Bogus Black PAC's are Mysteriously Popping Up Like Popcorn At the Movies All Across the State of Texas Says Aubrey

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For the life of me, I cannot understand why "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" like state Rep. Ron E. Reynolds are continuing to give people like Robert Williams, Constance Jones, and others the platform to do what they are doing to our people. Hell, that cat Robert Williams (far left) is supposed to be the founder of the Alliance For A New Justice System, but he's not doing anything but spending the money for the organization on hotel stays, gas, and convenience stores according to the Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission by John T. Floyd, the treasurer for the Alliance For A New Justice System. These people need to leave state Rep. Reynolds alone before they get him into more trouble. Hell, state Rep. Reynolds already owes the Texas Ethics Commission more money in fines than any other elected official in the entire state of Texas the last time I checked! And on top of that state Rep. Reynolds is barred from even practicing law, so being a member of the Texas House of Representatives is all he has left -- LEAVE RON ALONE guys!!! State Rep. Reynolds does not need this kind of scrutiny! Heck, state Rep. Reynolds already owes the Texas Ethics Commission $65,209.00 dollars in fines -- leave him alone already"

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I've been secretly investigating the criminal justice system, and playing a key role in Texas politics for over 30 years now. And during all of this time, I've never run across anyone quite like this Robert Williams character. As you can see, in the screenshot above, this dude has been up to no good for a very long time."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As it stands right now, from what I can see, the key player in this "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE SCHEME" could be state Senator Borris Miles' ex-wife. And I am only saying this because of an article I read a few months ago that was published by The North Dallas Gazette that reported the Melanie Wilcox Miles Agreed to Serve As Chair of the Texas Alliance of Black PACs. Now, if my memory serves me right, Melanie Wilcox Flowers used to be a member of the Harris County Republican Party. However, after a couple of unsuccessful runs for public office as a Republican, she's switched political parties. Melanie Wilcox Miles now serves as the Harris County Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct #140. But don't get it twisted, Melanie did not switch parties just to become a Democratic Precinct Chair. It's being rumored that she may run for higher office in the 2022 Midterm Elections -- so stay tuned!"

Black Voters Must Not Be Fooled By All of the Black Political Action Committees that Are Popping Up All Over Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I'm going to do everything in my power to expose people like Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, Robert Williams, and everyone else involved in this "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE SCHEME" that's currently being formed in Texas. So, please understand that according to a story I found early this year, "The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (TCBD), in preparation for the 2022 and 2024 election cycles, has organized a statewide Texas Alliance of Black Political Action Committees (PACs) to engage in coordinated local, statewide and national fundraising to increase overall funding to maximize Black Democratic voter turnout through increased and enhanced voter registration, issue education, year-round voter engagement, community service, and political infrastructure building and maintenance.

According to the story I found, "This historic initiative will be led by small business-owner, Melanie Miles. Miles has agreed to lead the fundraising project as part of The Coalition’s broader effort to help increase the involvement of Democratic Precinct Chairs and local and county elected officials within The Coalition and Texas Democratic Party."

The story went on to read, "In agreeing to serve as Chair of the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, Miles said, “I will be laser-focused on helping to raise the funding necessary to bring change to Texas. Our state needs better, more compassionate, and competent leadership and the path to achieving that goal is a stronger, more unified, energized, and well-funded Black Democratic political infrastructure."

Black Democrats need the financial wherewithal to partner with our county parties across the state to maximize black voter turnout in our rural, suburban and urban counties.”

In addition to fundraising for the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, Melanie Miles has also agreed to work with The Coalition’s State Chair, Carroll G. Robinson, to assist him in an effort to help secure funding to ensure that all 254 Democratic County Parties across Texas have a full-time paid staff member to maximize the efficiency of precinct chairs in the effort to increase overall Democratic voter turnout.

Under the leadership of Miles, The Alliance will be reaching out to partner and work with all the various constituency organizations and allied groups, in the Texas Democratic Party, to maximize strategic deployment of assets, resources, and investments in the Coalition’s effort to (Re)Turn Texas Blue.

Chairman Robinson said, “TCBD greatly appreciates Melanie Miles’ commitment to helping the Coalition and other Texas Black PACs secure the resources necessary to help elect Black Democrats and grow Black voter turnout to help elect Democrats all across Texas in 2022 and 2024.”

If you are interested in donating to or partnering and working with the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, please contact Melanie Miles at TABPACs@gmail.com.

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats is a political organization and we must always remember that politics is a means to an end. Our end goals must include ending poverty, hunger, homelessness, race-based health disparities, the racial wealth income, and education gaps. Eliminating food deserts, public transportation and infrastructure inequity, as well as environmental injustices, must also be priorities of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I've been secretly investigating the criminal justice system, and playing a role in Texas politics for over 30 years now. And during all of this time, I've never run across anyone quite like this Robert Williams character. This dude right here is something serious. I mean, he is running around town, with a "RODEO CLOWN" trying to hold people accountable when he has all sorts of issues that he's dealing with in his own personal life. Now, I'm going to leave that right there for now."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I cannot understand how and why Democrats are continuing to allow this Robert Williams character and his side-kick who looks like she should be getting ready to participate in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a "RODEO CLOWN" to be running back and forth to our State Capital harassing our "DULY-ELECTED" public officials is beyond me?"

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you can see in the screenshot above, these people are nothing but social media bullies. They terrorize people on these social media platforms. As you can see in the screenshot above, Nata Koerber woman and this Robert Williams character teamed up to attack me several weeks ago. Now, please notice that this Robert Williams character believes that someone has died and put him in charge of holding our "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" accountable."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "If you look closely at the screenshot above you will notice how they launch their attack against people like me, and "ELECTED OFFICIALS" who they are instructed to go after on Facebook and other social media platforms."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you are going to see in the campaign finance report that was sworn to by John T. Floyd, back on 7/19/2021, the Alliance For A New Justice System is a fully operational "GPAC" in the state of Texas. However, what you will also see, is that the only expenditures paid out by this "GPAC" went to hotel stays, gas money, and convenience stores."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you can see in the screenshot above, Robert Williams states that he is indeed the founder of the Alliance For A New Justice System. However, when he called me several weeks ago to try and chastise me, he told me that he lives in Brazoria County, Texas. But now, over the last few days, Robert Williams has changed his Facebook profile to show that he lives in Sweeny, Texas. Now, this change of address came following me questioning the $35,449.05 dollar donation he supposedly made to the Alliance For A New Justice System -- his Political Action Committee."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "At first glance, it looks like Robert Williams is just another retired guy living on a small parcel of land over in Brazoria County, Texas. But there’s a lot more to his story, that I plan to share with you in the coming weeks. However, for the record, I find it very interesting that Robert Williams has the means to donate $35,449.05 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System. I also found it interesting that a guy who was charged with issuing bad checks over in Travis County would be trying to hold anyone accountable on social media platforms. And I also find it very interesting that a guy who lives on a homestead that’s only worth $205,590.00 dollars, and land that’s only valued at $9,430.00 dollars can afford to be donating $35,449.00 dollars in hard cold cash to a Political Action Committee – but more on him in the coming weeks."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I can't believe that people like Terrence Shanks, president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter are still involving "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" like state Rep. Ron E. Reynolds in their illegal activities. Heck, state Rep. Reynolds already owes the Texas Ethics Commission $65,209.00 dollars in fines -- which is more than any other candidate in the entire state of Texas. They know good and well that state Rep. Ron Reynolds can't hold up to the scrutiny, but they are using him anyways. Hell, I don't even believe that state Rep. Reynolds even knew that the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County was "INACTIVE" during the years of 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 -- but he and other "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" should be fully aware of this fact now."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Many candidates like state Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD- TX 27) weren't even aware that the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter should not have been doing business during 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 when they paid their membership dues in the forms of donations. And beyond that, I don't think that state Rep. Reynolds -- who already owes the Texas Ethics Commission more money in "DELINQUENT FINES" than any other "ELECTED OFFICIAL" or "CANDIDATE" would have ever donated money to a defunct organization like the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "When state Rep. Ron Reynolds gave this $100.00 dollar donation to the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter, this defunct organization should not have been collecting monies in any manner, shape, or form."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Can I make myself any clearer? Look, every candidate who donated to the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter during 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 donated their campaign funds to this defunct PAC. And every person who paid dues and gave donations during the aforementioned years paid dues to an organization that was "NOT ELIGIBLE" to even be collecting money, issuing endorsements, or doing business in any way, shape, or form."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “From what it looks like right now, Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, and Robert Williams may have some very serious questions to answer in the very near future. Listen up!!! A Political Action Committee called the, "134 PAC" was supposedly paid $500.00 dollars by the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 4/05/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. So, why is there not a campaign finance report for the “134 PAC” even listed on the Texas Ethics Commission’s website? And get this, I’ve also found several other questionable expenditures that Antron D. Johnson swore to under the penalty of perjury related to monies that were supposedly given to American Technology Consulting, Black Austin Democrats, Black El Paso Democrats, Ector County Democratic Party, TCBD Brazoria County, TCBD Denton County, TCBD East Texas, and Tarrant County Black Democrats, on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.”

Red Flags Raised by the Recent Activities of Carroll G. Robinson, Robert Williams and Antron D. Johnson Related to Black PACs

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Have you ever heard of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats? What about the Texas Black Democrats PAC? Ever heard of these two Black Political Action Committees? What about the Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Black Women’s PAC, or the Reform HISD PAC? Well, if not, don’t worry, I’m going to shed a little light on how Carroll G. Robinson, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Robert Williams, the man behind the newly formed Alliance For A New Justice System, and Antron D. Johnson, the guy who is acting as treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees appear to be playing fast and loose with donated money.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I had a little respect for Carroll G. Robinson, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats a long time ago. But after he abruptly stepped down from the HCC Board, I grew a little suspicious about this cat. But after not being able to find any sort of Campaign Finance Reports for this Black "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" I have completely lost all respect for this dude. And it was so disappointing to find out that the Harris County Chapter of this Black "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" operated illegally in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. And based on their "INACTIVE STATUS" with the Texas Ethics Commission, they should not have even been selling memberships, collecting dues, issuing endorsements, or taking in donations from unsuspecting candidates at all."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Do you see that dude on the far left in the photo above? That cat is Laolu Davies-Yemitan, a very close friend of Carroll G. Robinson. Back when Carroll G. Robinson was on the board of trustees at (HCC) Houston Community College, HCC ended up having to hire a law firm to investigate an accusation that Carroll tried to steer part of a multimillion-dollar construction contract to his close friend Laolu Davies-Yemitan, who owned a very small, pretty-much unknown company called Five Woods as a subcontractor to handle public outreach. Carroll's attempt to steer the $1.4 million contract Carroll's friend, Laolu Davies-Yemitan failed, and Carroll G. Robinson abruptly stepped down from his position on the Board of Trustees a short time later. So, I'm going to stop right there for now. However, you read, "HCC probe: Did trustee steer work to a friend?" Now, in his defense, Carroll denied any wrongdoing -- but still stepped down.

HERE'S HOW "PONZI SCHEMES" AND "PYRAMID SCHEMES" WORK

Do you know how a “PONZI SCHEME” works? Ok, I’m going to show you how it works. The way “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” work, is that members are recruited based on a promise that they will be paid for their services by enrolling or convincing others to join the scheme beneath them. Once the perpetrators of the scheme lure enough potential victims into the scheme by promising them that profits will be realized through legitimate business activities, they're off to the races. However, for a “PONZI SCHEME” to flourish, the people at the top must keep the people at the bottom in the dark about what's going on at the top. And for either of the two schemes to continue to grow a constant flow of new members is vital.

ARE SHELL GAMES BEING PLAYED WITH THESE BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES?

