The Magic is Gone; Political Stunts Aren’t Working; Black Women Had Better Change Their Strategy before 2026

Businessman Eric Carr asked an excellent question back on Sunday, August 3, 2025, when the Democratic Lawmakers fled the state of Texas. I don't know, anyone who is running from the police, who goes on national TV, and tells the police where they are hiding out. State Rep. Nicole Collier, Vivican King, Judge Dawn Rogers, Judge Aaron Burdette, Judge Steven Kirkland, and many other people are featured below in this special report. IN OTHER NEWS... In the video below, the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews has stated that she could place a call to Quanell X, and have the entire State Capitol surrounded by members of the Black Panther Nation, if State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), instead of State Rep. Nicole Collier (HD-95), had been locked inside the State Capitol.

A video featuring the woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews has started circulating and is being discussed. In this particular video, the woman who is serving as Quanell X's National Minister of Politics is claiming that if State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), and not State Rep. Nicole Collier (HD-95), had been locked in the State Capitol should could place a call to Quanell X, and have members of the New Black Panther Nation come in from all around the country and surround the State Capitol. Listen. The rhetoric espoused in this video has no place in Texas politics.

Former Prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, along with other African American men, faces significant challenges in trying to succeed in America. This is part of the reason why what his wife at the time, Vivian King, who was a First Assistant Prosecutor under Kim Ogg's DA's Office, tried to do to him was so disturbing. From placing illegal tracking devices on his automobile to "DRUNKEN STUPORS," caught on tape, Vivian King has no business ever trying to become a District Judge in Harris County, or any other county in the United States of America, ever again, during her lifetime.

Back on Friday, November 1, 2024, Charles "Chuck" Marler was asked to pull a "COMPREHENSIVE REPORT" on Vivian King, who was working as the First Assistant District Attorney in Kim Ogg's Administration. I ordered Chuck, a former FBI Investigative Specialist, to obtain Vivian King's life story, as she was scheduled to testify in a "BOGUS CASE" she had filed against me, which was ultimately dropped by Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare when he took office.

"MEET CHARLES MARLER."

Charles worked for the FBI for 16 years, learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations from evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward Looking Infra-Red (FLIR). Charles was an Investigative Specialist for 12 years as a member of the Special Surveillance Group and conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drug (as FLIR operator), Intelligence, and Terrorism targets. He participated in joint training operations with the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA. Charles was an instructor and evaluator numerous times for the FBI’s surveillance training programs.

Charles managed several FLIR System Operators while coordinating one of the FBI’s prominent FLIR programs. He provided case guidance, became an expert in the operation and maintenance of FLIR equipment, and personally trained or provided training for his operators. Under Charles's leadership and guidance, the FLIR program conducted numerous successful operations against espionage subjects, suspected terrorism subjects, drug shipments, violent crime, and kidnapping searches.

Since 2008, Charles has been a co-owner of a private investigative firm based in Houston and has worked as a Private Investigator in Texas for the past four years, specializing in covert physical surveillance operations. As a P.I., he has performed criminal investigations and conducted surveillance operations involving workman’s compensation, child custody, drug use, theft, and the elusive but frequent cheating spouse.

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, repeatedly dodged service and avoided being served with his subpoena after not showing up for court after he was served the first time to appear in court. Gerald Womack lied to detectives, the DA's Office, and the media about what happened in the lobby of 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Third Ward.

Outside of 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, video evidence shows Gerald Womack holding the "DEADLY WEAPON" I described to the HPD Police Detectives (Officer Don) at HPD Headquarters. However, when the HPD Detective went to 4412 Almeda Road to retrieve the statute that Womack used to assault me, it was missing.

Evidence in the form of emails shows proof that Gerald Womack, the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Vivian King conspired together before Vivian King abused her power and intervened in the case by having her subordinates reopen the case that had already been closed and ruled mutual combat, by ADA Abner.

On Monday, October 23, 2023, shortly before 10 o’clock, I entered the lobby for Advantage Communications Group, just as I had for many years, to drop off my newspapers for Lind K. Brown. However, instead of being allowed to drop off paper for Linda K. Brown, I got attacked by Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors.

TRUTHFUL FACT #1

As I entered the front door, Gerald Womack was already coming down the stairs and through the hallway by the receptionist’s desk. Gerald Womack was screaming at the top of his lungs: WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU???

