Something Went Terribly Wrong in the 507th Family District Court Under the Watch of Associate Judge Jim Evans

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “I believe justice was perverted in the 507th Family District Court when Judge Jim Evans (far right), the first openly-gay judge to serve in Harris County Family Courts took James Enecio’s baby away from him and his wife Beverly Enecio under what appears to be very suspicious circumstances. Did you hear me? Judge Jim Evans, the first “openly gay” judge to serve in the family courts, is the one who helped that woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews to regain custody of her child. And she only gained custody once Democrats took complete control of the courts, and she was given direct access to local judges by being appointed as the so-called “ACCOUNTABILITY CHAIR” for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. Are you paying attention? Listen!!! Things did not begin to turn around for the woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews in CAUSE NO. 2010-06089 until after she was able to gain unfettered access to local politicians through her position as a so-called “ACCOUNTABILITY CHAIR” for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats which enabled her to freely threaten, terrorize, and bully local judges, and other elected officials throughout the state of Texas."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Judge Julia Maldonado is the presiding judge for the 507th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas. The guy you see standing beside her is her associate judge who she appointed after she won the bench back during the 2016 Presidential Election. That being said, it was Judge Jim Evans who took James Enecio's baby away from him and his loving wife Beverly and gave the baby back to that woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews. Now for those of you who don't know, Judge Evans took James Enecio's baby away from him and handed the baby over to a woman who (1) Faked a drug test. (2) Openly practices Voodoo. (3) According to police placed an anonymous call to her ex-husband's job in an attempt to have him arrested for dealing drugs at his job. (4) Threatened to blow up an HISD School with everyone inside -- including the students -- among a host of other things."

Something Went Terribly Wrong in the 507th Family District Court Under the Watch of Associate Judge Jim Evans

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Let me tell it to you like this: Somebody needs to do something about what happened to James Enecio and his wife Beverly Enecio inside the 507th Family District Courtroom when James’ baby got taken away from him and his loving wife Beverly. And don’t none of you go around talking about I am over here bashing gay judges – that would be a bold-faced lie. All I am doing with this report is giving “THE ENECIO’S” a voice that nobody else would. So, I implore every sitting judge, and community stake-holder to read Beverly Enecio’s account of how things played out inside the 507th Family District Court when Judge Jim Evans, Attorney Jimmie Brown Jr., and several other people basically conspired together to give that woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews her baby back – even after she had threatened the Republican judge (The Honorable Judge David Farr) on Facebook and he stepped away from CAUSE NO. . And

A SIMPLE QUESTION

Why was the Judge Jim Evans (the associate judge) handling a case of this magnitude, and not Judge Julia Maldonado (the presiding judge) for the 507th Family District Court? So, for those of you who don’t know, Judge Jim Evans was appointed to his associate’s position by Judge Julia Maldonado after she won the bench back in 2016 Presidential Election. As for Judge Evans, his candidacy had been rejected by Harris County voters back when he ran for the 308th Family District Court in 2014 and lost to the Republican candidate in the general election. But that’s not what really sticks out when it comes to this particular judge. What am I talking about? Well, he and his husband, William Flowers got married over in Connecticut back in 2010 – which isn’t a problem. However, what bothers me – is when I start hearing folks setting the stage by labeling sitting judges ‘homophobic judges’ in headlines. I also got a little concerned about this particular judge when a read an article about him entitled, “Gay couple plans to appeal restrictive custody ruling by ‘homophobic’ judge” several years ago. This particular article talked primarily about how Judge Jim Evans and his husband William Flowers set out to appeal a ruling in their child custody case on the grounds that the judge in the case had ordered that Jim’s husband William Flowers who was a divorced father of three was prohibited from ever leaving his children alone with his Jim, or any other man who is was not related to the children “by blood or adoption.” Click here to read the story, if you never heard about it.

Beverly Enecio Want's to Know: Where’s the Justice in These Harris County Courtrooms?

