In case you don’t know, “THE RESOLUTION” you see above was filed by Don Hooper over the weekend and will be brought up next week at February 13, 2022, HCRP executive meeting. He’s also going after Alan Vera, the director of ballot security, and others. But why? You can "CLICK HERE" to read the resolution for yourself.
Rachel Hooper and Don Hooper are surrogates for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who is a Democrat. The Hoopers played a significant role in helping District Attorney Kim Ogg to run her candidates from the right and left side of the political aisle back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democrat Party Primary and the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Republican Party Primary. Gary Polland (left), is a former chairman of the Harris County Republican Party. Polland is also the founder of the Texas Conservative Review and a well-known practicing attorney. He's practiced law for more than (44) forty-four years. Over the course of these years, he's made a lot of money by working in civil, juvenile, family, and criminal courts. Dallas Jones is the owner of Elite Change, LLC, a company that has hired its fair share of 'alleged' African American "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" to help his clients win. Back on August 20, 2019, Houston Public Media announced the addition of Polland and Jones to its local public affairs programs, Red, White & Blue, and Party Politics, in hopes the pair would provide even stronger platforms to share and discuss topics leading up to the 2019 City of Houston elections and the 2020 general elections.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS
Over the weekend, Don Hooper, a surrogate of Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, 'upped the anti' and continued his bidding for Ogg by filing a resolution aimed at forcing the Harris County Republican Party to conduct an audit, and release all expenditures related to voter integrity and ballot security from 2019 through the present. And he’s also asking that this audit be completed by March 15, 2022, and presented to the Harris County Republican Party Executive Committee at the Second Quarter 2023 meeting.
In case you don’t know, “THE RESOLUTION” filed by Don Hooper will be brought up next week at February 13, 2022, HCRP executive meeting. He’s also going after Alan Vera, the director of ballot security, and others. But why?
Some of these local news stations are feeding you lies. Do your own research. Some of these news outlets are feeding you lies and propaganda.
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, a Democrat, played ball with Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party through Rachel Hooper and her “NO GOOD” husband by the name of Don Hooper.
For the record, Rachel Hooper serves as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Texas, and her husband, Don Hooper, serves as the Republican Precinct Chair for (Precinct #16), in Harris County, Texas. Both are surrogates, for “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. And they’re putting in some very serious work when it comes to sowing seeds of discord, upheaval, and division within the ranks of the Harris County Republican Party.
Rachel Hooper, a Rhino, “Republican in Name Only,” and her husband, Don Hooper are two Democrats. Did you hear me? I said, Rachel and Don Hooper are both Democrats, working in concert with “Democrat” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and other Rhinos who have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party, and are trying to destroy the “GOP” from the inside.
I recently learned about a meeting that was held almost a year prior to the Monday, December 13, 2021, filing deadline for Democratic and Republican candidates to run for office in their respective political party’s Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Primary.
In the aforementioned posting on a blog, published by attorney Murray Newman on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, the day after the Monday, December 13, 2021, filing deadline he stated, “In a meeting with the judges a year or so ago, Harris County District Attorney's Office First Assistant David Mitcham expressed his frustration with the judges and bond reform, giving them a warning that those who didn't share District Attorney Kim Ogg's "vision" would face "consequences."
Attorney Murray Newman went on to elaborate, “Those who were present for the meeting (at least the ones that I spoke with) indicated that the implication was that the Office intended to field candidates to run against those judges who weren't bending to the District Attorney's will. At least, that's how they interpreted Mitcham's words.”
“Now that the filing deadline has passed, it is abundantly clear that Mitcham's veiled threat was not an empty one as a significant number of judicial races now has a prosecutorial candidate running as either a Democrat or Republican,” explained Attorney Newman.
“NEWMAN WAS RIGHT.”
After doing some research of my own, I’ve discovered that Attorney Newman was right on target with his report titled, “Life at the Harris County Criminal Justice Center,” An insider’s view of what is really happening in the Harris County Criminal Courts, that was published a day after the filing deadline.
