Results Could Be Different in Harris County Without the Benefit of Straight-Ticket Voting in the Upcoming Midterm Election

These are the nineteen Black females who ran for judicial positions back during the 2022 Midterm Election, Judge Maria T. Jackson was the presiding judge for the 339th Criminal District Court at the time, and Judge Ramona Franklin currently presides over the 338th Criminal District Court at the time this photo was taken. Both, Judge Jackson and Judge Franklin, were running for higher judicial positions at the time and came up short. All seventeen of the other Black women were swept into office by receiving 515,812 straight ticket votes back during the 2018 Midterm Election.

Results Could Be Different in Harris County Without the Benefit of Straight-Ticket Voting in the Upcoming Midterm Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Midterm Election turnouts are a lot different than the turnouts for Presidential Elections. That being said, many of the Democratic incumbent judges are vulnerable and don't even realize it. Back during the 2018 Midterm Election, supporters of Beto O'Rourke drove up the turnout significantly. However, the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES" also played a significant role as the mystique surrounding the potential for history to be made also drove Blacks to the polls in droves to cast their ballot for these women. But, the honeymoon is over!!!

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Believe it, or not, many of the African Americans I've been talking to, never really liked the whole "BLACK GIRL MAGIC THING" from the get-go. However, they felt like they would give these women a chance, even though, several had never even tried a case before. And several others weren't even practicing law (on a consistent basis) at the time that they were elected to the bench. So, in essence, "SYMBOLIC VOTES" were cast for the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES" as a group. So, as a group, these women have failed miserably. How? Well, for starters, several of these women are so arrogant that they've got no business serving on the bench. Judicial temperament is a very important part of being a judge.

I just don't know what to say about Judge Lashawn A. Williams, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 1. When Judge Williams was elected, I was so happy for her. She was one of the women who I just knew was going to be a great judge. But boy was I wrong. I mean, she appears to be competent, intelligent, and able to do the job; but she's just mean as hell.

Why would any judge be telling anyone who appears before her that she's not concerned about them living "on a box" during a court proceeding??? And correcting herself and telling Arthur J. Smith, that she didn't care about him living on the streets isn't any better. "My career has been rich and diverse, representing the interests of many on both sides of the aisle," she states on her website. She goes on to say, "This strong professional experience allows me to have the understanding and genuine perspective needed to respect wholly each party before me, and to interpret, honor, and uphold the letter and spirit of the law." But if you look at how she treated Arthur J. Smith, when he appeared before her, she straight up lying on her website.

According to “OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS” Art (Arthur) Smith was telling the truth when he said that "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE" LaShawn A. Williams told him that she wasn't concerned about him living on a box. You can “CLICK HERE” to review TRIAL COURT CAUSE NO. 1159831, and APPELLATE CAUSE NO. 14-12-00015-CV, in the case of Robert C. Williams versus Arthur Smith, that took place in Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 3, that presided over by the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE” known as LaShawn A. Williams.

"Over the course of the last few years, I've caught flack from both sides of the political aisle and have consistently been disrespected, shunned, and ignored by a lot of folks. I've also been threatened directly and indirectly since I began investigating local dirty politicians and their cronies who are committed to remaining in power by any means necessary. That being said, I am strongly encouraging you to do your own research and identify the candidates you like. Once you've developed your slate, I need for you to then, combine my slate with yours. Listen!!! The upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is unquestionably the most important election of our generation. And thus, propaganda, flat-out lies, and deceptive news reports are being peddled to the public like popcorn at the "RINGLING BROS AND BARNUM & BAILEY CIRCUS" on a daily basis. So, please join me in "Putting People Over Politics" as God's plan for America continues to unfold during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