TRUTHFUL FACT #2

As Gerald Womack got closer, he began to swing at me a few times, but he did not connect with my head. So, I began to retreat backward to defuse the situation.

TRUTHFUL FACT #3

As Gerald Womack began to get even more aggressive, he slapped at or tried to grab the tie I was wearing, which caused me to fear for my life. It was at this point that I struck Gerald Womack in self-defense, but as he fell to the floor, he grabbed my pant leg.

TRUTHFUL FACT #4

As Gerald Womack had the pant leg of the slacks I was wearing, I crouched down on top of him and struck him several times as he screamed and yelled. I noticed blood coming from Gerald Womack’s nose and mouth, and he was somewhat calmer, so I released him and tried to leave the building once again.

TRUTHFUL FACT #5

Instead of me being allowed to leave the building, Gerald Womack got even angrier and grabbed what appeared to be an iron (or brass) silver lamp (or trophy) with sharp corners (or edges) and swung it at my head a few times.

TRUTHFUL FACT #6

As Gerald Womack was swinging the “DEADLY WEAPON” at my head, I noticed that his head was severely swollen, and he was bleeding profusely out of his nose and mouth simultaneously.

TRUTHFUL FACT #7

As Gerald Womack continued to swing the “DEADLY WEAPON,” which he had retrieved from a shelf, I managed to reach backward and grab the doorknob to the front door and swing the door open, which allowed me to back out of the building and onto the sidewalk facing Almeda.

TRUTHFUL FACT #8

Once I was safely outside and onto the sidewalk and out of the reach of Gerald Womack, I began to retreat, walking forward and then backward to ensure that I did not get attacked by anyone from the rear of the building.

TRUTHFUL FACT #9

After a brief exchange between Gerald Womack and me at the front door of 4412 Almeda Road, I walked away from the building, through the parking lot, and out of the back gate while watching my surroundings and ensuring my safety.

TRUTHFUL FACT #10

I arrived at my vehicle, waited for the police to come, and called a few friends and my attorney to let them know that Gerald Womack had just assaulted me as I tried to deliver copies of my newspaper to Linda Brown, the owner of the Advantage Communications Group, just as I had safely done for years, without incident.

Gerald Womack sent Vivian King this personal email after Womack attacked Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor on Monday, October 23, 2023, to cover his tracks and have his friend and business associate, Vivian King, use her authority as the First Assistant District Attorney to have Aubrey R. Taylor wrongfully indicted. (CLICK HERE) View Motion to Dismiss Case for Prosecutorial Misconduct filed by Attorney Terry Yates on behalf of Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor.

Eric Carr, the third ex-husband of Vivian King, was issued a "SUBPOENA" to show up in the 486th Criminal District Courtroom on Friday, February 14, 2025, and answer questions about Vivian King and the nature of her relationship with Gerald Womack. When Vivian King testified under oath in the 486th Criminal District Court, she claimed that she barely knew Gerald Womack and didn't have an ongoing business relationship with Womack Development & Investment Realtors, which was a lie. Vivian King also testified under oath that she did not know who Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor was until a few months before she took the stand, which was also a lie. Eric Carr was set to impeach the testimony of Vivian King if he had been allowed to take the stand on Friday, February 14, 2025. Still, the Harris County District Attorney's Office dropped the charges against Aubrey R. Taylor rather than running the risk of having to possibly charge Vivian King with perjury.

Attorney Jared Woodfill, Attorney Terry Yates, and Attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown have been selected as Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor's legal team members. The detailed "MOTION TO DISMISS" for Prosecutorial Misconduct" will give you a better idea of how Vivian King, the former First Assistant District Attorney (ADA), abused her power and conspired with the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and her campaign manager Gerald Womack to violate the civil rights of Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to view the "MOTION TO DISMISS" filed with the court.

Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare's Office dismissed the criminal case against Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor. The next step is for Attorney Jared Woodfill, Attorney Terry Yates, and Attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown to file a Federal Civil Rights Violation lawsuit on behalf of Aubrey R. Taylor against the individuals responsible for this injustice. (CLICK HERE) Please take a look at Vivian King's "PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT" and learn more about how she conspired with Gerald Womack and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee before intervening and compelling her subordinates to bring the bogus charges in the first place.

Republican leaders like Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are very familiar with the "BALLOT HARVESTING RINGS" that have dominated Harris County politics for decades. Attorney General Ken Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott have also been briefed and given the names of every known "BALLOT HARVESTER" in Harris County, Texas.

The Magic is Gone; Political Stunts Aren’t Working; Black Women Had Better Change Their Strategy before 2026

HBC NEWSAPER REPORTS©

Brutal honesty appears to be a thing of the past in politics. If you want to know the truth, Democrats drew gerrymandered maps in Harris County, Texas a couple years ago right here in Harris County, Texas.

And as far as “BLACK AND BROWN” people getting targeted by Republicans, it’s open knowledge that “BLACK FEMALES” have targeted “WHITE MALES” and females on both sides of the political aisle since the whole “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” experiment took the world by storm back during the 2018 Midterm Election, and made history.

Yes. Judge Steven Kirkland, the first openly gay judge ever elected to office, got targeted by Elaine Palmer, an African American woman, who was used to unseat Judge Kirkland back during the 2012 Democratic Party Primary race for the 215th Civil District Court.

Following his successful run for the 334th District Court bench in the 2016 Presidential Election, Judge Kirkland faced another challenge from an African American female, Dawn DaShea Rogers, during the 2020 Presidential Election on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. He was ousted from his bench again by an African American female.

As a refresher, Dawn Deshea Rogers received 137,025 votes, for 55.2% of the vote, and Judge Steven Kirklan received 111,316 votes, for 44.8%.

“NO LOVE LOST.”

What African American females like State Rep. Nicole Collier (HD-95) do not understand is that the type of grandstanding she’s doing right now is a waste of time and isn’t going to work.

The “GOP REDISTRICTING MAPS” will be passed later this week and signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott, to be implemented in the 2026 Midterms.

Is what’s unfolding on the State House Floor right now necessary? Or is what’s happening with the case of Texas State Representative Nicole Collier a lone-wolf publicity stunt?

Whatever the case, what’s unfolding is yet another shining example that there’s no unity, planning, or leadership amongst Democrats in Texas. In essence, what Democrats have right now is a bunch of people seeking attention and trying to garner FACEBOOK “likes” as their glaring weaknesses are beginning to show.

Texas House Speaker Dustin Burrows has directed state troopers to follow Democratic State Representatives, who fled the State Capitol around Texas until the vote on the “NEW REDISTRICTING MAPS” is held on Thursday or Friday of this week, which makes sense.

But I thought Democrats won the battle against Governor Abbott, Speaker Burrows, and Attorney General Ken Paxton when they arrived back in Texas claiming victory yesterday.

Did they win or lose? I’m confused.

The truth of the matter is that Democrats do not hold any power in Texas, unless it’s granted to them by Republican leadership – that’s the truth. And no amount of “GRAND STANDING,” and headlines from friendly media outlets, or FACEBOOK sympathizers will erase the fact that Republicans have the upper hand.

State Rep. Collier, according to multiple sources, is refusing to obey orders. She’s detained on the Texas Floor in Austin, Texas, because she has refused to sign the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) document she’s required to sign to ensure that she’s kept under surveillance and shows up for the House vote on the controversial redistricting maps.

But why is State Rep. Collier, the only Democrat who took this action alone? Well, like I’ve already stated, there’s no planning or unity amongst Democrats, right now in Texas.

“A RACIAL PROBLEM.”

Texas Democrats have a serious “RACIAL PROBLEM,” which nobody seems to want to talk about. Listen. Sitting silently and ignoring a problem does not make it go away. For instance, every “BLACK FEMALE DEMOCRATIC JUDGE” is fully aware that Vivian King, the former first Assistant District Attorney under former District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Administration, has no business ever running for a judge in Harris County, Texas, again.

Last month, a Harris County woman was charged after installing GPS tracking devices in her spouse’s vehicles, as reported on FOX 26 Houston. The woman in question, Maria Gonzalez, is a Hispanic female. However, what many people don’t understand is that the people of Harris County came remarkably close to electing Vivian King, a former prosecutor with a questionable past, who is hell-bent on becoming a District Court Judge, to a local judicial bench. She’s guilty of doing the same thing to her former husband.

According to a FOX 26 Senior Legal Analyst, Chris Trictico, “If you own that vehicle, or you’re leasing a vehicle, and it’s your lease, and you’re letting your spouse or your loved one use it, you can place the tracking device in the vehicle because you own it.”

Former prizefighter Eric Car owned his vehicles, not his ex-wife Vivian King, who allegedly placed a tracking device on his truck to keep track of him shortly after he married the “60 SOMETHING” year-old Vivian King.

