Dead Bodies Floating in Houston Bayous Is Not a Coincidence; Politics in Harris County, Has A Dirty Underbelly


Commissioner Rodney Ellis is the boss of the Harris County Medical Examiner. Remember, while serving as the Harris County District Attorney, Kim Ogg used her office to protect, shield, and cover the dirty deeds of several "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS." Kim Ogg also purchased endorsements from Carroll Robinson and Antron D. Johnson, who were running the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, while allowing Terrence Shanks and Darnella Wilkerson to run their "MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION" out of the Harris County Chapter of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. For the record, the Harris County Chapter of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats operated illegally during every political cycle between 2014 and 2022, according to state records. Pastor Max Miller, who served as president and treasurer of The Baptist Ministers' Association of Houston & Vicinity, collected hundreds of thousands of dollars from candidates from both sides of the political aisle and did not disclose where the money was dispersed after he received it.

Harold Dutton, Jr. (Democrat), claimed that he does not remember why he fired his now-dead chief of staff Tamoria Jones, in a 'propaganda piece' that was published in the Houston Chronicle yesterday (Thursday, July 6, 2023), at 4:44 p.m. and titled, 'Everyone felt like they meant something to Tamoria': Texas Capital mourns death of Houston staffer." For the record, this particular article goes to great lengths to paint a picture of the now-deceased Tamoria Jones as someone worthy of being buried beside governors, senators, legislators, congressmen, judges, and other legendary Texans who have made significant contributions to the great state of Texas, but this 'mischaracterization' of who Tamoria Jones, was in real life, is very concerning, and raises some serious questions, in the spirit of public interest, and the public's right to know. Now, if you look below, you will see that Tamoria RaShon Jones, the now-dead chief of staff for State Rep. Harold Dutton, also listed the same address as her residence. Tamoria Rashon Jones, who is now dead, listed her home residence as 4001 Jewett Street, Houston, Texas 77026, on her current "VOTER REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE," which is on file with the Harris County Elections Administrator. If you look at the document below, you will see that her home residence is the same as her boss's (State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr.) home address.

For the record, this court document proves that attorney State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., was hired by Tamoria Jones, and signed on as her "ATTORNEY OF RECORD" in her DWI case (CAUSE #1828025), back on (5/30/2012), Wednesday, May 30, 2012. You can "CLICK HERE" to view the document for yourself.


For the record, the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" you see above, is proof that attorney State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., was still acting as the "ATTORNEY OF RECORD" for his 'alleged' lover on (3/2/2013), Saturday, March 2, 2013, which was five months after she went to work as his chief of staff on (10/2/2012), at the State Capital in Austin, Texas, and only 8 months after she listed his home as her place of residence on (8/31/2012), Friday, August 31, 2012, after she had hired him to act as her attorney in her DWI case. Darnella Wilkerson is active in the "MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME" uncovered in Harris County, Texas. According to the Texas Ethics Commission, "Only three deposits were ever made to the 39 accounts, the personal savings account held in Wilkerson’s name. Three contribution checks from candidates were made out to TCBD-HC or “Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Hou[ston].” A $1,250 check was also drawn on TCBD-HC’s main account, and a $25 cash deposit that matched a $25 cash withdrawal from TCBD-HC’s main account made the same day. All of these deposits were made on February 20 and 21, 2020. The following day, February 22, 2020, Wilkerson withdrew the entire contents of the account, $2,775, and closed the account. Also, on February 22, 2020, Wilkerson deposited an identical amount of cash, $2,775, in the 98 account. A duplicate copy of the withdrawal slip, which removed the cash from the 39 account, can be found in the records for the 98 account, attached to a deposit slip for the same amount, $2,775.

"CRIMINAL ACTIVITY."

No document in the record clarifies why Wilkerson deposited several thousand dollars into a personal savings account, immediately withdrew the entire amount in cash, and then deposited the funds into the main AAC account. However, the fact that the 39 account is in Wilkerson’s name as a personal account formally unattached with the other two accounts and that Shanks and Wilkerson opted to withdraw the funds from the 39 account in cash rather than effecting the transfer by more convenient means suggests that Shanks and Wilkerson wished to conceal the source of the funds. The memo lines on the checks, which read “[e]ndorsed candidate GOTV,” “slate card,” and “[p]oll working for [e]lection,” suggest that the payments were in nature political contributions to TCBD-HC. Public knowledge that TCBD-HC had accepted political contributions from AAC might have compelled TCBD-HC to file a campaign treasurer appointment, as Section 253.031 of the Election Code prohibits political committees from accepting political contributions or making political expenditures exceeding a certain threshold without having a campaign treasurer appointment on file, a threshold that these contributions exceeded. You can "CLICK HERE" to see how Carroll's minions have been running their "MONEY LAUNDERING" and "ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME" while Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has supported the illegal PAC and benefited from their illicit activities.

Our investigative team discovered well over $120,000 that vanished from their bank account without a trace. Terrence Shanks stepped down as president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) after being hit with a $27,500 fine by the Texas Ethics Commission. Terrence Shanks, Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson are as dirty as they come as well.

For the record, Terrance Shanks and Darnella Wilkerson, according to the Texas Ethics Commission, were "LAUNDERING MONEY" and running an "ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME" that local officials were playing a role in supporting. "SELLING ENDORSEMENTS."

 TCBD-HC’s activity presents a particular cause for public concern because it appears from TCBD-HC’s 2020 endorsement slate and banking records that TCBD-HC may be “selling” its endorsements in exchange for financial contributions. TCBD-HC has avoided a potentially unpleasant public inquiry on this unsavory topic by evading its reporting obligations. "VIVIAN KING."

If you look closely at Vivian King’s campaign finance reports, you will quickly realize she is not respected or regarded by her fellow lawyers or law firms in Harris County, Texas.

Don’t be fooled by her success in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary and runoff. This woman is bad news for anyone who crosses her path. Vivian King is not a strong candidate. She managed to garner 23,948 votes and outdo Gemayel Haynes, but ultimately lost.

Yep. Vivian King somehow managed to fool 73,870 Democratic Party Primary voters into voting for her over Roderick Rogers and Gemayel Haynes on “SUPER TUESDAY” in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas – but that’s because she’s a master manipulator.


“NOBODY LIKES VIVIAN.”

Not one upstanding law firm or lawyer has donated any money to Vivian King’s bid to unseat Judge Aaron Burdette in the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, race for the 486th Criminal District Court bench in Harris County, Texas.

The first donor to Vivian King’s judicial campaign was David Mitcham, the first assistant inside the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. In Harris County, David Mitcham decides who gets prosecuted and who does not.

I’ve always viewed David Mitcham as a straight shooter and held him in high regard. However, I’m not sure these days. I never realized he was so tight with Vivian King, whom I despise.

Mitcham’s name was not listed correctly on Vivian King’s campaign finance report dated January 16, 2024. However, on November 6, 2023, someone listed as David Mitchma donated $1,000.00 to Vivian King’s campaign.

On 1/29/2024, David Mitcham gave Vivian King’s campaign $1,000.00, and on 2/20/2024, someone named David Mitchma donated to Vivian King’s campaign. I’m assuming that David Micham and David Mitchma are the same person. Still, this time, the donor was listed as a lawyer residing in Harris County, Texas, and not as the first assistant employed by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

On 2/12/2024, C.O. Bradford donated $1,000.00 to Vivian King’s campaign. Still, Vivian’s campaign listed C.O. Bradford on her campaign finance report dated February 27, 2024, as a self-employed lawyer, not in his official capacity as a special prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

On 4/03/2024, C.O. Bradford donated $500.00 to Vivian King’s campaign. He was listed as a self-employed lawyer, not as a Special Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Liaison with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

If you remember, on March 22, 2019, C.O. Bradford, the former HPD Police Chief and Houston City Councilman, took the oath of office at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as a Special Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Liaison. C.O. Bradford held a sworn position with full prosecutorial authority. In short, C.O. Bradford and Vivian King have a lot of power right now in their official capacities with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.


“THE PROSECUTORS.”

Whether David Mitcham, C.O. Bradford, or Vivian King likes me is beside the point. Prosecutors cannot bring criminal charges against citizens or political rivals in bad faith, and courts throughout America frown upon such retaliatory actions.

Remember, David Mitcham is the supervising attorney over every prosecutor representing the State of Texas in every State Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas. Mitcham, whom I respect, oversees the 16 Harris County Justice of the Peace Courts and the 16 Harris County Criminal Courts at Law.

David Mitcham also oversees the 23 State Criminal District Courts, making him one of the most powerful men in Harris County, Texas.


“VIVIAN IS ROTTEN.”

Over the past few years, I have closely monitored Vivian King, the former chief of staff to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. And based on my observation, Vivian King is a rotten old lady who is very envious of many of the much younger and prettier sitting African American Judges.

On top of being envious of the members of “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” and other African American female judges elected to local benches since the 2018 Midterm Election, Vivian King is also a low-down, dirty woman who appears to hate African American men as well.

Now classified as a senior citizen, Vivian King can’t keep a man. She hastily married former professional prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, nearly 20 years younger than her, and then (according to Carr) abused and mistreated Carr in drunken stupors and angry rants.

In short, Vivian King, the former chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is a lying, conniving snake in the grass. On top of being “A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR,” this mean, nasty, vindictive woman has managed to squirm her way into being positioned one step away from becoming the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas, back in 2024.

That said, this corrupt piece of crap-of-a-woman should not be confused with the other Honorable “AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALES” who will be present on the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election ballot in Harris County, Texas.

I recently read a story on Houston Watch entitled, “Email Shows Ogg Chief Using County Resources to Aid Private Org Facing Audit.”

This article talks about how Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, used her official email and signature symbol while on the taxpayers’ dime to help Crime Stoppers stonewall the investigation into its finances.

To make matters worse, on Friday, June 10, 2022, when Vivian King intervened in the “CRIME STOPPERS” matter, she was serving on the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers while simultaneously working in the District Attorney’s Office as Kim Ogg’s chief of staff.

Talk about a severe conflict of interest.

Besides intervening in the Crime Stoppers matter, Vivian King’s ex-husband (Eric Carr) informed me that Gerald Womack called upon her (Vivian King) to intervene in issues officially as District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff during their marriage.

Carr also willingly allowed me to view video evidence of Vivian King verbally and physically abusing him inside their home. I was also allowed to listen to audio recordings of Vivian King acting in a manner that’s unbecoming of a member of the judiciary.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, for some strange reason, decided to give Pastor Terrance Hall, a longtime political player, a contract to install "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" at the homes of senior citizens one week (to the day) before the start of "EARLY VOTING," where her chief of staff, Vivian King was on the ballot running for District Judge, for the 486th Criminal District Court. It is believed that Vivian King signed off on the check handed over to Terrance Hall for the installation of the cameras. However, how many "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" have been installed at senior citizens' homes is unclear. Vivian King, in her quest to become a judge, elicited the help of the "DALLAS JONES TRIBE" but appears to have attempted to conceal her connection to the "GERALD WOMACK TRIBE" during the 2024 Presidential Election.




Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. Vivian King was the most corrupt candidate running for a judicial bench on the entire ballot and rightfully got her tail kicked at the ballot box.



Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg gave "POLITICAL OPERATIVE" Pastor Terrance Hall a contract to go out and install "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" at the home of senior citizens on Monday, October 14, 2024, which was one week before the start of "EARLY VOTING," which began on Monday, October 21, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. It is unclear at this time if the taxpayer money paid to Pastor Terrance Hall was for installing the safety devices or to use his influence to help DA Ogg's chief of staff, Vivian King, win her bid to become the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.