- FIRSTHAND ACCOUNT -

(We) went to court my husband and me! When we got to the civil courthouse went inside the big courtroom for the 312th Family District Court that we had been going to since 2015. Come to find out, we had to go to the small court for the 507th Family District Court. My husband, Mr. James Enecio and myself Beverly Enecio went into this small room with Candice Matthews, her two Attorneys and two of Ms. Matthews’ friends – but something didn’t feel right. So, the judge came into the small room and announced himself! Then the judge proceeded to ‘swear-in) people who were involved in the case. So, everyone stood up including me. I must add that Ms. Matthews had someone there who was just painting a very horrible picture of me in front of Judge Jim Evans, the associate judge for the 507th Family District Court – ‘this is absurd” I stated to my husband!

NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Like I said, this was a very strange proceeding, and things just didn’t look, or feel right. We were sitting here wondering to ourselves, “When will the Attorney Mr. Shane Kersh for the baby come in?  Or where is my husband's Attorney Mrs. Omon???” So, my husband stood up and asked for a reset -- because neither our Attorney, nor the Attorney for the baby was present!!! Well, the Presiding Judge (Judge Jim Evans) stated, “You had three days to notify your Attorneys!!!” So, about this time, we're starting to feel bamboozled while this woman is reading off this piece of paper all the made-up Lies about (US) My Husband and me. So, we start interrupting them asking Judge Evans if we could pause to make some phone calls to our Attorneys so that we could have proper representation! However, our pleas for help went unanswered. So, without prevailing, the judge stated "we could make a call on BREAK" and if the Attorney's "AREN'T HERE IN 30 MINUTES WE WILL CONTINUE!!!"

PLACING FRANTIC PHONE CALLS

My husband and I both pulled out our phones and started dialing as soon as the court took a break!! However, the signals were bad inside the court building! I mean, we are calling leaving messages, calling and leaving messages, and frantically trying to get someone over to the courthouse to help us! About that time we felt completely helpless, and defeated. Then while we are talking about this entire situation – we started asking ourselves whether or not our attorneys were ever even notified. It's a question that we were both asking ourselves at the same time. Then Candice Matthews comes walking over to where my husband and I were standing.  I had been kind of watching her out of the corner of my eye while I was leaving a message for one of the attorneys! And as I turned back around (she) Candice told my husband to give the baby back and this will all be over. But my husband shouted "NO"!!!! And then my husband asked, “Why are you doing this?" “Why are you continuing to target Beverly?" "She loves (Baby name) she's not harming her!!!"

REACHING THE BREAKING POINT

So, it's not looking good for (US) my husband and me at this point and (we) just broke down and gave up!! My husband (James Enecio) just broke down and started to cry, and so did I. We just walked back into the courtroom defeated and beaten down. Then the judge or somebody had someone looking up the school's address and phone number to where the baby was attending school. If my memory serves me right this was like, 10 o’clock in the morning. And we were just in utter shock when Judge Jim Evans made the ruling for the baby to go back over with that woman (Candice), and then we noticed that she and her lawyers had already left the courtroom! But we were held back for at least 30 minutes, to give Candice time to go get our baby! So, once we were granted permission to leave the courtroom, we rushed over to the school – only to find Candice standing in the office screaming that she was coming to our home to gets all of the( baby's stuff!).

THE BABY RUSHES OVER

As Candice was screaming at (US) my husband and I the baby rushed over to my husband and I crying like crazy!! I was crying like crazy too!!! My husband just broke down after Candice signed the withdrawal paper's taking the baby out of the school she loved. I just want everyone to know that the day our baby got taken away was the WORST HEARTBREAKING DAY OF ALL THREE OF OUR LIVES>>>> MY BABY GIRL, MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF!!! JESUS – IT STILL HURTS TO THINK OF HOW THEY DID US!!!  Where’s the justice in these Harris County Courtrooms????

The Enecio's Have Joined Team Aubrey R. Taylor in His Fight Against Candice Matthews

