2020 Democratic Nominee Was Indicted for Bankruptcy Fraud Back in 2016; Carmen P. Turner Beat Neeta Sane Back on March 3, 2020

PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE THE ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE THAT WAS SENT OUT BY THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS BACK IN 2016 ABOUT CARMEN P. TURNER. As stated, Carmen P. Turner is, in fact, the 2020 Democratic nominee for Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector who was indicted back in 2016 for Bankruptcy Fraud. According to her statement, she failed to meet the requirements of a "180 days period" before filing another bankruptcy or something to that effect. She went on to say in her statement that she was found guilty of Contempt of Court, a misdemeanor and all other counts were dismissed. According to her, she met her obligations of one-year probation and an assessment/fine of $1,010.00. State Senator Borris Miles is pictured (above left) with Carmen P. Turner, the Democratic nominee for Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector who was indicted by a federal grand jury for Bankruptcy Fraud back in 2016. State Senator Miles recently won his Democratic primary battle against two opponents by gaining more than 55.43% of the vote. Senator Miles will face off against Milinda Morris, the Republican nominee, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in the general election. Congressman Al Green is pictured (above center) with Carmen P. Turner as well. Congressman Al Green recently won his Democratic primary showdown against one challenger by receiving an astonishing 83.57% of the vote. Congressman Green will face off against Johnny Teague, the Republican nominee, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. And Former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards, (above right) who recently abandoned her At-Large Position #4 Houston City Council seat put on a lackluster performance in a crowded field of Democratic primary United States Senate candidates. Edwards didn't even come close to winning the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate she was seeking. Get this, Amanda Edwards only received 189,624 votes in this statewide race, for a measly 10.14% of the vote. The top two finishers were MJ Hegar and State Senator Royce West, who will face off in a Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Democratic primary runoff election. Early voting for the Democratic primary will begin on Monday, July 6, 2020, and end on Friday, July 10, 2020.

EMAIL SENT OUT BY THE FORT BEND COUNTY CHAIRWOMAN CYNTHIA GINYARD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2020

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I think that Cynthia M. Ginyard is right on point with the message she sent out to Democrats on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. If you have not seen a copy of the email that was sent out by Cynthia Ginyard, Chairwoman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party, you can view it below. "Generally, nothing less than a felony can stop you from running for office. I said, generally, pending the office, you are running for; as there may be other boundaries," said Chairwoman Cynthia Ginyard. I have a lot of respect for Chairwoman Ginyard. In case you don't know, Chairwoman Ginyard is doing an awesome job as the Fort Bend County Chairwoman in my opinion. In fact, she recently handily defeated M.E. "Skip" Belt, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party primary race for Fort Bend County Chair. As a refresher, Cynthia M. Ginyard received, an astonishing, 44,241 votes for 70.39% of the vote. Comparatively speaking, M.E. "Skip" Belt only received 11,488 votes for 20.61% of the vote. I haven't done so thus far, so I would like to take this moment to congratulate the Honorable Chairwoman Cynthia Ginyard and wish her and her entire field of Democrats much success on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

Carmen P. Turner, The Democratic Nominee for Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector Was Indicted for Bankruptcy Fraud back in 2016

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

You can’t make this stuff up. HOWEVER, PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE THE ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE THAT WAS SENT OUT BY THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS BACK IN 2016 ABOUT CARMEN P. TURNER. And nope, this isn’t a joke. Is Carmen P. Turner the right person for Fort Bend County? Carmen P. Turner, the 2020 Democratic nominee for Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector was one of the seven people who was indicted by a federal grand jury back in 2016. Yes, according to U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson, (who has since retired) the woman who won the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Primary race for Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector faced federal charges (but according to Carmen P. Turner she pled guilty to a lesser charge) as one of seven individuals who were alleged to have filed multiple bankruptcy cases to prevent creditors from initiating foreclosure proceedings against their properties. At the time of the indictment, Carmen P. Turner, 55, of Missouri City; Hugo O. Parra, 43, of Cypress; LaTasha Riles, 47, of Huntsville; Leslie Nicole Breaux, 40, of Sugar Land; Jermaine S. Thomas, 40, Angelina Gailey, 57, and Patrick Lee Gailey, 25 were all presumed to be innocent of the charges being brought against them.

Each defendant filed multiple bankruptcy cases to prevent a foreclosure proceeding by their creditors, according to the indictments that were handed down back in 2016. Each time a creditor would issue a “Notice of Foreclosure,” the defendants would allegedly file a bankruptcy case in order to obtain an automatic stay of the foreclosure. The charges allege that they would take no further action to abide by the requirements of the court to file additional documents and submit a payment plan to the court to pay their debts under the protection of the bankruptcy laws. Following a 45-day-period of no action by the defendants, their cases would be dismissed, the press release stated.

The number of bankruptcy cases the defendants allegedly filed ranged from four within less than two hears to 12 over a five-year period.