Long story short, the alleged jealousy, envy, and vindictiveness of Vivian King started to show up shortly after Carr took King on a trip to Las Vegas for her birthday and came back married.

Along with allegedly placing tracking devices on Eric Carr’s vehicle, his wife at the time also reportedly used her power as a First Assistant District Attorney to have her husband (Eric Carr), who was 20 years her junior, wrongfully arrested for assault.

If it weren’t for the fact that Eric Carr had “VIDEO EVIDENCE” showing Vivian King as the aggressor, he would be locked behind bars right now.

What’s my point? If you hold your horses, I will make my point very clear.

“REJECT VIVIAN KING.”

It would be a huge disappointment to see Vivian King, who is corrupt and was an incompetent attorney, who evolved into a dirty prosecutor, elected as a judge during the 2026 Midterm Election or 2028 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.

On Friday, November 1, 2024, I had my private investigator, Charles “Chuck” Marler, a former FBI investigative Specialist, launch an investigation into Vivian King, who was serving as the First Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, Texas, at the time.

At the time our investigation was launched, Vivian King was 66 years old and running for judge for the 486th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas.

Ultimately, the people of Harris County, Texas, dodged a bullet back during the 2024 Presidential Election. Still, from what I hear, Vivian King may try to run for judge again in next year’s 2026 Midterm Election, because her dream of becoming a “DISTRICT COURT JUDGE” is slipping away.

You see, in Texas, there are “AGE LIMITS” placed on who can become a judge, and another placed on who is too old to remain a judge.

To become a District Court Judge in Texas, the candidate must be a United States Citizen between the ages of 25 and 74 and a resident of the district for at least 2 years. Beyond the age requirements, the candidate must be a practicing lawyer, a judge, or both, with a minimum of 8 years of experience, which is currently the case for Vivian King.

However, after being rejected three times by husbands, and three times by the voters of Harris County, Texas, under no circumstances should Democrats allow Vivian King to emerge from their primary like she did back during last year’s Tuesday, March 3, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for the 486th Criminal District Court.

As a refresher, back on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Vivian King only received 718,252 votes, for 49.6% of the vote, in her losing bid to become the presiding judge of the 486th Criminal District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

After being targeted by Vivian King because he appeared vulnerable, the Honorable Judge Aaron Burdette emerged victorious by receiving 730,432 votes, for 50.4% of the vote, with a total of 1,448,684 votes cast in the race.

“THE WRONG DIRECTION.”

A concerning aspect of the election results for the 486th Criminal District Court back on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, is that Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes, accounting for only 50.4% of the vote, while Vivian King received 718,252 votes, making up 49.58%.

Vivian King’s close loss indicates that Judge Aaron Burdette’s margin of victory was only 12,180 votes, which is nothing to gloat about, and raises concerns. Why?

Well, the first cause for concern is that 118,909 registered voters who went to the polls to vote chose to skip the race for the 486th Criminal District Court between Judge Aaron Burdette (Republican) and his Democratic challenger.

Like I said, Harris County, Texas voters know that Vivian King is not “JUDICIAL MATERIAL,” but 118,909 registered voters who cast ballots in last year’s 2024 Presidential Election did not vote for Vivian King, the Democrat, or Aaron Burdette, the Republican.

With a margin of victory of only 12,180 votes, if only a fraction of the 118,909 registered voters who skipped the race for the 486th Criminal District Court had voted for Vivian King, she would have defeated a “GREAT JUDGE” and won the election – which is a serious problem that must be addressed by “THE HCDP” and the “THE HCRP” in short order.

Remember, Vivian King targeted two African American males during last year’s Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for the 486th Criminal District Court, and emerged victoriously, even though she was the worst candidate in the race.

As a refresher, Vivian King (Democrat) received 73,870 votes, for 49.3% of the vote. Gemayel Haynes (Democrat) received 47,616 votes for 31.8%. And Roderick Rogers (Democrat) received 28,370 votes for 18.9%.

Since no candidate received a majority of the vote, Vivian King and Gemayel Haynes faced off in last year’s Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Democratic Party Primary “RUNOFF ELECTION,” where Vivian King received 23,948 votes, for 54.6%, and Gemayel Haynes received 19,946 votes, for 45.4%, with Vivian King emerging as the winner.

“TARGETING WHITES.”