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

"The audio recording above is a cry for help from "THE ENCENIO FAMILY" to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. As an American, I have a right under the FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, to freely express my opinion. And as the president and CEO of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, I also possess a FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT to freedom of the press."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “Do you see the child above with the swollen black eye? Now, do you see that stack of folders above on the right? Well, inside that stack of information that are part of a “RELEASE OF SOCIAL STUDY (COPY), that's a part of the public record. But let me make it easy for you. In case you don't know. All any ordinary citizen would need to do to access some of the information I have on the woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews is to look up CAUSE NO: 2010-06089 on the Harris County District Court website. Now, do you see the child above with the swollen black eye? Well, that swollen black eye was suffered by that child (Daughter Candice Matthews) while in the care and custody of the woman they call “Dr.” Candice Matthews. And the saddest part about all of what’s about to play out in the 151st Civil District Courtroom, is that the woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews, and her "BOOTLEG ATTORNEY" does not believe that I have a right to alert the public about the fact the same woman who has been terrorizing local judges, and other elected officials as the so-called “ACCOUNTABILITY CHAIR” can’t even hold herself accountable.”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Do you see the blackeye on the baby pictured above? Well, that's how the woman they call "Dr." Candice Matthews returned this beautiful baby to her dad, James Enecio one day, according to CAUSE NO. 2010-06089 in a special report entitled, "CONTESTED CUSTODY ACCESS EVALUATION" that's a matter of public record. Now, for the record, the woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews and her "BOOTLEG ATTORNEY" who goes by the name of Jimmie L. Brown are trying to intimidate Gerry Wayne Monroe and me through emails.

Candice's Bootleg Lawyer Named Jimmie Brown Jr. Tried to Intimidate Gerry Wayne Monroe and Aubrey Last Night by Email

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Over the last few days I’ve heard an earful about the woman called “Dr.” Candice Matthews and this bootleg lawyer she’s hired to sue me. And when I say an earful, you had better believe that I know a lot more about their relationship than they understand. However, that’s not what I’m here to talk about today. What I want to do today is provide the citizens of Harris County, Texas with is a better idea of how this woman they call “Dr.” Candice Matthews, has terrorized local elected officials – including judges, state representatives, county commissioners, and others under the cover provided to her by the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, as their so-called accountability chair. But before I get to that, I would like for everyone reading this report to understand, that I did not start this fight – but I plan to finish it. Also, please take a moment to read Beverly Enecio’s account of what happened to her and her husband inside  the 507th Family District Court when their baby was taken away from them by Associate Judge Jim Evans, attorney Jimmie Brown Jr., and the woman they call “Dr.” Candice Matthews.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The document you are looking at above says, 'The minor child was interviewed three times during this evaluation, once at father's (*James Enecio) house, once at the mother's house, and once at school. At the father's home (the child) appeared happy and comfortable. She reported that the she was having a good summer with the father and the stepmother. She commented that they have been going to Splashtown and to the movies. It is a lot of fun at the father's house. She commented that the stepmother (Beverly Enecio) gives her workbook pages each day to make sure that she continues to learn during the summer. She stated that she is very comfortable at the father's home, especially now because she has her own bedroom.' Now please visit the court records by accessing CAUSE NO. 2010-06089 on the Harris County Clerk's website."

“Dr.” Candice Matthews Woman, is Out of Control -- According to the Police, She Was Responsible for Drugs Being Planted on Her Ex-Husband's Vehicle at his Job

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

So, where do I begin? Well, let me start with a question, “How does a woman end up married 4 times before her 41st birthday? I don’t know, but something isn’t right about that. And I'm going to make it my business to find out. But the bigger question is, "Is this "Dr." Candice Matthews woman really a "Dr" like she claims?" on her Facebook Page, she claims to have studied at Temple University. This “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman claims to have studied at New Charter University. She claims to have studied at Texas A&M University. And she claims to have gone to C.E. King High School. However, one of my private investigators alerted me to the fact that, under CAUSE NO. 2010-060890, in “Dr.” Candice Matthews’ Contested Custody Access Evaluation, “Dr.” Candice Matthews didn’t just claim to have just studied at the aforementioned universities I’ve mentioned. On an official document, “Dr.” Candice Matthews claimed to hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina – which she supposedly obtained back in 2005. She also claimed to hold a Master’s degree in education from Temple University that she claimed to obtained back in 2001. “Dr.” Candice Matthews also claimed to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Temple University that she claims to have obtained in 2000. But she didn’t stop there, “Dr.” Candice Matthews also claimed to be working on her Master’s in Business Administration through Texas A&M, in the aforementioned documents. “I do not find that Candice Hinton Matthews has a PH.D. from a college/university. I would like to know what college/university she graduated from,” said Charles Marler, who is also a former FBI Investigative Specialist. “I have found that she regularly passes herself off as a Ph.D., and even filed with the State as one. So, please stay tuned, there’s much more to come on this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman.

