$911,411 was Paid to Stephanie Coleman of Neutral Grey LLC by the City of Houston; Garnet Coleman Abruptly Resigns

Why did State Rep. Garnet Coleman (HD-147) abruptly announce that he was leaving office early, one day after the FBI raid at the Houston Health Department? Is there a connection between State Rep. Coleman and Stephanie Coleman? In case you don't know, the FBI raided the City of Houston's Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, in connection to the activities of a "MARKETING VENDOR" and a Houston Health Department employee. After publishing a report about a well-known African American female "MEDIA RELATIONS SPECIALIST" by the name of Linda Brown, tips began to slowly flow into Aubrey R. Taylor Communications from people all across the city of Houston yesterday. That being said, nearly all of the tipsters mentioned the names, Stephanie Coleman, the owner of Neutral Grey, LLC., and Barry Barnes, the Houston Health Department's administrative coordinator.

$911,411 was Paid to Stephanie Coleman of Neutral Grey LLC by the City of Houston; Garnet Coleman Abruptly Resigns

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In the spirit of public concern, we're bringing exposure to the FBI raid on the Houston Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, because the public needs to know-how, and to whom, the federal dollars related to the so-called "COVID-19 OUTREACH" were paid. So, for the record, we've found a money trail totaling more than $1,485,710 that we've traced back to two African American firms with deep political ties. A company owned by an African American female by the name of Stephanie A. Coleman was paid a total of $911,411 by the City of Houston during the period we researched. And a company owned by another African American female by the name of Linda Brown was paid a total of $574,299 during the time period we reviewed for this particular report. That being said, according to news reports, the "MARKETING VENDOR" in question had been paid a figure in the $900,000 range for "COVID-19 OUTREACH" so, based upon our investigation into this matter, we are inclined to believe that Stephanie A. Coleman, is the vendor in question, not Linda Brown, whom many folks believed to be the woman at the center of the FBI investigation.

LINDA BROWN was paid more than $574,299 by the City of Houston between 10/25/2019 and 3/26/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.

As you can see above, MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS, a company owned by Linda Brown was paid $10,000 on 10/25/2019 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of $82,860, $100,500, $139, $190,800, and $190,000 during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.

STEPHANIE A. COLEMAN was paid more than $911,411 by the City of Houston between 7/22/2014 and 8/17/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "NEUTRAL GREY LLC" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.

As you can see above, NEUTRAL GREY LLC, a company owned by Stephanie A. Coleman was paid $1,000 on 7/22/2014 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of  $590, $38,080, $15,586, 15,586, 11,536, 5,281, $24,981, $8,960, $8,960, $32,735, $120,100, $207,176, $61,800, $85,200, $159,955, $160,044, $50,500, and $47,841, during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.

The woman you see cheek-to-cheek with Barry Barnes, the Houston Health Department's administrative coordinator is believed to be the "MARKETING VENDOR" who received more than $900,000 in payments for "COVID-19 OUTREACH" by the City of Houston using federal funds. For the record, Stephanie A. Coleman is the owner of a company called Neutral Grey LLC. That said, based on tips from our sources, we believe that Barry Barnes is the Houston Health Department employee who has very public ties to the vendor in question.

For the record, here is a "SCREENSHOT" of a Facebook post that clearly shows that Barry Barnes and Stephanie A. Coleman are thick as thieves. In fact, in his own words, Barry Barnes stated, "Another awesome brunch with the Ladies who empower me! Marlene McNeese my professional Queen who gives me life just in the knowing, Lois Edwards my office Wife, and a true friend who always brings love, and last but definitely not least Stephanie Coleman a lady of many means! Talking about the support team you need to truly understand who makes up your tribe. It's going to be a wonderful day when you start it off like this!"

These are the three ladies referred to by Barry Barnes as members of his support team and tribe. The lady on the left is Lois Ingraham Edwards. The lady in the center is Stephanie A. Coleman, the woman who owns Neutral Grey LLC, the company that was paid over $900,000 by the City of Houston. And she appears to be the "MARKETING VENDOR" referred to in news reports about the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. And the woman on the far right is Marlene McNeese. So, just for the record, this gathering took place at Leeland House, that's located at 2119 Leeland Street in Houston, Texas.

The lady on the left is Stephanie A. Coleman, the woman who owns Neutral Grey LLC, the company that was paid over $900,000 by the City of Houston. Coleman appears to be the "MARKETING VENDOR" referred to in news reports about the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. And the lady on the right is Lois Ingraham Edwards.

That's Barry Barnes, the administrative coordinator for the City of Houston's Health Department. And the lady waving is Lois Ingraham Edwards.

For some strange reason, State Rep. Garnet Coleman has decided to resign earlier than expected. Is he connected to Stephanie A. Coleman in any way? Does he know something that we should know? So, just for the record, State Rep. Coleman will officially leave office on February 28, 2022.

For more information on this story about the FBI raid, you should (CLICK HERE) and view the report that was aired on ABC 13, last night. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg did a good job laying things out.

CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between the 2002 Midterm Election and the 2020 Presidential Election. That being said, from what we can see right now, she appears to be trying to distance her campaign from Advantage Communication Consultants, Linda K. Brown, and the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" she's been working with for several decades. If you (CLICK HERE) and check out her (2021 to 2022) campaign finance filings you will clearly see that she's (at least for now) taking corrective action in regards to her connection to some of the alleged wrongdoers.

CAMPAIGN FINANCE FILINGS: If you look at the filing above that was sent in electronically by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign, you can clearly see that Advantage Communication Consultants isn't listed anywhere on the filing. You can also (CLICK HERE) for a closer look, and inspect the complete "CAMPAIGN REPORT FILING" for yourself.

GERALD WOMACK is well-known in local political circles as "THE MONEY MAN" for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. His office is located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas. That being said, if you notice the address below, you will see that Womack's office is also used as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group.

WOMACK DEVELOPMENT is the headquarters for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign as well as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group, that's headed up by Linda K. Brown, the woman believed to be at the center of the FBI investigation into the Houston Health Department that led to the Wednesday, February 16, 2022, FBI raid.

CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, and Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between 2002 and 2020. AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."

We Must Make it Our Business to Put "People Over Politics" in the 2022 Midterm Election & Beyond...

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
