DoorDash, Costco, Pizza Hut, and Office Supplies were purchased with Some of the $110,000.00 Mike Doyle Sent to Denise Lewis in Utah

Mike Doyle (top left) took $110,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party County Executive Committee (CEC) bank account and donated it to Diane Lewis (right) and the Utah Democratic Party. Once the Utah Democratic Party received the $110,000.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party in two payments, $10,000.00 on 10/11/2024 and $100,000.00 on 10/15/2024, a portion of the money was spent on buying Pizza, shopping at Costco, ordering DoorDash, and purchasing tickets to the Utah branch of the NAACP's Freedom Banquet, among other things. TEXAS DEMOCRATIC PARTY... Former Harris County Democratic Party Chairman Odus Evbagharu, who now serves as the treasurer of the Texas Democratic Party, and Gilberto Hinojosa, who just stepped down as chairman of the Texas Democratic Party, were given $72,000.00 by Mike Doyle out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) bank account. Mike Doyle gave $10,300.00 to the Texas Democratic Party on 10/08/2024, and then Mike Doyle gave $61,700.00 to the Texas Democratic Party on 10/18/2024. It is unclear why Mike Doyle gave the Utah Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party donations out of the hard-earned money local "DEMOCRAT JUDGES" and "JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" had given the Harris County Democratic Party for their nonexistent "COORDINATED JUDICIAL CAMPAIGN" which did nothing for them.

10/24/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” spent $55.70 purchasing pizza (staff meal) for members of the Utah Democratic Party at Sicilia Pizza Kitchen.

10/24/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” made a $500.00 donation to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) through the Utah Democratic Party to purchase tickets to the NAACP Freedom Banquet.

10/22/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” paid the Utah State Democratic Committee $12,916.28 in the form of an “ALLOCATION TRANSFER” to cover their Federal and State Expenses.

10/21/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” paid $125.00 for members of the Utah Democratic Party to order Doordash meals for their staff.

10/18/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” paid $3,478.76 for the Salt Lake County Democratic Party’s door hangers.

10/17/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” paid $159.24 for members of the Utah Democratic Party to order Doordash meals for their staff.

10/16/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” paid $365.25 for the Utah Democratic Party to purchase Staff Office Supplies, food, and water from Costco.

10/11/2024 – Local Harris County Democratic Judges and judicial candidates who donated to Mike Doyle’s “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” spent $68.61 purchasing pizza (staff meal) for members of the Utah Democratic Party at Pizza Hut.

The state of Utah is not a "BATTLEGROUND STATE," and the fact that Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, sent Denise Lewis, the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, $110,000.00 makes no sense. Former President Donald Trump received 757,608 votes, for 59.2% of the vote in Utah on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Comparatively speaking, Kamala Harris only received 487,924 votes, for 38.1%, on Election Day.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What’s wrong with this dude? Mike Doyle is now sending round emails claiming that Republicans launched a four-year $40 million attack campaign that targeted Democratic Judges – but according to our investigation, Mike Doyle took hundreds of thousands of dollars from local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES.” In hindsight, the entire world can see that Mike Doyle did not lift a finger to defend his “JUDICIAL NOMINEES” against the $40 million attack campaign he claimed was launched against them four years ago.

Cindy Siegel and the Harris County Republican Party have already set their sights on reclaiming even more “JUDICIAL BENCHES” in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections, in which “THE GOP” is heavy favorites to dominate up and down the ballot.

“INVESTIGATION OPENED.”

My investigative team has opened up an investigation into Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, and his alleged misappropriation of “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN DONATIONS” donated to the Harris County Democratic Party by local incumbent Democrat Judges and candidates running for judicial positions on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

Our preliminary review of Mike Doyle’s campaign finance report filings reveals that Mike Doyle did little to nothing in his capacity as chairman and treasurer to directly or indirectly specifically promote, advertise, brand “LOCAL JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” in association with any “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN” or marketing strategy to their benefit.