The voters of Harris County, Texas, are a lot smarter than “POLITICAL PUNDITS” and “PARTY BOSSES” give them credit for being. How can I make this claim?

Well, back during the 2012 Presidential Election, when Vivian King (Democrat) targeted Judge Ryan Patrick (Republican), the voters of Harris County, Texas, were not fooled.

The voters know that Vivian King is foul and has no business serving on a judicial bench.

Back in 2012, Judge Ryan Patrick, a white, Republican male, was targeted by Vivian King, a Black female Democrat, in the race for the 177th Criminal District Court. However, Harris County voters saw right through what Vivian King was trying to do.

As a refresher, Judge Ryan Patrick (Republican) received 570,984 votes for 50.37%, and Vivian King (Democrat) received 562,490 votes for 49.63%.

Back in 2010, Judge Susan Brown, a white Republican female, was targeted by Vivian King, a Black female Democrat, in the race for the 185th Criminal District Court. However, Harris County voters were able to help Judge Brown defeat Vivian King’s targeting scheme.

As a refresher, Judge Susan Brown (Republican) received 426,284 votes for 56.16%, and Vivian King (Democrat) received 332,829 votes for 43.84%.

“NO MORE MAGIC.”

No matter how the coin gets flipped and lands, African American women are going to face complex pathways to victory in Texas in next year’s 2026 Midterms.

If you think back to the 2018 Midterms, the Democratic Party paraded “Black Girl Magic” as a triumph when African American women swept onto the Harris County bench. However, six years later, much of that so-called magic has vanished—and not because voters rejected the idea of Black women leading. It disappeared under the silent, watchful eye of the very party that once celebrated these African American women.

Here’s a look back at last year’s 2024 Presidential Election, and a few cases that will illustrate the point we’re trying to make in this report.

The numbers tell the story:

• Judge Fredericka Phillips, the first African American woman to preside over the 61st Civil District Court, lost her seat in November 2024.

• Judge Jeralynn Manor, a civil court judge since 2021, lost her 80th Civil District Court bench by less than 700 votes.

• Judge Elaine Palmer, a long-serving jurist, lost her 215th Civil District Court bench by a little over 300 votes, which was the closest loss of any Democratic judge on the entire Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election ballot in Harris County, Texas.

• Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton, another African American female, barely survived re-election to the 164th Civil District Court bench, standing almost alone as one of the few African American female judges serving on the Harris County Civil Court bench.

As a refresher, Judge Elaine Palmer lost her bid for re-election by 304 votes. Judge Jeralynn Manor lost her bid for re-election by 647 votes. Judge Fredericka Phillips lost her bid for re-election by 15,921 votes.

Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton (Democrat) faced a challenge from Aaron Gabriel Adams, an African American male running as a Republican. But Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton defeated her Republican challenger by 17,473 votes.

“NOT MUCH BETTER.”

Across the county line over in Fort Bend, the picture is equally troubling looking ahead. Listen. In the 2022 Midterm Election, nearly every sitting Black male judge in Fort Bend County, Texas, was eliminated. And by the 2024 Presidential Election, the women followed.

Do you think what you’re seeing play out in Fort Bend County, Texas, is a coincidence? Nope. What you are seeing unfold before your eyes is a pattern of political abandonment.

The Investments of Black Women

This abandonment we’re speaking of is especially shameful because Black women have always invested deeply in this country:

• Politically, Black women vote at some of the highest rates of any demographic.

• Economically, they are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the United States.

• Culturally, they have been the backbone of community organizing and social movements for generations.

• Technologically, they have reshaped entire industries—Marie Van Brittan Brown’s home security system, Dr. Patricia Bath’s laser cataract surgery, Lisa Gelobter’s work that powers streaming platforms, Kimberly Bryant’s founding of Black Girls Code.

“NOT SYMBOLISM.”

These are not symbols. They are builders, innovators, and leaders. Yet in Harris County politics, these African American women were treated as expendable.

“THE PARTY’S SILENCE.”

Where was the coordinated defense when Judge Phillips, Judge Manor, and Judge Palmer got targeted back during the 2024 Presidential Election? Where was the emergency mobilization that the party routinely mounts for others?

Instead, Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, and other so-called local leadership looked away. All of this unfolded under the “watchful” eye of figures like Mike Doyle — propped up by loyalists more interested in comfort and cocktail hours than community — as Black women judges were allowed to fall from their judicial benches without a fight.

“THE BLACK CHURCH.”

