DA’s Like Kim Ogg Targeted in HB-125, HB-678, As Republicans Crack Down on Election Fraud, in the State of Texas

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat) is slowly becoming the worst District Attorney in the entire state of Texas. It's no secret that Kim Ogg has started playing both sides of the political aisle in her feeble attempt to protect her political future. But the scary thing about the direction she's headed is that she's beginning to show her true colors and racist tendencies as she selectively swings her political axe. It's unmistakably clear that Kim Ogg has been using her political office as a place to grind her political axe and go after almost anyone who is viewed as her political foe. ON THE OTHER HAND, Democrat District Attorney Brian Middleton (Fort Bend County), Republican District Attorney Tom Selleck (Brazoria County), and Republican District Attorney Brett Ligon (Montgomery County), all appear to be checking their political affiliations at the door as they strive to do what's best for the safety, and well-being of the citizens of Brazoria County, Fort Bend County. and Montgomery County. That being said, HB-678, and HB-125, which have been filed in the 88th Texas Legislative Session could go a long way when it comes to dealing with "alleged" rogue prosecutors like Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and some of her cronies.

According to Tamoria Jones, who was serving as the Chief of Staff for State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., “When Harold sees blood, he doesn’t give a ‘f_ck’ what side you’re on. He’s like I am going after everybody,” she said. “If you were against me,” she said, speaking of her boss. “Or if ‘I felt like you were against me – I’m going after you,” she told “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown in a secretly recorded audio tape while the two were sharing drinks together. The audio included in this video will help you to better understand, how Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is using her office to grind political axes, go after her political rivals, and do the dirty work for some of her political allies.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg must be challenged in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary. According to attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown, "Since March of 2019, Kim Ogg and her political cronies launched an all-out white liberal attack on Black Judges. Her flunky ADAs have been reporting Black Judges to the Texas Judicial Ethics Commission every time they fail to get a ruling that is favorable to the State." You can "CLICK HERE" to listen to how the "QUID PRO QUO" led to the indictments of Damien Thaddeus Jones, Richard Bonton, and Demming, shortly following the 2020 Presidential Election, in Harris County, Texas.

DA’s Like Kim Ogg Targeted in HB-678, HB-125, As Republicans Crack Down on Election Fraudsters, and their Enablers

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Harris County Attorney Kim Ogg's racist tendencies are beginning to show, with the announcement that she's going to put the family of A.J. Armstrong through a third trial next month (February 2023), after his second trial ended in a mistrial in October of 2022. If A.J. Armstrong was a white kid, do you believe that the white (or Hispanic) community would be sitting by and allowing this 'alleged' rogue District Attorney (Kim Ogg), to take a (white or Latino) family through three murder trials?

In case you don't know, A.J. Armstrong is the young Black man who is accused of the murders of his parents inside their Bellair home back in 2016. Two juries comprised of 12 jurors have not been able to reach a conclusion on this young man's guilt or innocence. Yet, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is going to put this young man and his family through another trial -- as so-called Black leaders sit by quietly and allow her to do this. Mind you, the DA's Office has lost evidence, and many feel that the Houston Police Department hasn't even fully investigated the case.

According to attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown, "Since March of 2019, Kim Ogg and her political cronies launched an all-out white liberal attack on Black Judges. Her flunky ADAs have been reporting Black Judges to the Texas Judicial Ethics Commission every time they fail to get a ruling that is favorable to the State."

"Kim Ogg has teamed up with the Houston Chronicle and ABC 13 to falsely report why bonds are being set low for violent offenders. The white liberal media intentionally reports the names of Black Judges in headlines to cause embarrassment and damage to their reputations," says Brown.

Attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown recently told me, "Back in December of 2020, when she (Kim Ogg) indicted three individuals on trumped-up charges as a favor to the Black political elite, Kim stated, “there is more to come.” I attempted to warn the community in May of 2021 that Kim is actively engaging in a quid pro quo scheme to garner political support."

"Since the release of my video, Kim Ogg has actively attacked countless Black Judges, used her office to bully the Harris County Commissioners Court, and shook down Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo for money by indicting her top aides," said "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown.

NOT PLAYING POLITICS

I'm not trying to play politics, nor trying to plan any sort of race card. Nor am I trying to stoke the flames of racial discord, division, and upheaval that's casting a dark cloud over Harris County, Texas. But Harris County, Texas has become a cesspool that needs to be drained. And in case you don't know, a cesspool is an underground container used to temporarily store liquid waste and sewage.

For months now, I've been trying to tell everyone who would listen, that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is corrupt, and playing both sides of the political aisle, to protect her own political future. Why? Well, because, Democrats have started to see right through Kim Ogg (Democrat), and her buddies (Don and Rachel Palmer Hooper), who are both (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only" political players who enabled Kim Ogg to run her "alleged" scheme to capture four local judicial benches back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

"We’ve got some really good District Attorneys in neighboring counties, who are doing excellent jobs in my opinion."

