If Judge Michael Gomez (third from left), a sitting Hispanic Democrat, and Judge Genesis Draper, a sitting Black Democrat both appeared on the ballot in all (1,012) voter precincts in Harris County, Texas – why did Judge Gomez receive 865,723 votes in his race, and Judge Draper only received 812,319 votes in her race? Can someone tell me why there’s a 53,404 vote differential between the number of votes received by Judge Gomez and Judge Draper? And why did all of the Hispanic (and other) local down-ballot Democratic judicial candidates finish with so many more votes than the local down-ballot Black judicial candidates in Harris County, Texas? Are some Democrats skipping over certain down-ballot races involving local Black Democratic judicial candidates? Or could it be that there’s a large stronghold of Hispanic voters, who vote for nothing but Hispanic down-ballot candidates, irrespective of their political party affiliation? Whatever the case this problem had better get rectified prior to Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00pm. Why? Well, that's the filing deadline for candidates who wish to appear on the ballot for the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic and Republican primaries in Texas.

Could Texas be back in play again in the 2022 Midterm Election?. In case you don’t know, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and Governor Greg Abbott lost Harris County, Texas by wide margins back in the 2018 Midterm Election. As a refresher, Lt. Governor Patrick only received 509,025 votes, for 42.24% of the vote in Harris County. While his Democratic rival, Mike Collier didn’t win, Texas, he did run up some huge numbers in Harris County, by receiving 675,713 votes for 56.07% of the vote. As for Governor Abbott, well, he only received 559,819, votes, for 46.39% of the vote in Harris County. Comparatively speaking, Lupe Valdez, his Democratic challenger (with very little effort) received 628,804 votes for 52.11% of the vote in Harris County back in the 2018 Midterms. So, you can best believe, the 2022 Midterm Election cycle is already underway! How do I know? Well, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick offering up to a $1 Million bounty for whistleblowers and tipsters to come forward, says all that needs to be said in my opinion -- that kind of offering isn't just about helping Trump.

A $1 MILLION BOUNTY
Make no mistake about it, voter fraud is a huge problem in Texas and elsewhere across America. So, it just makes sense that Lt. Governor Dan Patrick is offering to pay up to $1 Million in rewards for voter fraud whistleblowers and tipsters to come forward. Why? Well, sometimes money is a great motivator. And offering a bounty to incentivize, encourage and reward people who come forward and report voter fraud, is a great idea if you ask me. So, the smart thing to do is for whistleblowers and tipsters to turn over any evidence they have to local law enforcement – sooner, rather than later. And hey, anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and final conviction of voter fraud will be paid a minimum of $25,000 according to Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.

Eva Longoria is dead wrong if you ask me! Longoria’s discrediting of Black female voters was not a slip of the tongue in my opinion. TIME TO WAKE UP
Whatever happened to the “VOTE-BLUE-NO-MATTER-WHO” slogan that Democrats were pushing so hard in the lead up to Tuesday, November 3rd? And what about the “VOTING ALL-THE-WAY-DOWN YOUR BALLOT” mantra that was being pushed by the Harris County Democratic Party? Well??? What about it? What happened? Look, my initial review of the “UNOFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS” for Harris County, Texas is starting to look a lot like not all down-ballot voting Democrats stuck to the game-plan. Hey, I’m just the messenger – don’t shoot me! But the numbers just don’t lie. And while the election results are still not official just yet, several things are painfully obvious as it relates to Harris County, Texas voting patterns. Now, while I’m not going to get into everything just yet, the number one question on my mind right now is: “Why was there such huge disparity in the number of votes received by “LOCAL DOWN-BALLOT BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” and “LOCAL DOWN-BALLOT HISPANIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” when both ethnic groups were running across the same (1,012) voter precincts in Harris County – back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020?