CANDICE'S FIRST MARRIAGE

“Dr.” Candice Matthews’ first marriage was to a dude name Harry Rax on October 20, 2001 (verified: Marriage License No. U16858). No children were born to the marriage. A divorce was granted on November 6, 2003, in the 247th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas (verified through Harris County District Court records: Cause No. 2003-49711).

CANDICE'S SECOND MARRIAGE

“Dr.” Candice Matthews’ second marriage was to a dude name James Enecio on March 31, 2005, in Harris County, Texas (verified: Marriage License No. V26126). A divorce was granted on February 11, 2011), in Harris County, Texas.

CANDICE'S THIRD MARRIAGE

“Dr.” Candice Matthews’ third marriage was to a dude by the name of Rodrin Richard Hinton on February 21, 2014, in Houston, Texas (verified: Marriage License No. V54298). In this particular marriage, “Dr.” Candice Matthews ended up filing for divorce citing domestic violence against her by Rodrin. She also ended up filing a petition for a protective order on August 14, 2015 (verified: Cause No. 2015-47530, in the 280th Judicial District Court). As a sidebar, it had been widely rumored for years that “Dr.” Candice Matthews had something to do with the death of Rodrin Richard Hinton, while he was in custody at the Harris County Jail – but again, rumors are just rumors. But if you can check out a story that was published in the Houston Chronicle titled, “Four have died after assaults or head trauma in Harris County Jail during Hickman's tenure” to learn more about the circumstances surrounding his death.

CANDICE'S FOURTH MARRIAGE

“Dr.” Candice Matthews' fourth marriage is to this dude Ronnie Calvin Matthews. Now look, as far as I’m concerned, I have not seen one instance that Ronnie Calvin Matthews has anything to do with any of the postings, and antics that his wife “Dr.” Candice Matthews has been carrying out via Facebook, and her social media accounts over the course of the last few weeks. So, in the spirit of fairness and respect, I am not going to release his criminal record, nor talk about what he does for a living right now.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The photo you see above was openly shared by "Dr." Candice Matthews on her "INSTAGRAM" account and shared with the court.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The photo you see above, is a small sample of the file, I'm building on "Dr." Candice Matthews, and her activities. The first order of business will be for my investigators to determine whether or not she actually has a "Ph.D." like she has been claiming for years. So, please stay tuned, there’s much more to come on this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman."

***It has been long rumored that "Dr." Candice Matthews uses much harder drugs than marijuana. However, according to the National Screening Center, Bruce Jeffries, was interviewed on Septemeber 9, 2015, via telephone in regard to "Dr." Candice Matthews' "POSITIVE DRUG TEST" you see above, that was from August 14, 2015. He reported that "Dr." Candice Matthews tested positive for marijuana (outside of hair) and marijuana metabolite (inside the body). He stated that the amount was low. However, based on the "ALLEGATION" that "Dr." Candice Matthews had sent someone in her place to take the drug test, he requested the chain of custody forms to evaluate "Dr." Candice Matthews' signature on the "FAILED DRUG TEST" to the signature "Dr." Candice Matthews provided on an earlier drug test. According to Bruce Jeffries, with the National Screening Center, the signature on the "FAILED DRUG TEST" where it was alleged that "Dr." Candice Matthews sent someone to take the test for her, didn't match with the hair drug test that was performed by Concentra on April 13, 2015. So, his conclusion was that the two different people had taken the drug tests. So, the question here is, "What was "Dr." Candice Matthews trying to hide?"

