Kim Ogg May Be Compromised Alleges Two Investigators Who Now Plan to Take their Evidence to U.S. Attorney Ryan Patrick

The Harris County District Attorney's Office headed up by District Attorney Kim Ogg, was presented with a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" by a 30-plus year veteran Texas Peace Officer detailing how on the first day of early voting while working as a poll watcher he observed a stack of approximately (30) thirty or more Texas Drivers Licenses being scanned and used by Harris County "ELECTION WORKERS" at the North East Multi-Services Center located at 9720 Spaulding Street in Houston, Texas 77016. In case you don't know, the Precinct Judge for this location is April Elmore-Gibson (pictured above) along with Kim Ogg (far left). The "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" was submitted to the DA's Office on yesterday, Thursday, October 15, 2020. However, according to the private investigators working on this matter, the Harris County District Attorney's Office showed no interest in looking into the alleged "ELECTION FRAUD" so they are planning to take their evidence to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's Office, and also present the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" and other evidence of the alleged crimes to U.S. Attorney Ryan Patrick's Office.

A Whole Stack of Texas ID's Was Allegedly Being Scanned and Used at a Predominantly Black Early Voting Location in District B

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

On Thursday, October 15, 2020, the Harris County District Attorney's Office was presented with a sworn "AFFIDAVIT" and supporting evidence of alleged wrongdoing that occurred at a predominantly Black "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" in Harris County, Texas. Which location? I'm about to tell you if you hold your horses. But before I do, please understand that I'm just the reporter -- so don't shoot the messenger. Anyways, the location I'm speaking about is the Northeast Multi-Services, PRCT ID SRD141C location, which is located at 9720 Spaulding Street in Houston, Texas 77016. In case you don't recognize this location -- it's right in the heart of Houston City Council District B -- that happens to be 47% African American.

APRIL ELMORE GIBSON

Precinct Judge April Elmore Gibson is the headwoman in charge of the Northeast Multi-Services Center where a whole stack of Texas Driver's Licenses were discovered on a table by a 30-plus year Texas Peace Officer on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. This predominately "BLACK EARLY VOTING LOCATION" is located at 9720 Spaulding Street in Houston, Texas.

WHAT ARE ALL THESE TEXAS DRIVER'S LICENSES DOING STACKED ON A TABLE INSIDE THE NORTHEAST MULTI-SERVICES CENTER?

Nope, you can't make this stuff up!!! I was provided with a copy of an "AFFIDAVIT" and supportive photos that were presented to the Harris County District Attorney's Office on yesterday, Thursday, October 15, 2020, by former FBI Agent Charles Marler, and Mark Aguirre, a retired HPD Captain, and private investigator. "The Harris County District Attorney's Office is on some bull$H1T," says former FBI Agent Charles Marler. "They didn't even give the evidence of a crime that could possibly include several felonies the time of day," he says. "I am deeply concerned that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg could possibly be compromised," he went on to say. "For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the DA's Office doesn't give a damn about the blatant "ELECTION FRAUD" that's occurring right out in the open in Harris County, Texas," stated private investigator Mark Aguirre. "I mean, how more blatant can it get," asked Aguirre. "We walk into the DA's Office with a sworn affidavit from a Texas Peace Officer with more than 30-plus years of experience and nothing happened," he explained. "I'm really pissed now," says Aguirre. When asked what he's going to do next, Aguirre, responded, "I am going to Attorney General Ken Paxton's investigators tomorrow and then I am going to let U.S. Attorney Ryan Patrick's know exactly what just occurred here in Harris County, Texas." What happened? Well, Raymond T. Stewart explained what he observed in the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" detailed below.

AFFIDAVIT OF RAYMOND T. STEWART

Raymont T. Stewart, appeared in person before me today ant state under oath:

"My name is Raymond T. Stewart. I am above the age of eighteen years and am fully competent to make this affidavit. The facts stated in this affidavit are within my personal knowledge and are true and correct.

"I am a 30+year veteran Texas Peace Officer. I am a volunteer poll watcher for Candidate Andre Hines. On 10/13/2020, at 8:40am, I arrived at polling location, Northeast Multi-Services Center, PRCT ID SRD141C, 9720 Spaulding Street, Houston, Texas 77016."