"It's a great thing to see Sen. Kamala Harris (a Black woman) become the first woman vice president of these United States of America. I applaud her accomplishment. But we must not forget that she ran for president, and was pretty much totally rejected -- her and Senator Cory Booker. Here's what Sen. Harris said back then, “The larger issue,” she said, “is that for too long, I think candidates have taken for granted constituencies that have been the backbone of the Democratic Party. And have overlooked those constituencies. And they show up when it’s, you know, close to election time, and show up in a black church and want to get the vote but just haven’t been there before.” Here's some of what Sen. Cory Booker said back then, “Black voters are pissed off, and they’re worried,” he continued. “They’re pissed off because the only time [their issues are paid attention] by politicians is when people are looking for their vote … We don’t want to see people miss this opportunity and lose because we are nominating someone that isn’t trusted, doesn’t have authentic connection. And so that’s what’s on the ballot.” So, in my opinion, we can't just sit back and pretend that everything is okay -- because it's not, pretty soon, the Black vote is going to become an afterthought if we're not careful." -- Aubrey R. DIFFICULT DAYS AHEAD
Now, I know what you’re thinking -- but don’t take my word for it, just look at the difference between the number of votes (incumbent Democratic) Judge Michael Gomez received (865,723) and the number of votes (incumbent Democratic) Judge Genesis Draper received (812,319) – that’s a (53,404) vote differential and something that needs to be seriously studied and rectified before moving on to the 2022 Democratic Party primaries. Why? Well, if not, there’s going to be an all-out “POLITICAL CIVIL WAR” of sorts in the Harris County Democratic Party, where 2022 could be “OPEN-SEASON” on Black sitting judges who will be running for re-election in Harris County. Why? Well, rumor has it, that many of the sitting Black judges who will be up for re-election in 2022 are going to see challengers in the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party primary – and may not even make it past their party’s nomination process. So, to this end, as you view the listing below, please note that the “H” denotes Hispanic; the “C” denotes Caucasian; the “B” denotes Black, and the “SA” denotes South Asian. And please remember, that these candidate’s name appeared on every ballot in all (1,012) of the voting precincts in Harris County, Texas back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 – and then ask yourself, “Why is there such a disparity between the actual votes received by Hispanic and Black down-ballot local judicial candidates?”

(H) Natalia “Nata” Cornelio – 848,213 -- "I know that Judge-Elect Natalia "Nata" Cornelio was helped by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis to unseat Judge George Powell, back in the Democratic Party primary, but how did she finish with 35,894 more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, a sitting Black Democratic judge who appeared on the ballot in all of the same (1,012) Harris County, Texas voter precincts as Judge-Elect Cornelio. Did "Nata" tell her Hispanic supporters to vote down-ballot like the Black candidates were doing? (SA) R.K. Sandill – 846,551 -- "I think Judge R.K. Sandill is doing an okay job and has more money in his campaign coffers than all of the other judges, but I'm trying really hard to understand why/how Judge Sandill, a South Asian Democrat, finished with 34,232 more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, a Black Democrat who was also a sitting local down-ballot judge who appeared on the ballot in the same (1,012) Harris County, Texas voter precincts as Judge Sandill. In case you don't know, Judge Maldonado finished with 30,362 more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, a sitting Black Democratic judge who appeared on the ballot in all of the same (1,012) Harris County, Texas voter precincts as Judge Maldonado. (C) Jaclanel McFarland – 842,232 -- "I didn't really see Judge Jaclanel McFarland put forth any considerable effort (whatsoever) to ask for the African American vote. However, she still finished with 29,913 more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, a sitting Black Democratic judge who appeared on the ballot in all of the same (1,012) Harris County, Texas voter precincts as Judge McFarland. What's up with this? Did Judge McFarland tell her supporters to also cast the ballot for the down-ballot African American judicial nominees like the Black candidates were doing? (B) Dawn Deshea Rogers – 837,227 -- "I am so proud of the showing that Judge-Elect Dawn Deshea Rogers put on back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. She did everything she could (with her limited campaign budget) to convince her supporters to cast their ballot for not only her but for every down-ballot Democrat. That's why it came as such a surprise to see that Judge-Elect Rogers finish with 28,496 fewer votes than Judge Michael Gomez and well behind Judge Briones, Judge-Elect Natalia "Nata" Cornelio, Judge R.K. Sandill, Judge Julia Maldonado, and Judge Jaclanel McFarland. I'm not too sure right now, but it's