Dr. Hotze’s Lawsuit May Have Foiled Plan, Helped to Stop the Effect of the 'Alleged' 544,707 Unsolicited Mail-Ballot Applications

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “These are some really good times for a select group of local politicians, but change is coming on Thursday, December 2, 2021, when the new “VOTER INTEGRITY LAWS” take effect in the state of Texas. And if you ask me, these much-needed changes will arrive just in time for the upcoming HISD and HCC runoff elections, as well as the upcoming 2022 “Super Tuesday” Democratic and Republican Primaries. Now, in case you haven’t heard, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee both dodged major bullets over the course of the last few weeks. A Harris County grand jury declined to criminally charge Commissioner Ellis in the ‘allegedly’ stolen art case. And Republican lawmakers had mercy on Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee and drew her home back into the 18th Congressional District. Now, all of that being said, doesn’t Commissioner Ellis and the Honorable Congresswoman look calm, cool, and collected as they sit there chomping on their strawberries? And what about Dr. Steven Hotze, the cool cat you see pictured above standing there looking all dapper and whatnot? Doesn’t Dr. Hotze look pretty cool and confident too?”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For all of you who don't know, the new "VOTER INTEGRITY LAWS" that were signed by Governor Abbott into law will be in full effect during the December runoffs. Governor Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill 1 into law, which will uphold the integrity of elections in Texas. The Governor held the bill signing ceremony in Tyler, where he was joined by Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and the authors of the bill — Senator Bryan Hughes and Representative Andrew Murr. According to Gov. Abbot's office, "Governor Abbott made election integrity an emergency item during the 87th Legislative Session and placed it on the agendas for the first and second special sessions."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "It seems like Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is a cat with nine lives right now. Earlier this week, a Harris County grand jury declined to bring criminal charges against Commissioner Ellis, as it relates to the 'allegedly' stolen "PRICELESS AFRICAN ARTWORK" that is still being stored in a shed and paid for on the Harris County taxpayer dime. But, that's not the end of this story, as I am following up on a few leads I've been given. And, as for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, after a lot of begging and pleading with Conservative lawmakers, they had mercy on Congresswoman Lee and drew her home back into the 18th Congressional District."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Back during the 2020 Presidential Election, Dr. Steven Hotze, and his "VOTER INTEGRITY TEAM" successfully disrupted a plan to 'allegedly' flood Harris County, Texas with 700,000 absentee ballots -- if you believe the sworn affidavit that was submitted by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler. Now, Dr. Hotze has saved the day, by filing a lawsuit, after he received an "UNSOLICITED MAIL-BALLOT" in the mail, back during August of 2021."

Dr. Hotze’s Lawsuit May Have Helped to Stop the Potential Effect of the 'Alleged' 544,707 Unsolicited Mail-Ballot Applications

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

If you ask me, Dr. Steven Hotze has a very good reason to be all smiles right about now. What am I talking about? Well, that lawsuit that he recently filed at the appellate level, rather than filing in a local District Court may have just stopped what appeared to be a plan to put more than 544,707 unsolicited mail-ballot applications in play for the Tuesday, November 2, 2021, School Board Elections.

FOR THE RECORD

For those of you who don’t know, Dr. Steven Hotze actually received one of the illegal unsolicited absentee mail-ballot applications in his mailbox. Nope!!! This isn’t fake news!!! So, after he received the illegal UNSOLICITED MAIL BALLOT APPLICATION in his mailbox, he, Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller, Gerry Wayne Monroe, and several others filed a lawsuit at the appellate level but had their petition denied by the Texas Supreme Court without issuing an opinion. However, pending how the “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT” election results turn out on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, it’s possible that a new lawsuit could be filed in the First or 14th Court of Appeals. Why? Well, for starters, harvesting absentee ballots is the easiest way to steal an election.

A BRIEF OVERVIEW

What a lot of you might not know is, back during the 2020 Presidential Election, a former FBI Investigative Specialist by the name of Charles “Chuck” Marler made the following statement in an affidavit that was submitted in a lawsuit filed by Dr. Steven Hotze, and others before the Texas Supreme Court, “Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam.” Charles “Chuck” Marler went on to say in his affidavit that, “Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.” He also went on to make the assertion that, “I have in my possession videotaped interviews of witnesses attesting to the aforementioned people having groups of people completing thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots, including completing ballots for deceased individuals; illegally going into nursing homes, with the complicity of the nursing home staff, and filling out and forging the signatures of nursing home residents; signing up homeless individuals to vote using the ballot harvester’s address then completing the ballot and forging the homeless individual’s signature.”

HOW IT ALL WORKS

According to his affidavit, Marler went on to state, “This entire operation is being run by the elite politicians of the Democrat Party in Houston/Harris County.” He also made the assertion that also former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman, who resigned shortly following the 2020 Democratic Party Primary citing “personal health concerns,” did so because she was concerned that she “would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting.” Who are some of the individuals involved in some of the illegal ballot harvestings? Well, according to Marler’s sworn affidavit that was submitted to the Texas Supreme Court, he stated, “During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme. Witnesses have stated to me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas. Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones who work directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas.”

KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN

Have your eyes been opened yet? If not, please understand that none of the individuals I’ve mentioned in this report are guilty of anything at this point. However, hopefully, you can kind of see and understand why our Harris County Election Administrator Isabel Longoria, sent out 467,971 unsolicited absentee mail-ballot applications back on, or about Wednesday, August 11, 2021, and planned to send out another 76,736 unsolicited absentee mail-ballot applications the following week. But if not, let me point something out to you. What Harris County Elections Administrator (Isabel Longoria), Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and County Judge Lina Hidalgo, tried to do, by allowing an ‘alleged’ 544,707 unsolicited absentee mail-ballot applications to be sent out will get them arrested if they ever try to do that again.

EARLY VOTING NUMBERS

If you look at the charts below, you will clearly see that Longoria’s plan to flood Harris County, Texas with a possible 544,707 mail-ballot turnout was an utter failure. In fact, according to the “UNOFFICIAL EARLY VOTING NUMBERS” the office actually only ended up receiving 84,665 requests for mail ballots. And of the 84,665 requests for mail ballots, only 47,243 mail ballot votes were cast.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In the chart above, you can see that 60,258 votes were cast by people voting in person. A total of 47,243 absentee ballot votes were cast. And 3,100 votes were cast by people who cast their votes by using the drive-thru voting option. (CLICK HERE) to view the chart at a larger size."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For those of you who don't know, Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler (left) claims that the signed official “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT” below between African Art Global Inc’s Sam Njunuri (seated in Black), and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (right) is fraudulent. How is the document fraudulent? Well, according to former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler, he actually interviewed Sam Njunuri and has a witness, who heard Njunuri assert that the “ACKNOWLEDGMENT” between him (Sam Njunuri) and Commissioner Ellis had been “BACK-DATED” to February 1, 2020, at Commissioner Ellis’ request. According to Marler, he presented this information to the Harris County District Attorney way back in February of 2020 – nearly two years ago. What does this mean? Well, if Marler and his witness are telling the truth, this could perhaps be one of the reasons why Commissioner Ellis said in an email uncovered by Channel 2 News, that he was having trouble sleeping at night."

***According to Sam Njunuri of African Global Inc., the Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis came to him to have him back-date the “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT” you see above after the Channel 2 News Story broke about the priceless African Art.

***According to Mario Diaz of Channel 2, “Email raises eyebrows for multiple reasons. First, is the time the email was written, which was “4:32 a.m.” The other is the date, Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, nearly five months prior to our report. However, what caught county officials off-guard when KPRC 2 Investigates initially made the request, is the name of the sender, “Glenn Rodney,” an email alias of Commissioner Ellis that is a combination of his first and middle names in reverse order."

CHARLES MARLER: “Channel 2 News provided a signed official Acknowledgement from African Art Global Inc. to Harris County. The Acknowledgement is that AAG and the owner Sam Njunuri had a previous oral agreement regarding him loaning the artwork to Harris County and specifically Harris County Precinct 1. However, when a witness and I spoke with Sam Njunuri in an interview back in 2020, Sam Njunuri stated that Commissioner Ellis came to him recently (since Channel 2 busted him) and had (him) Sam Njunuri sign a document. It appears that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis then filed the fraudulent document before Harris County – which he knew to be false and that he had backdated to February 1, 2020."

Below Is A Rundown of How We Got to This Point With the Priceless African Artwork

By Charles Marler

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's wife is Licia Green Ellis and she is an executive/owner of Waterman Steele Group. Licia's sister is Angele Green Johnson who works with Waterman Steele Group.

