Menefee is Too Weak; The HC GOP Has a Strong Latina Female Who Can Ally MAGA Voters and Black Voters

Governor Abbott has set the "SPECIAL ELECTION" to fill the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is the weakest of the four candidates pictured above. In fact, Christian Menefee is the softest "BLACK MALE" serving in a countywide elected capacity in Harris County, Texas, at the moment. To prove my point, Judge DaSean Jones, a 2-time Bronze Star holding decorated combat veteran who is the presiding Democrat judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, received 759,358 votes running against a well-funded Republican Texas Supreme Court Justice, named Justice Jimmy Blacklock in the race for the Texas Supreme Court, Place 2, back during the 2024 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas. County Attorney Christian Menefee only received 739,048 votes in his countywide re-election bid in the race for County Attorney against an underfunded Republican female named Jacqueline Lucci Smith. A BAD POLITICAL MOVE... As things stand right now, when Carmen Maria Montiel (center) enters the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, based on her 40,941 vote performance against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee she will immediately bolt into the "FRONT-RUNNER" position given the number of Democratic candidates who are expected to enter the race.

Governor Abbott Sets Special Election For 18th Congressional District

April 7, 2025 | Austin, Texas | Press Release | Proclamation

Governor Greg Abbott today issued a proclamation announcing Tuesday, November 4, 2025, as the special election date to fill the 18th Congressional District seat vacated by the late Congressman Sylvester Turner.

“No county in Texas does a worse job of conducting elections than Harris County," said Governor Abbott. "They repeatedly fail to conduct elections consistent with state law. Safe and secure elections are critical to the foundation of our state. Forcing Harris County to rush this special election on weeks’ notice would harm the interests of voters. The appropriate time to hold this election is November, which will give Harris County sufficient time to prepare for such an important election.”

Candidates who wish to have their names placed on the special election ballot must file their applications with the Secretary of State no later than 5:00 PM on September 3, 2025. Early voting will begin Monday, October 20, 2025.

The Ellis regime has made a huge tactical blunder by running Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee as their "ENDORSED CANDIDATE" for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat. Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee (Democrat) couldn't even beat his Republican challenger (Jacqueline Lucci Smith) during the early "EARLY VOTING" period, which began on Monday, October 21, 2024, and ended on Friday, November 1, 2024. Looking at the "CUMMULATIVE REPORT DATA" for Harris County, you will see that Christian Menefee was one of the weakest Democrats running countywide in Harris County, Texas, during the 2024 Presidential Election. Ultimately, Christian Menefee won the race by receiving 739,048 votes, 50.58%, to Jacqueline Lucci Smith's 722,031 votes, 49.42%. However, Menefee's glaring weaknesses as a Democrat make him the wrong choice for Democratic voters planning to cast votes on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

According to a poll conducted by the Associated Press, AP Vote Cast, which surveyed 120,000 voters nationwide, 16% of Black voters picked TRUMP, the Republican nominee, over Kamala Harris, the Democrat nominee in the 2024 race for President of the United States. This fact represented the largest share of votes cast for a Republican president by Black voters since Gerald Ford in 1976. When it came down to Black men like Jonathan McCullough, the founder of Urban Conservatives of America, he and other African American males comprised a "STEALTH GROUP" of African American males who cast their votes for TRUMP in groves. Data shows that 25% of Black males formed a unique alliance with MAGA (Make America Great Again) voters to drive TRUMP back into the White House during the 2024 Presidential Election in a landslide victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in states across America. It remains to be seen if other GOP CANDIDATES like Carmen Maria Montiel, who plans to enter the race to pursue the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, will be able to ally MAGA (Make America Great Again) and Black voters to achieve victories in future elections.

"THE DEMOCRAPHICS."

It is vitally crucial that Texans understand that the 18th Congressional District of Texas has nearly 800,000 residents and over 417,430 registered voters living within its boundaries.

Based on “OFFICIAL ETHNICITY DATA” in the Cook Partisan Voting Index, the 18th Congressional District of Texas is 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, and 2.2% Two or more races—which means that we could see something very special unfold in the upcoming “SPECIAL EDITION” for the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas.

"PARTY AFFILIATIONS."

As of today (Monday, April 7, 2025), there’s only (1) one Republican, (8) eight Democrats, and (2) two Independent candidates who have filed their “STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY” with the Federal Election Commission, thus far. When Carmen Maria Montiel enters the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, she will become an instant "FRONT-RUNNER" in a race slated to be jam-packed with well-known Democratic contenders.

"OFFICIAL CANDIDATES."

Amanda Edwards (Democrat), Cyrus Sanjna (Republican), Isaiah Martin (Democrat), Khristopher W. Beal (Independent), Robert Slater (Democrat), Derrell Sherrod Turner (Independent), Christian D. Menefee (Democrat), James Joseph (Democrat), Kivan Polimis (Democrat), Earnest Clayton (Democrat), and Selena Samuel plan to run as Democrats.

"POTENTIAL CONTENDERS."

The names of several bonified potential contenders have been circulating through back channels in Harris County, Texas, as potential entrants into the “SPECIAL ELECTION” race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, which is continuing to grow.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, State Rep. Jolanda Jones, State Rep. Christina Morales, Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, NAACP President Bishop James Dixon, Community Activist Travis McGee, former HISD School Teacher Larry McKinzie, Businessman Julian Antonio Martinez, former State Rep. Candidate Angeanette “Angie” Thibodeaux, Former State Rep. Shawn Thierry, TSU Board Regent Dr. Richard Johnson, Community Activist Deric Muhammad, Former 18th Congressional District Candidate Carmen Maria Montiel, Former 18th Congressional District Candidate Wendell Champion, are all bonified contenders, should they enter the race.

"THE U.S. CONGRESS."

Today (Monday, April 7, 2025), 220 Republican members are serving in the 119th United States Congress, 213 Democratic members are serving, and only two vacancies—or open seats—exist.

Both open Congressional seats in the 119th United States Congress became open because the Democratic congressional members died while in office. For the record, the late Congressman Sylvester Turner (D-TX) died on March 5, 2025, and the late Congressman Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) passed away on March 13, 2025, a little over a week after Turner.

On September 23, 2025, the “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the 7th Congressional District seat in Arizona will take place, and a candidate will get elected to serve out the remainder of the late Congressman Raul Grijalva’s unexpired term.

As it relates to the 18th Congressional District of Texas, local and national Democrats tried to use pressure “MAFIA-STYLED TACTICS” to force Governor Abbott to set a date for the “SPECIAL ELECTION” to take place in June 2025, but their efforts failed.

Carmen Maria Montiel has just as good a chance to win the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas as any other candidate running for the seat. Suppose Carmen Maria Montiel can build a similar coalition in the 18th Congressional District that President Donald J. Trump built, allying MAGA (Make America Great Again) with African American voters. In that case, she will definitely make the "RUNOFF ELECTION," and have a good shot at flipping the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas from "BLUE" to "RED" if she receives the financial support to run her own election integrity operation to make sure that members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" political regime don't try to gain an unfair advantage.

Menefee is Too Weak; The Harris County GOP Has a Strong Latina Female Who Can Ally MAGA Voters and Black Voters

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

These Negroe members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime who are trying to cram Christian Menefee down the throats of the “BLACK COMMUNITY” are making a serious tactical political blunder.

Listen! It is vitally crucial that political influencers and community stakeholders understand that the 18th Congressional District of Texas has nearly 800,000 residents and over 417,430 registered voters living within its boundaries. However, in Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s last Democratic Party Primary re-election bid on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, “SHE-JACK” only received 23,629 votes out of a possible 417,430 potential votes.

As for her Democratic opponent, Amanda Edwards, she only received 14,668 votes out of 417,430 potential votes.

The data does not lie. The 18th Congressional District of Texas does not belong to Black people anymore. The 18th is a majority Hispanic district poised and ready for change.

ABBOTT MADE THE RIGHT DECISION…

Governor Abbott’s decision not to place the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat on the upcoming Tuesday, May 3, 2025, “UNIFORM ELECTION” ballot was the correct decision in many regards.

Yesterday, Aubrey R. Taylor Communication received a text message confirming that there could be a new “FRONT-RUNNER” in the race for the coveted congressional seat once held by the honorable and distinguished Congresswoman Barbara Jordan, Congressman Mickey Leland, and Congressman Craig Washington.

Let the record reflect that the Harris County “GOP” may have found their “STEALTH CANDIDATE,” who, with the right strategy and financing, could flip the 18th Congressional District of Texas from “BLUE” to “RED” by entering the race, and splitting the large contingent of Democrats planning to run for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

With so many Democrats running for the seat, an inevitably low-voter turnout “RUNOFF RACE” in early December 2025 could significantly benefit a “GOP CANDIDATE” who possesses the ability to ally MAGA “Make American Great Again,” voters with open-minded African American voters who are sick, tired, and fed up with getting played for fools, and lied to by members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime which County Attorney Christian Menefee is in bed with.

While members of the “CULT-LIKE” political regime that worships Commissioner Rodney Ellis have unsuccessfully tried to position their choice, County Attorney Christian Menefee, as the “FRONT-RUNNER,” they don’t even realize that Menefee has a cowardly demeanor and disposition. And above being shifty-eyed, County Attorney Christian Menefee does not possess the ability to do anything of significance without Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulling his strings as Menefee prances, dances, skips, hops, jumps, shuffles his feet, and does the “WATUSI DANCE” to the beat of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s drum.

Menifee scratches where he doesn’t itch and laughs at matters that are not funny when beckoned to do so by the “PUPPET MASTER,” who possesses complete control over him.

If you’ve been paying attention, you may have noticed that the Menefee for Congress campaign is floundering and sputtering, and the “BIG DAWGS” on the Democratic side haven’t even taken their positions on the battlefield yet.