The defendants did not make any payments to their creditors under a court-approved payment plan, according to the charges. Additionally, each time a defendant filed a bankruptcy case, he/she allegedly failed to list all of the cases they had previously filed. They also signed each filing as being true and correct under penalty of perjury, according to the indictments.

Each person was charged with bankruptcy fraud-scheme to defraud and making false declarations under penalty of perjury. Each of the individuals faced up to five years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 maximum fine. However, according to what I was told by Carmen P. Turner, the charges were dropped down to a Class B Misdemeanor and she pled guilty to the lesser charge.

As the press release states, an indictment is a formal accusation of criminal conduct, not evidence.
A defendant is presumed innocent unless convicted through due process of law.

Steve Kherkher, the Attorney for Judge Daryl Moore is Now Suing Lillie Schechter to Have Brittanye Morris Removed from the November Ballot

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’m willing to bet that Attorney Brittanye Morris is beginning to feel like she’s living a bad dream. To bring you up to speed, after winning her Democratic Party Primary race back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, over Judge Daryl Moore (a gay white Democratic judge), Attorney Brittanye Morris (a 29-year old Black female) had her residency challenged. In case you don't know, Mark Leon Smith, the husband of Judge Daryl Moore, started snooping around in Fort Bend County to see what he could find out about Attorney Brittanye Morris shortly after Attorney Morris, soundly defeated his husband fair and square at the ballot box back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Once he found what he thought was a smoking gun, he went to Attorney Steve Kherkher, who then, as the story goes sent a letter to Lillie Schechter, Chairwoman of the Harris County Democratic Party demanding that she remove Attorney Brittanye Morris from the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, general election ballot because, she allegedly, according to the information they gathered does not live in Harris County, Texas. Or didn’t for a portion of the period leading up to the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary race for Judge, 333rd Civil District Court. Anyways, Lillie Schechter, initially agreed and proceed forth, declaring Attorney Brittanye Morris ineligible. However, after receiving information from Attorney Morris and her attorney, along with mounting pressure from community leaders, Lillie Schechter reversed her decision and declared Attorney Brittanye Morris eligible to serve as the Democratic nominee on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. And since no Republican is running for this bench, Attorney Morris, if allowed to remain on the ballot would become perhaps one of the youngest, if not the youngest duly-elected judges in the United States of American when she’s scheduled to take office in November of 2021. But not so fast. In a turn of events, Steve Kherkher, the lawyer who sent the letter to Lillie Schechter is now suing her to compel her to remove Attorney Brittanye Morris from the ballot at the appellate level. It is unclear at this time whether the case will be heard by the 1st or 14th Court of Appeals, but I will let you know when I find out. According to the “RELATOR’S PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS,” he’s arguing that Lillie Schechter, the Harris County Chairwoman failed to discharge her ministerial duty to declare Attorney Brittanye Morris ineligible for the office of Judge of the 333rd District Court. He also claims that Lillie Sschechter had “NO AUTHORITY” to inquire beyond the sworn public documents that conclusively established Attorney Morris’ non-Harris County residency. Again, I will keep you posted.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Award-Winning Investigative Reporter Wayne Dolcefino Will Appear on Two Dueling Facebook Broadcasts on Thursday, April 23, 2020

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I recently spoke to Gerry Wayne Monroe, the “5 Star General” about his recent breakup with his former co-hosts of “THE WAR ZONE,” Dr. Candice Matthews, and Elevonte Patton, who now refers to himself as “General Patton,” on their new show that’s titled, AS THEY SEE ME – “Speaking Truth To Power.” Both shows are broadcast at 7:00 PM nightly via Facebook. However, on this coming Thursday, April 23, 2020, AS THEY SEE ME – “Speaking Truth to Power,” will feature Commissioner Rodney Ellis at 7:00 P.M. on Facebook. And immediately following, at 8:00 PM, Wayne Dolcefino, will make a special guest appearance on “THE WAR ZONE,” hosted by Gerry Wayne Monroe, the “5 Star General,” and his lovely co-host, Demetra Kaye. “The battle lines have been crossed,” said the “5 Star General.” What is he talking about? Well, the “5 Star General” is hot, really hot. He’s livid, the “5 Star General” is throwing f-bombs around like a parade participant would throw out candy while marching in the Thanksgiving Day Parade! “The same people they were crucifying a few weeks ago, they’re now praising,” explained the “5 Star General.” Who is he talking about? Stop playing…you know exactly who he’s talking about – COMMISSIONER RODNEY ELLIS – that’s who! What is he talking about? Well, that’s something that I might have to catch you up to speed on – so stay with me. “What had happened was,” Well, see Dr. Candice Matthews… well, she… she had said. What she had said was…well…she was riding the hell out Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Remember that black art? Well, she had said. Man, she said that she had heard. Ok, I’m back. Remember all of that “PRICELESS AFRICAN ART” that was being housed in what was categorized as a maintenance shed? Yep, that shed. The shed that's owned by Harris County, and sits inside the boundaries of Precinct One – Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ precinct? Come on…you remember! The “PRICELESS AFRICAN ART” that they still can’t find the paperwork for – stop playing! “This woman, Candice Matthews came on to our show dragging Ellis through the mud man,” explains the “5 Star General.” According to him, Dr. Candice Matthews is the one who claimed to have information that Commissioner Rodney Ellis was smuggling diamonds in the artwork,” he says. Yep, that claim was made right on Facebook -- I heard it myself. “I bet she’s not going to asking Ellis about that when he’s on their show,” proclaims the “5 Star General.” Look to Dr. Matthews’ credit, she did put “ALLEGEDLY” in front of her statement about diamonds being hidden inside some of that artwork. However, inquiring minds would still like to know whether she’s going to ask Commissioner Rodney Ellis about that, “PRICELESS AFRICAN ART,” and how it found itself to be inside of a Harris County owned shed. She might also want to ask why, according to published reports, tax-payer dollars were used to store the art.

