Mayor Turner Supposedly Caught Covid-19 On the Same Day that the Indictments Were Unsealed Against Rhonda Skillern-Jones

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “In case you don’t know, the ties between Rhonda Skillern-Jones, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales, and many other powerful local politicians go way back. Now, the photo you see above of Rhonda Skillern-Jones flanked between “Sly” Mayor Sylvester Turner and Ed Gonzales dates all the way back to Monday, June 10, 2013. So, just for the record, back then, Mayor Turner was still in the Texas Legislature, serving as the state representative for House District 139. And as for Sheriff Ed Gonzales, he wasn’t the Harris County Sheriff, way back then, he was the Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Houston.”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "On the very same day, Thursday, December 16, 2021, as the Federal Government was unsealing their indictment against Mayor Sylvester Turner's good friend, Rhonda Skillern-Jones he started not feeling so well. Then, let him tell it, on the next day, Friday, December 17, 2021, he went to get a COVID-19 test that came back positive."

Mayor Turner Supposedly Caught Covid-19 On the Very Same Day that the Indictments Were Unsealed Against Rhonda Skillern-Jones

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It’s starting to look a lot like some folks could be playing games with us when it comes to this so-called COVID-19 Pandemic. How can I make this statement? Well, don’t you think it’s mighty convenient for Mayor Sylvester Turner to start not feeling so well, on Thursday, December 16, 2021, the very same day that the United States Government unsealed its indictment against his very good friend, Rhonda Skillern-Jones? What’s strange about the timing? Well, according to the National Institutes of Health, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 has been present in the United States as far back as December 2019. So, Mayor Sylvester Turner, a man who has been fully vaccinated goes all of this time, from December 2019, and then he coincidentally catches the coronavirus on the very same day that his very good friend Rhonda Skillern-Jones, is part of one of the biggest corruption stories to rock the Houston-area in a very long time. Doesn’t that sound a little strange to you?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In case you don't know, Rhonda Skillern-Jones has very deep ties to Houston's political elite. Do you see her flanked between Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales that was taken way back on Monday, June 10, 2013, at a ribbon-cutting at the Garden City Apartments? Well, one can only imagine how much squealing she's done about local elected officials she's worked closely with over the years."

WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON?

“This afternoon, I learned that I tested positive for the virus that causes #COVID19,” said Mayor Sylvester Turner via his Twitter account. He went on to say, “I was not feeling well overnight and thought I was suffering from allergies or a sinus infection, so, I decided to get tested before starting my daily schedule.” Now, like I said, it was a mighty convenient contraction of the coronavirus – wouldn’t you say? Now, I’m not calling Mayor Sylvester a liar, or anything like that – I’m merely asking a question. Why didn’t Mayor Sylvester Turner catch the coronavirus in December of 2019, January of 2020, February of 2020, March of 2020, April of 2020, May of 2020, June of 2020, July of 2020, August of 2020, September of 2020, October of 2020, November of 2020, December of 2020, January of 2021, February of 2021, March of 2021, April of 2021, May of 2021, June of 2021, July of 2021, August of 2021, September of 2021, October of 2021, or November of 2021??? Nope!!! Mayor Sylvester Turner conveniently caught the coronavirus on the very same day that the United States Government unsealed its indictment against his very good friend Rhonda Skillern-Jones – right?

RHONDA ISN'T THE ONLY ONE

Let me tell you something, THERE are A LOT OF PEOPLE SHAKING IN THEIR BOOTS RIGHT ABOUT NOW!!! Why? Well, what happened with Rhonda Skillern-Jones isn’t an isolated incident. Do you actually believe that Rhonda Skillern-Jones is the only local official who is taking kickbacks? Do you actually believe that Rhonda Skillern-Jones learned this scheme all by herself? If you believe that, you’re crazy as a “BESSIE BUG” and should go and seek a psychological evaluation today! Anyways, ‘what had happened was’ Rhonda Skillern-Jones wanted to get a little something…

GETTING A LITTLE SOMETHING

According to the United States Government, from 2011 to 2020, Brian Busby, identified as ADMINISTRATOR 1 in the criminal Information, served as the HISD Chief Operating Officer, among other positions. SKILLERN-JONES was elected to the HISD Board of Education as a Trustee and served two terms from 2012 to 2019. She was the President of the Board in 2015 and 2018. Anthony Hutchinson, operating as Southwest Wholesale LLC (Southwest Wholesale) and Just Partners Construction LLC (Just Construction) and identified as BUSINESSMAN 1 in the Criminal Information, obtained contracts and purchase orders from HISD to provide grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, and repair services to HISD schools and other properties.