On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, which was only two days before "EARLY VOTING" ended on Friday, November 1, 2024, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg made Pastor Terrance Hall one of her "COMMUNITY PARTNERS" by giving him a special award in a ceremony she held. Why did the Harris County District Attorney's Office spend so much time promoting Pastor Terrance Hall during the "EARLY VOTING" period? 



Vivian King (left) grew extremely desperate during the 2024 Presidential Election because time was running out for her, as far as her dream of becoming a District Court Judge is concerned. With this in mind, Vivian King turned to "NOTORIOUS BALLOT HARVESTERS," who are top lieutenants for Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, and Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., to work their magic. Evelyn Dupree (top center) is a top lieutenant in the "DALLAS JONES TRIBE,"  and Gloria Palmer is a top lieutenant in the "GERALD WOMACK TRIBE," according to sources. (CLICK HERE) Gloria Palmer was hired by Gerald Womack to harvest mail ballots for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for decades.

“THE JONES TRIBE.”

Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., is a well-known player in the “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING” game in the Black Community. Over the years, Dallas Jones has relied heavily on Evelynn Dupree to do his dirty work. Evelyn Dupree’s “BALLOT HARVESTING RING” operates primarily in the 9th and 18th Congressional Districts.

Evelynn Dupree has a network called “THE DREAM TEAM,” a band of old women who’ve dominated local political contests in Harris County, Texas, for decades under Dallas Jones.

“THE WOMACK TRIBE.”

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, has been the go-to guy for “DIRTY POLITICIANS” looking to gain an advantage over their opponents by using illegally harvested “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” in Municipal Elections, Midterm Elections, and Presidential Elections.

Gloria Palmer is Gerald Womack’s “BALLOT HARVESTER OF CHOICE,” so Vivian King and several other “BLACK FEMALE JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” turned to Gloria Palmer to work their campaigns.

If you remember, Gloria Palmer is the criminal who stole the identities of “DEAD VOTERS” and requested “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” and forged their signatures on them during the 2020 Presidential campaign while working for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign.

While some “DIRTY POLITICIANS,” like Vivian King, will try to paint Gerald Womack as an upstanding senior citizen, he’s anything but upstanding.

“THE 2024 SCHEME.”

Vivian King tried to conceal her connection to Gerald Womack’s “TOP LIEUTENANT,” Gloria Palmer, by listing her name as “GLORIA BLAKE” on her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” during the 2024 Presidential Election as she ran for the 486th Criminal District Court.

Vivian’s scheme threw my team off because my investigator was looking for “GLORIA PALMER” and not “GLORIA BLAKE” in their searches.

So, from what we’ve gathered, Vivian King and several other “BLACK FEMALE JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” banded together and formed an alliance aimed at relying on “GLORIA PALMER AND EVELYN DUPREE” to help them secure their victories – but their scheme failed.

“VIVIAN’S PAYOUT.”

10/25/2024 – Vivian King paid $5,320.00 to a woman she called “GLORIA BLAKE” on her campaign finance report. This woman is “GLORIA PALMER,” the top lieutenant in Gerald Womack’s illegal ballot harvesting operation.

10/25/2024 – Vivian King paid $200.02 to “EVELYN DUPREE,” a notorious alleged “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER,” whom Dallas Jones has relied upon for decades to do his dirty work.

10/21/2024 – Vivian King paid $2,467.00 to “EVELYN DUPREE,” a notorious alleged “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER,” whom Dallas Jones has relied upon for decades to do his dirty work.

10/16/2024 – Vivian King paid $400.00 to a woman she called “GLORIA BLAKE” on her campaign finance report. This woman is “GLORIA PALMER,” the top lieutenant in Gerald Womack’s illegal ballot harvesting operation.

Remember when Vivian King, the Assistant Harris County Attorney, filed that motion claiming Sean Teare broke the HCDAO’s ethical standards and protocols? “…Teare did not seek the necessary approval from the elected district attorney required to offer a pretrial intervention agreement on a fatality case. And Tear did not speak with the victim’s family…The offer of such an agreement is unprecedented in a fatality case," stated King.

On Monday, October 14, 2024, which was (7) seven days before the start of “EARLY VOTING” on Monday, October 21, 2024, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg gave Pastor Terrance Hall a contract allegedly valued at $7,000.00, to install “RING DOORBELL CAMERAS” in the home of seniors.

It is unknown at this time whether Pastor Terrance Hall has any experience installing “RING DOOR CAMERAS” or why Pastor Terrance Hall’s “I ASPIRE YOUTH PROGRAM” was chosen to receive the funds that were signed off on by Vivian King (Democrat), Kim Ogg’s chief of staff.

After searching through Vivian King’s “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS,” we don’t see any instance where her campaign paid Pastor Terrance Hall for any services between 1/1/2024 and 11/5/2024 when she was running for District Judge for the 486th Criminal District Court against Judge Aaron Burdette, who happened to be the incumbent Republican who ultimately defeated King.

Was the payment to Pastor Terrance Hall by the Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office to install “RING DOORBELL CAMERAS,” or were taxpayer dollars paid to Pastor Hall to promote Vivian King’s bid to become the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court?

Remember Vivian King and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg posed for pictures facilitating the payment to Pastor Terrance Hall on Monday, October 14, 2024? Early voting started on Monday, October 21, 2024, one week after their photo op.

Did Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and her chief of staff, Vivian King, use taxpayer dollars to have Pastor Terrance Hall assist Vivian King in her bid to become the judge for the 486th Criminal District Court, in a race that she didn’t come close to winning?

According to the Harris County Clerk’s Office, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42%, and Vivian King received 718,252 for 49.58%.

“DAMNING EMAIL.”

Aubrey R. Taylor Communication, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, received a very troubling email on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 4:22 p.m.: “This General Election Was a Disaster.”

“The Democrats lost many Judges due to being cheap or holding on to their own campaign funds,” the emailer began. “Some had funds and didn’t run their own campaigns individually or at all.”

