Judge Robert Schaffer Won't Quit: Incumbent Democrat Judge Is Still Trying To Prove that Takasha Francis is Unqualified

Judge Robert Schaffer (right), the incumbent Democrat Judge who presides over the 152nd Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas just will not quit. I used to have a great deal of respect and admiration for Judge Robert Schaffer.  In my opinion, Judge Schaffer is a fair, unbiased judge who has served Harris County, Texas well over the years. However, what Judge Schaffer is doing right now is selfish and has the potential to harm many of his fellow Democrat colleagues's chances to win reelection in the fall. Can you believe that Judge Schaffer is going to drag Attorney Takasha Francis (left) back into court for a hearing (tomorrow) Monday, January 29, 2024, in his quest to prove that his African American female "DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY CHALLENGER" is unqualified to run against him on the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary ballot? Can you believe that this sort of crap is still happening in Democratic politics? You can "CLICK HERE" to check out the latest edition of Houston Business Connections Newspaper online.

Don Hooper is what you call a (RINO) "Republican in Name Only", which simply means that he is masquerading around Harris County, Texas pretending to be a Republican. However, Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper are surrogates for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. The Hoopers have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party and the Republican Party of Texas. If you take a moment and look at the "TEXT MESSAGE" below, (SENDER REDACTED" you will see that the Harris County Republican Precinct Chairman, who sent the message to me stated, "Hooper is the precinct chair that railed on me for nearly an hour telling me I better stop trying to get Carmen elected and I better stop it now. He claimed if she was to get elected it would 'f-up' the entire agreement between the two parties. His wife Rachel is the RPT General Counsel. They are both deep into politics."

- WORKING AGREEMENT -

Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper, have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party, and are acting as spies for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. The Hoopers and a small group of (DINOs) "Democrats in Name Only" and (RINOS) "Republicans in Name Only" are conspiring together in an attempt to expand their plan to purge local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas of "BLACK JUDGES" and other ethnic minority judges on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

Bobby Orr is a local businessman who is deeply involved in Harris County politics. In case you don't know him, Bobby Orr is running against Cindy Siegel, the current Harris County Republican Party Chairman on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the upcoming Harris County Republican Party Primary. Back on February 13, 2023, at 4:41 p.m., I received a disturbing email from Bobby Orr, telling me that if I didn't stop talking about the Texas Gulf Coast Center for Public Policy, they would make me the topic of their discussion. "Unless you want us to make you the topic of discussion I suggest you leave us out of your blog and whatever else it is you do," stated Bobby Orr, in his threatening email. In the "TEXT MESSAGE" below, you will be able to see a few of the people who are behind the Texas Gulf Coast Center for Public Policy.

- WORKING AGREEMENT -

Bobby Orr, Don Hooper, Rachel Hooper, and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg all appear to have the same endgame in mind. District Attorney Kim Ogg, and a small group of (DINOs) "Democrats in Name Only" and "(RINOs) "Republicans in Name Only" are on a mission to purge local judicial benches of "BLACK JUDGES" and other ethnic minorities in Harris County, Texas.

Judge Robert Schaffer Won't Quit: Incumbent Democrat Judge Is Still Trying To Prove that Takasha Francis is Unqualified

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It is heartbreaking to witness what a handful of local (white male) Democrat incumbent judges are doing to their party as the upcoming Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary draws nearer, in Harris County, Texas.

At last check, the Harris County Republican Party only has about (20) twenty "KEY CONTEST PRIMARY RACES" on their side of the aisle, that their primary voters should be concerned about on Super Tuesday.

But what's unfolding on the Democratic side of the aisle is unthinkable. Judge Robert Schaffer, the presiding judge for the 152nd Civil District Court, and a few other white male Democratic judges are continuing to attack the very women their party will need this coming fall, when Democrats and Republicans face off on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election, in Harris County, Texas.

"THE REAL TRUTH."

As a refresher, during the 2022 Midterm Election, (12) twelve Democratic incumbent judges (mostly white), lost their benches to their Democratic Party Primary challengers. However, when it came time for the Democratic judicial nominees to face off against their Republican opponents, only "BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" who were running countywide in Harris County, Texas as Democrats were defeated by their Republican opponents. Was this by design? What role did (KKK) Kimbra "KIM" Kathryn (Ogg), and her surrogates (Don and Rachel Hooper play?

According to a FACEBOOK POST that was published and then deleted by Rachel Hooper, a former prosecutor, who currently serves as legal counsel for the Texas Republican Party (also one of Kim Ogg's best friends) she credited Jessica Needham Padilla one of Kim Ogg's prosecutors, who was running on the ballot as a Republican judicial candidate with making sure that Republicans filled all of the slots back on during the "2022 MIDTERM ELECTION" in Harris County, Texas.

"FACEBOOK POST."