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "According to the “AFFIDAVIT” you see above, “Dr.” Candice Matthews is not only a serial liar, menace, stalker, intimidator, bully, and possibly “BLACK WIDOW” – she’s also a modern-day terrorist. How can I say this? Well, on or about February 3, 2015, she called her ex-husbands fiancé on her job at (HISD) Houston Independent School District three times. His fiancé worked at the receptionist’s desk so she had to answer the phone. The first call came from “Dr.” Candice Matthews around 8:50 a.m., when “Dr.” Candice Matthews threatened to kill her ex-husband's fiancé and whoever else was in the building. Then, at around 10:02 a.m., “Dr.” Candice Matthews called her ex-husbands fiancé again and stated, I am on my way to the school to blow that bitch up.” Then, according to the “AFFIDAVIT” on or about February 2, 2015, “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman called her ex-husband’s wife on her job at about 8:41 a.m. and told her that she was coming to the woman’s job to whoop her ass. Are you getting the picture? If not, let me tell it to you like this: “THIS “DR.” CANDICE MATTHEWS woman has a serious problem – she’s a serial liar, menace, stalker, intimidator, bully, and possibly “BLACK WIDOW” – she’s also a modern-day terrorist.!!!”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The document you see above is a "TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE ORDER AND SHOW CAUSE ORDER" that was granted to Beverly Guillory against Dr. Candice Matthews, who was "Candice Hinton" at the time. This "PROTECTIVE ORDER" was granted 280th Protection Order Court in Harris County, Texas. Again, please remember, that according to the "AFFIDAVIT" that was submitted, the first call came from “Dr.” Candice Matthews around 8:50 a.m., when “Dr.” Candice Matthews threatened to kill her ex-husband's fiancé and whoever else was in the building. If not, let me tell it to you like this: “THIS “DR.” CANDICE MATTHEWS woman has a serious problem in my opinion.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I’m struggling to understand how, and why, "Dr." Candice Matthews is not still locked up in a prison somewhere for what she did to her ex-husband – James Enecio. What did she do? Well, this evil, vile, vindictive woman that they call “Dr.” Candice Matthews either planted or had someone plant drugs on her ex-husband’s car at his job at the Veterans Administration, according to the official police report. And then, this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman called in an anonymous tip to have her husband arrested according to court documents.

According to the Police, "Dr." Candice Matthews Either Planted Or Had Drugs Planted on Her Ex-Husbands Vehicle at His Job

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Why wasn't this woman arrested for this incident? Look, according to THE VETERAN'S AFFAIRS POLICE DEPARTMENT RECORD from April 2015, "Dr." Candice Matthews was the culprit in a serious crime. What did she do? I'm about to tell you if you hold your horses!!! I pulled this information from some official documents regarding the incident that occurred back in April 2015. So, it was reported by an anonymous female that she had reason to believe that there was an employee at Veterans Affairs that was dealing drugs from his vehicle. The reporter ("Dr." Candice Matthews) gave specific information in regard to where they would find drugs, the license plate number of the vehicle, and where the alleged drug dealer resided. The information provided matched that of the father (James Enecio), "Dr." Candice Matthews' ex-husband. When they searched his (James Enecio's) vehicle, they found drugs in magnetic boxes attached to the father's vehicle by the muffler and the windshield wipers. No drugs or drug traces were found in the father's vehicle according to the police report. And as a side note, the Harris County District Attorney's Office declined to press criminal charges against James Enecio once they traced the anonymous phone call that was placed to them about the illegal drugs back to Dr. Candice Matthews. But don't take my word for it, the officer on the scene noted that the anonymous ("Dr." Candice Matthews made him believe that she "Dr." Candice Matthews did not personally know James Enecio -- which was a lie -- she "Dr." Candice Matthews was in a custody battle with James Enecio at the time.