In 2017 while serving on the HISD Board, SKILLERN-JONES wanted to spend funds on landscaping projects at schools in her district. She discussed the project with Busby, who said they should get Hutchison to do the work because then “they can get a little something from it.” They agreed to arrange for Hutchinson to do the landscaping work on the proposed HISD project. At the August 10, 2017, Board of Trustees meeting, SKILLERN-JONES requested a budget allocation of $231,645 to schools in her district for landscaping additions. SKILLERN-JONES voted in favor of this agenda item, which was approved by the Board on that date.

According to Hutchison’s bribe ledger recovered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation during a search of Hutchison’s residence, Hutchison made two bribe payments to SKILLERN-JONES in 2017, each for approximately $10,000. Busby met SKILLERN-JONES at a Walmart parking lot in Houston and delivered to SKILLERN-JONES cash from Hutchison. SKILLERN-JONES recalls receiving approximately $12,000 from Busby.

MONEY. MONEY. MONEY.

What a lot of folks don’t realize is that there was some big money involved with this scheme. From what I understand, way back in March of 2018, Southwest Wholesale didn’t even complete the job they’d been awarded related to Sharpstown Middle School’s playing fields. That particular contract entailed, Sharpstown Middle School receiving $984 million in renovations. And get this, the $984 million was paid in full according to court records – even though the work had not been completed. Now, according to court documents, the sports director for HISD expressed concerns about the “HIGH PRICE” tag of the project, but Brian Busby, according to court documents went through with awarding the contract to Southwest Wholesale anyway.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “Something just ain't right about what these two are doing!!! Do you remember that $11 million dollars "COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT" that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo awarded and then canceled? Well, did you know that on the day right before the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended the use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume in the United States after a temporary pause, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased $155,000.00 dollars in stock straight out of his campaign account as an expenditure? And did you know that on the same day that the (CDC) and (FDA) recommended the use of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased Johnson & Johnson stock, along with a bunch of other stock totaling $421,792.00 dollars on the (NYSE) New York Stock Exchange as a campaign expenditure right out of his campaign account?"

"Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has raised the COVID threat level back to ORANGE because of the supposed number of rising cases in our area."

WHAT IS RODNEY ELLIS DOING TO HELP HIS FELLOW DEMOCRATS? Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis currently has $4,075,723.00 dollars sitting inside his campaign bank account right now, according to his most recently filed campaign finance report.

WHAT IS COUNTY JUDGE LINA HIDALGO DOING TO HELP HER FELLOW DEMOCRATS? Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo currently has $1,023,311.43 dollars sitting inside her campaign bank account, according to her most recently filed campaign finance report.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Why isn't Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis sharing his investment secrets with other elected officials? And how did he know to purchase $155,000.00 dollars worth of stock straight out of his campaign account as a campaign expenditure back on Thursday, April 22, 2021? And then on the very next day, Friday, April 23, 2021, Commissioner Ellis purchased a combined total of $421,792.00 dollars in Johnson and Johnson and other stock directly from his campaign account as an expenditure on the New York Stock Exchange. Now, keep in mind, these stock purchases were made the day before, and the day of, the announcement that the (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine could resume distribution in the United States after it had been temporarily paused. Now, did Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis know something, that the rest of America did not? I'm just asking -- that's really some damn good timing if you ask me."

How Did Ellis Know to Go Out and Purchase Johnson & Johnson Stock Right as the CDC and FDA Recommended it for Use After a Temporary Pause Back on Friday, April 23, 2021?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I've been sitting back and watching Rodney Ellis roll the dice with his donated campaign cash for a very long time. Heck, I was watching this dude way back when he was still in the Texas Senate and his Republican colleagues discovered that $500,000.00 dollars had vanished from his campaign finance report. And the saddest part about the money that came up missing out of his campaign coffers back then was the fact that his Republican colleagues just let Rodney Ellis off the hook. Now, according to published reports, Ellis's campaign finance report didn't contain the field where candidates are supposed to detail how securities that are purchased from their campaign accounts lost value. So, why is this important right now? Well, the special field is supposed to serve as a safeguard to prevent "OFFICE HOLDERS" from making poor investments with their campaign money. So, because Rodney Ellis' form didn't contain the field, this made it nearly impossible to determine whether or not he was making poor investment decisions with his donated campaign money. Now, to his credit, Rodney Ellis, who was a state Senator at the time, did go ahead and admit that he had lost the $500,000.00 dollars in the stock market – but he claimed that he earned the money back through other investments he had made! Doesn't this sound like a joke? I guess Rodney Ellis's Republican colleagues just took his word for it – right? Well, if we fast forward to earlier this year, you will clearly see in this “EXCLUSIVE REPORT” that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is still playing fast and loose with the money that's being donated to his campaign.

WHY ISN'T RODNEY ELLIS SHARING HIS INVESTMENT STRATEGY WITH ANY OF HIS DEMOCRATIC FRIENDS?

