Many Blacks Still Undecided; Sanders, Bloomberg, Warren, Biden Appear to Be Favorites in the State of Texas

Expect for Black Voter Turnout in Harris County, Texas to be Down During the First Week of Early Voting for the 2020 Democratic Primary

AUBREY R TAYLOR REPORTS©

Based on the answers I got from communicating with over 300 potential Democratic Primary voters in Harris County, Texas, I believe voter turnout in the Democratic Party over the first week or so of early voting is going to be down considerably (especially in the Black Community) as many Democratic voters are still undecided. However, Democrats in the state of Texas have a “GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY” to turn Texas blue; but it’s imperative that your 2020 field of nominees is “DULY-QUALIFIED” and diverse enough to motivate your base to turn back out on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Unlike back in our 2018 midterms, you don’t have very many African Americans or other ethnic minorities in your potential field of nominees – which could become a “MAJOR ISSUE” if candidates like, Judge Staci Williams, Attorney Jeralynn Manor, Judge Nikita Harmon, Attorney Dawn Deshea Rogers, Attorney Audia Jones, Judge Lesley Briones, and Judge Julia Maldonado don’t make it through their primary battles. Why? Well, if you watched Super Bowl LIV, I don’t have to tell you that it’s “GAME-ON” for the “BLACK VOTE” in 2020. So, if your eventual winner of the presidential nomination for some reason doesn’t choose an African American (or other ethnic minority) running mate, similar to what President Barack Obama did in choosing Joe Biden as his running mate back in 2008, it’s going to be very tough to get minority voters to support your ticket. And nope, this isn’t identity politics; but rather a fact. Let’s face it, one of the main reasons Hillary Clinton lost her bid to become president of the United States back in 2016 (in my opinion) was in large part due to the huge drop off in African American voter turnout from the previous presidential election. Get this, with no President Barack Obama on the ticket “AFRICAN AMERICAN VOTER TURNOUT PLUMETTED” from 66.6% in 2012 to only 59.6% in 2016 – and it could get even worse this cycle – if the ballot isn’t right. So, if you really want Trump out, you mustn’t make the same mistake this time around. And with that said, we are strongly encouraging all warm-blooded Democrats to please (and I said please) consider voting for our very diverse slate of “DULY-QUALIFIED” Democratic candidates on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. And may God continue to richly bless America as His plan for our “GREAT NATION” continues to unfold.

"Let's make it our business to support duly-qualified candidates who value, respect, and appreciate our vote and support in every election."
