There’s Been a Lot of Crying Today in Houston Following the Victories Won in District VI, and District VII Last Night

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I told you to watch out for Dr. Kendall Baker, and Bridget Wade, yesterday. Won't he do it? God is good. So, just in case you don't know, Dr. Kendall Baker unseated HISD District VI, Holly Flynn Vilaseca by garnering 50.74% of the vote. And as for Bridge Wade, she unseated HISD Trustee Anne Sung by garnering 53.79% of the vote."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Do you remember seeing my "RUNOFF ELECTION EDITION" yesterday? Do you remember me telling you about how I once read a passage of scripture in the Holy Bible when I was a child growing up that said, "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall," yesterday? Well, several prideful HISD Trustees got defeated yesterday."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "None of what happened yesterday in the HISD Runoff Election would have been possible without Dr. Steven Hotze and the folks you see sitting at this table. Gerry "The 5 Star General" Monroe did an excellent job as a decoy in the first round. And then he continued to help with keeping the pressure on in the Saturday, December 11, 2021, runoffs. Rev. Willie Davis, Sam Malone, Dr. Kendall Baker, Jeff, and Donna Yates, Janie Hotze, and Jill Hartland are just a pleasure to be around."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The Conservative Republicans of Harris County played a very crucial role in helping Dr. Kendall Baker to force HISD Trustee Holly Vilaseca into a runoff. And then Dr. Steven Hotze and Jeff Yates displayed why their two of the best in the business at what they do in Republican Party Primaries. That said, I'm eager to see what Dr. Hotze has in store for the upcoming 2022 Midterms."

There’s Been a Lot of Crying Today in Houston Following the Victories Won in District VI, and District VII Last Night

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Last night was a very big night for conservatives in Houston, Texas. Why? Well, the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party locked horns in some very contentious school board races last night. Both major political parties spent a lot of political capital, but it was the Harris County Republican Party, that had the last laugh.

BATTLEGROUND DISTRICTS

Last night, the Harris Republican Party had three endorsed conservative candidates present on the Saturday, December 11, 2021, HISD runoff ballot. In the race for HISD Trustee for District V, Caroline Walter was endorsed by the Harris County Republican Party in a predominantly Democratic district. So, by most accounts, Walter was a longshot. However, in the two HISD runoff races that were what I consider to be “BATTLEGROUND DISTRICTS,” the conservative candidates won both races. So, for the record, Dr. Kendall Baker, a well-known conservative unseated HISD Trustee Holly Vilaseca in the runoff race for District VI. And in the race for HISD District VII, Bridget Wade, put a serious beatdown on HISD Trustee Anne Sung, by gaining more than 53.79% of the vote.

DR. STEVEN F. HOTZE: "The Lord's prayer ought to be said out loud over the loudspeaker at the beginning of the school day. The Ten Commandments should be posted and taught in the schools."

THE STEVEN F. HOTZE EFFECT

In case you don’t know, yesterday, was a very good day for a guy by the name of Dr. Steven F. Hotze, the founder of the Conservative Republicans of Harris County, a group that was established back in 1988. Today, Dr. Steven Hotze serves as the CEO, and Jared Woodfill, the former chairman of the Harris County Republican Party (2000-2014), serves as President.

In my opinion, the Conservative Republicans of Harris County have been the most influential political action committee with Republican primary voters over the course of the last 30 years.

THE SCHOOL BOARD RACES

This year is the year that Conservative Republicans of Harris County involved themselves in any school board races – if my memory serves me correctly.

The three candidates that were endorsed by the Conservative Republicans of Harris County in the CyFair Independent School Board Elections – Natalie Blasingame, Scott Henry, and Lucas Scanlon, all won their elections back on Tuesday, November 2nd. Each of these endorsed candidates was able to beat longtime incumbents with the help of Dr. Steven F. Hotze, and his Conservative Republicans of Harris County team.

ABOUT LAST NIGHT

Conservative Republicans of Harris County's endorsed candidates won 2 out of 3 races in the HISD runoff elections on December 11.

Speaking to Dr. Hotze by phone about his success in the 2021 School Board races all he could say was, “Praise God! "The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord." So, just for the record, that passage for scripture is from (Proverb 21:31) in the Holy Bible.

“I’m so happy that Bridget and Kendall won,” said Dr. Hotze. “Caroline Walter lost. But the district she was running in was a Democrat majority district,” he explained. “We made no endorsement in Dist. 1 - Both candidates were leftist Democrats,” he said.

“These two victories are added to the 3 wins we had in the CyFair ISD races back on November 2,” he proclaimed.

FOR THE RECORD

Dr. Hotze credits Dr. Rick Scarborough's work with pastors who encouraged their members to vote in the school board elections. Dr. Hotze also credits Cindy Siegel's leadership of the Harris County Republican Party for supporting conservative school board candidates.

He also thanked me for providing outstanding coverage of the candidates, clearly showing which candidates stood for historic Christian and Constitutional values. “In my opinion, your coverage and endorsements helped make the difference in these elections,” he said.

VERY STRONG WORDS

When asked why he spent so much money to impact the 2021 School Board races he said, "Christians must take back control of the public schools from the leftists who promote the perversion of homosexuality and transgenderism and who allow the indoctrination of the Communist critical race theory. The schools must return to the teaching of the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic.”

According to Dr. Hotze, he believes, "The Lord's prayer ought to be said out loud over the loudspeaker at the beginning of the school day. The Ten Commandments should be posted and taught in the schools."

Dr. Hotze is also the founder and CEO of Hotze Health & Wellness Center in Katy, Texas.

There is but One Race, and that is The Human Race. This message was articulated very clearly by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a Visionary who saw things from a different perspective. Almost Forty Years later, we now see those things, and we will strive to incorporate those things into our everyday lives in the knowledge of “Change Begins With Self”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."