Now, don’t you dare go back and tell Harris County Commissioner Ellis that I said, he was profiting off inside information – that would be a lie. However, it sure does seem a little strange that he would use his donated campaign funds to purchase over $576,792.00 dollars in stock from various companies -- including Johnson & Johnson, right around the same time that the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended the use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume production and distribution in the United States after a temporary pause. Now, have you ever heard the term “INSIDER TRADING” before? Well, just for the record, insider trading occurs when a stock or other securities is traded by individuals with access to confidential or non-public information about the stock that’s being traded. Now, in case you don’t know – taking advantage of privileged access is a no-no and considered to be a breach of the individual’s fiduciary duty. And furthermore, the “INSIDER TRADING ACTION ACT OF 1988” and the “INSIDER TRADING AND SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1988” call for insider trading penalties to surpass three times the profits gained from the trade or trades in question. Where am I going with this? Well, before I get started, I would like to remind everyone reading this “EXCLUSIVE REPORT” that I’m only providing you with information that’s readily available to the general public on Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Finance Reports.

UNDERSTANDING THE INSIDER TRADING ACT OF 1988

INVESTOPEDIA.COM -- The Insider Trading Act was signed into law on Nov. 19, 1988, by then-President Ronald Reagan and, essentially, increased the liability penalties to all involved parties to insider trading. Its full name was the Insider Trading and Securities Fraud Enforcement Act of 1988 (ITSFEA). This act came into being due to the increase in high-profile insider trading cases, as well as the increase in monetary values of the trades. People who illegally disseminate inside information leading to an insider trade may also be imprisoned and fined.

The act allows the SEC to impose stiff monetary penalties, usually in multiples of the profit generated from insider trades, and the guilty parties may serve significant jail time, up to five years, according to the extent of their crime. The actual maximum of the fines imposed was capped at either 300% of the amount of money made on the trades or $1 million, whichever amount was larger.

Since 1988, there have been many notable cases of insider trading. In 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Martha Stewart with obstruction of justice and insider trading for her part in the 2001 ImClone case. Stewart ended up serving five months in a federal corrections facility. In Sept. 2017, former Amazon financial analyst Brett Kennedy was charged with insider trading. In exchange for $10,000, Kennedy allegedly gave a friend information about Amazon's 2015 first-quarter earnings before the earnings report was released.

DID RODNEY ELLIS KNOW SOMETHING THE REST OF US DID NOT?

In case you don’t’ know, Thursday, April 22, 2021, was the day right before the (CDC) Center for Decease Control, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended the use of Johnson & Johnson’s “Janssen” (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to resume production and distribution in the United States after a temporary pause. Now, this particular day is significant to this report because Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis used money that had been donated to his campaign to make the two largest “single action” transactions that he has made all year to this point.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In case you don't know, Harris County Commissioner Rodney is one of the most powerful men in America right now. But the saddest part about Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is that many people feel that he's also one of "THE MOST CORRUPT MEN IN AMERICA" depending on who you ask. But if you ask me, this cat has strategically placed so many of his people in elected offices all across America, that he's seemingly untouchable. Now, for all of you who are wondering, he's not up for re-election in the upcoming 2022 Midterms. Anyone seeking to run against Commissioner Ellis will have to wait until the 2024 Presidential Election to do so."

COUNTY JUDGE LINA HIDALGO: "Under the leadership of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County, Texas has become worse than the fictional city in the Batman Movies. But you don't have to take my word for it, all you have to do is look at the fact that on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, on "SUPER TUESDAY" County Judge Lina Hidalgo is being challenged by (5) five Democrats. And if for some strange reason she makes it past her Democratic challengers, she has (9) nine Republicans vying for the Harris County Republican Party nomination on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Harris County Republican Party primary."

Did You Know That, 1,087,784 Registered Voters Stayed Home and Did Not Even Vote in Harris County, Texas back During the 2018 Midterm Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What we're about to see on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas is a very close election between the "2022 DEMOCRATIC NOMINEES" and the "2022 REPUBLICAN NOMINEES," if you ask me. How can I say this? Well, because there's not going to be any straight-ticket voting in the 2022 Midterm Election. Secondly, the Harris County Elections Administrator won't be able to flood the mailboxes of registered voters with unsolicited mail-ballot applications. Thirdly, there won't be any 24-hour voting. Fourthly, there won't be any drive-thru voting. And finally, the skyrocketing crime and alleged corruption in Harris County, Texas is going to be a huge motivating factor for registered voters to get off the couch and skedaddle to the polls.

There is but One Race, and that is The Human Race. This message was articulated very clearly by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a Visionary who saw things from a different perspective. Almost Forty Years later, we now see those things, and we will strive to incorporate those things into our everyday lives in the knowledge of “Change Begins With Self”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