District Attorney Brian Middleton happens to be a Democrat, but he appears to check his political affiliation at the door when he steps inside his office. Middleton appears to be working for the people of Fort Bend County in an unbiased fashion. In my opinion, if HB-678, filed by state Rep. Keith Bell, is written into law, Attorney General Ken Paxton, should be able to take "ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS" from Harris County, Texas over to Fort Bend County and receive fair and impartial investigations. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about House Bill - 678, which could go into effect on September 1, 2023, if passed in the 88th Legislative Session, that's currently underway.

District Attorney Brett Ligon happens to be a Republican, but I've heard some very good things about him. Ligon is tough, but fair, from what I've been told. If HB-678, filed by state Rep. Keith Bell, is written into law, I sincerely believe that Attorney General Ken Paxton would be able to take "ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS" from Harris County, Texas over to neighboring Montgomery County and get fair, and impartial investigations conducted. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about House Bill - 678, which could go into effect on September 1, 2023, if passed in the 88th Legislative Session, that's currently underway.

District Attorney Tom Selleck happens to be a Republican, but he's honest, fair, and unbiased. Selleck would do the right thing if some of these "ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS" were taken over to Brazoria County for prosecution in my opinion. If HB-678, filed by state Rep. Keith Bell, is written into law, I sincerely believe that Attorney General Ken Paxton would be able able to trust District Attorney Tom Selleck to take the cases seriously and investigate them to the fullest. You can "CLICK HERE" to learn more about House Bill - 678, which could go into effect on September 1, 2023, if passed in the 88th Legislative Session, that's currently underway.

FOR THE RECORD

For the record, District Attorney Brian Middleton (Democrat), is doing a great job over in Fort Bend, Texas. District Attorney Brett Ligon (Republican) is doing his thing over in Montgomery County, Texas. And District Attorney Tom Selleck is doing a fabulous job over in Brazoria County, Texas. However, someone needs to step in and force Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat), to do her job. DA Ogg, won’t prosecute anyone but political outsiders, in my opinion. Why? Well, if she were to prosecute any Democrat, the trail could possibly lead right back to her.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is between a rock and a hard place. While deep down inside, her heart, could be compelling her to do the right thing, and go after the ‘wrong-doers” she can’t. Why not? Well, for the record, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has employed some of the same “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” as many of her buddies.

Listen, people like Gloria Palmer, Deborah Adams, Tomar Bishop, Ray Charles Jones Jr., Evelyn Dupree, and many others have wreaked havoc, on local Harris County, Texas elections for decades. But as long as it was relegated to “THE BLACK COMMUNITY” many statewide officials ignored the problem. But, as the sinister strategies that have helped “ROGUE POLITICIANS” keep a stranglehold on “THE BLACK COMMUNITY” for decades, state leaders are now beginning to recognize the seriousness of the problem.

Local attorney “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown tried to warn everyone about Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, shortly after she indicted his client Damien Thaddeus Jones, and two other Blacks shortly after the 2020 Presidential Election. He tried to alert everyone (who would listen) to the fact that District Attorney Kim Ogg, was a part of a “QUID PRO QUO” and needed to be stopped.

In case you don’t know, a “QUID PRO QUO” occurs when someone does a favor or grants an advantage to someone in return for something of value. That being said, District Attorney Kim Ogg, found herself in a difficult position back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary, and made a deal with the devil, so to speak. But don’t take my word for it.

Politics make for “STRANGE BEDFELLOWS” when you get right down to it. I get it!!! It’s hard to believe that “BLACK FOLKS” would sell out their own people. However, if you think back to slavery, Blacks sold Blacks, and Blacks were used to keep other Blacks in line. And to be truthful, the same thing is happening today!

Anyways, I thank God for “STRONG PATRIOTS” like State Rep. Keith Bell, R-Forney, Texas for filing House Bill 678, and State Rep. Bryan Slaton R-Royse City, Texas for having the courage, and intestinal fortitude, to file these two much-needed bills to reign in rogue prosecutors.

HB-678, filed by state Rep. Keith Bell, would allow Attorney General Ken Paxton to appoint the County Attorney or District Attorney from a neighboring county as a special prosecutor in cases where “ELECTION CRIMES” are being considered.

So, if HB-678, is passed into law, it would go into effect on September 1, 2023, and give Attorney General Ken Paxton the power to take a case involving “ELECTION CRIMES” committed in Harris County, Texas over to Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, or Montgomery County.

HB-678 would also require, ‘alleged’ rogue District Attorneys like Kim Ogg, to notify the attorney general’s office whenever a case involving “ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS” is opened in their county.

What I absolutely love about HB-125, which was filed by state Rep. Bryan Slaton is that it would give Attorney General Ken Paxon the power to go after “alleged” rogue prosecutors by seeking court injunctions against them when they’re found to be limiting the enforcement of Texas election laws.