What we are seeing unfold is the same old patterns and played-out strategies, election cycle after election cycle. So many buses stop at Black churches to conjure up votes—but how often do those buses ever arrive at the predominantly white places of worship?

How often are Black male and female judges invited into those solemn grounds to speak and be respected as equals? From what we understand, very little. The message is clear: Black voters get extolled and mobilized when convenient, but not welcomed when it truly counts.

“A BETTER STRATEGY.”

The truth hurts. But the truth of the matter is that Republicans have a much better strategy heading into the 2026 Midterms. Listen. From what we can see, Republicans—whether by sincerity or strategy—have embraced their Black women leaders:

• Winsome Sears, Virginia’s Lieutenant Governor and Marine veteran, is celebrated as the future of conservative grit.

• Mesha Mainor, who left the Democrats in Georgia, was amplified nationally as a symbol of independence.

• Katrina Pierson, a Texas native, continues to be showcased as a party strategist and voice.

You may disagree with their politics. But the fact remains: they are protected, amplified, and celebrated. Harris County’s Black women judges? Well, they are quietly getting erased.

“FORGOTTEN STORIES.”

Symbolic gestures are fleeting. And with the demise of brilliant, independent women leaders, what are we left with? Caricatures. Figures who cosplay empowerment while doing more harm than good—motivated by greed, by the desperate hope to be seen, rather than by service.

It is a cruel irony. Black women are expected to save democracy every election cycle, but when it comes time for protection and investment, these African American women are discarded, ignored, and pushed aside.

“THE WARNING SIGNS.”

History reveals that silence and betrayal fracture political coalitions faster than open opposition. In barbershops, beauty salons, and church socials—places most politicians will never go—these losses are already being discussed. The eyes of the people are getting opened, and they are starting to connect the dots.

As Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025, approaches, and the unofficial start of the 2026 Midterm Election cycle gets underway, the question is not whether the deafening silence reverberating out of the Democratic Party and echoing through Texas will be remembered.

Our question is whether there will be any African American female judges left after the 2026 Midterm Election results are final on Tuesday, November 3, 2025.

Former State Rep. Shawn Thierry took $21,800.00 from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," who were funding all those political attack ads against Democratic Judges during the 2024 Presidential Election. It does not appear as though Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (Democrat) or State Rep. Ron Reynolds (Democrat) took any money from the Republicans. However, we are still looking through the campaign finance report filings. State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147), State Rep. Charlene Ward Johnson (HD-139), and the Honorable State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141), are all taking money from the same Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," who are financing all those "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads, and "JUDICIAL FAIRNESS PAC," political attack ads that ran against Democratic Judges in Harris County, Texas during the 2022 Midterm Election, and 2024 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas. This critical discovery explains why Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party didn't develop a campaign to combat the negative advertisement.

Texans for Lawsuit Reform bought the loyalty of 35 Democratic lawmakers during the 2024 Presidential Election. This could explain why "DEMOCRATIC LEADERS" did not develop a plan to combat the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads, or the "JUDICIAL FAIRNESS PAC," political attack ads that were financed by Republican "GOP" Mega Donors named Richard and David Weekley, to remove incumbent Democatic judges from benches in Harris County, Texas.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

Former CNN Anchor turned "Power Black Political Influencer" Roland Martin, the host of Roland Martin UNFILTERED, recently had State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) on his show, talking about how they were fighting for "BLACK AND BROWN" people. While State Rep. Reynolds seemed sincere, Jolanda was lying through her teeth. What Jolanda did not tell Roland and his followers was that she had been bought and purchased by two Republican "MEGA DONORS" and may have sold out many of her fellow Democrats back in 2022, by taking "HUSH MONEY" from Republicans. During the 2022 Midterm Election, as Democratic Judges and judicial candidates, like Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je'Rell Rogers, Gemayel Hanes, and Porscha Natasha Brown, were getting bombarded with negative attack TV Ads by the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC" and on the local and statewide levels by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, headed up by a powerful Republican "GOP" MEGA DONOR, named Dick Weekley.

Power Black Political Influencer Roland Martin recently had State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), State Rep. Charlene Ward Johnson (HD-139), and State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) on his "ROLAND MARTIN UNFILTERED" show. During this broadcast, Roland implored these three Democrat lawmakers to "HOLD THE LINE," and not come back to Texas. However, what Roland Martin may not have known is that many of the Texas Democratic lawmakers who fled Texas are owned and controlled by two Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" named Richard and Dick Weekley.