It’s true!!! District Attorney Kim Ogg’s office appears to have conspired with Don Hooper, and his wife Rachel Hooper, along with Jessica Padilla, (now the judge for County Criminal Court at Law No.14) to fill out the Harris County Republican Party Primary ballot by recruiting candidates and running their “JUDICIAL RECRUITS” on both sides of the political aisle. Yes, you heard me right!
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office appears to have worked in concert with the Harris County Republican Party through her surrogates (Don Hooper and Rachel Hooper), to oppose local Democratic incumbent judges who were not bending to Kim Ogg’s will, back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary, and the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Republican Party Primary, as well.
Don’t take my word for it, Rachel Hooper, actually spilled the beans several months ago.
On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the day before Thanksgiving, Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican), general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas was exposed as being best buddies with (Democrat) Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. And October 31, 2022, a FACEBOOK POST detailing the DA's Office's involvement in helping the "GOP" fill out the remainder of their ballot was also released. However, since then, Rachel Palmer Hooper has scrubbed her FACEBOOK PAGE and changed her settings. Why??? What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? Why did she delete this post? You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer view.

RACHEL PALMER HOOPER POSTED THIS MESSAGE TO FACEBOOK ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2022:
"Some people have asked me why we have so many democrat judges. Well, in 2020, the party failed to fill the ballot so many ran unopposed. Said differently, in at least half of the judicial races, there was no Republican candidate on the ballot in Harris County. Thanks to the incredible work of my former colleague at the DA's Office, Jessica Needham Padilla, every judicial race on the 2022 ballot is filled with a Republican candidate. Not only do we have candidates, but we have excellent candidates. Many of my former colleagues at the DA's Office are on the ballot and I am confident that they will be excellent judges. I am very happy to see people like Judge Kristin Guiney on the ballot. I worked with Kristin at the DA's Office and then served as a prosecutor in her court. I know that faced with the most difficult of circumstances, she will always do the right thing. I am a witness! I can make the same comment about Judge Brad Hart - a good person who will serve us well. Judge Maritza Antu is doing a perfect job serving as an example of a Republican on the bench. These judicial candidates deserve our support!"

Now, why did Rachel Hooper change her FACEBOOK settings, and sweep her page after my investigative team and I, discovered this post? What is Rachel Hooper trying to hide?

Now, why did Rachel Hooper change her FACEBOOK settings, and sweep her page after my investigative team and I, discovered this post? What is Rachel Hooper trying to hide?
----------------------------------
Just like running from a crime doesn’t necessarily mean that the person fleeing is guilty of committing a crime, a person whipping their FACEBOOK page (or changing their settings) doesn’t mean that they're guilty of anything. However, the timing involved here with ‘our girl’ Rachel Hooper’s actions is pretty suspicious.
Rachel Hooper, who is supposed to be a Republican, appears to have been trying to hide the fact that she, conspired with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office, to help Cindy Siegel, chairman of the Harris County Republican Party to fill out their ballot.
If you remember, I’ve talked openly about Don Hooper running his mouth all across Harris County, Texas talking about an agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party. According to several sources, there was a working agreement between certain local party officials, which appears to have included Cindy Siegel, chairman of the Harris County Republican Party Chair, and Odus Evbagharu, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.
As it relates to Odus Evbagharu, the current chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, has already announced his departure. Evbagharu announced last week that he is relinquishing his post effective February 28, 2023. But what about Cindy Siegel? When is she going to step down? After all, Cindy Siegel appears to have allowed “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her surrogates (Don Hooper and Rachel Hooper) to infiltrate the “GOP” and do Kim Ogg’s bidding for her.
Members of the “GOP” must be made aware of Cindy Siegel’s lack of leadership, and her inability to control how much access Don and Rachel Hooper were granted, to carry out Kim Ogg’s agenda, strategy, and plan to play both sides of the political aisle is embarrassing.
“MUST BE STOPPED.”
Someone from within the leadership of the Harris County Republican Party must step up to the plate and face “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s spies down, and send them packing.
Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper have wiggled, squirmed, and finagled their way into leadership roles within the Harris County Republican Party, like snakes slithering through weeds, or rodents running through a vacant building.
Make no mistake about it. Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper are Democrats (not Rhinos) “Republicans in Name Only.” It doesn’t appear as if Cindy Siegel has the backbone, intestinal fortitude, or courage to stand up to the Hoopers. How do I know? Well, just this weekend Don Hooper filed two resolutions with the Harris County Republican Party to address what he’s calling integrity and transparency issues he has with the Party.
As I’ve already said, Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Hooper are spies for “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. Both of the Hoopers are working in concert with one another to do their dirty deeds.
Over the weekend, Don Hooper made this statement via a FACEBOOK post, “Yesterday I filed two resolutions with HCRP to address two important issues, election integrity, and litigation.” Now, why should Don Hooper be concerned about how much money the HCRP paid to McGinnis Lochridge (former Harris County Republican Party Chairman Paul Simpson’s Law Firm) for legal fees back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Republican Party Primary?
Don Hooper, his wife Rachel Hooper, and several other people (WHO CALL THEMSELVES REPUBLICANS) are working in concert with “DEMOCRAT” District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office. Don’s allegiance with Democrats has caused him to now try to not only destroy the Harris County Republican Party from within, but to also drive a wedge between the HCRP, and Dr. Steven Hotze, a megadonor to Republican candidates for nearly 40 years.
According to his FACEBOOK post over the weekend, Don Hooper has filed what’s ‘loosely veiled’ as “RESOLUTIONS,” but in fact, are his feeble attempt to prove Kim Ogg with much-needed cover.
What Hooper is trying to do is, discredit anyone trying to uncover fraud. And above that, he’s directly trying to intimidate Charles “Chuck” Marler, the former FBI Investigative Specialist, who conducted the investigation into Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and Ray Charles Jones Jr, and their connections to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, in the 2020 Presidential Election.
Remember, Charles Jones Jr’s big sister is Tomar Bishop, a woman who is currently under investigation (along with her boss Gloria Palmer) for allegedly stealing the identities of dead Black voters, and requesting “ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOT APPLICATIONS” in their names.
District Attorney Kim Ogg has refused to prosecute Tomar Bishop, or Gloria Palmer, even though she received information from Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Office months ago. Why won’t she prosecute? Well, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, has employed some of the same alleged “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS” as some of her allies, so if she prosecutes Gloria Palmer or Tomar Bishop, either of them could squeal on (Kim Ogg) and a bunch of other local elected officials who’ve used the ballot harvesting services of Gloria Palmer over the course of the last 40 years.
Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel was having some serious problems trying to recruit Republican candidates to run against Democrats back during the 2022 Midterm Election.
So, Cindy Siegel, the Republican Party Chairman, Odus Evbagharu, the Democratic Party Chairman, and others appear to have conspired together with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her surrogates (Don Hooper and Rachel Hooper) to make sure that every Democrat incumbent judge would have an opponent on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.
In fact, all you have to do to confirm that there was a working agreement between the Harris County Democratic Party, and the Harris County Republican Party is looking at all of the candidates who signed up to run as Republicans on Monday, December 13, 2021, which was the last day to file for a place on Tuesday, March 1, 2021, Republican Party Primary ballot.

Tomorrow, I'm going to explain why the debacle that occurred in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, could have been avoided. I will also show you why what happened on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas should not have come as a surprise to Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, or Odus Evbagaharu, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has opened a "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION" into Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign. For the record, the investigation shouldn't take too long, because of the great work investigative work already performed by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler. You can "CLICK HERE" to view District Attorney Kim Ogg's acknowledgment of the criminal investigation.
"When Tony Sr. was in first grade (when dinosaurs still roamed the earth), he had different ambitions than anyone else in his class. Everyone wanted to be a doctor or a lawyer or a fireman, but not Tony Sr., he wanted to be the President of Way Mechanical. In 1996, he achieved that goal. Like most McCorvey’s that have been involved with the family business, his resume is very short. He’s been a tin bender his entire life and loves sheet metal.