In my opinion, Christian Menefee is already running third behind former City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards and former “SHE-JACK” protégé Isaiah Martin, with Robert Slater and Dr. James Joseph nipping at his heels.

What good will Christian Menefee be in the treacherous Washington, D.C., political “SWAMP” without Commissioner Rodney Ellis by his side to hold his hand and tell him when it’s time for him to go to the restroom?

Every fool who votes for Christian Menefee will be casting their vote for Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who was/is a stockholder in Union Pacific Railroad, the very company believed to be responsible for those “CANCER CLUSTERS” in Fifth Ward – smack-dab in the heart of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Listen. When Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Congressman Sylvester Turner, and Christian Menefee held that press conference at 9:30 a.m., on February 10, 2025, pretending to be upset after learning of the Environmental Protection Agency’s findings of dioxin contamination at the Julia C. Hester House in Fifth Ward, these three charlatans were playing with the intelligence of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas – no joke!

The reason why nothing of significance is getting done for the people of Fifth Ward, where men, women, and children are dying of cancer-related illnesses, is because the “THREE STOOGES” Rodney Ellis, Sylvester Turner, and Christian Menefee, likened to Larry, Curley, and Moe, believe that the people of the 18th Congressional District are stupid, and can’t figure out their scheme.

While Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner were pretending to be fighting for the people of Fifth Ward, “ROTTEN RODNEY,” the “GRAND WIZARD” of their little “CULT-LIKE” political regime was busy purchasing Union Pacific Stock on the New York Stock Exchange, making himself a shareholder in the very company he claimed to be fighting against on behalf of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

As for Mayor Sylvester Turner, while he was pretending to be putting programs in place to relocate the families of residents living closest to the “CANCER CLUSTERS,” the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas were, for the most part, unaware that “SLY” was on the take. For the record, “SLY” was accepting campaign donations from the Union Pacific PAC, which is attached to the very company responsible for the dioxin contamination found present in the soil around the Julia C. Hester House, located at 2020 Solo Street in Houston, TX 77020.

ELLIS TAKES OVER THE JULIA C. HESTER HOUSE…

What most folks don’t understand is that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is a master manipulator and is very cunning and convincing.

“The Julia C. Hester House, the historic nonprofit at the heart of the Fifth Ward, will become a full-fledged Harris County-owned community center, following a decision by the board to donate all of the organization’s assets to Precinct 1,” stated an article published in the Houston Landing, December 11, 2024.

The Houston Landing reported, “The donation of more than $3.4 million and 4.7 acres of property will allow Harris County to begin funding the community center’s maintenance and operating costs while the organization’s leadership can focus solely on its programming schedule,” said Jeremy Brown, chairman of the nonprofit’s board of directors.

What the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas need to be made aware of is that former Judge Jeremy Brown, one of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “PUPPETS,” was positioned by Ellis as a local Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 1, before the Honorable Judge Wanda Adams unseated him during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary.

CARMEN MARIA MONTIEL TO THE RESCUE…

Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel has already proven that she has the Midas touch when playing ball in “SPECIAL ELECTIONS” in Harris County, Texas, during an off-year election cycle, like what lies ahead.

What’s unfolding, possibly on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in a “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, could heavily favor a “STEALTH GOP CANDIDATE” like Carmen Maria Montiel in a bayou filled with hungry Democratic fish.

For those of you who might not know her, Carmen María Montiel Ávila was born on December 19, 1964. She is a powerful local Real Estate Broker, a Venezuelan-American journalist, writer, activist, and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Venezuela in 1984. She also authored the 2020 memoir Stolen Identity: A Story of Love, Violence, and Liberation.

If you remember, last summer, Siegel and the Harris County Republican Party took their fight straight to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party in the HCAD races.

Cindy Siegel and her allies returned with a vengeance after getting the better of Mike Doyle in the HCAD races. They flexed their muscles on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the Presidential Election when they unseated Democrat “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” up and down the ballot.

As a refresher, Kathy Blueford Daniels barely got away with a slim victory using absentee mail ballots against GOP CANDIDATE Bill Frazer in ROUND ONE to claim the HCAD, Director, At-Large, Place 1, seat on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Remember, the At-Large, Place 1 race was a nonpartisan countywide race. Kathy Blueford-Daniels (Democrat) received 8,983 absentee mail ballots, and Bill R. Frazer (Republican) received 4,488.

During the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD,” Republican Bill R. Frazer closed ground considerably by receiving 9,049 early in-person votes, and Kathy Blueford-Daniels received 9,396 early in-person ballots.

On Election Day, Bill Frazier had more Republicans turn out for him. Still, because his Democratic opponent, Kathy Blueford-Daniels, had run up an early lead with absentee mail ballots, she held on for the win.

As a refresher, Kathy Blueford-Daniels ultimately won the HCAD, Director, At-Large, Place 1 race, receiving 27,661 votes, or 50.44%. Bill R. Frazer received 25,181 votes, or 45.92%, and Ramsey Isa Ankar received 1,999, or 3.65%.