Based on our inquiry into the Harris County Democratic Party’s “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT,” Mike Doyle appears to have done nothing but take the hard-earned donations from “LOCAL JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” and transfer their money to his “FEDERAL PAC,” which did not do anything to promote, advertise, market, brand, or defend local Harris County Democratic Party nominees.

The “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” filed by Mike Doyle on 10/28/2024, covering 09/27/2024 through 10/26/2024, shows a very troubling pattern of transfers and donations. This makes absolutely no sense and proves that Mike Doyle was derelict in his duties and fiscally irresponsible with the “DONATIONS” local Judicial Candidates gave him.

“HINOJOSA RESIGNS.”

We are not sure at this time if Gilberto Hinojosa, the chairman of the Texas Democratic Party, played a role in the scheme to deprive local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” of the right to have their hard-earned campaign money work for them.

Gilbert Hinojosa resigned as chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party on Thursday, November 8, 2024, after leading the state party for 12 years, after losing back all of the gains made by Democrats over the last decade in the Lone Star State.

“In the days and weeks to come, it is imperative that our Democratic leaders across the country reevaluate what is best for our party and embrace the next generation of leaders to take us through the next four years of Trump and win back seats up and down the ballot,” said Gilberto Hinojosa.

It is unclear why Mike Doyle gave Gilberto Hinojosa and the Texas Democratic Party $10,300.00 on 10/08/2024 and then turned around and gave Gilberto Hinojosa another $61,700.00 on 10/18/2024 as a donation.

Remember, at the time that Mike Doyle was donating and transferring money to other entities, his local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” were getting hammered ‘day in’ and ‘day out’ by a fierce “COORDINATED CAMPAIGN,” run by Cindy Siegel and her allies.

“TROUBLING DONATION.”

From what we have uncovered so far, it does not appear that Diane Lewis, the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, is related to Mike Doyle in any way. We have not determined whether Diane Lewis and Mike Doyle are personal friends or business partners. However, Utah only had (6) six “ELECTORAL VOTES” and was not a “BATTLEGROUND STATE,” and never has been.

Utah is a solid “RED STATE,” it makes no sense that Mike Doyle would take $110,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party County Executive Committee (CEC) bank account and send it to the Utah Democratic Party for any reason.

As a refresher, former President Donald J. Trump trounced Vice President Kamala Harris in Utah and won (6) six electoral votes without any problem.

Comparatively speaking, unofficial results show Donald J. Trump (Republican) received 757,608 votes, for 59.2% of the vote, Kamala Harris (Democrat) received 487,924 votes, for 38.1%, Chase Oliver (Libertarian) received 13,548 votes for 1.1%, and Joel Skousen (Constitution Party) received 0.5%.

So, who would Mike Doyle take the hard-earned donations given to him by local “DEMOCRAT JUDGES” and “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” and send their money to the Utah Democratic Party?

Local Democratic judges and judicial nominees didn’t have any business paying for members of the Utah Democratic Party staff to purchase Pizza from Sicilia Pizza Kitchen and Pizza Hut. Mike Doyle had no business giving the Utah Democratic Party money to shop, Costco, and order Doordash.

In my opinion, Mike Doyle betrayed the trust of local “DEMOCRAT JUDGES” and betrayed them. Gilberto Hinojosa relinquished his position as chairman of the Texas Democratic Party; it’s only fair that Mike Doyle does the right thing and voluntarily steps aside.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Texas Democrats have allowed the world to witness the fact they could not defeat Senator Ted Cruz in the 2024 Presidential Election. It is preposterous to imagine that any Democrat will win a statewide race in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections.

If Democrats didn’t have an answer for Senator Cruz, they indeed don’t have an answer for Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, and Attorney General Ken Paxton. Long story short, Democrats had better dump Mike Doyle and find themselves a real County Chairman sooner rather than later because “THE GOP” is back in full force.