According to the person whom we’ve identified as a very well-known Democratic insider, the County Attorney (Christian Menefee) told the local judges that they did not need to pay local consultants or any grassroots community leaders to assist them with their campaigns.

According to the Democratic insider, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee advised local judges to put their money into the Harris County Democratic Party, which the insider says was terrible advice because Texas no longer has straight-ticket ballots.


“Two or three of them put over $40 thousand into the Democrat Party,” explained the Democratic insider, which Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has determined to be a fact.

The Democratic insider also accused Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, of not funding the African American Communities to support Vice President Kamala Harris or Collin Allred.

The Democratic insider claims, “They hired someone by the Name of Jesus and another guy to do the Woodlands and Caucasian parts of the City of Houston.”

“The Judges didn’t touch places like Humble, Cinco Ranch, and other areas,” explained the Democratic insider in the email.

“BAD STRATEGY.”

The Democratic insider went on to explain that many of the “DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL CANDIDATES,” such as Velda Renita Faulkner, Vivian King, Amber Boyd Cora, Brendetta Scott, Carvana Cloud, and several others all hired notorious “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS” to aid their campaigns.

“Evelyn Dupree, Lanora Walker, and Gloria Palmer were hired to run their campaigns,” said the Democratic insider. “These people only had one person per poll who pushed at least ten different candidates’ cards and switched shirts with each candidate’s name daily,” said the Democratic insider.

According to the Democratic insider, the card-pushers would wear Vivian King’s t-shirt one day at the Sunny Side Multi-Service Center and switch to wearing Velda Renita Faulkner’s t-shirt the next day.

“Evelyn Dupree was paid a lot of money to pimp her workers by only paying them $10 per hour while she kept the rest and would be in the game room blowing it daily,” the Democratic insider alleges.

The Democratic insider explained, “The poor poll workers would be exhausted shuffling all those cards daily, putting books of them together to pass out.”

“The voters would just go inside and throw them away because they never knew one candidate from the other and had no time to go through the book of cards to find them individually,” explained the Democratic insider.

“VELDA AND VIVIAN.”

The Democratic insider alleges that Velda Renita Faulkner and Vivian King were the masterminds behind the idea for Velda Renita Faulkner, Vivian King, Amber Boyd Cora, Brendetta Scott, Carvana Cloud, and several other Democratic judicial candidates to run as a group.

“They all lost except for Tracy Good because he did some campaigning on his own,” says the Democratic insider, who was correct. Tracy Good (Democrat) received 720,827 votes for 50.2%, and his opponent Brian Staley (Republican) received 716,387 votes for 49.8%.

Tracy Good’s individual marketing and branding efforts, which included Houston Business Connections Newspaper, enabled him to defeat his Republican opponent (Brian Staley) by 4,440 votes.

“RUNNING A SCAM.”

A Democratic insider explained that Evelyn Dupree and Thyra Burks allegedly engaged in a scam during the 2024 presidential election cycle in Harris County, Texas.

“Evelyn Dupree and Thyra Burks, a Democratic Precinct Chair, worked both sides of the political aisle for Republicans and Democrats,” says the Democratic insider. “Their game is they hire their family members to work the Republican side as they collect money from both Parties.

According to the Democratic insider, Thyra Burks, the wife of former At-Large 2 Houston City Councilman Andrew C. Burks, Jr., had her entire family working for Mike Knox (Republican) in his bid to unseat Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez (Democrat), who was running for re-election.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez received 789,828 votes or 53.25% of the vote, and Mike Knox received 693,524 or 46.75%.

“Evelyn would hire strangers off the streets and pay them little money to work the Republican side,” explained the Democratic insider.

Thyra Burk’s brother, “BIG JOHN,” worked at the West Gray Multi-Service Center. The Democratic insider explained that he worked for both Republicans and Democrats, after making all the candidates pay him up front.

“When they get busted for playing both sides, they do not refund the money to the candidates,” says the Democratic insider. “Thyra Burks, her brother (Big John), and Gloria Palmer scout the candidates at least 6 months before the elections and get the candidates to lock in early before the election.”

The Democratic insider stated, “Gloria calls and harasses and threatens many of the candidates.”

“Gloria Palmer will clown and loud talk any candidate that comes to the Northside poll that wouldn’t hire her,” according to the Democratic insider. “She slanders their names.”

“Evelyn Dupree does the same thing at the Sunny Side Multi-Service Center Polls.”

According to the Democratic insider, “Evelyn Dupree was busted during the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary election running a scheme on Smokie Phillips, the new Constable-Elect for Precinct 7, Place 1.”

“She promised to cover 12 polls further out in the city, and when he (Smokie Phillips) went around to check them, no one was there. She was forced to give his money back by his campaign manager,” says the Democratic insider.

The Democratic insider also claims that Evelyn Dupree did the same thing to Harris County DA Kim Ogg during the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary.

Evelyn Dupree allegedly did not cover at least “12 POLLS” for District Attorney Kim Ogg and allegedly pocketed the money for those days, which amounted to thousands of dollars.

Please note that our investigative team will search through Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s reports in the coming weeks to try to sort through the allegations made by the Democratic insider.

“A BOUGHT LESSON.”

The Democratic insider claims that none of the “ORIGINAL GRASSROOTS LEADERS” were hired to get out the vote and help on the North or Southside.

“These people are playing with their own time and money. This fiasco was a bought lesson, not a taught lesson for many of the Judicial Candidates,” the Democratic insider explained. “My suggestion is that if the judges do the same thing in the election against Abbott, try to run their own campaigns, or just be on slates, they will get the same results.”

According to the Democratic Insider, “The people need to know them. Those TV ad groups were running and hurt them dearly. They thought they would ride off Vice President Kamala Harris’ Coat, Skirt, Tail, and lost.”

“They Played Themselves,” said the Democratic insider.

