided a sufficient basis for dismissing the instant indictment against the Defendant,” said Attorney Yates in the “MOTION TO DISMISS” the charges for Prosecutorial Misconduct he filed with the 486th Criminal District Court.

DAMNING VIDEO EVIDENCE…
The video doesn’t lie. And the video footage of Gerald Womack with the “DEADLY WEAPON” I described to police in his hands proved too difficult for prosecutors to explain away if they had taken me to trial on the bogus charges conjured up against me.
Gerald Womack had local media outlets repeat lies about me fleeing the building – that’s a fact. And if they lied about me fleeing the building, any rational jury of my peers would have summarized that Gerald Womack and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee also lied about me attacking Gerald Womack in the lobby of 4412 Almeda when I went there to deliver my newspaper to Advantage Communications Group, which I had done, two weeks prior, and for years before Monday, October 23, 2023, without incident.

GERALD WOMACK DESTROYED EVIDENCE…
Gerald Womack, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and First Assistant District Attorney conjured up the scheme, which led to my getting indicted on bogus charges.
Womack told authorities that I came to his workplace and punched him, causing him to lose consciousness briefly, and then, when he came to himself, we continued fighting. He also told police that after I beat him up, I fled the building, which is a lie.
Video from the car wash across the street from Gerald Womack’s office proves that Gerald Womack lied about how I exited the building. This video evidence also shows Gerald Womack with the “DEADLY WEAPON” that was used in his assault on me inside 4412 Almeda on the morning of Monday, October 23, 2023, which was also the first day of “EARLY VOTING” for the Mayor Election, where Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was a candidate on the ballot.
Court transcripts show that when HPD Detectives went to Womack Development & Investment Realtors to recover the “DEADLY WEAPON” Gerald Womack used in the assault against me, it was gone from his office and has never been recovered by police.
Gerald Womack also gave the HPD Detectives at least three different excuses for why he could not provide them with video of the incident inside his lobby.
One of Gerald Womack’s excuses was that he did not have a video of the incident because his air conditioning unit wasn’t working that morning. However, when Detective Don asked him to review the recording device, Gerald Womack told the investigative detective that she needed to leave the building and speak with his attorney.

WHAT HAPPENED THAT MORNING…
On Monday, October 23, 2023, shortly before 10 o’clock, I entered the lobby for Advantage Communications Group, just as I had for many years, to drop off my newspapers for Lind K. Brown.

TRUTHFUL FACT #1
As I entered the front door, Gerald Womack was already coming down the stairs and through the hallway by the receptionist’s desk. Gerald Womack was screaming at the top of his lungs: WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU???

TRUTHFUL FACT #2
As Gerald Womack got closer, he began to swing at me a few times, but he did not connect with my head. So, I began to retreat backward to defuse the situation.

TRUTHFUL FACT #3
As Gerald Womack began to get even more aggressive, he slapped at or tried to grab the tie I was wearing, which caused me to fear for my life. It was at this point that I struck Gerald Womack in self-defense, but as he fell to the floor, he grabbed my pant leg.

TRUTHFUL FACT #4
As Gerald Womack had the pant leg of the slacks I was wearing, I crouched down on top of him and struck him several times as he screamed and yelled. I noticed blood coming from Gerald Womack’s nose and mouth, and he was somewhat calmer, so I released him and tried to leave the building once again.

TRUTHFUL FACT #5
Instead of being allowed to leave the building, Gerald Womack got even angrier and grabbed what appeared to be an iron (or brass) silver lamp (or trophy) with sharp corners (or edges) and swung it at my head a few times.

TRUTHFUL FACT #6
As Gerald Womack was swinging the “DEADLY WEAPON” at my head, I noticed that his head was severely swollen, and he was bleeding profusely out of his nose and mouth simultaneously.

TRUTHFUL FACT #7
As Gerald Womack continued to swing the “DEADLY WEAPON,” which he had retrieved from a shelf, I managed to reach backward and grab the doorknob to the front door and swing the door open, which allowed me to back out of the building and onto the sidewalk facing Almeda.

TRUTHFUL FACT #8
Once I was safely outside and onto the sidewalk, I began to retreat, walking forward and then backward to ensure that I did not get attacked by anyone.

TRUTHFUL FACT #9
After a brief exchange between Gerald Womack and me at the front door of 4412 Almeda Road, I walked away from the building, through the parking lot, and out of the back gate while watching my surroundings and ensuring my safety.

TRUTHFUL FACT #10
I arrived at my vehicle, waited for police to come, and called a few friends and my attorney to let them know that Gerald Womack had just assaulted me as I tried to deliver copies of my newspaper to Linda Brown, the owner of the Advantage Communications Group, just as I had safely done for years, without incident.

WHAT’S NEXT?
The mainstream media outlets who continue to call me a “RIGHT-WING BLOGGER” may ultimately be forced to pay a heavy price right along with Vivian King, Gerald Womack, Womack Development, and the Harris County District Attorney Office, and others who violated my Constitutional Rights to “DUE PROCESS” and protections against malicious prosecution.
As my Attorney, Terry Yates, stated, the case against me was about politics. However, it’s about more than politics as we prepare to take my civil case to federal court.
