Senate Bill 1933, the Alan Vera Election Accountability Act of 2023, Could Be Trigged following the Mayoral Election

Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (far left), will be the woman in charge of running the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett is in charge of making sure that the voter rolls are accurate, and up to date. BAD VOTER ROLLS... Right now there are people on the Harris County voter rolls who should not be eligible to vote. In fact, there are also "DEAD PEOPLE" who are eligible to vote in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. As an example, Kathleen Hooey has been dead for 32 years, but she is still eligible from her grave to vote on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in our beloved Bayou City. You can "CLICK HERE" to verify this fact for yourself.

State Senator John Whitmire, just had one of his key endorsements rescinded, and handed over to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, in the race for Mayor of Houston, Texas. That being said, with each passing day, State Senator Whitmire is losing ground to "SHE-JACK" and demonstrating that someone not named "JOHN WHITMIRE" will ultimately end up in the "DECEMBER RUNOFF ELECTION" facing off against Sheila Jackson Lee, a woman who plans to re-introduce the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO), or a version of the "BATHROOM BILL" during her first term if she's elected Mayor of our beloved Bayou City, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

Senate Bill 1933, the Alan Vera Election Accountability Act of 2023, Could Be Trigged following the 2023 Mayoral Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The Texas Supreme Court has denied Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee’s request to have the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election, run by the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum), the same guy who screwed up the 2022 Midterm Election.

The new law dismantling the Harris County Elections Administrator’s Office will take effect on September 1, 2023, thanks to the brave Texas Supreme Court Justices, who correctly ruled against Harris County. Thus, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (Democrat), and Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett (Democrat), will be in charge of running the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election.

Now, if the two African American elected leaders screw up the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election, or try to pull any shenanigans that would favor Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, you can expect Senate Bill 1933, or the Alan Vera Election Accountability Act of 2023, that was written by state Senator Paul Bettencourt (R-Houston), to be triggered.

“STATE TAKEOVER.”

What is Senate Bill 1933 all about? Well, in simple terms, Senate Bill 1933, or the Alan Vera Election Accountability Act of 2023, is related to certain oversight procedures that would allow the Texas Secretary of State to take over the running of Harris County, Texas elections.

Sec. 31.017. IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF COUNTY ELECTION. (a) In a county with a population of more than 4 million, the secretary of state's office may order administrative oversight of a county office administering elections or voter registration in the county if:

(1) an administrative election complaint is filed with the secretary of state by a person who participated in the relevant election as:

(A) a candidate;

(B) a county chair or state chair of a political party;

(C) a presiding judge;

(D) an alternate presiding judge; or

(E) the head of a specific-purpose political committee that supports or opposes a measure;

(2) the secretary of state has provided notice to the county election official with authority over election administration or voter registration under Section 31.018; and

(3) the secretary of state, after conducting an investigation under Section 31.019, has good cause to believe that a recurring pattern of problems with election administration or voter registration exists in the county, including any recurring:

(A) malfunction of voting system equipment that prevents a voter from casting a vote;

(B) carelessness or official misconduct in the distribution of election supplies;

Sec. 31.018. NOTICE OF COMPLAINT. (a) In a county with a population of more than 4 million and not later than the 30th day after receiving an administrative election complaint under Section 31.017(a)(1), the secretary of state shall provide notice of the complaint to the applicable county election official with authority over election administration or voter registration, including the specific allegations against the election official in the complaint.

“TAKING OVER.”

Based on the errors in the current Harris County voter registration rolls that have already been uncovered by the investigative team, for Aubrey R. Taylor Communication, there’s already enough evidence to possibly trigger Senate Bill 1933, or the Alan Vera Election Accountability Act of 2023, immediately following the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election.

“THE PUPPETS.”

It’s no secret that African Americans have been running “ILLEGAL ABSENTEE HARVESTING SCHEMES” for decades in predominantly Black voting precincts, in Harris County, Texas.

Have you ever heard of “THE DREAM TEAM” which is a group of elderly Black female, Democratic Precinct Chairs and Judges, who have been illegally influencing the outcomes of election contests by harvesting ballots for Democratic candidates?

For the record, these “ILLEGAL BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEMES” have been largely responsible for helping dirty Black politicians like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who is running for Mayor of Houston in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, to remain in power, and appear to be unbeatable.

