Dr. Ed Young Says We Should Vote "NO" on Proposition 1 - The HERO Ordinance
HOUSTONIANS SHOULD VOTE NO! NO! NO!
Dr. Ed Young, Senior Pastor at Houston's Second Baptist Church, one of the nation's largest churches (63,000 members), recently took a strong, bold, principled stand in opposition to Houston's Proposition 1 - "Bathroom Ordinance."
During his message on Sunday September 20, 2015, Dr. Young encouraged his congregation to vote "No" on Proposition 1. He stated, "The bottom line is that if we open up our facilities where someone can choose their sexual orientation-those of us who believe men should use men's facilities and women should use women's facilities will be discriminated against." Dr. Young also related a personal experience where his wife was recently confronted by a man in a downtown Houston female restroom.
In conclusion, Dr. Young states, "So on November 3... Vote No, No, No! Because it (Proposition 1) will carry our city further and further down the road to being secular and godless!" ***This video was sent to us by Jared Woodfill with Campaign for Houston.