After losing the race for the HCAD, Director, At-Large, Place 1, seat, Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel showed her grit and determination by launching an “ALL-OUT BLITZ” by allying her base of MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters, with a unique blend of “OPEN-MINDED” African American voters to capture both of the remaining two HCAD seats (Place 2 and Place 3), when the runoffs rolled around, on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Siegel and her MAGA (Make America Great Again) patriots propelled a local Black female pastor named Ericka McCrutcheon and Kyle Scott, a local entrepreneur, to commanding victories against their Democratic rivals.

Kyle Scott appealed to Harris County voters by running his campaign on a commitment to restore fiscal responsibility and economic sanity to the county and a stated promise to protect, inform, and Advocate for Harris County, Texas, taxpayers.

Anyways, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, in the Harris Central Appraisal District “RUNOFF RACES,” Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel and her alliance of MAGA “Make America Great Again” voters and open-minded “BLACK VOTERS” propelled Pastor Erica McCrutcheon (Republican) to a commanding victory over Pelumi Adeleke (Democrat), in the race for HCAD, Director, At-Large, Place 3, countywide race, by a commanding margin.

In the HCAD, Director, At-Large, Place 2, countywide race, Kyle Scott (Republican) defeated Melissa Noriega (Democrat) by a wide margin.

As a refresher, after Republicans began to question the discrepancy in “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” that played out in “ROUND ONE” when Kathy Blueford-Daniels (Democrat) received 8,983, and Bill R. Frazer (Republican) received 4,488, things flip-flopped in favor of the two Republican candidates in the Saturday, June 15, 2024, runoff races for the Position 2, and Position 3, seats.

OTHER REPUBLICANS SHOULD STAND DOWN…

The local Harris County Texas “GOP” may have found their “STEALTH GOP” candidate who can make “THE RUNOFF” and possibly flip the historic Democratic stronghold from “BLUE” to “RED” in what may turn out to be one of the most intriguing congressional races in American history, when the race for the seat gets decided, as the ballot box.

President Donald J. Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson are grappling with a razor-thin margin in the 119th Congress, which began in January 2025 and will end in January 2027, and need Governor Abbott to man up and resist the “STRONG-ARM TACTICS” that members of Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime are trying to use to intimidate him.

The members of the “CULT-LIKE” political regime that Commissioner Rodney Ellis is serving as the “GRAND WIZARD” of have no idea that Democrats will only be playing for one position once Carmen Maria Montiel, a solid MAGA “Make America Great Again,” patriot enters the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas.

As of today (Monday, April 7, 2025), there’s only (1) one Republican, (8) eight Democrats, and (2) two Independent candidates who have filed their “STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY” with the Federal Election Commission, thus far.

Amanda Edwards (Democrat), Cyrus Sanjna (Republican), Isaiah Martin (Democrat), Khristopher W. Beal (Independent), Robert Slater (Democrat), Derrell Sherrod Turner (Independent), Christian D. Menefee (Democrat), James Joseph (Democrat), Kivan Polimis (Democrat), Earnest Clayton (Democrat), and Selena Samuel plan to run as Democrats.

STATE OF THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS…

Today (Monday, April 7, 2025), there are (220) Republican Members serving in the 119th United States Congress, (213) Democrat Members serving in the 119th United States Congress, and only two vacancies – or open seats, exist at this time.

In case you’re wondering, Republicans flipped the United States Senate during the 2024 Presidential Election and now enjoy a 53-47 Republican majority, which means that the Trump Administration doesn’t have any problems with getting their agenda items and legislation passed in the United States House, before getting sent to the United States Senate, which makes the upcoming “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the vacant 18th Congressional District a significant concern for President Trump, and House Speaker Mike Johnson.

THE FIGHT WILL BE NASTY AND FIERCE…

Elected officials who don’t understand what’s been going on with Commissioner Rodney Ellis, the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, and the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee should keep their mouths shut and stay out of the “FAMILY BUSINESS” that’s about to unfold in the fight for the “HEART AND SOUL” of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

ABBOTT MADE THE RIGHT DECISION…

Governor Abbott made the right decision by not scheduling the “SPECIAL ELECTION” to appear on the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, “UNIFORM ELECTION” ballot.

If Governor Abbott had scheduled the election for May 3, 2025, he would have given County Attorney Christian Menefee, one of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “PUPPETS,” an unfair advantage over other potential “TOP-TIER” candidates who are still contemplating entering the race for the coveted 18th Congressional District seat.

If you remember, while other distinguished candidates were mourning and grieving the death of the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, our lowdown, dirty, manipulative, scumbag, “PUPPET ON A STRING,” County Attorney Christian Menefee attended the Saturday, March 15, 2025, funeral for “SLY” with an “ULTERIOR MOTIVE” as other local potential candidates were paying their respects to their beloved friend – who was getting laid to rest.

While the grave keepers were pouring the dirt over Congressman Sylvester Turner’s casket, Christian Menefee was plotting one of the most inconsiderate, insensitive political maneuvers I’ve witnessed in my over three decades of covering local politics.