starting to look as if while African Americans (for the most part) were sticking with the game-plan of "VOTING-BLUE-NO-MATTER-WHO" there were a lot of other Democrats who were doing something altogether different down-ballot in Harris County, Texas." -- Aubrey R. (B) Elaine Palmer – 836,053 -- "I can't for the life of me understand why Judge Elaine Palmer received 29,670 fewer votes than Judge Michael Gomez, and 18,194 fewer votes than Judge Lesley Briones. And it certainly doesn't make sense that Judge Palmer received 12,160 few votes than Judge-Elect Natalia "Nata" Cornelio. Why did Judge Elaine Palmer, and the other Black local down-ballot judicial candidates finish so far behind the Hispanic nominees? Could it be that while Black voters were voting as a block for all of the down-ballot Democrats, the Hispanic down-ballot voters were doing something much different? It's a little too early to tell just yet, but my team and I are committed to finding out why this down-ballot voting disparity occurred back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in Harris County, Texas." -- Aubrey R. (B) Jeralynn Manor – 834,731 -- "Words can't even express how proud I am of Judge-Elect Jeralynn Manor. I mean, she has been dreaming of becoming a judge since she was 7-years old. While her story is compelling, and her victory hard-earned. There were a lot of folks in certain Democratic voter precincts who were casting their vote for Judge Michael Gomez, Judge Lesley Briones, Judge-Elect Natalia "Nata" Cornelio, Judge R.K. Sandill, Judge Julia Maldonado, and Judge Jaclanel McFarland -- but didn't vote for Black local down-ballot judicial candidates like Jeralynn Manor. Why do I care about this? Well, it's vitally important that Democrats (especially Democrats) find out what happened down-ballot prior to the 2022 Democratic Party primaries when a historic number of African American judicial candidates will be on the ballot." -- Aubrey R. From what I’ve learned from a “SUMMARY OF FINDINGS” that was hand-delivered to me by a friend with connections to a team of (IT) Information Technology Experts – there are at least a dozen or more entry points where votes can, and are being switched and the audit trails changed or erased so that a forensic investigation can’t even find a trace of what took place. According to their findings, these nefarious acts must be caught in real-time – which is virtually impossible from what these IT experts claim! And get this, from what I understand, the entire election system infrastructure is a complex patchwork of various private companies tying it all together. Now, I’m not an expert on this, but from reviewing their “SUMMARY OF FINDINGS,” all of this patchwork is exposed to the internet, and the idea of it being air-gapped is largely a myth according to these IT experts. And I would have you to know, that their findings indicate that some of these companies that are conducting elections all over the world are effectively putting the people who are backing/investing in these companies in the powerful position of being able to control the outcomes of elections all around the world – including right here in America.
ACCUSATIONS OF FRAUD
In case you haven’t heard, Sidney Powell, who acted as the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn who recently signed on to assist Trump in his legal effort in the wake of Biden being declared the winner of the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, general election, claims that there are people with links to high-ranking Democrats who are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit “fraud on elections. She made this bold assertion during a Fox News interview being conducted by host Maria Bartiromo. During the interview, attorney Sidney Powell asserted that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff became a lobbyist for Dominion Voting Systems last year. She also asserted that California Sen. Diane Feinstein’s, husband, Richard Blum, is also a significant shareholder in the company. “They have invested in it for their own reasons and are using it to commit this fraud to steal votes. I think they’ve even stolen them from other Democrats in their own party who should be outraged about this also,” said Sidney Powell, speaking of the Democrats. And get this, according to attorney Sidney Powell, at least 450,000 ballots have been identified in key states that “miraculously” only have a mark for Biden and no other candidate down-ballot. She also claimed, GOP Senate candidates in Georgia and Michigan had their races “stolen” from them and argued that recounts and audits are needed in most places across the country. And I think that she’s right! Why? Well, a citizen reporter by the name of Colleen M. Vera identified these same sorts of abnormities while conducting a 2-year investigation into “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” in Harris County, Texas. While conducting her investigation, Vera discovered “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” from 2018 that bore the (exact) same style/pattern for (only) Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District, and State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr., who was just re-elected as the State Rep. for House District 142, in Harris County.
