Mayor Allen Owen and Susan Soto are both asking for the vote, prayers, and support of every registered Missouri City, Texas registered voters in their Saturday, December 8, 2018, Runoff Elections for Mayor and Missouri City Council At-Large Position #2 respectively. The early voting period will begin on Monday, November 26, 2018, and end on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
