Two Bad Apples Can Spoil an Entire Bushel of Good Apples If the Bad Apples Are Not Removed from the Bushel of Good Ones

“One rotten apple can spoil a whole bushel of good apples. But two bad apples can spoil a whole barrel of good apples over time! So, what's my point? Well, in the book of 1 Corinthians in the 15th Chapter of the Holy Bible it talks about how we should not be deceived. And it goes on to explain about how evil companionships corrupts good morals. So, listen up!!! People who are elected to serve as "MINISTERS OF JUSTICE," like Judge Brittanye Morris (right), the presiding judge for the 333rd Civil District Court, and Judge Angela Graves-Harrington (left), the presiding judge for the 246th Family District Court are supposed to be held to a higher standard. They're supposed to be honorable, fair, competent, and unbiased. So, if the things that these two women are 'allegedly' doing don't look right to someone like me, I'm sure that many practicing attorneys are just as bewildered as I am? Look, these two judges, along with several other local sitting judges, are just doing too much crap from their benches. And attorneys are beginning to spill the beans. Now, for the life of me, I can't understand how the other sitting Democratic judges can't see that what these two judges are doing is going to hurt all of their chances for re-election? Look, truth be told, over the course of the last year or so, we’ve had a Black female judge, by the name of Alexandria Smoots-Thomas get thrown off of her bench and convicted of wrongdoing. Then after that, this same judge goes out and 'allegedly' shoots up the home of her husband’s ‘alleged’ girlfriend. Then after that, Judge Ramona Franklin is accused of ‘ambushing’ poor people who appear before her bench with no legal representation. Then after that, Judge Brittanye Morris -- well, let me just leave her alone for right now. Judge Brittanye Morris may be a lost cause. Anyways, then you have one of the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" judges throw a black family out on the streets during the worse pandemic in U.S. history. Now, on top of all of that, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I'm not going to discuss right now, you have Judge Angela Graves-Harrington being accused of corruption and taking kickbacks on one day, and on the very next day, the other sitting Democratic family court judges tries to help her by appointing her as the “ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE” over the family courts. Nope!!! I'm not making this crap up! Man. Oh Man. What is this world coming to? I just don’t know what to say!!!”

What you are looking at above is a rotten apple that's sitting on the ground all by itself. So, as long as this rotten apple is left isolated and kept away from the good apples, it will rot and decay all by itself and won't spoil the whole bushel of good apples. The same is so when it comes to good people and bad people. That's why when some people are put in jail, they're kept in isolation away from the other inmates.

What you're looking at above is a group of rotten apples. So, please understand that one bad apple can suck the life right out of a whole bunch of good ones. Again, there's a passage of scripture in the Holy Bible in the book of 1 Corinthians in the 15th Chapter that talks about how we should not be deceived. And it goes on to explain how evil companionships corrupts good morals.

"What you are looking at above is the group of "BLACK WOMEN" who took the world by storm back during the 2018 Midterm Elections. The faces of all, but one of the women is blurred out. Now, many of these duly-qualified women are respectable, fair, God-fearing, honorable, and well-respected members of the judiciary. So, I do not want to tarnish their reputations by even showing their faces along with that one you see with the arrow pointing to her head. That woman there is Judge Angela Graves-Harrington, and she's currently under fire and being accused of being a dirty judge. And it pains me to say that this once promising member of the judiciary is beginning to look more like a bad apple who could possibly cause problems for all of the good apples in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election, if they make the mistake of trying to cover up her 'alleged' wrongdoing, as she launches her re-election bid."

"In her finding of facts under "POINT #10", Judge Angela Graves-Harrington states, "The applicant offered into evidence a video recording showing Respondent, RONNIE WAYNE WILLS II, grabbing the child, BELLA JENKINS and trying to calm her down." However, in the frames from the video below and below you can see Ronnie Wayne Wills with one of his hands on the transgender child's shoulder, and his other hand on her neck. Now, while the images below are a little grainy, if you look closely you will see Ronnie Wayne Wills II, in what looks like him grabbing in his transgendered stepdaughter Bella around her neck area and throw her to their floor on the night of Friday, October 2, 2020."

If you look inside the red circle above you will see what looks like Ronnie Wayne Wills II, with his hands on his "TRANSGENDER STEPDAUGHTER'S" throat area as her little brother Jack Jenkins looks on in horror. Now, remember that, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington said in her finding of facts under "POINT #10" described this 'alleged' abuse as a situation where Ronnie Wayne Wills II, only grabbed his "TRANSGENDER STEPDAUGHTER" as he tried to calm her down. So, pay close attention to little how Bella's little brother Jack's body language as he watches his sister get thrown to the floor in the kitchen of their home back on Friday, October 2, 2020.

If you look closely at this frame you will see the "TRANSGENDER CHILD" , Bella Jenkins falling backwards.. Now, please do not forget that, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington said in her finding of facts under "POINT #10" that Ronnie Wayne Wills II, only grabbed his "TRANSGENDER STEPDAUGHTER" and tried to calm her down. Are you watching little Jack's body language? Do you see how Jack is moving to his right he watches his sister Bella get thrown to the floor in the kitchen of their home back on Friday, October 2, 2020.