MENACE TO SOCIETY

This “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman is a menace to society. And according to her failed drug test results, she could also be a drug addict as well. And according to an “AFFIDAVIT” I will feature below, this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman, is not only a serial liar, menace, stalker, intimidator, bully, and possibly “BLACK WIDOW” – she’s also a modern-day terrorist.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Carroll G. Robinson and his Texas Coalition of Black Democrats are on some serious "B.S." right now. I'm not going to talk about Carroll right now. However, that woman in the cowboy hat is a known drug abuser, liar, and could be we're launching a full investigation into her activities. That dude next to her is Terrence Shanks, I'm also going to leave him alone right now. And that dude in the back is Odus Evbagharu, the new Harris County Democratic Party, I haven't determined how much he has to do with the attacks that have lodged against me by the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats ("Dr." Candice Matthews), and the LGBTQ wing of the Harris County Democratic Party -- so I'm not going to deal with him for now. However, see that woman in that dress on the end? Well, that's Constance Jones, she with the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and she's also the owner and CEO at CRJ Healthcare Credentlng & Consulting. As it stands right now, I will also let her make it."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Do you see that dude on the far left in the photo above? That cat is Laolu Davies-Yemitan, a very close friend of Carroll G. Robinson. Back when Carroll G. Robinson was on the board of trustees at (HCC) Houston Community College, HCC ended up having to hire a law firm to investigate an accusation that Carroll tried to steer part of a multimillion-dollar construction contract to his close friend Laolu Davies-Yemitan, who owned a very small, pretty-much unknown company called Five Woods as a subcontractor to handle public outreach. Carroll's attempt to steer the $1.4 million contract Carroll's friend, Laolu Davies-Yemitan failed, and Carroll G. Robinson abruptly stepped down from his position on the Board of Trustees a short time later. So, I'm going to stop right there for now. However, you read, "HCC probe: Did trustee steer work to a friend?" Now, in his defense, Carroll denied any wrongdoing -- but still stepped down.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I've worked with Carroll G. Robinson in the past. However, if I determine that he is undergirding "Dr." Candice Matthews, as the supposed "ACCOUNTABILITY CHAIR" for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- he's going to have a serious problem to deal with in terms of trying to explain his abrupt departure from his "BOARD OF TRUSTEES" position at (HCC) Houston Community College.

How Much Does Carroll G. Robinson Know about What "Dr." Candice Mathews Threatening to Blow Up an HISD Building With Everyone Inside?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats has given this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman the ability to -- under their banner and authority, destroy the lives of “ELECTED OFFICIALS AND LOCAL LEADERS” when she can’t even control her own life. How can I say this? Well first off, this “Dr.” Candice Matthews woman, claims to have a (Ph.D.) in court records and in her business dealings. She also claims to work at the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats on her Facebook Page. However, that’s not what’s caught our attention. Well, what caught our attention is the fact that, under education, on her Facebook Page, she claims to have studied at Temple University. For the record, Community Activist Gladys House, on behalf of The Community Development Corporation of Freedmen’s Town, presented Aubrey R. Taylor, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, with “THE COMMUNITY GRASSROOT ADVOCACY AWARD” on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. “Businessman Aubrey Taylor expresses the need to know the political aspects of society,” said Gladys House. “His publication carefully researches the backgrounds of politicians and those seeking elected office to ensure they represent the best interests of the people,” she said.

We Must Allow Information to Flow Freely in These United States of America

“If you ask me, I think many Americans are becoming more and more less free in these United States of America, and something needs to change and change with the quickness. Look, it’s not right for one group of people to possess the ability to freely speak their minds on political issues, and another group of people to have their voices suppressed. And when it starts happening to members of the press, like me, it becomes an even greater problem. After all, why do we need a United States Constitution, if we’re not going to abide by it? Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For those of you who don't know, the photo of Demetria Smith, a local businesswoman and political activist, and myself sitting on a couch was taken at the state capital in Austin, Texas after the hearing on the voter integrity legislation Now, this powerful photo has a whole lot of crooked politicians, and their cohorts like Carroll G. Robinson, Terrance Shanks, and Candice Matthews with the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats shaking in their boots. And it also has some members of the LGBTQ community activists and homosexual Democratic Party operatives like John F. Miller, viciously attacking me. However, I plan to remain steadfast, unafraid, and vigilant as I fight to protect my "CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHTS" to freely speak my mind, and freely publish my truth without fear or favor."

The Foundation’s mission is to promote and defend liberty, personal responsibility, and free enterprise in Texas and the nation by educating and affecting policymakers and the Texas public policy debate with academically sound research and outreach.

Funded by thousands of individuals, foundations, and corporations, the Foundation does not accept government funds or contributions to influence the outcomes of its research.

The public is demanding a different direction for their government, and the Texas Public Policy Foundation is providing the ideas that enable policymakers to chart that new course.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In my opinion, "VOTER FRAUD" is not a partisan issue. The sanctity and purity of the elections process in America must be vigorously protected and defended. We are at war against a criminal regime that's looking to gain unfair advantages in the 2022 Midterm Elections all across our nation!"

GERRY WAYNE MONROE: "They are running the same playbook all over the state of Texas. It is your job (state legislators) to support this bill. What they are doing in Harris County, I've never seen anything like it in my life."