Why did attorney Rachel Hooper delete her "FACEBOOK POST" if she didn't have anything to hide? However, before she was able to delete the post, and sweep her "FACEBOOK PAGE" I was able to screenshot what she had to say. What was remarkable about what Rachel Palmer Hooper posted on Monday, October 31, 2022, heading into the final week of "EARLY VOTING" for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is that nearly everyone she mentioned in her post went on to defeat their "BLACK OPPONENTS" on Election Day. Was that just a coincidence?

"Did Attorney Rachel Hooper and her husband Don Hooper spill the beans as relates to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's Working Agreement With Republicans?"

- RACHEL HOOPER -

Back on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the day before Thanksgiving, Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican), general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas was exposed as being best buddies with (Democrat) Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. After she was exposed, Rachel Plamer Hooper deleted her October 31, 2022, FACEBOOK POST detailing the DA's Office's involvement in helping the "GOP" fill out the remainder of their ballot. Why??? What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? Why did Rachel Palmer Hooper change her settings? Why did she delete this post? You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer view.

THE FACEBOOK POST you see above was published by Rachel Palmer Hooper on Monday, October 31, 2022; but has now been scrubbed from her FACEBOOK PAGE, deleted, or is no longer available for public viewing. What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? Why did she delete this post? You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer view.

RACHEL PALMER HOOPER POSTED THIS MESSAGE TO FACEBOOK ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2022:

"Some people have asked me why we have so many democrat judges. Well, in 2020, the party failed to fill the ballot so many ran unopposed. Said differently, in at least half of the judicial races, there was no Republican candidate on the ballot in Harris County. Thanks to the incredible work of my former colleague at the DA's Office, Jessica Needham Padilla, every judicial race on the 2022 ballot is filled with a Republican candidate. Not only do we have candidates, but we have excellent candidates. Many of my former colleagues at the DA's Office are on the ballot and I am confident that they will be excellent judges. I am very happy to see people like Judge Kristin Guiney on the ballot. I worked with Kristin at the DA's Office and then served as a prosecutor in her court. I know that faced with the most difficult of circumstances, she will always do the right thing. I am a witness! I can make the same comment about Judge Brad Hart - a good person who will serve us well. Judge Maritza Antu is doing a perfect job serving as an example of a Republican on the bench. These judicial candidates deserve our support!"

----------------------------------

Now, why did Rachel Hooper change her FACEBOOK settings, and sweep her page after my investigative team and I, discovered this post? What is Rachel Hooper trying to hide?

----------------------------------

Just like running from a crime doesn’t necessarily mean that the person fleeing is guilty of committing a crime, a person sweeping their FACEBOOK page (or changing their settings) doesn’t mean that they're guilty of anything. However, the timing of Rachel Hooper’s actions is pretty suspicious.

Rachel Hooper, who is supposed to be a Republican, appears to have been trying to hide the fact that she, conspired with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office, to help Cindy Siegel, chairman of the Harris County Republican Party fill out the 2022 Primary ballot on the Republican side of the aisle.

If you remember, talked openly about how Rachel Palmer Hooper's husband, Don Hooper was running his mouth all across Harris County, Texas talking about an agreement between a handful of members Harris County Republican Party and a handful of members from the Harris County Democratic Party.

According to several sources, there was some sort of working agreement between certain local party officials, which appears to have included Cindy Siegel, chairman of the Harris County Republican Party Chair, and Odus Evbagharu, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

COINCIDENCE?

Judge Jessica Needham Padilla (top far right), is the Republican who worked directly with the Harris County District Attorney's Office (Kim Ogg) and helped the Harris County Republican Party fill out the remainder of their primary ballot back during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle. Now, the sitting judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, Judge Jessica Needham Padilla is also the person whom Attorney Rachel Palmer Hooper credited in the "FACEBOOK POST" that was published by and then deleted once the post was discovered by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. Judge Kristin Guiney (top second from left) was also mentioned in the "FACEBOOK POST" that was published heading into the final week of "EARLY VOTING" back on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 6:53 a.m in the morning by Attorney Rachel Palmer Hooper. The other two Republicans pictured above are Judge Leslie Johnson (bottom second from right), and Judge Paula Goodhart (bottom far right).

"TARGETED BY KKK."

For the record, (KKK) Kimbra "KIM" Kathryn (Ogg), a Democrat, used her Harris County District Attorney's Office to assist the Harris County Republican Party with making sure that every "DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENT JUDGE" had an opponent back during the 2022 Midterm Election.

Ultimately, it was (KKK) Kimbra "KIM" Kathryn (Ogg), who conspired with Republicans to make sure that Attorney Gemayel L. Haynes (top far left), Attorney Je'Rell A. Rogers (top second from right), Attorney Porscha Natasha Brown (bottom far left), and Judge Ronnisha Bowman (bottom second from right), were all specifically targeted and defeated at the ballot box on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

"THREATENING JUDGES."

What you might not know, is that before the start of the 2022 Midterm Election season, the Harris County District Attorney's Office's first assistant (David Micham expressed his frustration with local judges in a private meeting with local judges. In the meeting above, according to published reports, David Micham expressed his frustration with local judges and gave them a warning.