Are Blacks like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, really as unbeatable as they appear to be, or could it be that their “BALLOT HARVESTING TEAMS” are giving them an unfair advantage over their challengers?

“DEAD PEOPLE.”

Now, we all know that a person who has been dead for over 32 years, cannot request an “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATION” sign the form, and place the “FRAUDULENT APPLICATION” inside a U.S. Postal Service box, to be sent to the Harris County Clerk.

However, right now, the “BLACK” (Democrat) Harris County Attorney (Christian Menefee), the “BLACK” (Democrat) Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar (Ann Harris Bennett), and the “BLACK” Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth), are all “PUPPETS” who will be having their strings pulled by “THE PUPPET MASTER” by the name of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election.

How do I know?

Well, none of these so-called Black leaders have stepped forward to even compel Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who is endorsed by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, to apologize to the families of the “DEAD PEOPLE” who had their identities stolen by Sheila Jackson Lee’s ballot harvesters.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Listen!!! The current “Black” Harris County Attorney (Christian Menefee), “Black” Harris County Tax Assessor Collector/Voter Registrar (Ann Harris Bennett), and “Black” Harris Couty Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth), are all “PUPPETS” for the “PUPPET MASTER” Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who has already endorsed Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, in the upcoming race for Mayor of Houston, Texas.

Knowing what I know, about Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and her penchant for turning a blind eye to the criminal activities of her “BALLOT HARVESTERS” it would behoove, Gaylon S. Caldwell, Jack Christie, Robert Gallegos, Annie "Mama" Garcia, Gilbert Garcia, M. "Griff" Griffin, Naoufal Houjami, B. Ivy, Lee Kaplan, M. J. Khan, David C. Lowy, Julian Bemer Martinez, Chanel Mbala, Kathy Lee Tatum, Roy Vasquez, and John Whitmire, to step their game up, closely monitor “SHE-JACK” and the activity of her “BALLOT HARVESTING TEAM” between now and Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in our beloved Bayou City.

Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (left) will be the woman in charge of running the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth, and her fellow Democrat, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, are going to be monitored and watched closely between now and Election Day.

Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett (right) had better get on her job, and clean up the Harris County voter rolls between now, and the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. Why? Well, as it stands right now, there are thousands of people who are eligible to vote who shouldn't be on the voter rolls at all. And above that, there are "DEAD PEOPLE" who are eligible to vote in the upcoming election who have been dead for over 32 years. How is this possible?

“KATHLEEN HOOEY.”

This woman (Kathleen Hooey) has been dead for more than 32 years, but she is still eligible to vote in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. While she was living, she lived in Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s 18th Congressional District. As you can see, in the “VOTER REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE” above, someone renewed Kathleen Hooey’s voter registration back on January 1, 2022, to make her eligible to vote through December 31, 2022. That being said, my biggest question is, who committed this crime? You can “CLICK HERE” to see for yourself.

“TOMMIE BOOKMAN."

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is trying to sell some "DEADLY SNAKE OIL" to Houstonians. Now, please understand that, if "SHE-JACK" is elected as Houston's next Mayor, she is going to re-introduce the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO), or what was commonly referred to as "THE BATHROOM BILL" and allow "BIOLOGICAL MALES" to enter public bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers, right along with "BIOLOGICAL FEMALES" during her first term. Mayor Sylvester Turner did not re-introduce "THE BATHROOM BILL" and that is why many supporters of this potentially fatal bathroom policy are upset with Mayor Sylvester Turner right now.

Dr. Jack Christie could be just what the doctor ordered as it relates to dealing with "SHE-JACK" and other corrupt members of the "ELLIS/TURNER POLITICAL REGIME" whose deadly policies have turned the City of Houston into the death capital of America. Dr. Jack Christie, a "TRUE CONSERVATIVE" faced off against African-American female opponents three times in the race for At-Large Houston City Position #5, and came away victorious all three times. That being said, Sheila Jackson Lee would be no match for Dr. Christie in a December runoff.

Comparatively speaking, Dr. Jack Christie received 96,358 votes, for 58.45% of the vote. Sharon Moses only received 68,507 votes, for 41.55% of the vote. Houstonians, especially women, must not buy the "DEADLY SNAKE OIL" that Sheila Jackson Lee is trying to sell right now. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has already "SOLD HER SOUL" for less than 30 pieces of silver.