At this point, nobody mentioned in this report is guilty of anything in any way, shape, or form. So, please don't go back and tell Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, or Robert Williams that I reported that they’re running a “PONZI SCHEME" or "PYRAMID SCHEME” in Texas – that would be a blatant lie. Why? Well, all I’m trying to say right now in this report is that their recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” raises some serious questions. And there should be a whole bunch of "RED FLAGS" going up right now, as it relates to how the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Texas Black Democrats PAC, and the Reform HISD PAC. And don’t forget about the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter, that has continued to sell memberships, endorse candidates, and trick unsuspecting Democratic candidates into donating money to their “INACTIVE” Political Action Committee, in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 – but more on them later.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "This cat right here is Antron D. Johnson, and he's the joker who serves as the treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees that we are investigating at this moment. Now, as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, this dude has sworn that everything submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission in their campaign finance report is on the up and up. However, from my investigation into this dude, his most recent campaign finance report, and the way these "GPAC'S" are sending money back and forth to one another -- I'm not too sure if what these guys are doing is actually on the up and up!"

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "If you go to the Texas Ethics Commission website and type in the name Antron Johnson in the window to search by treasurer name you will find that as of today, Tuesday, July 27, 2021, he's currently listed as the treasurer for The Texas Black Democrats PAC. He's also the treasure for the TxMuniPAC and the Reform HISD PAC, according to my investigation."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "If you look at the "FILER ID'S" above the "FILER ID" numbered 00084225 belongs to The Texas Black Democrats PAC. The "FILER ID" numbered 00085132 belongs to TxMuniPAC. And the "FILER ID" numbered 00085131 belongs to Reform HISD. Again Antron D. Johnson, a close friend of Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats is listed as the treasurer for all three of the "GPAC'S" listed above."

THE TEXAS BLACK DEMOCRATS PAC

In case you don’t know, Carroll G. Robinson’s boy, Antron D. Johnson is the treasurer who signed off on their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that I’m going to breakdown for you today. Now, that being said, please understand that as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, Antron D. Johnson swore to this statement, “I swear, or affirm, under penalty of perjury, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code. Now, for those of you who don’t know, TITLE 15, OF THE ELECTION CODE IS RELATED TO THE REGULATION OF POLITICAL FUNDS AND CAMPAIGNS. You can (CLICK HERE) if you would like to learn more about the seriousness of lying on a campaign finance report.

REPORTED POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS

On their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission, Antron D. Johnson swore that, the Texas Black Democrats PAC had only received $15,200.00 dollars between Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

TOTAL POLITICAL EXPENDITURES

According to the sworn statement submitted to Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, by Antron D. Johnson, who acts as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, they spent $41,098.90 dollars between Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

CASH ON HAND IN THE BANK

In his sworn statement submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, Antron D. Johnson claimed that Texas Black Democrats PAC was left with $6,872.00 dollars in their bank account after all of their expenditures were made.

SOMETHING DOESN’T SMELL RIGHT

In order for “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” to work, the people at the top, must get people to buy into the scheme and then recruit other people to join in under them – so on, and so forth. Well, the same formula can work in politics when with Political Action Committees and unsuspecting candidates who are lured in by the promise that an organization or organizations can deliver votes on Election Day. Now, I’m not saying in any way that Carroll G. Robinson, Robert Williams, or Antron D. Johnson, are actually running a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE PONZI SCHEME” or anything of that nature. However, what I am saying is that something doesn’t smell right about how that donated money is flowing back and forth between the Black Political Action Committees these guys are running.

