According to Stan Stanart, the Harris County Clerk and Chief Election Official, 10,896 Democrats have gone to the polls to vote early through the first (3) three days of early voting. He also reports that 7,641 Mail Ballots have been returned. So, a total of 18,537 early votes have been cast by Democrats so far.