THE FIGHT MUST CONTINUE
Now that the confetti has fallen, and the celebrations have all but concluded, the real work must begin to heal our nation. However, before the healing process can begin, the people of America deserve a lot of answers about what just happened in this historic 2020 Presidential Election. That being said, it is painfully obvious that something nefarious just took place in major cities/counties all across America – that’s a fact. So, to this end, it doesn’t matter whether you cast your vote for Biden, or Trump back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 – America deserves to know how Biden’s victory was won! And we, as a people deserve to know whether or not we’ve just witnessed a legitimate “PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION” victory – or one of the biggest “SHAM-ELECTIONS” that has ever taken place in America. Why? Well, for starters, we have another major election on the horizon in America. The upcoming 2022 midterm elections could undoubtedly shift the power of the United States Senate and House of Representatives. So, finding the truth (right now) is imperative – and the truth is what every warm-blooded American deserves – no matter how painful it may be in the end! And I’m not just talking about the results of the 2020 Presidential Election – I’m talking about our “ONE PERSON – ONE VOTE” principle, that’s the hallmark of our Democracy.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Why do I care who won and lost races all across America? Well, I care because I’m sick and tired of seeing “GOOD PEOPLE” whom I believe should have won, come up short. And beyond that, we cannot have glitches like the one that was caught in the state of Michigan flipping votes from one candidate/party to another – this is wrong. And in case you did not hear about it, over in Antrim County, Michigan, according to elections officials, a software glitch incorrectly gave 6,000 votes to Biden before county election officials caught the error and corrected it. After the correction, Trump ended up with a 2,000 vote lead in the county, according to published reports. And nope, this isn’t fake news people – this happened. And just think, Antrim County, Michigan is a historically “RED COUNTY” just like Harris County, Texas was before the last few major election cycles. So just think, the questions surrounding the error in Antrim County were only raised after it was reported that Biden had just won a landslide victory over Trump in an area that usually votes Republican – which left local Antrim County officials baffled. And just think, according to the Michigan GOP Chairwoman, Laura Cox, in addition to Antrim County, 47 other counties in the state of Michigan used the same (exact) software that reportedly malfunctioned in Antrim County – which is Dominion Voter Systems, the same company that people with direct connections to several high-ranking Democrats own stock in – according to attorney Sidney Powell. And now, according to a former GOP gubernatorial candidate by the name of Posthumus Lyons, “It’s starting to appear what happened in Antrim County was human error.” And, according to the state agency that oversees elections in Michigan, “The erroneous reporting of unofficial results from Antrim County was the result of an accidental error on the part of the Antrim County Clerk.”
WHAT ABOUT HARRIS COUNTY?
Could it be possible that the “MATHEMATICAL IMPROBABILITES” and “IRREGULAR VOTER TURNOUT SEQUENCES” that happened during early voting in Harris County, Texas are also erroneous – just like the ones reported over in Antrim County, Michigan? Is anyone going to look into these early voting return numbers? Does anyone even care? Could it be possible that the “DOUBLE-DAY IDENTICAL EARLY VOTING UNOFFICIAL TURNOUT NUMBERS” reported in Harris County, when coupled with the “SAME DAY EARLY VOTING UNOFFICIAL VOTE TOTALS” registered at the “SAME EARLY VOTING LOCATION” within three days are also snafus? Or could they be a human error of some sort? And if so, why are these sorts of snafu’s or what could be called glitches on early voting reports (multiple times) released by Chris Hollins and his predecessor Diane Trautman, who both happen to be Democrats? And why is it that Stan Stanart’s early voting report, from back in 2018 was devoid of any of these anomalies, snafu’s, or erroneous numbers?
SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE
I’m tired of seeing people have to kiss-the-ring of self-anointed “KINGMAKERS” before running for office in Harris County, Texas. I’m also sick and tired of sitting by and watching crooked-candidates prevail over good candidates who try to win the right way! So, once the election results are declared official, Charles (BADASS) Marler and I will go back and take a serious look at selected Tuesday, November 3, 2020, results and get the answers people deserve as it relates to Harris County, Texas. After all, I believe some of the candidates running for office in Harris County just got screwed. And as Charles (BADASS) Marler says, “Branding and marketing can only get you 25% of the way to your win. So, candidates who plan to run for office in the 2022 Midterms will have to have a team working to maintain the fairness of their race – otherwise, their opponent(s) will have the unfettered ability to fabricate votes to defeat them at the ballot box.” And if you ask me, Charles (BADASS) Marler is right!
