I'm Aubrey R. Taylor, the Houston Business Connections Newspaper publisher, who also doubles as an investigative reporter. I have conducted investigations in Harris County, Texas, since the 1990s and plan to closely monitor the "ABSENTEE BALLOT FLOW." currently flooding into the Harris County Clerk's Office to protect my interests and the interests of my clients, advertisers, and readers.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The absentee ballot game can wreak havoc on a low voter turnout election. I’m not pointing fingers at anyone at this point. And I don’t plan to continue to talk about “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” being harvested during the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election cycle once the upcoming Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Democratic and Republican “PRIMARY RUNOFFS” are final, but what I’m seeing right now is entirely ludicrous.

What am I talking about?

There are only (7) seven key runoff races on the ballot for the upcoming Harris County Democratic Party Primary “RUNOFF ELECTION” and Harris County Republican Party Primary “RUNOFF ELECTION”. However, I would like you to know that more “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” will be dropped on the first night of early voting than on the first night of early voting for Super Tuesday, which is very concerning.

Why is this concerning?

On the first day of “EARLY VOTING” for Super Tuesday (Monday, February 20, 2024), the combined countywide total of “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” for both major political parties was only 6,218.

Between Friday, April 19, 2024, and Saturday, May 4, 2024, the Harris County Clerk received 9,452 absentee mail ballots. We still have (14) fourteen days left before the first day of early voting arrives on Tuesday, May 20, 2024.

Why is this significant?

During “SUPER TUESDAY,” there were competitive races up and down the ballot for both major political parties in Harris County, Texas, including the presidential race in both primaries. Yet, the Harris County Clerk’s Office only recorded 6,218 absentee mail ballots on the first day of early voting.

The Harris County Clerk (Teneshia Hudspeth) received 9,452 absentee mail ballots between Friday, April 19, 2024, and Saturday, May 4, 2024.

So, what’s significant about this is that there are only (2) two vital Republican races and (7) seven key Democratic races on the upcoming Tuesday, May 28, 2024, runoff ballots for Harris County.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

I won’t be able to monitor the “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” for every Primary runoff race scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024. However, in the spirit of fairness, I will provide a daily report for “THE GENERAL PUBLIC” detailing how many mail ballots are flowing into the Harris County Clerk’s Office from people who live inside the boundaries of House District 146, between State Rep. Shawn Thierry and Lauren Ashley Simmons.

What you see above is “THE COMPLETE LIST” of “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS” cast between Friday, April 19, 2024, and Saturday, May 4, 2024, by people who live inside the boundaries of House District 146.

Early voting will begin on Monday, May 20, 2024, and last through Friday, May 24, 2024. If you can’t vote early, you can still cast your vote on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at any voting location.
