Craft and Lawton-Evans, Two Rising Democratic Stars Will both Be Challenging Sitting Democratic Judges on Super Tuesday

"No matter what you set out to do in life, you always want to be operating from a position of strength -- not one of weakness. And that being said, it's kind of sad to sit back and watch what's about to go down in Harris County, Texas whereas some of these sitting Democratic judges are concerned. It's almost like some of these incumbent judges don't even know what they're supposed to be doing right now. Who's advice are they following? Can't they see the writing on the wall? Are these sitting Democratic judges hoping to get lucky on Super Tuesday or something? What are their consultants telling them? Who are these sitting Democratic judges like Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger (second from left), and Judge George Barnstone listening to right now? I don't know, but somebody's giving these guys some really bad advice, and that's a total shame. Anyways, for all of you who don't know -- these sitting Democratic judges are supposed to be flexing their political muscle and showing attorneys who are thinking about challenging them -- that they may want to pick someone else to challenge in the 2022 Midterms!!! But rather than showing confidence, what many of them are showing is fear, and that's never good sign. Look, judges like Scot "dolli" Dollinger and George Barnstone are supposed to be shoring up their relationships with people who helped them get elected the last time around -- not sitting back like holding their judicial positions is some sort of rights of passage or privilege. Were these guys even paying attention to what happened to some of their Democratic colleagues who lost their benches back in the 2020 Democratic Party Primary? Maybe not, but they'd better get their act together, and fast!!! So look, in case you don't know, all incumbent judges should be developing stronger ties to local communities right about now!!! They should also be working as hard as they possibly can to increase their brand and name recognition inside minority communities, and strengthening their relationships with people who have independent voices who can assist them with delivering their message to the people. Why? Well, on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 6:00P.M., both major political parties in Texas will set their ballots for "SUPER TUESDAY" (Tuesday, March 1, 2022), when their nominees will be set for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, general election."

"I really like Tamika "Tami" Craft in the race for Judge, 189th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas on Super Tuesday. Tamika is one of the 2022 judicial candidates who values the vote, prayers and support of everybody. And she's a real practicing attorney who is duly-qualified and well-able to serve the people of Texas in a fair, unbiased, and blind-fold justice kind of way. Back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Attorney Tamika "Tami" Craft received 833,925 votes, for 52.99% of the vote in the race for Justice, 14th Court of Appeals District, Place 7, in Harris County, Texas. Comparatively speaking, her Republican rival, Justice Ken Wise received 738,791 votes, for 47.01% of the vote in Harris County, Texas. However, just for the record, Justice Ken Wise went on to defeat Craft to win his bid for re-election. That being said, I expect for Tamika "Tami" Craft to put on a stellar performance and defeat Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger by double-digit percentage points in the upcoming 2022 Democratic Party Primary race for the 189th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas."

"Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger, pictured above with Cecil L. Shaw (left), is some-what popular in a few political circles; but he is going to have his hands full trying to hold off Attorney Tamika "Tami" Craft on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary race for District Judge, 189th Civil District Court, in Harris County, Texas. Why? Well, back on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger received 655,707 votes, for 55.44% of the vote in the race for District Judge, 189th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. However, as a side note, please understand that, of the 655,707 people who cast their vote for Judge Dollinger back in the 2018 Midterm Election, only 139,895 of the votes were cast specifically for him. What you have to keep in mind about the 2018 Midterms is that, 515,812 of the votes received by Judge Dollinger were cast for him as a straight-ticket vote. Why am I pointing this out? Well, I'm only saying this, because Judge Dollinger and every other Democrat who was running countywide back on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, enjoyed a 105,158 straight-ticket vote advantage over their Republican counterparts in Harris County, Texas."

"If you ask me, Judge George Barnstone, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No.1 is going to have a very difficult time winning on Super Tuesday. Why? Well, for starters he has absolutely no concept of what's really going on around him. And secondly, I think that he's listening to the wrong people. And thirdly, I think he truly believes in his own mind that holding the Harris County Civil Court at Law No.1 bench is his privilege or something. Now, don't get me wrong, I really like a few of the things Judge Barnstone has done from the bench. But some of his actions are not in accordance with the law and appear to be efforts where he's trying to legislate from the bench."