TEXANS DESERVE TO KNOW
I’m not a conspiracy theorist or anything of the sort. However, I’m going to play devil’s advocate for a minute. So, with this in mind, it’s undeniable that Harris County, Texas is the “GOLDEN-PRIZE” in Texas politics – right? And it’s also, undeniable that Harris County, Texas just swung the results of “TWO KEY APPELATTE COURT RACES” that ran across a 10 county patch of Texas back on November 3rd. It’s also a fact that this very same thing happened across this 10 county patch of Texas back in November 2018 – right? So, in case you haven’t heard, Justice Russell Lloyd, a Republican, lost his seat to Veronica Rivas-Molloy, a Democrat by a very slim margin in the race for Justice, 1st Court of Appeals District for Place 3. And in the race for Justice 1st Court of Appeals District for Place 5, one of my clients Justice Terry Adams, also a Republican, ended up losing his seat to Amparo Unique Guerra, his Democrat challenger. And my other client Justice Ken Wise, also a Republican, ended up barely winning re-election by the slimmest of margins against his Democratic challenger by the name of Tamika “Tami” Craft. And in case you don’t know, Chief Justice Tracy Elizabeth Christopher, also a Republican, barely held on to her bench by the slimmest of margins, in the race for Chief Justice, 14th Court of Appeals District. Her challenger was Jane Robins, a Democrat who charged hard down the stretch – but came up short.
WILL TEXAS GO BLUE IN 2022?
While Democrats came up short in their goal to turn Texas blue – they did manage to pick up two very important appellate seats on “THE TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS” back on November 3, 2020. In case you don’t know, the appellate seats that are slowly being picked off by Democrats are not run across all (254) Texas counties – they’re only run across (10) Texas counties. And they’re using Harris County, Texas as ground-zero in their fight to take the seats. Walk with me for a minute. Look, there are many allegations of cheating in Harris County, Texas elections – dating back many years. So, it should not come as a surprise that there are a lot of people who are looking at the “MATHEMATICAL IMPOSSIBILITIES” or what at the very least appears to be “ERRONEOUS UNOFFICIAL EARLY VOTING NUMBERS” that was released by Harris County Clerk Chris Hollins between Tuesday, October 13, 2020, and Friday, October 30, 2020 – in disbelief. I have a question for you – if you were going to steal votes in a multi-county race in Texas that included Harris County – what where would you go to steal the votes? Wouldn’t you go to the place where it would be most difficult to detect your nefarious act? Well, being the largest county in the state of Texas, that makes Harris County the fertile ground – that’s ripe for the picking – right?
A NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK
To be honest, trying to uncover nefarious acts in Harris County, Texas is a lot more difficult than any place else in Texas – it can be more difficult than trying to locate a needle in the proverbial haystack if you ask me. But it can be done!!! So, with that in mind, get this – according to the Texas Secretary of State, back in January of 2020, HARRIS COUNTY had (1,012) voter precincts and (2,370,968) registered voters. The other (9) Texas counties that make up the (10) county “APPELLATE COURT MAP” that we should be paying much closer attention to going forward are Austin County, Brazoria County, Chambers County, Colorado County, Fort Bend County, Galveston County, Grimes County, Waller County, and Washington County. In case you don’t know, AUSTIN COUNTY, only had (18) voter precincts and (19,618) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in BRAZORIA COUNTY, there were only, (67) voter precincts and (212,602) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in CHAMBERS COUNTY, there were only (14) voter precincts and (29,015) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in COLORADO COUNTY, there were only (12) voter precincts and (13,900) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in FORT BEND COUNTY, there were only (159) voter precincts and (452,662) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in GALVESTON COUNTY, there were only (175) voter precincts and (271,501) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in GRIMES COUNTY, there were only (14) voter precincts and (16,657) registered voters back in January of 2020. Over in WALLER COUNTY, there were only (21) voter precincts and (33,201) registered voters back in January of 2020. And over in WASHINGTON COUNTY, there were only (21) voter precincts and (23,259) registered voters back in January of 2020, according to Texas Secretary of State Ruth R. Hughs’ published statistics. So, when comparing the (10) aforementioned counties, can’t you see how a nefarious act in Harris County, Texas could skew the results of “APPELLATE CONTESTS” that are run across the (10) Texas county jurisdiction of 1st Court of Appeals District of Texas, and the 14th Court of Appeals District of Texas?
