HISD School Teacher Caught Vandalizing Campaign Signs Belonging to HISD District IX Candidate Gerry Wayne Monroe

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For those of you who don't know, Gerry Wayne Monroe is running for HISD Trustee for District IX, on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, against Myrna Guidry, the woman you see pictured above on the far right. Now, that woman you see in the middle hiding her face with her cell phone is an HISD School Teacher by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw. Yes, her last name is really "OUTLAW", and she was out acting bad last night, on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in the Hiram Clarke area of District IX. What was she out doing last night? I'm glad you asked! Well, according to a witness, Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw, an HISD School Teacher was out 'allegedly" vandalizing campaign signs that belong to Gerry Wayne Monroe last night."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The lady you see pictured above trying to get to her vehicle is an HISD School Teacher by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw. Why is she moving so fast? I'm glad you asked! Well, according to a witness she pulled into the Hiram Clarke Police Station after realizing that she was being followed. Why was she being followed? Well, she had just been spotted 'allegedly' vandalizing the campaign signs belonging to Gerry Wayne Monroe, a 2021 candidate for HISD District IX."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "It was discovered last night, on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, that a Black woman was out vandalizing Gerry Wayne Monroe's campaigns in the Hiram Clarke area. After getting the license plate number (GBW4002) for the White Jeep Grand Cherokee it was discovered that this particular vehicle belonged to a woman by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw who, according to what she told the police is an HISD School Teacher."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you can see in the photo above, Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw is a little shy and didn't want to have her picture taken after this alleged “SIGN BANDIT OUTLAW” realized that she was being followed and pulled into the police station in Hiram Clarke."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you can see, this alleged “SIGN BANDIT OUTLAW” by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw got a little upset last night, on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, when she got caught red-handed 'allegedly' breaking the law. According to statements heard in a video on Gerry Wayne Monroe's Facebook page, she is alleged to have tried to explain the situation away by stating that she was a school teacher and needed water-proof signs."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "We are strongly encouraging every registered voter who lives inside the boundaries of HISD District IX to cast your vote for Gerry Wayne Monroe on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. It's time out for playing dirty political games in our local elections. You can vote early for Gerry Wayne Monroe, between Monday, October 18, 2021, and Friday, October 29, 2021."

HISD Teacher Caught Red-Handed Vandalizing Campaign Signs Belonging to HISD District IX Candidate Gerry Monroe

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

A local art teacher by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw was caught in the very act of cutting down campaign signs belonging to HISD District IX candidate Gerry Wayne Monroe late last night, Tuesday, October 5, 2021. It is unclear at this time whether Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw is tied to HISD Trustee Myrna Guidry’s campaign, or to Democratic Political Consultant Ron Jackson – the guy believed to be running her campaign. So, what would motivate a local artist and educator to risk going to jail by going out and vandalizing campaign signs? We don’t know for sure at this point. However, what we do know is that Myrna Guidry is running scared right now. And desperate people will sometimes do desperate things. How desperate is Myrna Guidry? When only 10 people like her official HISD Trustee page on Facebook right now – so you tell me!

WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT

It was discovered last night, Tuesday, October 5, 2021, that a Black woman was out vandalizing Gerry’s campaign in the Hiram Clarke area. After getting the license plate number (GBW4002) for the White Jeep Grand Cherokee it was discovered that it belonged to a woman by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw who lives at 5303 Knotty Oaks Trail in Houston, Texas 77045. After the alleged “SIGN BANDIT OUTLAW” by the name of Marsha Dorsey-Outlaw realized that she was being followed she pulled into the police station in Hiram Clarke. Once Gerry arrived at the Hiram Clarke Police Station, the woman had already left. However, she is alleged to have tried to explain the situation away by stating that she was a school teacher and needed water-proof signs. I will be closely monitoring this situation.

MILLARD HOUSE II, SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS FOR THE HOUSTON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

In June 2021, Millard House II was elected unanimously by the Board of Education as the superintendent of the Houston Independent School District.

Superintendent House most recently served as superintendent of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System in Tennessee and in 2021 was named TN Mid-Cumberland Superintendent of the Year. Under his leadership, CMCSS produced steady academic gains across subject areas; expanded educational options for families; implemented an innovative Teacher Residency Program to prepare new teachers; ensured every student in kindergarten through 12th grade has technology to learn; and implemented a Foundational Literacy Skills Plan to support young children who are learning to read.

Superintendent House is a Tulsa, OK native who started his career as a physical education teacher and has more than 25 years of experience in education and the nonprofit sector. He previously served as chief operating officer of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina and as deputy superintendent of Tulsa Public Schools in Oklahoma.

Prior to joining the executive cabinet in Tulsa, he founded and led a college preparatory middle school in one of the city’s most economically underserved neighborhoods. Over four years, Superintendent House’s school became one of the highest-performing and most sought-after schools in the community. Before founding his school, Superintendent House was one of the nation’s youngest public-school administrators as he served as assistant principal for one year and principal for four years at Marian Anderson Elementary School in Tulsa at the age of 26.

During Superintendent House’s tenure, Anderson Elementary went from being designated one of the lowest performing schools in the state of Oklahoma to being one of the highest performing Title I schools in the state of Oklahoma.

In 2003, Superintendent House was voted Tulsa Public Schools’ Principal of the Year. He was the first African American educator to earn this honor. He also was named the Outstanding Administrator of the Year by the Tulsa Area Alliance of Black School Educators.

Superintendent House earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Montevallo, Alabama and his Master of Administration in School Administration from Northeastern State University, Oklahoma. He also graduated from the Fisher School Leadership Program at the Hass School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Superintendent House has served on several boards, including Tulsa Educare Board, Oklahoma Center for Community & Justice Board, Oklahoma Education Oversight Board, Southwestern Educational Development Laboratory Board, Harvey B. Gantt Museum Board, Charlotte Children’s Theater Board, Tennessee Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission, Complete Tennessee Steering Committee, and the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce.

Five Star General Discusses What Freedom Means to Him

FIVE STAR GENERAL: “Freedom, generally, is having the ability to act or change without constraint. A person has the freedom to do things that will not, in theory, or in practice, be prevented by other forces. Outside of the human realm, freedom generally does not have this political or psychological dimension. Freedom means African Americans not being murdered unjustly by law enforcement. Freedom is quality education for every person. Freedom is when Black America is paid reparations. When that is done Blacks will enjoy financial freedom in my opinion.”

And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