Back in 2016, Sam Njunuri had a large and to this date un-assessed African Art Collection believed to be worth millions of dollars. Sam Njunuri was paying storage at 5373 West Alabama when his monthly rent increased significantly. During this time frame, he came to know Rodney Ellis. Rodney Ellis devised a plan to take advantage of Njunuri's situation according to Marler. Njunuri wanted to start a museum to show off his art collection. Ellis (allegedly) promised to help him store the art collection and get a museum/funding going.

It was back in 2017 when Angele Johnson and her co-worker Larry Johnson (not related) along with Sam Njunuri got together and started a company called African Art Global Inc. It was also in 2017, that Commissioner Ellis secretly stored Njunuri's art collection in a Harris County facility that he controlled.

Months went by and Njunuri did not get his museum, so he started asking Commissioner Ellis about his art collection. Ellis gave him the run-around about the art collection. Njunuri didn't know where the art collection was, but still wanted the museum and didn't want to anger Ellis.

When Houston's Channel 2 News started investigating the mystery of the African Art Collection being stored at a Harris County facility in February 2020, Ellis then (allegedly) went to Njunuri and had him sign an acknowledgment to the county about the African Art collection. Ellis promised Njunuri that he would get his Museum by signing the acknowledgment. Commissioner Rodney Ellis also told Njunuri to not talk with anyone about this matter. Ellis then backdated the acknowledgment to February 1st and filed the acknowledgment, which he knew to be false, with Harris County.

The Channel 2 News report also mentioned that Sam Njunuri had a judgment in a civil case and stated this was a possible reason that he was hiding the art collection.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "While the Democratic Party is waiting for people like Beto O'Rourke and Matthew McConaughey to announce their plans, lifelong Democrat Deirdre Gilbert has emerged as the clear and decisive front-runner in the race for Governor of Texas on the Democratic side."

Deirdre Gilbert Has Emerged as the Clear Front-Runner to Win the 2022 Democratic Party Nomination for Governor of Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’ve been watching Deirdre Gilbert’s campaign quietly gain momentum over the last couple of months. And with the continued hesitancy to commit – Former Congressman Beto O’Rourke who got totally embarrassed and exposed when he tried to run for President of the United States back during the 2020 Presidential Election – Gilbert could end up being the logical choice for Democratic primary voters looking for a duly-qualified candidate who’s fully committed to the task of taking out Republican Gov. Greg Abbott next fall.

WHY DEIRDRE IS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY VOTERS IN TEXAS

Deirdre Gilbert is the kind of Democrat who can appeal to groups beyond the Democratic party base in a general election. Her values and unique ability to communicate with people of all ethnicities and socio-economic statuses gives her a decided advantage over someone like former Congressman Beto O’Rourke in my opinion. “I want to be the voice of communities,” she recently told me in a phone interview. “I’m committed to changing minds and clearly defining my values and love for America, our U.S. Constitution, between now and Super Tuesday,” she said. “We need a governor who is committed to hearing the voices of the people and igniting discussions that lead to solutions and implementing those solutions in a manner that ultimately leads to change,” she went on to say.

IT TAKES A SPECIAL KIND OF CANDIDATE TO WIN A STATEWIDE RACE IN TEXAS

Symbolic gestures won’t work in the 2022 Midterm Elections. Did you hear me? Look, race-baiting and trying to get people to cast votes for candidates solely based upon their ethnicity is a practice that should be abandoned and abolished going forward. That being said, if any of my friends in the media would take a moment and get to know Deirdre Gilbert, they’d quickly realize that she’s actually got a plan that could resonate with people far beyond the Democratic Party’s base – which is what’s needed for Democrats to have any opportunity to turn Texas blue in 2022.

REPUBLICANS CURRENTLY HOLD EVERY STATEWIDE OFFICE IN TEXAS

As it stands right now, talk is cheap! Look, according to their website, “Texas is the strongest Republican state in the nation. The people of Texas have entrusted Republicans with the stewardship of every statewide elected office and majorities in the state senate, state house, and on the state board of education. Republicans now have majorities in 107 Texas counties that contain nearly two-thirds of the state’s population. And Texas’ own George W. Bush was the 43rd President of the United States.” Did you get that? No. I mean did you really get that?