What was the warning? Well, according to a report that was published on Attorney Murray Newman's Blog entitled, "Boss Ogg's Slate" he states, "In a meeting with the judges a year or so ago, Harris County District Attorney's Office First Assistant David Mitcham expressed his frustration with the judges and bond reform, giving them a warning that those who didn't share District Attorney Kim Ogg's "vision" would face "consequences." Those who were present for the meeting (at least the ones that I spoke with) indicated that the implication was that the Office intended to field candidates to run against those judges who weren't bending to the District Attorney's will. At least, that's how they interpreted Mitcham's words."

"LOOKING AHEAD."

What happened shortly after the meeting where local judges were allegedly threatened with repercussions if they didn't bend to the will of (KKK) Kimbra "KIM" Kathryn (Ogg), the Harris County District Attorney, was a slew of "2022 MIDTERM ELECTION CONTESTED PRIMARY RACES" where local prosecutors were placed on the ballot in the "DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY" and "REPUBLICAN PRIMARY" in Harris County, Texas.

Back in 2022 (KKK) Kimbra "KIM" Kathryn (Ogg), and her cohorts were successful with their strategy to purge a few local benches of "BLACK JUDGES" in Harris County, Texas by infiltrating the Harris County Republican Party.

What we're witnessing right now, appears to be some sort of "WORKING AGREEMENT" between (DINOs) "Democrats in Name Only" and (RINOs) "Republicans in Name Only" that must be fully exposed, and brought to the attention of the general public.

THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH ABOUT THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY

DR. CAROL SWAIN

When you think about racial equality and civil rights, which political party comes to mind? The Republicans? Or, the Democrats? Most people would probably say the Democrats. But this answer is incorrect.

Since its founding in 1829, the Democratic Party has fought against every major civil rights initiative and has a long history of discrimination.

The Democratic Party defended slavery, started the Civil War, opposed Reconstruction, founded the Ku Klux Klan, imposed segregation, perpetrated lynchings, and fought against the Civil Rights Acts of the 1950s and 1960s.

In contrast, the Republican Party was founded in 1854 as an anti-slavery party. Its mission was to stop the spread of slavery into the new western territories to abolish it entirely. This effort, however, was dealt a major blow by the Supreme Court. In the 1857 case Dred Scott v. Sandford, the court ruled that slaves weren’t citizens; they were property. The seven justices who voted in favor of slavery? All Democrats. The two justices who dissented? Both Republicans.

The slavery question was, of course, ultimately resolved by a bloody civil war. The commander-in-chief during that war was the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln – the man who freed the slaves.

Six days after the Confederate army surrendered, John Wilkes Booth, a Democrat, assassinated President Lincoln. Lincoln’s vice president, a Democrat named Andrew Johnson, assumed the presidency. But Johnson adamantly opposed Lincoln’s plan to integrate the newly freed slaves into the South’s economic and social order.

Johnson and the Democratic Party were unified in their opposition to the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery; the 14th Amendment, which gave blacks citizenship; and the 15th Amendment, which gave blacks the vote. All three passed only because of universal Republican support.

During the era of Reconstruction, federal troops stationed in the South helped secure rights for the newly freed slaves. Hundreds of black men were elected to southern state legislatures as Republicans, and 22 black Republicans served in the US Congress by 1900. The Democrats did not elect a black man to Congress until 1935.

But after Reconstruction ended, when the federal troops went home, Democrats roared back into power in the South. They quickly reestablished white supremacy across the region with measures like black codes – laws that restricted the ability of blacks to own property and run businesses. And they imposed poll taxes and literacy tests, used to subvert the black citizen’s right to vote.

And how was all of this enforced? By terror -- much of it instigated by the Ku Klux Klan, founded by a Democrat, Nathan Bedford Forrest.

As historian Eric Foner - himself a Democrat - notes:

“In effect, the Klan was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic Party.”

President Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat, shared many views with the Klan. He re-segregated many federal agencies, and even screened the first movie ever played at the White House - the racist film “The Birth of a Nation,” originally entitled “The Clansman.”

A few decades later, the only serious congressional opposition to the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 came from Democrats.

Eighty percent of Republicans in Congress supported the bill. Less than 70 percent of Democrats did. Democratic senators filibustered the bill for 75 days until Republicans mustered the few extra votes needed to break the logjam.

And when all of their efforts to enslave blacks, keep them enslaved, and then keep them from voting had failed, the Democrats came up with a new strategy: If black people are going to vote, they might as well vote for Democrats. As President Lyndon Johnson was purported to have said about the Civil Rights Act, “I’ll have them n*****s voting Democrat for two hundred years.”

So now, the Democratic Party prospers on the votes of the very people it has spent much of its history oppressing.

Democrats falsely claim that the Republican Party is the villain when in reality it’s the failed policies of the Democratic Party that have kept blacks down. Massive government welfare has decimated the black family. Opposition to school choice has kept them trapped in failing schools. Politically correct policing has left black neighborhoods defenseless against violent crime.

So, when you think about racial equality and civil rights, which political party should come to mind?