"TX SUPREME COURT."

What the Democrat lawmakers are afraid of now is the fact that the Texas Supreme Court has set an expedited schedule in the case that was filed by Texas  Attorney General Ken Paxton, requesting that the court remove State Rep. Ron Reynolds and 12 of his colleagues from the House District seats.

"EXPEDITED SCHEDULE."

The expedited briefing schedule scheduled to be held before the Texas Supreme Court will allow the briefs to be filed up to midnight on the scheduled due date. The deadline for Attorney General Ken Paxton’s brief to be filed is Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in case he filed for the removal of State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues from their House District seats. State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues must file their responses by Friday, August 29, 2025. And Paxton's reply briefs must be in by Thursday, September 4, 2025, which is why Democrats are planning to come back to Texas.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, who serves at the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, may not even know that some of the "DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS" who fled Texas, includeing State Rep. Jolanda Jones, are owned by Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," like Dick and David Weekley.

"DEADLINE APPROACHING."

"WED., AUGUST 20, 2025."

And Paxton's reply briefs must be in by Thursday, September 4, 2025, which is why Democrats are planning to come back to Texas.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds claims that he will not let Attorney General Ken Paxton's threats stop him from fighting for his constituents. Well, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the world will be watching to see if State Rep. Ron Reynolds dares to "STAND STRONG" against Attorney General Ken Paxton's threat to have him and 12 of his Democratic Colleagues removed from office.

Back during the 2022 Midterms, State Rep. Jolanda Jones (Democrat), State Senator John Whitmire (Democrat), and State Rep. Carol Alvarado (Democrat) took money directly from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" while their fellow Democrats who were running countwide for judicial positions were getting bombarded day and night with "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" on local TV and radio stations, in Harris County, Texas.

State Senator John Whitmire (center) is flanked by Congressman Al Green (left) and State Rep. Sylvester Turner (right), who also took money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONOR," who gave State Rep. Jolanda Jones what could be a $10,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" payment back on Monday, November 7, 2022, which was the day before Election Day.

State Senator Carol Alvarado (center) is flanked by State Senator Borris L. Miles (left) and State Senator Royce West (right), who also took money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONOR," who gave State Rep. Jolanda Jones what could be a $10,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" payment back on Monday, November 7, 2022, which was the day before Election Day.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (center) may have taken a $10,000.00 check, in the form of a "HUSH MONEY" payment from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS." At the same time, Jolanda received her $10,000.00 payment; meanwhile, her fellow Democrat, Judge DaSean Jones (right), faced viciously targeted negative TV advertisements day and night. Judge Erica Hughes (left) was not on the ballot during the 2022 Midterm Election.

The Texas Rangers should take a very close look at the races for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the races for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, 3, and 14, that took place on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election. You can "CLICK HERE" for race results. Also, please understand that it's nearly impossible for the differential in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court to be (267) votes, and the differential in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, to be (2,676) votes, which is precisely the same, except the (6) six added to the end.

With 1,066,738 votes cast in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the margin of victory for Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) over Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat) was only 2,676 votes.

With 1,059,031 votes cast in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, the margin of victory for Leslie Johnson (Republican), over Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), was only 267 votes.

For the record, former Judge Paula Goodhart showed “ZER0” contributions and “ZERO” expenditures on her campaign finance report that was filed on October 31, 2022, under penalty of perjury. You can "CLICK HERE" to view the report for yourself.

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Kristin M. Guiney on 10/31/2022, in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, which shows “ZERO” Contributions, and “ZERO” expenditures spent by Kristin M. Guiney between 9/30/2022 and 10/29/2022, in her winning effort against her Black Democratic opponent.

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Leslie Johnson on 10/31/2022, in the race for Judge, Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, which shows that Leslie Johnson only received (1) one monetary donation for $1,000 from a retired guy by the name of Jerry West on 10/25/2022, she also received an in-kind donation (Food and Beverages) in the amount of $350 from Alexander Leon, and a $100 in-kind donation (Food and Beverages) from Renee Humphrey, a local homemaker.

- IRREGULARITIES -

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Jessica N. Padilla on 10/10/2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, which Jessica N. Padilla only received $200 in political contributions, but she immediately reimbursed herself a partial payment $200 on 9/30/2022, for some signs that she had purchased for her campaign.