THE 'PRICELESS' AFRICAN ART HAS NO PAPER TRAIL

Commissioner Ellis is really smart. But just how smart is he? Well, that depends on who you ask. And he’s surrounded himself with some really smart people too. Right? How smart are they? Well, apparently not too smart if you ask me. Why? Well, back when Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ spokesperson, Maureen Haver was initially asked by KPRC 2 about the “PRICELESS AFRICAN ART,” she said, “We currently are warehousing an African art collection that we have an agreement with that was approved by Commissioners Court, a couple of years ago,” according to published reports. As it turns out, that was only partially true. The agreement she was alluding to was related to 14 pieces of African Art in county buildings – not the hundreds of pieces found in the county shed – with no paperwork. Remember former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett? Well, he’s currently working as a KPRC 2 political analyst, among other things. According to him, the aforementioned agreement was signed back in 2018. But according to Emmett, the agreement did not reflect what was going on inside the shed. Emmett was also quoted in the report as saying, "A lot of money got spent on a building, clearly to make it so that it could be used to store this art collection." And he went on to say, "The art collection doesn't belong to the county. The art collection wasn't even on loan to the county," explained Emmett. Also, don’t forget that Ellis’ staff did not provide receipts detailing how much money was spent to create the storage space, according to what I read in the KPRC 2 report.

Constable Sherman Eagleton is heading into the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, runoff election in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 3 as the "FRONT-RUNNER" against former Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner Ken Jones. In case you don't know, Constable Sherman Eagleton received 10,008 votes back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Primary, according to the "Unofficial" election returns published by the Harris County Clerk.

Former Constable Ken Jones is heading into the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, runoff election in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 3 as the "RUNNER-UP" against Constable Sherman Eagleton. In case you don't know, Ken Jones received 3,391 votes back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Primary, according to the "Unofficial" election returns published by the Harris County Clerk. However, in a recent turn of events, Eric Reed, Deborah Florus, and Michel (Poppy) Pappillion have all decided to throw their support behind Ken Jones. This could make the runoff showdown between Constable Sherman Eagleton and former Precinct 3 Constable Ken Jones one of the most intriguing races on the entire May 26th Democratic runoff ballot. Why? Well, at first glance it would appear that Constable Sherman Eagleton is the clear, and decisive "FRONT-RUNNER" heading into the runoff showdown. However, when you take into account that Eric Reed received 1,810 votes for 8.58% of the vote; Deborah Florus received 3,279 votes for 15.54% of the vote; Michael (Poppy) Pappillion received 913 votes for 4.33% of the vote, and Ken Jones himself received 3,391 votes for 16.07% of the vote, it isn't difficult to see that the "RUNOFF SHOWDOWN" between Constable Eagleton and Ken Jones won't be as lopsided as their Democratic Primary was back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Another key factor to pay close attention to is the fact that only 23,896 votes were cast back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the race for Harris County Constable for Precinct 3. Why is this significant? Well, according to the Harris County Clerk's Office, there are 197,063 registered voters in Precinct 3 who could potentially turn out on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. So both Constable Sherman Eagleton (the current Constable for Precinct 3) and Ken Jones (the former Constable for Precinct 3) will both have their work cut out for them between now and the start of the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" which begins on Monday, July 6, 2020, and ends on Friday, July 10, 2020, in Harris County, Texas.

Randal Newman is heading into the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, runoff election in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 5 as the "FRONT-RUNNER" against Mark Alan Harrison. In case you don't know, Randal Newman received 23,525 votes back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Primary, according to the "Unofficial" election returns published by the Harris County Clerk.

Mark Alan Harrison is heading into the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, runoff election in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 5 as the "RUNNER-UP" against Randal Newman. In case you don't know, Mark Alan Harrison received 18,560 votes back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Primary, according to the "Unofficial" election returns published by the Harris County Clerk.