The Democratic insider also stated, “Mike Doyle doesn’t mean any of the African American Democrat women are Good. He took Judge Fredericka Phillips’s ($47,000.00) and Judge Jeralynn Manor’s ($44,500.00) and used them for Lauren Ashley Simmons and Molly."

“The Democrats also lost from pushing the transgender ‘Sex Change of Our Children’ starting from the age of 10 years old,” explained the Democratic insider. “The Democratic Party ousted State Rep. Shawn Thierry for standing up against the sexual exploitation of children. She stood alone and got condemned for it,” the Democratic insider explained.

In closing, the Democratic insider summed up the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election as one lost by Democrats because they tried to push their agenda down everybody’s throat.

“Other representatives were afraid to speak up about it because they were afraid of the LGBT Caucus. Thierry is now a Republican and continues to stand for her beliefs.

Former Prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr was set to take the stand back on Friday, February 14, 2025, in the 486th Criminal District Court, to make the connection between his ex-wife, Vivian King, who was serving as the First Assistant District Attorney under Kim Ogg, who was serving as the Harris County District Attorney at the time. However, Eric Carr did not get to take the stand to testify on Friday, February 14, 2025, because the new Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare saw what was playing out and dropped the charges against Aubrey R. Taylor on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

"KEY STATEMENT."

After thoroughly reviewing the "LAWFARE" that was conducted by Kim Ogg's DA's Office, her successor, Harris District Attorney Sean Teare, comprehensively reviewed the conduct of "DEFENDANT OGG" in filing and pursuing criminal charges against "THE PLANTIFFS" and dropped the charges against Aubrey R. Taylor and Dr. Steven F. Hotze.

On May 20, 2025, Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare made this public statement: "As we review more cases filed under the previous administration, a pattern has become quite clear: The former district attorney abused the authority of this office to overcharge and investigate those she disagreed with and outsourced high-profile criminal investigations to friends who shared her political views."

Harris County District Attorney, a Democrat, closed out his statement by reminding the people of Harris County, Texas, that what Kim Ogg did while serving as District Attorney was not justice.

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, repeatedly dodged service and avoided being served with a subpoena after failing to appear in court following his initial service. Gerald Womack also lied to HPD Detectives, the DA's Office, and the media about what happened in the lobby of 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Third Ward.

"DEADLY WEAPON."

In the video above, from outside 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, Gerald Womack is holding the "DEADLY WEAPON" I described to HPD Police Detectives (Officer Alicia Don) at HPD Headquarters. However, when Detective Don went to 4412 Almeda Road to retrieve "THE DEADLY WEAPON" that Gerald Womack used to assault me, it was missing.

"FEDERAL LAWSUIT."

On (PAGE 15) of the "FEDERAL LAWSUIT" filed, please note that, on or about October 24, 2023, in a phone conversation with Harris County Chief District Attorney Michael Abner (“Chief Abner”), Detective Alicia Don (“Detective Don”) stated that the alleged “victim” Defendant Womack was not “credible.” It was at this time that both Chief Abner and Detective Don decided not to press charges against Mr. Taylor.

Immediately after making this decision, Chief Abner emailed approximately 20 higher-ups within the DA’s office regarding the decision not to prosecute this “noteworthy” case.

Within an hour of sending this email, Defendant Vivian King called Chief Abner and stated that she disagreed with the decision not to charge Mr. Taylor with assault. Defendant King told Chief Abner to investigate the matter further.

Defendant King claimed that Chief David Mitcham was also upset that Chief Abner had declined to pursue charges against Mr. Taylor, as Chief Mitcham personally knew Defendant Womack and was involved in the same political circles as Defendant Womack.

It was revealed at this meeting that Defendant Vivian King was advocating for the prosecution of the case against Mr. Aubrey Taylor. There were discussions in which former Congresswoman Lee called Defendant King and demanded that charges be filed against Mr. Taylor in exchange for a political endorsement from former Congresswoman Lee when Defendant King next ran for public office.

If the discrepancy continues to occur, your campaign should contact the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department, located at 15600 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032, by calling (713)755-6965. And make sure to have documentation, and a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" from your team member who discovered the discrepancy.

The Forensic Audit Division (FAD) for the state of Texas has identified significant issues with the election process in Harris County, Texas. For starters, in 2021, the Texas Secretary of State launched a full forensic audit of the state's two most prominent Democratic and two largest Republican counties: Dallas, Harris, Collin, and Tarrant. For the record, Harris County officials did not start cooperating with the auditors until October 2022. "Harris County had very serious issues in the handling of electronic media. These issues were so severe that the Forensic Audit Division (FAD) notified Harris County of our preliminary findings by letter before the 2022 General Election," stated the Texas Secretary of State.


• In at least 14 polling locations, mobile ballot boxes (MBBs) containing 184,999 cast vote records included in the tally did not have a proper chain of custody.


• Harris County was not able to provide documentation for the creation of 17 MBBs accounting for 124,630 cast vote records.

• The electronic pollbook records from at least 26 Early Voting locations and 8 Election Day polling locations did not match the Tally Audit Log for those locations.


• Harris County did not have an inventory of its warehoused records for the 2020 General Election. FAD counted 534 boxes, but cannot confirm this comprises all records. At times, FAD observed that the label used on the outside of the boxes inaccurately described the contents.


• Harris County was the only county that did not provide a “list of Early Voting or Election Day polling locations that had a discrepancy of one percent or more between the number of voters that checked in to the number of votes cast at that location,” as requested at the outset of the audit. This is basic reconciliation that should have been easily produced.


• FAD was not given the opportunity to speak with pertinent staff until October 2022, when the new administration provided access to address the issues with the Tally Audit Log.



Harris County District Clerk Marilyn Burgess (left), a local Democrat, has announced that she will not be running for reelection in next year's 2026 Midterm Election. Her announcement comes days after she voted to give herself a 45% salary increase in a grievance committee meeting. What Burgess was most concerned about was the growing salary disparity among local elected and appointed officials in Harris County, Texas. That said, Marilyn Burgess was doing a great job as the Harris County District Clerk. Sadly, many of the great Democrats, such as Marilyn Burgess and former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman, are leaving without providing many details as to why.



Former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman (Democrat) did everything in her power to protect the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas. However, former Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett did not show up for work and missed nearly all of her public appearances over the course of four years. Then, in October 2023, Ann Harris Bennett announced that she would not seek re-election during the 2024 Presidential Election. If you recall, Diane Trautman decided not to run for re-election after Commissioner Rodney Ellis and other members of the Democratic Party attempted to persuade her to return unsolicited mail ballots during the 2020 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.

Back on 4/28/2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis approved $12 million for Diane Trautman to expand the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" or what many call the "MAIL BALLOT" voting for the Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Primary Runoff Elections, and the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, General Election as well. Please note that there was money earmarked inside the budget for Diane Trautman to send "MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS" to every 65+ voter inside Harris County, Texas -- whether they wanted an absentee or not.

Back on 5/1/2020, Ken Paxton, the Attorney General for the State of Texas, sent a letter to all Texas county judges and election authorities warning them not to mislead voters by using the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic fears as a "DISABILITY" to vote by mail. In case you're not aware, the press release issued by Attorney General Ken Paxton specifically targeted Diane Trautman and Judge Lina Hidalgo for crossing the line. He also stated that criminal charges could result.

So, from 5/4/2020 to 5/7/2020: Dr. Diane Trautman spent a lot of time trying to get "GUIDANCE" from the Texas Secretary of State on how to carry out the "MASS MAILING" of "MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS" without crossing the line laid down by Attorney General Ken Paxton. According to published reports, the Secretary of State Ruth R. Hughs did not respond to Diane Trautman's alleged repeated requests.


Back on 5/7/2020: The Texas Secretary of State notified Colleen M. Vera that sufficient merit had been found as it related to her 2-year investigation into "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING COMPLAINT" and that it had been forwarded to the Texas Attorney General with a recommendation to investigate the allegations. 

Back on 5/7/2020: After not receiving a response from the Secretary of State, Diane Trautman reported in a "ZOOM MEETING" that she "WOULD NOT" be mailing "ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS" to every 65+ voter in Harris County, Texas. According to my sources, Harris County Democratic Party representatives questioned why the "MAIL BALLOTS" would not be mailed out -- to which Diane Trautman said that she would not do it in the current environment.


Back on 5/9/2020: According to many of my sources, the Harris County Democratic Party fought Diane Trautman tooth and nail as it related to getting more "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" out to voters age 65 and older. Some of my sources believe that the mounting pressure from the Texas Attorney General, combined with the lack of response from the Texas Secretary of State, led Diane Trautman to take a stand against the actions of the Harris County Democratic Party. Sources close to Diane Trautman stated that she did not feel that the "POLITICAL CLIMATE" was right to pull this off. Whether or not the folks I've spoken with are correct or not isn't up to me to decide. However, someone should go and talk to Diane Trautman to find out what she knew and why she stepped down from her position as Harris County Clerk.





Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler identified Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones as two businessmen who doubled as chief lieutenants for Commissioner Ellis's regime and worked directly under Ellis and others to implement their illegal mail ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas, in 2020. According to "THE AFFIDAVIT," sworn to by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, Tyler James, an employee of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, bragged about guaranteeing that 700,000 illegal mail ballots could be harvested in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Read the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that was filed in a case before the Texas Supreme Court.

"SENATE BILL 1933."

Erica Lee Carter has been working for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis since 2020 and is therefore willing to do almost anything her boss tells her to do. With this in mind, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth had better watch the company she's started to keep, because Erica Lee Carter and Commissioner Rodney Ellis are snakes who are cozying up to her for nefarious reasons. 

The candidates running against Commissioner Rodney Ellis's appointee, Christian Menefee, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, must familiarize themselves with "Senate Bill 1933," which was passed by the Texas Legislature in 2023 and took effect on September 1, 2023, in Texas.

Senate Bill 1933 pertains to specific oversight procedures that the Texas Secretary of State has over the Harris County Clerk's Office, specifically Teneshia Hudspeth's Office, and county-run elections in Harris County, Texas.

Senate Bill 1933 gives any candidate, a county chair, a state chair, a presiding judge, an alternate presiding judge, the head of a specific purpose committee, the ability to file an "ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTION COMPLAINT" with the Texas Secretary of State if they identify any form of ballot harvesting, or election fraud in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional Distict of Texas.

In other words, if foul play is discovered and reported in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, Senate Bill 1933, gives the Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson the authority to step in, and seize control of Harris County Elections for next year's 2026 Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas, and beyond. 

Sec. 31.017. IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF COUNTY ELECTIONS, (a) In a county with a population of more than 4 million (Harris County), the secretary of state's office may order administrative oversight of a county office administering elections or voter registration in the county if:

(3) the Secretary of State, after conducting an investigation under Section 31.019, has good cause to believe that a recurring pattern of problems with election administration or voter registration exists in the county, including any recurring:

(A) malfunction of the voting system equipment that prevents a voter from casting a vote;

(B) carelessness or official misconduct in the distribution of election supplies;

(C) errors in the tabulation of results that would have affected the outcome of an election;

(D) violations of Section 66.053;

(E) discovery of properly executed voted ballots after the canvass of an election that were not counted; or

(F) failure to conduct maintenance activities on the lists of registered voters as required under this code.

From what I understand, if a complain is filed, the Secretary of State (Jane Nelson), can investigate the complaint, and decide on whether to implement administrative oversight under Subsectio (a) not later than the 30th day aft the earliest of: (1) the day a response by the county election official with authority over election administration (County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth) or voter registration (Annette Ramirez) is received by the Secretary of State under Section 31.018;

"ELLIS'S TAKEOVER."

Before 2016, African Americans were given free-reign to do whatever they wanted in Black voting precincts, which allowed "KINGPINS" like Dallas Jones and Gerald Womack to dominate races that fell within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District, which was controlled by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the 13th Senatorial District of Texas, which is controlled by State Senator Borris L. Miles. 

A study of the last 20 years shows that Republicans dominated Democrats in the absentee mail ballot category in countywide elections from the 2004 Presidential Election through the 2016 Presidential Election, when Commissioner Rodney Ellis took office.

Once Commissioner, Rodney Ellis, rose to power, he began to institute a "RACIST AGENDA" to replace White elected officials with Blacks and Hispanics. Ellis accomplished this mission through various means and strategies similar to those used by criminal enterprises.

As a refresher, in the 2020 Presidential Election, after Commissioner Rodney Ellis pressured Democratic County Clerk Diane Trautman to resign, he replaced her with Chris Hollins, a member of his "CULT-LIKE" political regime, who was serving in a financial capacity with the Texas Democratic Party, at the time of his appointment as Harris County Clerk.

With Chris Hollins in position as the Harris County Clerk, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Democratic candidates running countywide in Harris County, Texas, received between 95,000 and 114,000 absentee mail ballots. In comparison, their Republican opponents only received between 59,000 and 71,000 absentee mail ballots.

Democrats swept through Harris County, Texas, with a vengeance in 2020, with the assistance of their massive "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT" totals, which were up significantly from the 2016 Presidential Election, when they received between 45,000 and 54,000, and their Republican opponents received between 42,000 and 48,000 absentee mail ballots.

Charles "Chuck" Marler worked for the FBI for 16 years, learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations, including evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward-Looking Infra-Red (FLIR). Chuck was an Investigative Specialist for 12 years as a member of the Special Surveillance Group and conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drug (as FLIR operator), Intelligence, and Terrorism targets. Chuck participated in joint training operations with the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA. He was an instructor and evaluator numerous times for the FBI’s surveillance training programs.

Chuck managed several FLIR System Operators while coordinating one of the FBI’s prominent FLIR programs. Under Chuck's leadership and guidance, the FLIR program conducted numerous successful operations against espionage subjects, suspected terrorism subjects, drug shipments, violent crime, and kidnapping searches.

Since 2008, Chuck has been a co-owner of a private investigative firm based in Houston and has worked as a Private Investigator in Texas for the past four years, specializing in covert physical surveillance operations. As a P.I., he has performed criminal investigations and conducted surveillance operations involving workman’s compensation, child custody, drug use, theft, and the elusive but frequent cheating spouse.



Valencia Williams (Democrat) dug deep and tried to get some serious questions answered last night at the Afro Vibes CD-18 DEBATE, which was held in Houston, Texas. Morina Coryat and Steve did an excellent job hosting the “CANDIDATE DEBATE” for the 18th Congressional District on Sunday, September 21, 2025. In fact, the Afro Vibes CD-18 Debate was the most inclusive and informative I’ve seen so far during this special election cycle.

Afro Vibes provided a unique experience for people all over the country to hear directly from the top candidates, uninterrupted.

What I loved about the Afro Vibes presentation was that they also provided pull-out, one-on-one interviews, enabling us to get up close and personal with each candidate.

Giveality, what Afro Vibes did was give people a front-row seat to hear these candidates’ views on key issues related to education, the economy, community safety, and the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

With this in mind, Texans must wake up and realize that all three of the Houston-area Congressional Districts facing redistricting fights are majority Hispanic districts, not African American.


“THE 18TH DISTRICT.”

The 18th Congressional District of Texas is 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% Two or more races, and 0.7% Other, according to the most recent Cook Partisan Voting Index, which is deeply concerning, because most African Americans don’t even realize that the 18th Congressional District is no longer a majority Black district.



“IMPORTANT NOTICE.”

Back on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson selected “THE BALLOT ORDER” for the Constitutional Amendments, which will appear on the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election ballot.

In total, there are 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution. All registered Texas voters must vote on these amendments as a part of the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election, which will heavily favor a candidate like Carmen Maria Montiel, who will be on the ballot running as a Republican, in the “SPECIAL ELECTION” race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

“Texas lawmakers have proposed 17 amendments to the state constitution, and now Texans will have the opportunity to weigh in on each amendment,” said Secretary Nelson. “This is an opportunity to make your voice heard about the governing document of our state.”

To be placed on the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election ballot, a “PROPOSED AMENDMENT” must be a joint resolution approved by at least two-thirds of the Texas House and Senate.

(SJR 59) "The constitutional amendment providing for the creation of the permanent technical institution infrastructure fund and the available workforce education fund to support the capital needs of educational programs offered by the Texas State Technical College System."

(SJR 18)"The constitutional amendment prohibiting the imposition of a tax on the realized or unrealized capital gains of an individual, family, estate, or trust."


Proposition 3

(SJR 5) "The constitutional amendment requiring the denial of bail under certain circumstances to persons accused of certain offenses punishable as a felony."

(HJR 7) "The constitutional amendment to dedicate a portion of the revenue derived from state sales and use taxes to the Texas water fund and to provide for the allocation and use of that revenue."

(SJR 84) "The constitutional amendment to authorize the legislature to provide for a temporary exemption from ad valorem taxation of the appraised value of an improvement to a residence homestead that is completely destroyed by a fire."


Proposition 11

(SJR 85) "The constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to increase the amount of the exemption from ad valorem taxation by a school district of the market value of the residence homestead of a person who is elderly or disabled."