UNDERHANDED POLITICAL MANEUVER…

A short time after the last morsel of dirt got raked over the grave of the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, members of Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime immediately kicked into gear to get a jump start on the other “POTENTIAL CANDIDATES” who still had tears in their eyes. They pondered their fond memories and special bond with their fallen comrade – but not Christian Menefee, who showed his true colors.

County Attorney Christian Menefee and other members of Ellis’s “CULT-LIKE” political regime had to have been plotting, scheming, planning, and strategizing from the very day Mayor Sylvester Turner was announced to have died to pull off what they accomplished on the day of Menefee’s announcement that he was running for Congress on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Firstly, there’s no way his “ENDORSMENT LIST” was pulled together in one day. And suppose you look at Christian Menefee’s endorsements. In that case, the list appears to be more like a group of people who owe favors to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis than public servants who believe that Christian Menefee is the right choice.

Why would a public servant who truly cares about the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas endorse Christian Menefee when they didn’t know who else would enter the race? Why? Does that make any sense?

And how did Christian Menefee’s campaign coordinate all of the media coverage he received on Monday, March 17, 2025—which takes time to organize?

Remember, the announcement that County Attorney Christian Menefee was running for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas broke in publications as far away as New York almost simultaneously on Monday, March 17, 2025.

The New York Times, the Texas Tribune, the Houston Chronicle, KHOU Channel 11, KTRK Channel 13, KPRC Channel 2, FOX 26, Houston, Spectrum News, Houston Public Media, the Houston Landing, Yahoo News, Community Impact, Houston Style Magazine, CW39 Houston, Reddit, the Texas Scorecard, MSN, and the Houston Press, were all on top of Christian Menefee’s announcement, with coordination and precision.

Who organized that announcement effort? When was it coordinated? How was it pulled together? Who made the phone calls to develop the “ENDORSMENT LIST” and prepared it and made it ready for release?

When you get right down to it, Governor Abbott read right through their “POLITICAL MANEUVER.” He foiled the plan of the “CULT-LIKE” political regime that’s trying to ramrod “COWARD A$$” Christian Menefee down the throats of the hardworking people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

WE MUST RETURN POWER TO THE PEOPLE…

What Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, and Commissioner Rodney Ellis have created is a “THIRD WARD CLIQUE” of selfish, egotistical, arrogant, self-absorbed, “BOOJIE A$$ NEGROS” who are “SELF-A-CRATS” not community-minded Democrats, worthy of any honor, or accolades.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is not a mini-god, and people have no business bowing down and worshipping this coward and treating him like he’s a supreme being.

If the late Congressman/Mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Christian Menefee cared about Democrats in general, and “BLACK FOLKS” in particular, these “THREE STOOGES” would have done more over the years to support the Democratic Party.

SHEILA JACKSON LEE WAS A SELL-OUT…

The people of the 18th Congressional District had better wake up and realize that Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his “CULT-LIKE” political regime are the bandits behind what’s unfolding with their Congressional Representative right now.

What’s unfolding in the 18th Congressional District could have been avoided if Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Sylvester Turner, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee had been open and honest about the health conditions of “SHE-JACK” and “SLY” instead of playing the “BLACK COMMUNITY” for fools as they’ve done for over three decades.

The late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was a “SELL-OUT” who allowed herself to be prostituted by Ken Lay, the late disgraced CEO of the failed ENRON Corporation.

When I refer to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee getting prostituted by Ken Lay, the CEO of ENRON, and his white male buddies, I’m not talking about her walking up and down the streets in Third Ward, Fourth Ward, Fifth Ward, Acres Homes, Sunnyside, South Park, Pleasantville, Settegast, Kashmere Gardens, Greenspoint, Aldine, or Humble, selling her BOOTY.

What Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee sold was her dignity and self-respect, and she proved to anyone who was paying attention that she was a “SELL-OUT” when she allowed those “WHITE MEN” to recruit her to take out Congressman Craig Washington back in 1994.

If you remember, when the widespread internal fraud and accounting scandal that brought down ENRON came to light, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Sylvester Turner sat by silently as ENRO Corporation employees were losing their entire livelihoods.

THESE LOWDOWN DIRTY DAWGS…

William-Paul Thomas was dirty long before he pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges while serving as former Mayor Sylvester Turner’s right-hand man. According to “THE LAWSUIT,” William-Paul Thomas left a message that stated, “Oh, Mr. Pappas, this is William Paul-Thomas, Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Office. I wanted to visit you regarding the upcoming airport concession at Hobby Airport. Um, I had a great meeting with a couple of folks, and I will share some of our thoughts with you going forward.”

If you pay close attention, William-Paul Thomas stated, “Um, I had a great meeting with a couple of folks.” Who do you think he was talking about? Mayor Sylvester Turner – maybe?

In case you don’t know, William-Paul Thomas was dirty when he served as the Houston Bureau Chief of the Rainbow/Push Coalition.