Jessica Padilla received a $100 donation from Linda Garcia on 9/29/2022 and a $100 donation from Claud Edward Rountree on 7/11/2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury. While nothing is wrong with receiving donations, the quickness of the reimbursement is worth mentioning.

The expenditure for the signs purchased by Jessica N. Padilla was for $523, which she paid by credit card on September 4, 2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury.

Jessica N. Padilla filed her most recent “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/28/2022, which showed that she had given her campaign a $75 non-monetary in-kind contribution, and had received a $50 donation from a retired woman by the name of Patricia Phillips, and according to her most recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” only has $50 in political contributions inside of her campaign bank account.

Any legitimate investigation into the “VOTER SUPPRESSION” and “VOTER IRREGULARITIES” that unfolded in Harris County, Texas, must begin with the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in my unbiased opinion.

Well, where there’s smoke, there’s fire!!!

Let me make myself perfectly clear!!! It’s not human error or a clerical mistake that Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), who happens to be a Black male, lost to Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) by a mere (2,676) votes, and then, (39) thirty-nine races down-ballot, another "BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL CANDIDATE" by the name of Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), lost by (267) votes, to her Republican opponent.

According to Gary Wade, a career criminal and possible "CRACK HEAD," he is an enforcer for former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King, who worked inside Kim Ogg's Administration. If you remember, Vivian King worked against "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" by using her influence from inside the DA's Office to help defeat "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES," out of jealousy, envy, and spite.

Vivian King was a low-down, dirty, slimy, sleazy prosecutor rightfully rejected by Harris County, Texas voters last year in the 486th Criminal District Court race. Take a moment to review the article that was written about this lying, conniving witch by "HOUSTON WATCH" in October 2022. You will realize that Vivian King should never be elected as a judge in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else in America.

Attorney Vivian King (Democrat) is a lying, conniving, manipulative, corrupt witch and a poor excuse for a human being. Vivian King is a snake and should not have been allowed to slither, squirm, wriggle, crawl, and manipulate her way into nearly becoming the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court. Vivian King is considered the "H-TOWN DRUNK" who hates men. She's also, on multiple occasions, allegedly tried to paint Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (her boss) as a racist behind her back. Both of the "BLACK DEMOCRAT MEN" who were on the ballot on "SUPER TUESDAY" running against this low-down, dirty, dirty woman were more worthy and trustworthy than her. Either Gemayle Haynes or Roderick Rodgers should have been the Democratic nominee in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court, in my opinion. Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. By the way, Vivian King should never be allowed to win a Democratic Party Primary again.

Vivian King is a low-down, dirty scoundrel whom the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court in Texas for criminal law matters, called "NOT CREDIBLE." The high court found that Vivian King provided ineffective assistance to her client and that the quality of her work was "deficient" in a case where her client received a life sentence. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to learn more about this "SKANK" who did not file the petition needed for her client, causing her client to get a life sentence in a Texas prison.

During the 2022 Midterm Election, when the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS" political attack ad campaign was conceptualized and used to defeat several "BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES," named Ronnisha, Je'rell, Gemayel, and Porsha, the general public needs to be made aware that Vivian King used her government job and email to provide guidance and assistance to Crime Stoppers in a matter concerning the release of financial documents related to donations to the nonprofit. Published reports in the New York Times, the Houston Chronicle, and  Houston Watch alluded that Vivian King has colluded on partisan political issues and targeted specific elected judges while working as the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, since she was elected.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) continued to do business with Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., after he was allegedly picked up from his home on Saturday, October 17, 2020, by the FBI. However, our continued reporting on Dallis Jones and his "BALLOT HARVESTING RING," State Rep. Jones and other Democrats have started distancing themselves from him.

Attorney General Ken Paxton successfully defends Texas’s Voter ID Requirement for Mail-in-Ballots and Vote-by-Mail Applications. “Voter ID is one of the most crucial tools in the battle against election fraud, and I’m pleased to see the court affirm our fundamental right to defend the integrity of our democratic process,” said Attorney General Paxton. “When voting by mail and applying to vote using that method, it’s vital that there is a requirement in place that allows us to verify the identity of the voter. We are going to enforce that requirement aggressively and continue to ensure that our state’s elections are secure," stated Attorney General Ken Paxton.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and other Democratic lawmakers have been taking money from "GOP-MEGA DONORS" while pretending to hate Republicans. Why would Democratic lawmakers take in thousands of thousands in donations from someone they hate?
