The most common way to become a member of a fraternity or sorority is for a would-be member to pledge while they’re an undergraduate student, but it’s also possible to pledge as a graduate student as well, from what I understand.

So, how did Candice Matthews become a member of the AKA Sorority Incorporated? Where did she pledge? Did Candice Matthews become an AKA Sorority Sister when she supposedly earned her bachelor’s degree at Temple University when she lied about being there from August 1996 through January 2000, on the “FRAUDULENT APPLICATION” she filled out to obtain a license to run Children of Diversity? Or maybe she pledged sometime between December 2000 and 2001 when she lied about obtaining her Master's degree from Temple University, that’s located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?

Maybe the University of Southern California (USC) has an AKA Sorority Incorporated Chapter? Did Candice Matthews become an AKA Sorority Sister when she lied about attending USC from 2002 through 2005 when she supposedly received her Doctorate (Ph.D.), in Educational Leadership from there on “THE FRAUDULENT APPLICATION” she filed with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to obtain her license to operate her Children of Diversity Child-Care Agency?

Or, maybe “THE FAKE DOCTOR” Candice Matthews became an AKA when she received her cosmetology license from San Jacinto Community College. Maybe? Well?

All jokes aside, Candice Matthews has not obtained any degree from any of the prestigious universities she claims to have attended. Matthews has repeatedly lied to everyone who would listen. And she’s found two graduates of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law who are going to find themselves disbarred if they continue to try and cover for Candice Matthews.

Attorney Jimmie Lee J. Brown, Jr. (Bar Card Number: 03141210) is being put on notice today (Thursday, April 13, 2023), that The American Bar Association's Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.2(d) (model rule) prohibits a lawyer from advising or assisting a client in conduct the lawyer “knows” is criminal or fraudulent. And attorney Allie Rychaan Renee “Allie” Booker (Bar Card Number: 24071071) is being put on notice as well.

Prospective members of the AKA Sorority incorporated must have high ethical and moral standards. Therefore, Candice Matthews would never be accepted into this prestigious sisterhood. Besides, Candice Matthews doesn’t even hold a degree from an accredited four-year university. She’s out right there!!!

I find it reprehensible that “Dr.” Candice Matthews would have even been honored as an MLK Grande Parade Honoree, in conjunction with their 29th Annual MLK Parade. Why? Well, the 29th MLK Grande Parade was held on January 16, 2023, to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Candice Matthews’s name shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as a famed civil rights icon like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., under any circumstances.

When you get right down to it, the name Candice Matthews shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as famous members of the AKA Sorority such as:

- Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee
