Cindy Siegel (center), the Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party currently serves as a member of the Harris County Elections Commission. Now, initially, Cindy Siegel, the only Republican on the Harris County Elections Commission, was in total agreement with the (4) four Democrats who serve along with her on "THE HARRIS COUNTY ELECTIONS COMMISSION" with their bipartisan agreement. However, after questions were raised, Cindy Siegel did an about-face (objected) and started criticizing the choice of Clifford Tatum, as the new Harris County Elections Administrator. Why? Cindy Siegel should be compelled to answer some serious questions related to "THE 'ALLEGED' AGREEMENT" she forged with Democrats and what role Don Hooper and his wife Rachel Palmer Hooper played.

There's absolutely no way that Democrats could pull off what we just witnessed unfold in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, all by themselves. Did you hear me? I said Democrats could not have pulled off the possible "ELECTION HEIST" we just saw take place in Harris County, Texas without some "RINOS" playing ball with them.
It's still a little unclear how much (if anything) down-ballot (Democrat and Republican) judicial candidates know about the initial agreement that was forged between Cindy Siegel (Republican), Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, Odus Evbagharu (Democrat), Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, Ann Harris Bennett (Democrat), Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector, Teneshia Hudspeth (Democrat), Harris County Clerk, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.
What agreement? Well, remember, back on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo called Cindy Siegel's (flip-flop) on "THEIR BIPARTISAN AGREEMENT" some sort of political stunt when she was interviewed by Channel 13 news reporter Tom Abrahams, for his report entitled, "Harris County Election Commission picks Clifford Tatum as new administrator in 4-1 vote." According to County Judge Lina Hidalgo, "We first named Mr. Tatum in a bipartisan manner."
Lina Hidalgo went on to say, "So that was really what I was heartened by, that in Harris County we were doing something different, that we were being honest about the challenges that do and do not exist, and unfortunately, the vote was not bipartisan." So, what was Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo talking about? What were they (THE ELECTIONS COMMISSION) trying to do differently? Only Cindy Siegel, the Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party can answer that question.
What does Cindy Siegel have to say? Did she have some sort of "BACKROOM AGREEMENT" in place with the Democrats? Was Cindy Siegel simply grandstanding when she talked about Clifford Tatum and his failures, citing a previous election Tatum oversaw?
How did Cindy Siegel learn about the issues swirling around Clifford Tatum's handling of the 2012 election in Washington D.C., which he bungled? Why isn't Cindy Siegel doing more to alert the public to the past issues involving Clifford Tatum that included, "Machines not working. People's ballots not programmed correctly. Huge lines," in the 2012 election Clifford Tatum oversaw?
THE GOLDEN PRIZE
It appears that Don Hooper the Republican "PRECINCT CHAIR" for Precinct 0016, and his wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper have somehow wiggled their way into position within the ranks of the Republican Party where they believe (in their minds) that they are some sort of power-brokers. What are they after? Well, it seems that "SENATE DISTRICT 13" that's currently held by state Senator Borris L. Miles, appears to be "THE GOLDEN PRIZE" that was supposedly off-limits to Republicans during the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Elections.
Senate District 13, is a senatorial district that currently serves portions of Fort Bend County, and Harris County, Texas. That being said, you should better understand why the Harris County Republican Party did not lift a finger to help Jimmy I Leon (Republican), in his quest to unseat Congressman Al Green (Democrat), in the race for the 9th Congressional District, or Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican), in her quest to unseat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (Democrat) in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, in the 2022 Midterms.
Was there an agreement in place between Cindy Siegel (Republican), Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, Odus Evbagharu (Democrat), Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, Ann Harris Bennett (Democrat), Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector, Teneshia Hudspeth (Democrat), Harris County Clerk, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo to (stand-down) and not help the "GOP LATINO" congressional candidates who were challenging the two Black Congressional Members of the United States Congress (Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Congressman Al Green), in the 2022 Midterms? And if so, what role did Don and Rachael Palmer Hooper play?
For the record, both, Don Hooper, and his wife Racheal Palmer Hooper have tried to take over "SENATE DISTRICT 13" and had their candidacies rejected by "REPUBLICAN PRECINCT CHAIRS" in Harris County, Texas. Most recently, Don Hooper tried a few months ago, and his wife Racheal Palmer Hooper tried to wiggle her way into controlling "SENATE DISTRICT 13" back during the 2018 Midterms.
According to the Republican Party of Texas website, "The State Republican Executive Committee (SREC) is the governing board of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT). It has 64 members - one committeeman and one committeewoman from each of Texas’ 31 state Senate districts, plus one Chair and one Vice-Char. All of the SREC members are elected at the RPT convention held in May of Presidential-election years and June of Gubernatorial-election years." Back in 2010, Republican Party Primary voters saw right through Rachel and rejected her in favor of Don Smyth in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 13, in Harris County, Texas. As you can see above, Don Smyth received 58,801 votes for 51.65% of the vote and Rachel Ann Palmer only received 55,050 votes for 48.35% of the vote.

I’m thankful to God for His goodness, mercy, and grace today! In case you don’t know, I wasn’t born into the greatest of situations. However, throughout it all, I’ve persevered through every challenge, and can proudly say that I’ve cleared every obstacle that’s been placed in front of me, with God’s help.
As I look back over the last election season, it pleases me greatly to inform you that my “2022 MIDTERM ENDORSEMENT CARD” outperformed every other non-partisan card in the entire state of Texas. And just for the record, three out of the four awesome “GOP JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” who won their races in Harris County, Texas were all endorsed on my “2022 MIDTERM ENDORSEMENT CARD” on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.
PRESSING FORWARD
As I prepare to press forward into the “2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CYCLE” I would like to inform everyone that my courage is unwavering. And just so you know, my commitment to “PUTTING PEOPLE OVER POLITICS” has grown stronger, and more tenacious. Judge Sandra Peake (Democrat), was a bonified, seasoned attorney before she ever ran for a judicial position. That being said, she also ran for local judicial positions several times before winning. If you ask me, Judge Sandra J. Peake is the embodiment of what it means never give up. And on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, I am proud to say that I endorsed Judge Sandra Peake, as I've always done, and she won her bid for re-election, over Leonel Leo Farias, II, by a wide margin. Comparatively speaking, Judge Sandra received 548,215 votes, for 51.90% of the vote, and her opponent, Leonel Leo Farias II, only received 507,991 votes, for 48.10% of the vote.

Paula Goodhart (Republican), was endorsed by me over Judge Ronnisha Bowman (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a slim margin of 4,889 votes with 1,058,707 votes cast in their race.

Leslie Johnson (Republican), was endorsed by me over Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a very slim margin of 267 votes with 1,059,382 votes cast in their race.

Jessica N. Padilla (Republican), was endorsed by me over Je’Rell A. Rogers (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a slim margin of 14,290 votes with 1,053 votes cast in their race.