NO DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE HAS WON A STATEWIDE RACE IN TEXAS SINCE 1994

Listen!!! Unless Democrats start to fully embrace duly-qualified African American candidates, they’re going to forever get their butts kicked on the statewide level. Why? Well, in case you don’t know, according to Wikipedia.org, Texas has not even elected a Democrat for a statewide office since way back in 1994 when Bob Bullock, John Sharp, and Garry Morales, John Sharp, and Garry Mauro were re-elected as lieutenant governor, attorney general, comptroller, and land commissioner respectively.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As it stands right now, Deirdre Gilbert is the front-runner in the race for Governor of Texas on the Democratic Party side in my opinion. And with the filing date of Monday, December 13, 2021, quickly approaching, Democrats should put their support and money behind this duly-qualified African American woman."

DEIRDRE GILBERT IS THE KIND OF CANDIDATE DEMOCRATS SHOULD RALLY AROUND

Deirdre Gilbert has earned her M.A. in Educational Administration, her B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communication (Cum Laude) from Prairie View A&M University; she is a native Houstonian, a graduate of the public school system attending elementary, middle and high school graduating from Madison high. Deirdre has worked tirelessly in her own community of Sienna Plantation, further, she’s worked on issues such as denial of voting rights in local elections within Missouri City, and MUD District issues. She has spoken before the Texas Legislature and U.S. Congress in Washington D.C on civil rights. Deirdre has helped to shape legislation regarding whistleblowers, medical malpractice, and education. Deirdre is not afraid of a battle and is willing to speak for those who are unable to speak for themselves. In addition to helping those in her community, state, local and national, she also works for a non-profit that help veterans find employment.

Deirdre has been capturing the attention of media nationally for some time. In 2007, she released her first book entitled, “Can I Just Have a Little Bit? A Little Bit of What?” Her recent work, “Momma Help Me Please,” was inspired by the first love of her life, her daughter Jocelyn.

This journey has led to the first Blog Talk Show “Life” Radio Show that focused on “victims” of medical malpractice and then rebranded with another show called “Med/Mal Radio Show-What’s Your Verdict and just recently Malpractice Diaries-MD –We Tell the Secrets they Keep.

Since 2011, Deirdre Gilbert has not backed down from her challenges, founding non-profits such as the National Medical Malpractice Advocacy Association (NMMAA), serving as its National Director, and Executive Director of the Jocelyn Y. Dickson Foundation. NMMAA is a non-partisan educational organization that was created to promote transparency, accountability and integrity in the medical profession. Through NMMAA’s educational endeavor, she advocates high standards of ethics and morality to ensure non-abuse of the powers entrusted to the profession by the American people. Under her direction, these non-profits have gained support from members of Congress, garnered attention and recognition among state lawmakers, and sparked open dialogue and inquiry into medical negligence. With her husband of 7 years, Mr. Kurt E. Gilbert, beside her, she has spoken boldly before Medical Boards, Government Agencies, the State Legislature, and the US Congress calling for repeal of TORT Reforms, review of the Information Act as it relates to medical doctors, greater accountability in the hospital industry, and Justice for All who fall victim to healthcare abuse. The core of her message is consistent, Justice for All.

Deirdre achieved a milestone twice, first when she was asked to speak at the Whistleblower’s Summit in Washington, DC 2016 and again in 2019 when she provided testimony at the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings about the devastating effects of medical malpractice. She has spearheaded the nation’s 1st Medical Malpractice Conference that convened medical professionals, attorneys, civil rights leaders, social justice organizations, patient safety advocates and legislative leaders. Her third milestone was when she threw her hat in the political ring and decided to run for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2, Fort Bend County, TX. Deirdre assisted with having H.R. 614 resolution filed in the Texas Legislature, recognizing Medical Malpractice in the State of Texas. In addition, Deirdre created a new initiative, “The Medical Malpractice Right to Justice Project’s mission to assist those harmed by medical negligence and who’s cases was never heard in a court of law, to bring these cases before a court based on evidence ranging from misstated/understated or erroneous death certificates, misstated/understated/overstated or erroneous expert reports, altered or falsified medical records, existence of individual, hospital, physician, and institutional agencies conflict of interest.

Deirdre Gilbert was instrumental in getting the 1st proclamation in 2013 recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month. Since then, the organization has been given recognition from the State of Missouri’s Governor Jeremiah W. Nixon, the State of Colorado’s Governor John Hickenlooper, and the State of Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal. The organization has also received several congressional, state, and local recognition. Deirdre created the first PSA that aired on Harkins movie screens across the states September 2016, promoting and educating the public on “Preventable Medical Mistakes.” In 2019 NMMAA received the 1st Enrolled House Resolution 86 (R) HR 614 by the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas Legislature recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month.