Do you remember the Enron scandal that rocked America in 2002, when Rev. Jesse Jackson came to Houston to pray and lay hands on Ken Lay, the former CEO at Enron’s corporate headquarters? Members of the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” political regime were all over that.

William-Paul Thomas was right by Rev. Jesse Jackson’s side. However, a short time afterward, William-Paul Thomas had some issues I will discuss later.

For now, you need to know that Rev. Jesse Jackson and William-Paul Thomas had a falling out, and his relationship with Rev. Jesse Jackson and the Rainbow/Push Coalition ended on very nasty terms.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis was in the state senate then and stepped in to save William-Paul Thomas from the wrath of the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

After saving William-Paul Thomas from getting his butt kicked by the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and other members of the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” political regime began to coddle and protect William-Paul Thomas.

William-Payl Thomas went on to work for former Houston Mayor Annise Parker, former Houston Mayor Bill White, and former Mayor Sylvester Turner.

CARMEN IS READY, WILLING, AND ABLE…

With Carmen Maria Montiel planning to enter the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, it would be a bright idea for “THE GOP” establishment to form an alliance around her candidacy and give her the financial and other resources she needs to run a competitive race. That said, other “GOP CANDIDATES” should consider standing down and helping this “STEALTH GOP CANDIDATE” ally MAGA “Make America Great Again, “ patriots and open-minded African American voters who are sick and tired of members of the “CULT-LIKE” political regime, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, has assembled to push the candidacy of his “PUPPET” County Attorney Christian Menefee, down the throats of the people.

The names of several bonified potential contenders have been circulating through back channels in Harris County, Texas, as potential entrants into the “SPECIAL ELECTION” race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, which is continuing to grow.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, State Rep. Jolanda Jones, State Rep. Christina Morales, Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, NAACP President Bishop James Dixon, Community Activist Travis McGee, former HISD School Teacher Larry McKinzie, Businessman Julian Antonio Martinez, former State Rep. Candidate Angeanette “Angie” Thibodeaux, Former State Rep. Shawn Thierry, TSU Board Regent Dr. Richard Johnson, Community Activist Deric Muhammad, Former 18th Congressional District Candidate Carmen Maria Montiel, Former 18th Congressional District Candidate Wendell Champion, are all bonified contenders, should they enter the race.

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the late Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner were not forthcoming with the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas when they held their February 10, 2025, press conference at the Julia C. Hester House in Fifth Ward. Commissioner Ellis failed to disclose to the press that he is/was a Union Pacific Railroad shareholder, as he pretended to be concerned about the health and welfare of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Former Mayor/Congressman Sylvester Turner did not disclose to the media that he had accepted campaign donations from the Union Pacific Railroad PAC. At the same time, he continued to fight for the people being forced to live inside those "CANCER CLUSTERS" in the Fifth Ward neighborhood.

- ELLIS PUPPETS -

Some of the public officials you see listed on County Attorney Christian Menefee's "ENDORSEMENT LIST" have absolutely no idea that they've attached themselves and their public offices to an "UNGODLY REGIME" of political renegades and Ellis-worshipers who have lied, connived, misled, misused, abused, and betrayed the trust of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. However, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones, Harris County Constable James "Smokie" Phillips, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter) are "ELLIS PUPPETS" who are keenly aware of what they're doing.

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is the worst form of a man you will run across in politics. Christian Menefee is so indebted to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that he possibly asks "THE PUPPET MASTER" for permission to go to the restroom. If elected to serve as the U.S. Represenative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, Christian Menefee will be little more than a "PUPPET" who must jump, skip, hop, bend over, shuffle his feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever his strings are pulled by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. The hardworking people of the 18th Congressional District must resist the temptation to send any candidate endorsed by Commissioner Rodney Ellis to Washington, D.C., to fight for their interest. After all, while Commissioner Rodney Ellis was pretending to be fighting for the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, he failed to tell the people that he was a Union Pacific Railroad stockholder.

On 5/06/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 13 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $3,171.00 using money donated to his campaign.

On 2/06/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 35 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $8,741.00 using money donated to his campaign.

On 2/01/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 23 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $5,660.00 using money donated to his campaign.

