Businessman Fred Taylor has courageously stepped up to run for Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman in the upcoming "SUPER TUESDAY" Democratic Party Primary. Cynthia Ginyard, the current Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman chose to not run for reelection and has instead courageously thrown her support behind former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards in her Tuesday, March 5, 2024, "SHOWDOWN" against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in the "BATTLE FOR THE 18TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF TEXAS" where Amanda Edwards has emerged as the clear frontrunner. Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George and countless other Democrats have also already thrown their support behind Amanda Edwards in her quest to unseat that crooked-crown-wearing Congresswoman.
Fred Taylor has committed his life to serving others. And Fred Taylor's commitment to serving the people of Fort Bend County is unquestioned. On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Fort Bend County Democrats are strongly encouraged to vote for Fred Taylor in the race for Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman. Fred Taylor is Seeking to Become the Next Chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party on Tuesday, March 5, 2024
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
I am so proud to see that businessman Fred Taylor has thrown his hat into the ring to succeed Cynthia M. Ginyard as the next chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party.
In case you haven’t heard, Cynthia M. Ginyard chose to not run for reelection in the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary for Fort Bend County. From what I understand, Ginyard a major supporter of Mayor-Elect John Whitmire will be taking some sort of leadership position, in Whitmire’s administration, once he’s installed on January 2, 2024, to succeed Mayor Sylvester Turner.
According to their website, “The mission of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party is to mobilize Fort Bend County citizens to advocate Democratic values and principles and to elect Democratic candidates who serve the public well and act as good stewards of the public trust.”
I can’t think of anyone better than businessman Fred Taylor to fill the huge void left by Ginyard. After all, Fred Taylor (no relation), has been a fixture in the Fort Bend County community for decades.
And if you ask me, there’s no question that Fred Taylor would make an excellent Democratic Party Chairman. From the time he was a boy, he’s been serving his country, community, and future generations through professional, civic, and business-related endeavors.
“It’s in my DNA,” says Fred Taylor.
Fred Taylor proudly proclaims, “I’m a “FULL-TIME DEMOCRAT.”
“I’M NOT AN INTERLOPER,” he said in a recent conversation I had with him over dinner. “I didn’t just get here, and start pretending to be a Democrat now that Democrats are winning races in Fort Bend County.”
And he’s right! Fred Taylor has been walking the streets of Fort Bend County pounding on doors to get out the vote for local Democrats for as long as I can remember. “I’ve been doing what I do since I was 7 years old, and 50 years later, I’m still walking the walk,” he says.
My #1 Priority will be Fundraising!
*Too many times the down-ballot Democratic candidates are defeated in Fort Bend County because they don’t have the necessary funding to run competitive races. As chairman of the Fort Bend Democratic Party, this will stop! If I’m elected chairman, our Democratic candidates will get the financial support they deserve to be successful, so that our party can and will be successful.
* Under my leadership we will conduct regular phone banks and conduct voter outreach year around.
* Under my leadership I will see to it, that no Democrat candidate running in a local Fort Bend County general election contest will go without poll workers at every polling location. And these poll workers will be paid for by the Fort Bend County Democratic Party.
* Under my leadership we will vet (Verify) every Democratic candidate desiring to run for office in Fort Bend County. This effort will ensure that our Democratic candidates are verified as quality candidates – no more unqualified candidates under my watch.
* Under my leadership, everyone who desires to be a part of the democratic process and democratic party will be welcomed. I plan to make sure that the Fort Bend County Democratic Party continues to be a party of inclusion.
* Under my leadership, professionalism will be mandatory. I will strive to be the ultimate professional at all times in my communication, representation, and appearance as chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party.
* Under my leadership, I will be respectful to everyone who crosses my path. Even those who choose to be disrespectful to me will be treated with the utmost respect.
* Under my leadership we will grow our diversity and conduct regular diversity sensitivity training sessions. Our party will be a reflection of the demographics of Fort Bend County. We will strive to recruit a diverse body of people and foster a culture of respect and sensitivity by any means necessary.
* Under my leadership, we will work in our community, and foster relationships with our civic and business leaders from day one. We will also work closely with our schools, as we strive to build lasting relationships with our leaders of tomorrow.
* Under my leadership, we will reward the hard workers within the party.
* Under my leadership our precinct chairs, will have a working budget to assist them with doing their job effectively.
* Under my leadership I will see to it that our committees will have funds necessary for them to operate effectively as they seek to carry out their responsibilities.
* Under my leadership the Fort Bend County Democratic Party will be transparent. I will see to it that our leadership places transparency at the very top of our list of commitments. Our business dealings will be transparent, but most of all, I promise to be transparent regarding our finances!
“UNDER MY LEADERSHIP WE WILL WORK HARDER AND SMARTER,” says Fred Taylor, the most viable candidate seeking to fill the void being left by Fort Bend County Chairman Cynthia Ginyard.