"I informed the staff that I was a poll watcher for a candidate and had my paperwork. I asked for the precinct judge to sign my required paperwork so I could start work. The precinct judge is identified as April Elmore (Gibson) and she was there but refused to sign my paperwork and she instead directed me to someone inside named Madonna. Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher."

"I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At the table was a large stack of Texas Driver's Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver's license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver's license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L's just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame, an employee of the Harris County Attorney's Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence that I provided to him."

"Unfortunately our conversation was overheard by a staff member in the parking lot. The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver's licenses were removed and hidden from the table. The Deputy departed the area apparently to consult with the election taskforce and supervisors. I spoke with him several times that day via phone and in-person regarding my observations. At 1:00pm April commanded me to leave the polling location because I had observed and collected evidence and she informed me that "I couldn't."

"I have not received any call from any Federal, County nor State official investigating these serious crimes."

KIM OGG AND BLACK POWER BROKERS

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg received a lot of support from "POWER-BROKERS" in the Black community back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in her Democratic Party showdown with Audia Jones (African American female), Carvana Cloud (African American female), and Todd Overstreet (White male). However, to win re-election Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg will now have to beat back the challenge of Mary Nan Huffman (White female), the Republican nominee for Harris County District Attorney on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in the general election. And believe me when I tell you that, getting past Mary Nan Huffman will not be an easy task for Kim Ogg. Especially under the cloud of an "OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATION" into related to "ABSENTEE BALLOT FRAUD" that is alleged to have been committed by some of the people who are supporting Kim Ogg's re-election bid. In case you haven't heard, Colleen M. Vera's 2-year investigation for "TEXAS TRASH TALK" has identified a whole host of folks -- that's pretty much all I'm going to say about that right now. Anyways, early voting will end on Friday, October 30, 2020.

BLACK POWER BROKERS LIKE KEITH DOWNEY AND PRECINCT CHAIR DEBORAH ADAMS CAN MAKE OR BREAK A DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY BID

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Deborah Adams the Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct 259, is pictured above with Keith Downey (above left), and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (above middle) back in January of 2020. Keith Downey, in case you don’t know, is the President of the Kashmere Garden Super Neighborhood. District Attorney Kim Ogg, pulled off the remarkable, astonishing, and almost unbelievable feat of making it out of the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary with 54.54% of the vote against a stellar field of viable Democratic challengers. She put on a dominant show – I must say! Kim Ogg received 148,571 votes for 54.54% of the vote to finish first. Audia Jones received 65,950 votes for 24.21% of the vote to finished second. Todd Overstreet received 30,744 votes for 11.29% of the vote. And Carvana Cloud, the woman who entered the race at the last minute finished last with 27,132 votes for 9.96% of the vote. At first, it would appear that the incumbent Kim Ogg would have won this primary contest outright with a runoff – right? Well, you are wrong. Why? I’m going to tell you if you hold your horses. By looking at the final results it’s very clear that Audia Jones’ ground game and months, and months, and months of tireless campaigning had her uniquely positioned to give the incumbent District Attorney a run for her money. However, by having Carvana Cloud enter the race under her own volition, or by being placed there by someone wanting to see the black vote split is going to be discussed in a future report. But what I’m certain of is that many of the women I know were split on whether to cast their vote for Audia Jones or Carvana Cloud. So how did this help, Kim Ogg? Man, you’ve gotta have a little patience – I’m doing the best I can – slow down, and stick with me…okay, I digress. But anyway, like I was saying, Carvana Cloud basically, gave the race to District Attorney Kim Ogg – that I’m very certain of! How can I be so sure? Well, 56,058 Democratic voters who cast a ballot in the 2020 Democratic Party primary skipped over the race for District Attorney all together. And I would be willing to bet that a large portion of the 56,058 Democrats who skipped this race were women of color who did not want to be on the record voting for, or against either of the two African American women present on the ballot in the race for Harris County District Attorney. But like I’ve already stated, I’m going to go back and study the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary race for Harris County District Attorney very soon.

Carroll G. Robinson is the State Chairman for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats was paid the sum of $3,000 for what was categorized as their “VOTER CONTACT, GOTV PROGRAM” based on Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's campaign finance report.

WHAT ROLE DID BLACK ORGANIZATIONS PLAY IN THE 2020 DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY RACE FOR HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’m not going to go into too much detail here because I am still researching the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary race for Harris County District Attorney. However, what I have discovered already is that the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats was paid the sum of $3,000 for what was categorized as their “VOTER CONTACT, GOTV PROGRAM” based on Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's campaign finance report. And they weren’t the only ones, back on 8/15/2019, the Houston Area Black Democrats PAC was paid $1,000 for what was categorized as an “EVENT SPONSORSHIP” according to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s campaign. Again, there is nothing illegal about this. The only problem here is when these organizations try to tell “BLACK VOTERS” that “ENDORSEMENT DECISIONS” aren’t influenced.

Democratic Precinct Chair Deborah Adams delivered the goods for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, in Precinct 259. In case you don't know, 413 of the 631 votes that were cast in Precinct 259, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, went to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.

CAN HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PRECINCT CHAIRS LIKE DEBORAH ADAMS SWING HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY RACES?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

How much of an impact did Deborah Adams have on the race for Harris County District Attorney back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Primary? Is she worth her weight in gold? The answer to this question is a resounding YES. Get this, Kim Ogg ran up huge numbers in Precinct 259 back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, against her two worthy African American female challengers. Neither of her African American could get any traction whatsoever in Precinct 259. In case you don’t know, Kim Ogg received an astonishing and almost unbelievable lion’s share of the vote in this predominantly African American voter precinct. Get this, 413 of the 631 votes that were cast in Precinct 259, went to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. So, what do you think? How much is a relationship with Democratic Precinct Chairs worth? Huh? What’s it worth? Okay, I’m back!!! Anyways, Audia Jones received 101 votes to finish second in Precinct 259. Carvana Cloud only received 74 votes to finish third. And Todd Overstreet received 50 votes to finish fourth in Precinct 259 where Deborah Adams is the Precinct Chair.

Democratic Precinct Chair Etta Crockett is a master of connecting her clients with "ELDERLY SENIOR CITIZENS" in Precinct 101, and beyond. In case you don't know, Etta Crockett, she's the Harris County Democratic Party Chair for Precinct 101.

CAN HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PRECINCT CHAIRS LIKE ETTA CROCKETT SWING DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY RACES?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Have you ever heard the name Etta Crockett before? Well, in case you haven’t, I’m going to tell you a little bit about her. Etta Crockett is a power-broker when it comes to reaching seniors. Especially those of vote by “ABSENTEE BALLOT” in Precinct 101. How do I know? Well, if you practice a little patience, I’m going to tell you! Better yet, I’ll give you a few dates, so that you can go and see for yourself. Is that good enough? Huh? Well? Is that good enough? Okay! Back on 2/14/2020, Harris County District Attorney paid Etta Crockett $1,000 for “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” according to her campaign finance report. Then on 2/21/2020, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg turned around and paid Etta Crockett for more “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” according to her campaign finance report. How much of an impact did she have on the 2020 Democratic Party primary race for Harris County District Attorney? Not very much in Precinct 101. How can I say this? Well, based on my investigation, only 46 votes were cast in the race for Harris County District Attorney back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic primary. So, I don’t believe that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg would pay Etta Crockett, the Precinct Chair for Precinct 101, in upwards of $3,500 for a return of 17 votes. That would make a lot of sense right. So, that begs to question, how much work Etta Crockett put in for the amount she got paid. But that’s a story I’m going to cover in a future report – so stay tuned. Anyways, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Kim Ogg only received 17 of the 46 votes that were cast in Precinct 101 – where Etta Crockett is the Democratic Precinct Chair. It was Audia Jones who beat Kim Ogg in Precinct 101 if my memory serves me right. Audia Jones received 18 of the 46 votes that were cast in Precinct 101. Todd Overstreet received 6 of the 46 votes that cast in Precinct 101 back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. And Carvana Cloud, the late entry into the race for Harris County District Attorney finished last in Precinct 101, by receiving 5 of the 46 votes that were cast. If you ask me, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg kind of got shafted on this transaction. How can I say this? Well, in case you don’t know, 929 registered voters are living inside Precinct 101 according to the Harris County Clerk’s Office. So, for Kim Ogg to only receive 17 votes, out of 929 isn’t a good thing. Especially when she paid Etta Crockett, the Democratic Party Precinct Chair for Precinct 101 for direct “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” leading up to Election Day!

The Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity are top players in the Presidential, Midterm, and Municipal Elections throughout this region. If you are a candidate running for office in Houston, Texas, you had better get ready, because you're going to get a call from these guys.

WHAT ROLE DID THE BAPTIST MINISTERS OF HOUSTON AND VICINITY PLAY IN THE 2020 DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY RACE FOR HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

When I visited Kim Ogg’s “ENDORSEMENT PAGE” on her website I didn’t see where she received an endorsement from the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity, over her two Black female opponents. However, I did see where she was endorsed by Former Houston Mayor Lee P. Brown, Civil Rights Icon William “Bill” Lawson, State Senator Borris Miles, State Senator Harold Dutton, Jr., State Representative Jarvis Johnson, State Representative Alma Allen, State Representative Shawn Thierry, Constable May Walker, The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats’ – Harris County Chapter, and a host of other Democratic leaders and organizations. And look, everybody who wants to issue an endorsement, are free to endorse anyone they choose to endorse – there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, as it relates to those “BLACK MINISTERS,” shouldn’t they be required to tell their parishioners and other loyal followers that they are getting paid to parade the politicians in front of them. Now don’t you sit there and act like you don’t know that “BLACK MINISTERS” have been getting paid “BIG DOLLARS” to bring politicians into our churches. My grandfather was a “BLACK BAPTIST MINISTER” and I can remember vividly, politicians coming in and introducing themselves to congregations during election season. I used to love it because I knew that we were going to be going out to eat well after Sunday service. Oh boy, I loved to see those politicians come around. I used to even get a little pocket-change myself after they showed up. Okay…I’m back! Anyways, that Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity have a mean ground-game whereas outreach into local Baptist churches is concerned. But don’t take my word for it. Just ask Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg – she’ll tell you! How do I know? Well, back on 2/8/2020, she donated $1,000 to the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity. They must have done a good job for her, because she turned around on 2/19/2020 and paid that no-good (oops forgive me) I mean honorable and highly distinguished men of the cloth another $2,000 for their “VOTER CONTACT GOTV PROGRAM” according to her campaign finance report. And back on 8/24/2017, Kim Ogg paid those “BAPTIST MINISTERS” the sum of $300 for some type of sponsorship. Again, there’s absolutely nothing illegal about candidates like Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg paying the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity money. The problem with this is that I think when those politicians, step into the pulpit, they should be required to tell the church-goers that they paid access! In other words, the parishioners should be made aware of the fact that they have been pimped. Not sure what getting pimped means? Let me explain, Pimps are the guys who go out and get customers for prostitutes, or in other words, they parade their prostitutes before customers to perform and act for what usually comes down to monetary exchange. Do not go back and tell folks I called the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity a bunch of pimps because that would be a bald-faced lie. I’m simply trying to make an analogy that you can understand in vivid detail. Now, after you’ve thought about how these “POLITICAL TRANSACTIONS” are going down, you be the judge, by drawing your conclusions. And please don’t shoot me, I’m only the messenger.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (center) received 6,202 absentee ballots back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. So, just for the record, none of her Democratic challengers were even able to garner 300 "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. How did Congresswoman Lee get so many absentee ballot votes? Well, she has perhaps one of the strongest brands of any "DULY-ELECTED" official in the State of Texas. And thanks to people like Gloria Palmer and many others mentioned in the 2-year investigation into "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" that was conducted by Colleen M. Vera, of "TEXAS TRASH TALK," -- she's a force to be reckoned with when it comes to securing those absentee ballots. Yes, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has one of the meanest "ABSENTEE BALLOT GAMES" in all of Harris County, Texas. That being said, for those of you who don't know, Sec. 86.0052 of the Texas Election Code is pretty clear and states that COMPENSATION FOR CARRIER ENVELOPE ACTION IS PROHIBITED. So, if you are a candidate running for office on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in the general election, please note, that Texas law strictly prohibits any candidate from compensating another person for depositing the carrier-envelope in the mail or with a common or contract carrier as provided by Section 86.0051(b). Texas law also strictly prohibits performance-based compensation schemes based on the number of ballots deposited or in which another person is presented with a quota of ballots to deposit as provided by Section 86.0051(b). It's also a crime to engages in another practice that causes another person's compensation from or employment status with the person to be dependent on the number of ballots deposited as provided by Section 86.0051(b). So, to be on the safe side, please run a bonafide "ABSENTEE BALLOT CAMPAIGN" that's above board in the upcoming 2020 general election. Also, please don't forget that Attorney General Ken Paxton recently issued a letter to Texas county judges and election officials, providing guidance that, under the Texas Election Code, Texans may not claim disability based on fears of contracting COVID-19 and receive a ballot to vote by mail in upcoming elections. Several county officials throughout the State, including the Harris County judge and clerk, are misleading the public about their ability to vote by mail, telling citizens that in light of COVID-19, anyone can claim a “disability” that makes them eligible for ballot by mail.