City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins appears to have sold his soul to the "CULT-LIKE" political regime Commissioner Rodney Ellis has inducted him into. If you remember, Hollins was serving in a finance position with the Texas Democratic Party back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle before he was tapped by "THE PUPPET MASTER" Commissioner Rodney Ellis to serve as the interim Harris County Clerk after the Honorable Dr. Diane Trautman was pressured to send out hundreds of thousands of unsolicited absentee mail ballots and refused. You might also remember that Chris Hollins was in the 2023 City of Houston Mayor's race before he stepped aside to make way for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to enter the race and have complete action at the Black vote. Now, as the City of Houston finds itself amid a $350 million budget crisis, City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins is more concerned about having a downtown street (Bagby) named after former Mayor Sylvester Turner, who may ultimately be remembered as one of the most corrupt Mayors in American history. Commissioner Rodney Ellis has a firm grip on City Controller Chris Hollins's strings.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has been under the spell of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis since she defeated Harris County Judge Ed Emmett during the 2018 Midterm Election. It is unclear why Lina Hidalgo is still dancing to the beat of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drum when she, Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Commissioner Lesley Briones have more collective power than the "PUPPET MASTER" has these days. Even still, County Judge Hidalgo remains a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Lina even blindly endorsed Christian Menefee in the race for Congress even though Congressman Sylvester Turner wasn't even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025, before Menefee launched his campaign. Suppose you've been paying attention to Commissioners Court. In that case, you should have noticed that County Judge Lina Hidalto occasionally hops, skips, jumps, bends over, shuffles her feet, and does the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones has been loyal to Commissioner Rodney Ellis for years. If you remember, Lesley Briones is the puppet used to replace former Judge William "Bill" McLeod after he mistakingly resigned from his Harris County Civil District Court at Law #1 bench in 2019, two months after he was elected. Briones is also the puppet used to replace Commissioner R. Jack "Cactus Jack" Cagle, after County Commissioners redrew the Precinct 3 boundaries to favor Lesley Briones. It's no wonder Commissioner Lesley Briones blindly endorsed Christian Menefee in the race for Congress even though Congressman Sylvester Turner wasn't even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025, before Menefee launched his campaign. Suppose you've been paying attention to Commissioners Court. In that case, you may have already noticed that County Commissioner Lesly Briones occasionally hops, skips, jumps, bends over, shuffles her feet, and does the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Former Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter only served in the United States Congress for two months. However, she has worked inside Commissioner Rodney Ellis's office as his senior policy advisor since August 2020. Erica Lee Carter is a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Erica was chosen to serve as the campaign chairman for Christian Menefee for Congress before the late Congressman Sylvester Turner was even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025. And she accepted the designation without even knowing which other Democrats would pursue the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, which proves that she is blindly following the sound of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drumbeat. If you pay close attention to Erica Lee Carter, you will notice that she will hop, skip, jump, bend over, shuffle her feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Constable James "Smokie" Phillips serves as the Precinct 7 Constable in Harris County, Texas. Constable Phillips is a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Smokie was listed as one of  Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee's endorsers in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" to fill the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat before the late Congressman Sylvester Turner was even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025. And he did so without even knowing which other Democrats would pursue the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, which proves that he is blindly following the sound of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drumbeat. If you pay close attention to Constable Phillips, you will notice that he will hop, skip, jump, bend over, shuffle his feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on his strings.

County Judge Lina Hidalgo was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 11/02/2022. Still, when those African American Judges were sued by their Republican opponents, Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not do anything significant to help his fellow African Americans even though he had over $6 million in the bank.

Commissioner Lesley Briones was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 10/06/2022. Has Commissioner Rodney Ellis done anything of that magnitude for any African American male or female judge in Harris County, Texas?

Commissioner Rodney Ellis has $6,414,367.00 in his campaign bank account, more than all of the sitting incumbent "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" combined. However, the incumbent Democratic Judges are called upon to give the lion's share of the money donated to the Harris County Democratic Party. During the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, while more than a few Democratic Judges donated upwards of $50,000.00 to the Harris County Democratic Party out of their hard-earned campaign money, Commissioner Ellis only gave about $6,500.00 to the HCDP, which was nothing for a man with more than $6 million in his campaign account. (CLICK HERE) Please take a moment to view Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Finance Report.

Judge Erica Hughes, Judge LaShawn A. Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch have become distinguished judiciary members in Harris County, Texas. Aubrey R. Taylor Communications is proud of them and wishes them the best in future elections. In the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, there will be (26) African American Democratic incumbent judges seeking re-election. Of the twenty-six, only two of them are males. If you scroll down this report, you will see that many of the "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" below don't have any money inside their "CAMPAIGN BANK ACCOUNTS," which paints a bleak picture for these African Americans and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis selfishly stockpiles his $6,414,367.00, and helps women from other ethnic groups over come their financial challenges.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Democratic Congresswoman from the 14th Congressional District in New York, would make a great young team if Reynolds pursued the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas. Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez is only 35 years old, and State Rep. Reynolds is only 51 years old. Community icon Charles Stamps, the founder of the MLK Grande Parad,e believes that State Rep. Ron Reynolds would make the runoff and face off against former City of Houston At-Large Councilwoman Amanda Edwards. Should State Rep. Reynolds not pursue the seat, Charles Stamps believes that Edwards could win the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. "I'm proud to stand with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in her discontent with Minority Leader Chuch Schumer. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez should primary Schumer in the next election. Congresswoman AOC is a POWERFUL progressive leader FIGHTING in Congress and speaking TRUTH to power! Thanks for standing up to Trump and weak democrats too," stated State Rep. Reynolds in a recent FACEBOOK post.