After the former Harris County Clerk, Dr. Diane Trautman abruptly resigned, this guy, Chris Hollins was hand-picked and put in place by Harris County Commissioner's Court. In a front-page article published in the Houston Chronicle, prior to the start of early voting, Chris Hollins stated a projection that 1.7 million ballots would be cast prior to Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

To the average person, the numbers published below won't mean much. However, these numbers and "NUMBER SEQUENCES" will be explained by Aubrey R. AUBREY’S SUMMARY
There appears to be a huge difference between the way “EARLY VOTING UNOFFICIAL TOTALS” look that was prepared by the Democratic Harris County Clerk’s (Chris Hollins and Diane Trautman) in 2019 and 2020 when compared to the “EARLY VOTING UNOFFICIAL TOTALS” released by Republican Harris County Clerk Stan Stanart back in 2018 – when he served as the Harris County Clerk. Whether, by accident, error, a nefarious act, or straight-up thievery, there’s something wrong about these turnout numbers, and the Texas Secretary of State Ruth R. Hughs needs to dig into this very important matter as the 2022 Midterm Election cycle is already underway. Also, some of the issues I see could be eradicated by giving each Texas voter a printout of their choices – once they’ve cast their ballot. Why? Well, when we go to the grocery store or pay bills, we expect to receive a receipt to ensure that we’ve received every item that we’ve paid our hard-earned money for. So, doesn’t it make sense that voters receive a “PRINTED RECEIPT” to ensure that their vote only went to the candidates they intended to cast a ballot for? And in closing, Texas needs to go to a system whereby our “JUDICIAL RACES ARE NON-PARTISAN” before the 2022 Midterm Election, to ensure that we are elected the best possible nominees as judges in the Lone Star State. Why? Well, over the last two election cycles, it has become clear that voters are simply casting ballots for judicial candidates based on “POLITICAL PARTY AFFILIATION” alone, with little regard to the candidate’s qualifications, education, preparedness, or ability to serve impartially.

THE BADASS
Charles (BADASS) Marler worked for the FBI for 16 years learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations from evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward-Looking Infra-Red (FLIR). Charles was an Investigative Specialist for 12 years as a member of the Special Surveillance Group and conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drugs (as FLIR operator), Intelligence and Terrorism targets. He participated in joint training operations with the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA. Charles was an instructor and evaluator numerous times for the FBI’s surveillance training programs.
Charles managed several FLIR System Operators while coordinating one of the FBI’s prominent FLIR programs. He provided case guidance, became an expert in the operation and maintenance of FLIR equipment, and personally trained or provided training for his operators. Under Charles's leadership and guidance, the FLIR program conducted numerous successful operations against espionage subjects, suspected terrorism subjects, drug shipments, violent crime, and kidnap searches.
Since 2008, Charles has been a co-owner of a private investigative firm based in Houston and has worked as a Private Investigator in Texas for the past four years which specializes in covert physical surveillance operations. As a P.I. he has performed criminal investigations and conducted surveillance operations involving workman’s compensation, child custody, drug use, theft, and the elusive but frequent cheating spouse.

I would have you to know that not everyone who has been accused of a crime or enters a guilty plea in connection with a crime is guilty of the crime they're accused of committing. Neither is everyone who goes to trial to fight charges that are leveled against them and get's convicted are guilty. Look, over the years, some very bad things have happened to people of color in our criminal justice system. So to this end, please understand, that during my career, I’ve gone into the Harris County Jail and Texas prisons on numerous occasions (on secret assignments) working in conjunction with the owner of one of the largest locally owned private security, and investigations firms. The man who was funding my investigations back then (who mysteriously died) also was the godfather of one of my sons, and the backer of one of my publications. That being said, I can straight-faced assure you that I’ve seen some of the injustices that are occurring in the Texas penal system up close and personal. While on the inside, I interviewed (face-to-face) some of the hardest criminals you can imagine for my research. I also discovered first-hand that many of the people who should be locked up are walking around free, and not all of those who are locked behind bars are guilty of the crimes that they, in some cases pleaded guilty to – for whatever reason. So, let me assure you that I know a criminal when I see one. And we have a handful of local elected officials who are straight-criminals and must be stopped!!!
PEOPLE OVER POLITICS
Based on my direct observations over the years, I can attest to the fact that our current criminal justice system is more about “HAVE’S AND HAVE NOT’S” to a greater degree than most people realize. That being said, sure, in some cases, the skin color of the person being accused of a crime plays a role in who gets indicted and eventually convicted of crimes and those who go free. However, at the end of the day, from observing the system from the inside, and out; having money, good legal representation, and access to influential people are unfortunately key determining factors when it comes to who will spend the rest of their life walking around with an “X” on their back and who doesn’t. So, to this end, we must endeavor to change our criminal justice system and political landscape by “TAKING POLITICS OUT” of the way our judges are selected in the Lone Star State – that’s very important to me!