“Have you heard the name Audrie Lawton before? I'm telling you, this young lady right here is going to be hard to beat. The race between her and Judge George Barnstone for the Harris County Civil Court at Law No.1 bench isn't even going to be that close on Super Tuesday. So, for all of you who might not know, I’ve been very impressed with this very experienced litigator from the very first day I laid my eyes on her. She's smart, community minded, and has a real heart for the people in my opinion. Did I mention how smart she was? Oh, and she’s also tough – but fair. She's tough and smart! Now that's a good combination -- right? And if you ask me, she’s going to be one of the top Democratic challengers attempting to take down a sitting Democratic judge in the upcoming 2022 Democratic Party Primary. Now, she’s not from my stable of current clients – but I like her chances against Judge Barnstone a lot. If you ask me, attorney Audrie Lawton is going to clean his clock. I would be very surprised if this rising Democratic star does not beat Judge Barnstone by double-digit percentage points in the 2022 Democratic Party Primary, race for Harris County Civil Court at Law No.1 on Tuesday, March 1, 2022."

"It may not be a bad idea to go ahead and put a check mark by name of Tamika "Tami" Craft in the race for Judge, 189th Civil District Court in the 2022 Democratic Party Primary. And while you're at it, keep a close eye on Audrie Lawton- Evans a rising Democratic star in the Harris County Democratic Party."

The “Sisterhood Series” Features 70 Powerful Texas Women You Should Know Who Are Doing Their Own Thing

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I would like to take this moment to introduce our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” to you. This empowerment movement is being launched to highlight a few powerful Texas women who are doing their own thing in legal, political, and public relations fields throughout the Lone Star State. Now, while this powerful group of women is being brought to you as a corporate body, our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” should not be misconstrued as identity/gender politics in any way, shape, or form. Why? Well, all of the featured women in this series are (in their own unique way) some of the best and brightest women in America. So, recognizing these women as part of our SISTERHOOD SERIES” is our way of applauding each of them for their courage, tenacity, and ability to compete in what has traditionally been a man’s world.

TRUTH OF THE MATTER

If we’re honest with ourselves, we all know that women are still fighting an uphill battle in politics as well as inside boardrooms across America. So, let's not forget – it wasn’t long ago that women were guaranteed the right to vote. In case you don’t know, the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote was only the beginning of a much longer fight that women are continuing to fight on the campaign trail, in board rooms, and while living their everyday lives.

A VERY UNIQUE BOND

Each segment of our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” will highlight a “FEATURED SPONSOR” on the cover, and sixty-nine sitting incumbent Democratic and Republican members of the judiciary inside. So, as a community of women, each of the sixty-nine women featured as the “BODY OF THE SERIES” are linked together by their common successes in the rough and tumble world of Texas politics. Now, you can bet your bottom dollar, that some of these women will be endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, in 2022 and 2024 “ELECTION GUIDES” when they appear on the ballot. However, unfortunately, some of these women will not make the cut. So, please do not forget that the deadline to run for political office in the “2022 MIDTERM ELECTIONS” is on Monday, December 13, 2021, in Texas. And, if you are a woman or man who is planning to run for office in 2022, you must sign up by Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00 pm. So, if you are not sure, what position you should run for in the Democratic Party Primary or Republican Party Primary, please call (281)788-3033, and I will try to assist you in any way I can.

MINISTERS OF JUSTICE

Every judge in America takes an oath of office and solemnly swears that they will administer justice without respect to persons and that they will do equal right to the poor and to the rich alike. So, the “MINISTERS OF JUSTICE” you see listed below, have all promised to faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon them under the United States Constitution and the laws that govern us as a free nation when they were elected. And each of them did so before the LORD God Almighty. Now, that being said, nowhere in their promise was their political party affiliation, sorority, socio-economic status, or ethnicity mentioned. So, let’s do our best going forward, to elect the “BEST AND BRIGHTEST” women and men who are committed to handing out even-handed justice to every person who enters their courtroom.

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