Carmen Maria Montiel is the only candidate in the race for the 18th Congressional District who has proven that she can gain more than 40,000 votes in a political contest running within the boundaries of the current 18th Congressional District of Texas. Comparatively speaking, when Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in 2022, she spent only $126k on her campaign, and despite lacking many resources and endorsements, she received 40,941 votes. By contrast, when Amanda Edwards, the front-running Democrat, ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in 2024, she spent $1.6 million. Still, she only received $14,668 votes, out of a possible 417,000 registered voters, who were living in the 18th Congressional District at the time. That said, please remind your family and friends that "EARLY VOTING" will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and end on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Judge Erica Hughes (Democrat) is the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Back during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, Judge Hughes was called an animal by an attorney who was a loyal member of the LGBTQ+ Community. However, Democrats stood firm behind Erica Hughes and propelled her to victory over Judge Mike Engelhart on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the race for the 151st Civil District Court. State Rep. Jolanda Jones (Democrat) stood firmly behind Judge Hughes and other judges as she lambasted the Harris County Democratic Party and called their tactics racist. However, if you were paying attention to State Rep. Jolanda Jones, while she was attacking the HCDP, and Mike Doyle, the Chairman, she never really condemned the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," political attack ads that were financed by her Republican (GOP) donors, who wanted to purge local "BLACK JUDGES" from their judicial benches.

"OPEN YOUR EYES."

State Rep. Jolanda Jones has traditionally been one of the strongest voices for "BLACK PEOPLE" in Harris County, Texas. However, that has also made Jolanda "Jo" Jones susceptible to making money to "SPEAK OUT" on specific issues, and "HUSHING HER MOUTH" on others.

During the 2022 Midterm Election, as Democratic Judges and judicial candidates, like Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je'Rell Rogers, Gemayel Hanes, and Porscha Natasha Brown, were getting bombarded with negative attack TV Ads by the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC," if you remember. And during this same period, on the local and statewide levels, Black Democratic judges were getting attacked by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, which was headed up by a powerful Republican "GOP" MEGA DONOR, named Dick Weekley, who is also financing State Rep. Jolanda Jones, according to campaign filings.

Now, if you think back, Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, got challenged by Tami C. Pierce, who is a member of the LGBTQ+ Community, who ran in the Harris County Republican Party, unopposed and under the radar.

Ultimately, Judge DaSean Jones (Democrat) defeated his challenger, Tami C. Pierce (Republican), who crossed over to the Republican side of the aisle to test a new strategy, which is to defeat strong African American candidates from the right and the left.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, a local businessman named Bobby Orr, who is very wealthy, plans to run an "LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY" woman named Michelle Bouchard against Harris County Republican Party Chairman, Cindy Siegel, in the Republican Party Primary. It is unclear at this time if State Rep. Jolanda Jones is planning to switch her political party affiliation if Michelle Bouchard defeats Siegel. Still, we plan to keep our eyes on this new development.





Traci A. Gibson (Democrat) is challenging Mike Doyle, who currently serves as the Chairman and Treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. As for the Harris County Republican Party, Cindy Siegel, the current chairman of the HCRP, is expected to face a complex pathway to re-election against Michelle Bouchard, who is being pushed by businessman Bobby Orr, who founded Orr Commercial back in 1999, and now manages over 1,000,000 Square Foot of retail space with an aggregate value of over $500 million, according to his website.

Mike Doyle took $110,000.00 out of the money that was donated to him for his "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," and sent it to his friend at the Utah Democratic Party. How does that make sense? And now the Harris County Democratic Party is taking out loans just to survive.



Judge Fredericka Phillips donated over $55,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Fredericka Phillips lost her bid for re-election by 15,921 votes.



Judge Jeralynn Manor donated over $44,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Jeralynn Manor lost her bid for re-election by 647 votes.



Judge Elaine Palmer donated over $11,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Elaine Palmer lost her bid for re-election by 304 votes.

What's unfolding in Harris County, Texas, is a situation where " Democratic in Name Only" (DINOs) have infiltrated the Harris County Democratic Party and are pushing an agenda to rid Harris County, Texas, of Black Judges in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

From the right side of the aisle, you have "Republican in Name Only" (RINOs) who have infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party, and have developed a plan to unseat "BLACK JUDGES" by using their ethnic-sounding names as the identifying-markers, in down-ballot judicial races, in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.


“COURSE CORRECTION.”

We have judges who treat their presence on the bench as a badge of honor for their sorority, or in some cases, have formed alliances with other judges to protect their own interests and pervert justice.

According to what I read in The Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, “The role of the judiciary is central to American concepts of justice and the rule of law.”

D. Disciplinary Responsibilities.

(1) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that another judge has committed a violation of this Code should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge’s fitness for office shall inform the State Commission on Judicial Conduct or take other appropriate action.

(2) A judge who receives information clearly establishing that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Texas or take other appropriate action.


“PAY ATTENTION.”

Mike Doyle, the current chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, is clearly not on the side of "BLACK PEOPLE," in any way, shape, or form. That said, Democratic voters must cast their votes for attorney Traci A. Gibson on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Harris County Democratic Party Primary race for Democratic Party Chairman.

On October 31, 2024, Mike Doyle withdrew $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On October 31, 2024, Mike Doyle withdrew $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

African American male judges, such as soon-to-be former Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Robert Johnson, and Judge Darrell Jordan, will soon be forgotten, as nobody seems to even care about their legacy or achievements, but let the record reflect that I care. As for African American female judges, like Judge Dedra Davis, Judge LaShawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Tori J. Finch, it's heartbreaking to sit back and watch them fall victim to what appears to be a purging of "BLACK JUDGES" from local Harris County Judicial benches. My prayer for these honorable women of the judiciary is that they will open their eyes and use spiritual discernment before it's too late for them to defend themselves against challenges from within their own political party.





















































Black judges are under siege by political operatives from both sides of the political aisle. The political operatives on the right are called "RINOs," which means "Republican in Name Only," And the political operatives on the left, whom "BLACK JUDGES" must watch out for, are called "DINOs," which means "Democrat in Name Only." 




Don't forget to vote on all of the propositions that will appear on the ballot in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, General Election, in Texas.