DEMOCRATS ARE BEING SUCKERED

There are quite a few “DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES” who are falling victim to what’s unfolding right now with what the Texas Black Democrats PAC is doing. However, some of the Democrats who are supporting Texas Black Democrats PAC, based on their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021, aren't even aware of what's going on with this Political Action Committee.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For the record, Odus Evbagharu (Newly Elected Harris County Democratic Party Chairman), is pictured above with Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, a judge I happen to respect. Now, Odus gave money to the Texas Black Democrat PAC, back on 3/23/2021. However, it is unclear at this particular time whether Odus Evbagharu was aware that a portion of the campaign money he gave to the Texas Black Democrats PAC was supposedly paid to several (what appears to be) defunct Political Action Committees. And on top of that, some of the money that was donated by Odus Evbagharu and other unsuspecting Democrats was supposedly paid to a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? Well, 01929 is not the zip code for Washington D.C. -- it's the zip code for northeast Massachusetts. But don't take my word for it, all you have to do is call (515)974-5619 and ask to speak to Shelly, at the headquarters for American Technology Consulting, that's located at 12951 University Avenue #200, in Clive, Iowa 50325. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As far as I know, County Attorney Christian Menefee (Democratic Harris County Attorney), may not even be unaware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 2/24/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As for as I know, Treasurer Dylan Osbourne (Democratic – Harris County Treasurer), may not even be aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 2/14/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "From what I can tell, Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Democratic -- Harris County Commissioner for Precinct 2), may not even be aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 5/01/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I don't know how much Mayor Sylvester Turner knows about what's going with these defunct Political Action Committees that are popping up all over the place. And it's still a little unclear as to whether Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (Democratic – Harris County Clerk), is fully aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 5/02/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I'm not sure how much Mike Collier (Democrat – Running for Lt. Governor in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election in Texas), knows about the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 2/01/2021, 2/13/2021, 4/01/2021, 6/17/2021, and 6/21/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I really like Joe Jaworski (Democrat – Running for Attorney General in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election in Texas), as a person. He's awesome and above board. I don't think Joe is even aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/23/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I'm not really sure how much Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, or Shekira Dennis (Democratic Operative and the Managing Partner at Next Wave Strategies), know about what's going on with these defunct Political Action Committees. Hell, Shekira may not even be aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 1/10/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I've heard a lot of good things about Cecil Shaw over the years. Cecil is a really good guy. Now, as for Judge Scot “dolli” Dollinger (Democratic -- District Judge, 189th Civil District Court), he may not even be unaware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/12/2021 and 4/27/2021 was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "At this point, I don't really know how much Judge Jim Kovach (Democratic – County Civil Court at Law No. 2), knows about the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/23/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. According to Shelly, they do not even have a Washington D.C. branch."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I really like Judge Clinton Wells (District Judge, 312th Family District Court), in Harris County, Texas. I would be really surprised if Judge Wells knew anything about the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 2/14/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I was really proud of Judge Sedrick Walker (Democratic – Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 11) when he took the bench. Judge Walker may not even be unaware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/24/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Don't really know a lot about Judge Teana Watson (Democratic – Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 5) at this time. But I don't think that she's even aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 2/13/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "At this time, it's unclear how much Gerald Womack, and Argentina James (Democratic – Public Relations Operative), know about these defunct Political Action Committees. But I would be highly surprised if Argentina James knew about the fact that a portion of the money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/20/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Here's Argentina James taking a selfie with the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I'm not sure how much Pastor Max Miller, or Melanie Miles “*Flowers” (Former Republican who now serves as the Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct #140), know about what's going on with all of these defunct Political Action Committees. As far as I know, Melanie may not even be unaware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money she donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 5/29/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I don't think that Councilman Ed Pollard (Current District J Houston City Councilman) knows anything about all of these defunct Political Action Committees. And I certainly don't believe that he's even aware of the fact that a portion of the campaign money he donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 3/20/2021, was paid out to what appears to be several defunct Political Action Committees and a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "One of the biggest problems I'm seeing right now, is that "GOOD DEMOCRATS" like Carl Davis, Judge Eric William Carter, the Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1, Place 1, could be unwittingly getting entangled in the web being woven by the Texas Black Democrats PAC and the other "GPACs" under the control of Antron D. Johnson and Carroll G. Robinson."

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS

As the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, I would think that Antron D. Johnson has some very serious questions to answer right now. According to his sworn statement made on Thursday, July 15, 2021, he swore to the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury that the items listed in the reports he signed off on were all true and correct. And he also swore under the penalty of perjury that all of the required accompanying information was reported in accordance with Title 15 of the Texas Election Code. Now, that being said, we’ve found several questionable expenditures on the report that was submitted, and sworn to by Antron D. Johnson that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

WHERE'S THE REPORT?

134 PAC was supposedly paid $500.00 dollars by Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 4/05/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on their campaign finance report that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. QUESTION BY AUBREY R. TAYLOR: Why is there no campaign finance report for the “134 PAC” on Texas Ethics Commission’s website? Other questionable expenditures that Antron D. Johnson swore to were made payable to American TechnologyConsulting, Black Austin Democrats, Black El Paso Democrats, Ector County Democratic Party, TCBD Brazoria County, TCBD Denton County, TCBD East Texas, and Tarrant County Black Democrats.

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