ABOUT THE 5 STAR GENERAL

Gerry Wayne Monroe “THE 5 STAR GENERAL” is a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas. “THE 5 STAR GENERAL” was born and raised in the historic 3rd Ward in Houston, Texas. He graduated from high school back in 1986, from Jack Yates Sr. High. And for those of you who don’t know, he is also a member of the 1985 Jack Yates Championship Football team. And get this, after a by-chance meeting with investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino, he started Monroe Consultations. His firm specializes in ‘Education Advocacy’ and political consulting. And over the course of the last few years, “THE 5 STAR GENERAL” has taken on assignments, and (according to him) has solved every issue that he’s touched. “My specialty is holding elected officials accountable. And in accordance with my goal to do so, I went back to further my education in the area of Criminal Justice and obtained my degree from Center Texas College,” he says. Thru his community and civic engagement, he's helped thousands upon thousands of kids and community members to regain the hope they had lost.

Five Star General Discusses What Freedom Means to Him

FIVE STAR GENERAL: “Freedom, generally, is having the ability to act or change without constraint. A person has the freedom to do things that will not, in theory, or in practice, be prevented by other forces. Outside of the human realm, freedom generally does not have this political or psychological dimension. Freedom means African Americans not being murdered unjustly by law enforcement. Freedom is quality education for every person. Freedom is when Black America is paid reparations. When that is done Blacks will enjoy financial freedom in my opinion.”

Councilman Mike Knox Discusses What Freedom Means to Him

“Give me LIBERTY or Give me Death!” These words are attributed to Patrick Henry from a speech he made to the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775. What was he talking about? Are these words relevant today?

The words Freedom and Liberty are often used interchangeably in conversation, and I will use them interchangeably in this article. Realistically they amount to the same thing. Both mean, in the broadest of terms, the absence of hindrance, restraint, confinement, or repression. Both Liberty and Freedom mean you can do whatever you want to do. Did Patrick Henry mean that Americans should be completely without restraint – I don’t think so.

Our Founding Fathers were avid readers of philosophy, logic, and apologetics. They studied Socrates, Aristotle, John Locke, and of course, the Bible. Many were in the habit of discussing serious issues like Freedom and Liberty as a source of evening entertainment. They came to understand that Freedom and Liberty meant individuals were free to do as they pleased provided; they did not hinder another person’s Freedom or Liberty. To put it in modern language, “your freedom to swing your arm ends where my nose begins.”

These founders of our country recognized that government authority (laws) inevitably leads to the tyranny of the people and places humans in an unnatural state of servitude to the will of the ruling class. They set about inventing a new form of government — not a Democracy, but rather a Republic.

Our founders understood that Democracy was flawed because it depended on the rule of the masses or majority rule. They understood the majority would always favor the larger group over the individual. A Republic, on the other hand, is based on the rule of law designed to protect the freedoms of the individual over the will of the majority. Unless, of course, the Republic was taken over by a despot, tyrant, or king. Their solution was brilliant. A democratically elected governing body, which could be managed by the majority, confined by the law enacted by the people through their elected representatives. The purpose of the whole exercise was to free the individual to have the liberty to pursue their definition of happiness through the exercise of individual free will.

We have all been engaged in this grand experiment for well over two hundred years, and we have not perfected it yet. Some would argue we have steadily yielded our Liberty to gain safety and security, that we are stifling free speech with political correctness, and are losing the ability, as a nation, to disagree without being disagreeable. It seems our schools have stopped teaching the classics in favor of the convenient. Perhaps all this is true. However, I like to think these struggles are not new to the United States and that Liberty and Freedom will ultimately prevail.

Freedom and Liberty are, to me, the light at the end of the tunnel. The goal to which we must constantly struggle to achieve.

Americans have died in places near and far attempting to obtain this “Holy Grail” we call Freedom. From the first person killed in the Boston Massacre, Crispus Attucks, to the next person who gives their full measure of devotion in service to this nation and all who have sacrificed in past conflicts so we can continue to seek Freedom, Americans would rather have Liberty than life itself. So, it would appear to me, Patrick Henry’s words in 1775 are as true today as they were then.

I, for one, agree. Give me Liberty or Give me Death!”
