What Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is doing, could look above-board to some people, especially those who only watch the news for headlines and soundbites. Yes, the storyline that Kim Ogg and her cohorts are trying to write makes total sense to the ignorant, uninformed fools who believe everything they see on the nightly news and inside biased newspapers. But decent, honest, moral seekers of the truth – can read right through the “BOGUS INDICTMENT” that was handed down by a Harris County Grand Jury last week against Dr. Steven Hotze on charges of unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Over the course of the last week or so, I’ve reached out to countless folks, mostly African Americans to get their opinion on the indictment of Dr. Steven Hotze. As a matter of fact, I’ve spoken with nearly a hundred different people from all walks of life. Some of the folks I’ve spoken with are lawyers, some entrepreneurs, and a few were even sitting elected officials. And mind you, 100% of the people I’ve spoken with believing that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is “flat-out-wrong” for what she’s done, in terms of charging Dr. Steven Hotze with unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, for the actions of former HPD Captain Mark Aguirre.
HARRIS COUNTY’S PROBLEM IS MUCH BIGGER THAN IT APPEARS TO BE
What we have right now is a District Attorney (KIM OGG) who appears to be “PROVIDING COVER” for her cohorts to steal the upcoming 2022 Midterm Elections, in Harris County, Texas.

I spoke by phone with Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction, who also happens to be a former prizefighter. “How can you charge Dr. Steven Hotze with unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon?” Eric Carr asked me. “I own a construction company as well as a trucking company,” he explained.
“If one of my drivers uses one of my 18-wheelers and he goes and robs a gas station – can I be charged with accessory to the robbery when in fact I only hired him to drop off goods for me?” He went on to laugh the matter off by saying, “In the words of Mike Tyson, that is ludicrous.”
Just so you know, Eric Carr is the owner of E&E Construction, and he's also a "POWER BROKER" in Harris County Democratic Politics. Now, the guy you see standing next to Eric Carr with the shovel is on a job site working along beside Eric Carr, his boss, as they get ready to pour some concrete. QUESTION: Would "DEMOCRATS" sit back and allow a "REPUBLICAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY" to charge Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction with a crime that his employee went out and committed after he left this job site, simply because he worked for Eric Carr and E&E Construction?
Now, Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction is hard at work on one of his construction projects. His employee is gone to drop off a load at a nearby salvage yard. Now, if the employee who was hired by Eric Carr to go drop off the load at the nearby salvage yard decides to go rob a bank on his way to the salvage yard, could Eric Carr, be charged with the bank robbery?
As Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction continues to work hard, he has absolutely no idea what his employees are doing on other job sites. So, would we allow a "REPUBLICAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY" to indict and charge Eric Carr, with a crime that one of his employees or daily workers went out and committed?
So, here's one of Eric Carr's 18-wheelers that he owns. As you can see the 18-wheeler is being loaded with debris from a construction site. Now, what if the driver of the 18-wheeler who works for E&E Construction decides to kidnap and rape a little girl on his way to go and drop off the debris. Would we sight back and allow a "REPUBLICAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY" to charge Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction with the kidnapping and rape of the young girl? Well, that's exactly what we're allowing Kim Ogg, a "DEMOCRATIC DISTRICT ATTORNEY" to do to Dr. Steven Hotze by charging him with unlawful restraint, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
This big piece of machinery is owned by Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction. He contracts and employs people to work on projects for his company? If the guy operating this piece of machinery goes home and kills his wife for cheating on him, would we sit back and allow a "REPUBLICAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY" to charge Eric Carr with the killing simply because his contractor went home and murdered his wife on his lunch break?

To which I responded, “Yes it has.”
According to Randy Kubosh, back in 2010, when he and his brothers were pushing their initiative, “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” were asking for $1 per vote. In fact, Randy went on to explain how a close election in the City of Houston could be swung for a candidate who was willing to pay the sum of about $15,000 dollars. “Don’t you remember, you can quote anything I tell you,” Randy responded? I really don’t care,” he explained. “The whole system is flawed,” he says.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is really tight with this alleged absentee ballot harvester. In fact, there were more "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" cast in Precinct 259, where Deborah Adams is the "DEMOCRATIC" who serves as the precinct chair and the precinct judge than in any other precinct. At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