Nurse Accused of Absentee Ballot Harvesting In 2-year Investigation by Colleen M. Vera with 'Texas Trash Talk' Has Very Strong Ties to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The thing that a lot of folks fail to understand about the "ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES" associated with “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” is that it has been a big problem in Harris County, Texas for as long as I can remember. And believe me, that’s a very long time. Remember, I’ve been investigating the Criminal Justice System and Harris County politics for nearly 30 years. So, over the course of this time, I’ve seen some political races that were lopsided that should have been nail-biters in my opinion. So, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, I was left kind of scratching my head when I saw the “ABSENTEE BALLOT RETURNS” for the race for the United States Congress for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. As a refresher, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee received an astonishing 6,202, absentee ballots. However, Marc Flores only received 271 absentee ballots. Jerry Ford, Sr. only received 168 absentee ballots. Michael Allen only received 118 absentee ballots. Bimal Patel only received 70 absentee ballots. Stevens Orozco only received 70 absentee ballots. And Donovan Boson finished last in the “ABSENTEE BALLOT” category with a mere 33 absentee ballots in the Democratic Party primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. So, how did Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee receive so many “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas? Well, that’s a tricky question to answer. However, you can attribute a large portion of the “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” received by the Honorable Congresswoman to the familiarity that her constituents have with her name. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is arguably the most well-known brand in Harris County politics in my opinion. So, before I explain what I see, I’d like to respectfully ask you to not go back and tell the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee that I’m throwing shade on her victory. Please do not do that! I also respectfully ask for you to please not call this report “FAKE NEWS,” because I am just the messenger here. And to this end, several of the key “DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES” identified in the “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” investigation that was conducted over the course of a 2-year period by Colleen M. Vera, for “TEXAS TRASH TALK” all have ties to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. However, I am only going to focus on Gloria Palmer, the nurse caught on video explaining exactly how the “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING GAME” works in Harris County, Texas. In the audio below, she explains exactly how she gets into the nursing homes. She also explains exactly how she works for her clients to secure absentee ballots. So, while her regular job is that of a medical assistant/nurse, she also moonlights during campaign season as a campaign assistant, canvasser, church leaflet distributor, and campaign worker for the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. So, before I go any further, I would like to remind you that everyone mentioned in the 2-year report by Colleen M. Vera, for “TEXAS TRASH TALK” is presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law. That being said, if you have not seen the 2-year report you can click this link to view it. And while you are at it, please pay close attention to the images of the supportive information included on the webpage which I have determined to be solid.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Fort Bend ISD Trustee Kristin Tassin is being challenged by Dr. Shirley Rose-Guilliam in the FBISD Position #4 race. As a reminder, these two candidates faced off against each other back in 2017 in a close race -- but there was a third candidate, by the name of Rodrigo Carreon in that race. In case you don't remember, Dr. Shirley Rose-Gilliam gave Tassin all she could handle and would have forced her into a runoff -- if FBISD had runoff elections. Anyways, as a refresher, back in 2017, Kristin Tassin received 2,654 votes, for 49.35% of the vote. Dr. Shirley Rose-Gilliam received 2,227 votes, for 41.41% of the vote. And Rodrigo Carreon received 497 votes for 9.24% of the vote. So, please don't forget that Dr. Shirley Rose-Gilliam is asking for your vote in this race.

This time he'll be facing off against local businessman Kevin Cole -- who is clearly hands-down the best man to lead Pearland, Texas forward into the future. "Pearland is facing a historical Mayor election in November.
