Jeralynn Manor, a newcomer to politics burst on to the political scene and handily defeated the incumbent, Judge Larry Weiman in the race for
District Judge, 80th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas, back during the March primaries. Manor’s personal wealth and crossover appeal should serve her well when it comes to reaching out to voters beyond her base between now and Tuesday, November 3, 2020. She must defeat veteran attorney
Sharon Hemphill, to achieve her dream of becoming a member of the judiciary.
In case you haven't heard, GERRY WAYNE MONROE, the self-proclaimed "5 STAR GENERAL" has issued a "DUAL ENDORSEMENT" for Jeralynn Manor and Sharon Hemphill. According to political consultant, Antonio Maldonado, there’s no doubt that Jeralynn Manor is the right choice for Harris County, Texas voters, in the race for District Judge, 80th Civil District Court. “Jeralynn came out of nowhere and she trampled over Judge Larry Weiman and it wasn't easy,” says Antonio Maldonado, reflecting back on how Jeralynn Manor basically man-handled her Democratic rival back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. However, what a lot of folks don’t realize is that Jeralynn Manor took out an incumbent Democratic judge who was widely considered by many in the political world as the toughest to unseat. And while she made it look easy – it wasn’t as easy as she made it look. According to Maldonado, “She (Jeralynn Manor) has proven that she has what it takes to take out an incumbent, and I feel confident that she can also take out her opponent (Sharon Hemphill) in November,” he went on to say. Why are so many people so high on Jeralynn Manor, a rising star in the Democratic Party? Well, for some folks, it’s her compelling life story -- for others, it’s her courage. But truth be told, I think many people are starting to gravitate to Jeralynn Christen Manor because they see a bit of themselves in her. After all, she’s one step away from reaching her lifelong dream of becoming a judge – and that’s a beautiful thing if you ask me. But nothing has come easy for Jeralynn along the way. She’s had to claw and scrap her way to where she finds herself right now! Yep, believe it or not, she’s much more than a pretty face -- she’s a born fighterand someone with the intestinal fortitude of a lion. A lot of folks don’t know this, but to unseat Judge Larry Weiman, this young progressive had to wage a come-from-behind victory. In case you don’t remember, Judge Weiman, along with his impressive list of endorsements actually had the upper-hand on Jeralynn Manor, after the “ABSENTEE BALLOT,” phase of the voting process back in the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. Judge Weiman, as a refresher had 12,102, absentee ballots, for 50.99% of the vote, and Manor, only had 11,634 absentee ballots, for 49.01% of the vote. But his lead didn’t last long, as 53,909 Democrats flocked to the polls to cast their vote early for Jeralynn Manor. Comparatively speaking, only 37,042 Democrats voted early for Judge Larry Weiman. So, the trampling that Antonio Maldonado is alluding to came in the final vote tally, as Judge Larry Weiman was left having to figure how a newbie to politics foiled his 2020 bid for re-election. How bad did Jeralynn Manor beat Judge Larry Weiman? Well, the “OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT” shows that 149,388 Democrats cast their ballot for Jeralynn Manor, to give her an astonishing 60.43% of the overall vote. And as for Judge Larry Weiman, he only managed to receive 97,826 votes, for 39.82% of the vote.

Bruce Bain, who has already launched his campaign to convince registered Harris County voters (beyond his base) to cast their ballot for him, regardless of their political party affiliation. And now that straight-ticket voting has been abolished in Texas – expect for Bruce Bain to give Judge Ursula Hall all she can handle on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Judge Elaine Palmer has never lost a race in her political career since taking the bench as the presiding judge for the

Judge Palmer has withstood negative articles in the daily newspaper, and attack ads run against her on radio and television stations. However, through it all, she maintained the judicial temperament, grace, and poise all members of the judiciary should posses. And above all of that, she’s done an excellent job for the people of Texas. However, to remain on the bench Judge Palmer must hold off veteran attorney
Fred Shuchart, who has his sights set on foiling her bid for re-election on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in Harris County, Texas. Smart money will be on Judge Elaine Palmer in this race, but don’t count out Shuchart.
In case you haven't heard, GERRY WAYNE MONROE, the self-proclaimed "5 STAR GENERAL" has issued a "DUAL ENDORSEMENT" for Judge Elaine Palmer and Fred Shuchart. According to political consultant, Antonio Maldonado, he believes that Judge Elaine Palmer should be re-elected in the race for District Judge, 215th Civil District Court. “What can I say about Judge Palmer, she has been an exemplary role model for all of the new young Black American judges on the bench,” says Antonio Maldonado.

Judge Genesis Draper posses all of the tools needed to serve on a higher court if she chooses to do so in the future. She’s as impressive as they come. I’ve actually visited her courtroom on a number of occasions and find her to be tough – but respectful. She’s stern – but compassionate at the same time. Judge Draper is the real deal folks. She’s one of those special kinds of judges who posse the uncanny ability to be tough on crime, but nurturing at the same time. And nope, you won’t find her running around in cliques, or trying to legislate from the bench either. Nope -- not Judge Draper. Why? Well, this presiding judge for

Judge Russ Ridgway could have his hands full trying to hold off
Israel Garcia in the race for
Harris County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 5, Place 1, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Why? Well, for starters, Judge Ridgway trailed his Republican rival Mike Wolfe by a hefty margin back in the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Republican Primary and was forced to a runoff election that he eventually won; but showed many vulnerabilities in the process of winning his party’s nomination. If you look at the sheer vastness of the Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 5, Place 1, it will become evidently clear that a candidate like Israel Garcia can run strong across the entire precinct. Some political pundits believe that Precinct 5, Place 1, is a Republican stronghold but I beg to differ. Why? Well, first off, there were 613,677, registered voters living in this precinct back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. However, only 14,947, of those registered voters went to the polls and cast their ballot for Judge Russ Ridgway, in his bid for re-election. So, I strongly encourage you to keep a close eye on this race as the 2020 election cycle continues to unfold. And in case you don’t know, Israel is from Austin, Texas where he was born and raised and attended public schools according to his website. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a B.A. in Government. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the famed, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.