Regarding power and influence, in Houston, Texas, Kieth "MR. D-MARS Davis, Sr., is the man. For well over 20 years, "MR. D-MARS" has dominated the Houston region with his D-Mars Business Journal, as the President and CEO of Vaskey Media Group, Inc., "MR. D-MARS" has spearheaded campaigns from many local and national brands, local businesses, and politicians. State Rep. Ron Reynolds and "MR. D-MARS" have been friends and allies long before State Rep. Reynolds was elected as the first African American State Representative since the Reconstruction era to get elected in Fort Bend County, Texas.

United States Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) is 55, and State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds is 51, which means State Rep. Reynolds is young enough to build a lasting legacy if he decides to run for the United States Congress in the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. You must remember that State Rep. Reynolds is highly respected by Democrats on the local and national political stages.

There's no question about it, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (left) has emerged and positioned herself as one of the strongest female voices in national politics. At 43, Congresswoman Crockett is tirelessly challenging Democrats to stand up and be strong and courageous. Having a fearless leader like State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) by her side in Washington, D.C., would make things much more serious. However, a United States Army Veteran named Sholdon Daniels (a Republican), has announced on Fox News Digital that he's challenging Congresswoman Crockett for her 30th Congressional District seat in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

Hands down, at 55 years old, famed Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump (left) is considered one of the top voices in America. When Benjamin Lloyd Crump speaks, America listens. Crump is a lawyer of justice and fairness. And as it relates to State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right), at 51 years old, his future has never been brighter as his life story has become more of a testament to God's grace and faithfulness as State Rep. Reynolds expands his wings well beyond Fort Bend County.

Former Prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, the president and CEO of E&E Construction, is one of the best-kept secrets in Harris County, Texas. Carr's popularity and influence on the northeast side of Houston, Texas, could be invaluable for a candidate to win the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Carr's strong brotherly bond with State Rep. Reynolds could be an essential driving factor in Reynolds's success should he decide to pursue the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat.

When caring about Houston, Texas matters, you would be hard-pressed to go out and find a more vigorous advocate for the people of Houston than 44-year-old "Trae tha Truth," pictured above with State Rep. Ron Reynolds, 51, a rising star on the national political scene. Born Frazier Othel Thompson III, "Trae tha Truth," knows a thing or two about leadership because whenever there's someone in need, he's been ready and willing to answer the call to service.

According to the most recent U.S. Census, "The 5 largest ethnic groups in Congressional District 18, TX are Black or African American (Non-Hispanic) (31.4%), White (Hispanic) (17.8%), White (Non-Hispanic) (16.7%), Two+ (Hispanic) (12.8%), and Other (Hispanic) (12.7%).

43.3% of the households in Congressional District 18, Texas, reported speaking non-English at home as their primary shared language. This does not consider the potential multi-lingual nature of households; it only considers the primary self-reported language spoken by all household members.

Sylvester Turner (Democrat) received 151,834 votes, for 69.42% of the vote. His Republican opponent received 66,810 votes, for 30.55% of the vote. A bonified "STEALTH CANDIDATE" like former State Rep. Shawn Thierry could legitimately receive over 100,000 votes in a race for the 18th Congressional District if she were to marry a strong base of MAGA, "Make America Great Again," patriots with African American voters who are sick and tired of being played for fools by the "ELLIS/TURNER/LEE" political regime members.

Former State Representative Jarvis Johnson, State Representative Ron Reynolds, State Representative Jolanda Jones, State Representative Christina Morales, Former State Representative Shawn Thierry, NAACP-Houston President Bishop James Dixon, Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, Former Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter, Former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards, Former Candidate for State Rep. Angeanette "Angie" Thibodeaux, Community Activist Travis McGee, Community Actist Deric Muhammad, TSU Board Regent Dr. Richard Johnson, and former prizefighter turned Businessman Eric Carr, could make up a star-studded field of contenders.

Whenever Governor Greg Abbott calls the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District, you will see a low voter turnout like what you would see in a primary race. And if there are (10) or (15) Democratic candidates running in the race, you will see a situation where the Democratic vote will be splintered. If you look at the "TOTAL" above, what you see is that only 23,629 Democrats turned out to vote for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and only 14,668 Democrats turned out for Amanda Edwards last year when they faced off.

66,810 votes were received by Lana Centonze (Republican) in the 2024 Presidential Election race for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s successor, Sylvester Turner.

58,033 votes were received by Wendell Champion (Republican) in the 2020 Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

48,306 votes were received by Lori Bartley (Republican) in the 2016 presidential election for the 18th Congressional District, which was run against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

47,835 votes were received by Maria Dunn (Republican) in the 2024 “UNEXPIRED TERM” Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter Erica Lee.

44,015 votes were received by Sean Seibert (Republican) in the 2012 presidential election for the 18th Congressional District, which was run against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

40,941 votes were received by Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican) in the 2022 Midterm Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

38,368 votes were received by Ava Pate (Republican) in the 2018 Midterm Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

21,257 votes were received by Kevin O. Dural (Republican) in the 2024 “UNEXPIRED TERM” Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter Erica Lee.