As you can see, the "TRANSGENDER CHILD" continued to fall backwards. So, just for the record, Bella Jenkins fell all the way to the floor. To come to this conclusion all you have to do is follow what her younger brother Jack Jenkins is doing. Little Jack Jenkins is actually flowing with the action as it is happening in real-time. Now, please do not forget that, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington described this 'alleged' abuse as a situation where Ronnie Wayne Wills II, only grabbed his "TRANSGENDER STEPDAUGHTER" in an attempt to calm the child down.

Now, if you look at the red circle above you will see part of little Jack Jenkins' foot and part of his calf as he looks at his sister Bella Jenkins who is still on the floor. As you can see, in the photo above, Bella Jenkins, the "TRANSGENDER CHILD" is no longer in the photo -- that's because she's on the kitchen floor on the other side of the kitchen counter. So, just for the record, Bella Jenkins was pushed all the way to the floor. How did I come to this conclusion? Well, all you have to do is follow what her little brother Jack Jenkins is doing.

Ronnie Wayne Wills II, is pictured in this scene walking out of his home barefoot onto his driveway after shoving his transgender stepdaughter BELLA JENKINS to the floor in what attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon calls an assault on the child. However, what attorney Weatherspoon is calling an assault of the child, Judge Angela Graves Harrington is calling a situation where the stepfather simply grabbed the child and tried to calm her down in her finding of facts.

Little Jack Jenkins goes outside to confront his stepfather, Ronnie Wayne Wills II, because he's upset about the assault he had just witnessed against his sister BELLA -- not his mom!!! However, he does have a baton in his hand as he walks toward his stepfather -- just like Judge Angela Graves-Harrington stated in her finding of facts.

Little Jack Jenkins walks down the driveway toward his stepfather, Ronnie Wayne Wills II, because he's upset about the assault he had just witnessed against his sister BELLA -- not his mom!!! Judge Angela Graves-Harrington appears to be trying to paint BELLA JENKINS as the aggressor in her finding of facts; but she did not say anything about the force by which RONNIE WAYNE WILLS II, threw BELLA JENKINS to the floor in their kitchen back on the night of October 2, 2020.

Little Jack Jenkins continues to walk toward his stepfather, Ronnie Wayne Wills II, because he's upset about the assault he had just witnessed against his sister BELLA -- not his mom!!! However, he does have a baton in his little hands as he walks toward his stepfather who was standing at the other end of the driveway of their home.

Ronnie Wayne Wills II, is seen escorting little Jack Jenkins back into the house, with his little baton in his hand. Remember, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington said in her finding of facts that, BELLA JENKINS, was the one doing the assaulting. So, why is little Jack Jenkins, BELLA'S little brother going after his stepfather with a baton?

In point (2) two of her finding of facts, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington says, "An assault by the child, BELLA JENKINS, against the child's mother, MELANIE BELIN WILLS, happened at the home shared by Respondent, RONNIE WAYNE WILLS II, the child BELLA JENKINS, and the child's mother, MELANIE BELIN WILLS on the evening of October 2, 2020. However, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington made no mention of the stepdad coming into the picture and shoving the child BELLA JENKINS, to the floor -- which you can clearly see in the video above. This is what has attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon, angry, scratching her head, a struggling to understand Judge Angela Graves-Harrington's rulings in the case of Jenkins V. Wills.

What is Going on With Judge Brittanye Morris in her 333rd Civil District Courtroom?

By Wayne Dolcefino

Embattled Houston Real Estate Developer Ali Choudhri has been charged with a felony after running from West U police. Guess who bailed him out of jail?

Wait for it. Harris County’s 333rd District Court Judge Brittanye Morris. You just can’t make this stuff up.

The Choudhri arrest came just a few days after Dolcefino Consulting released an audio tape that implicated the Pakistani businessman in apparent fraud in connection with his highly publicized divorce case several years ago.

We raised questions about Choudhri’s relationship with Judge Morris months ago. After she was elected to the 333rd District Court, she ruled in favor of Choudhri in a real estate lawsuit. Campaign records showed Choudhri’s associates had helped bankroll Judge Morris’ campaign. Then Dolcefino Consulting revealed text messages showing Judge Morris did work for Choudhri’s company just before taking the bench and had no business ruling on any lawsuit involving him. Morris had to be removed from the case.

West University Police say Choudhri was traveling at a high rate of speed over the weekend and tried to evade police. He was released from Harris County Jail on a $2,500 bond. Jail documents show Judge Morris posted the bond.

“This further proves that Judge Morris had a relationship with Mr. Choudhri and was willing to throw ethics out the window to help him in the lawsuits pending in her court,” said Wayne Dolcefino, President of Dolcefino Consulting. “ We said it months ago – this Judge should resign or be removed.”

What kind of trouble will Ali Choudhri get in next? Stay tuned.

Judges Are Supposed to Be the Most Honorable People Among Us – But Something Is Going Very Wrong in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I don’t know what to say about what’s playing out in downtown courtrooms right now. I know that we have some very good sitting Democratic judges downtown – but where are they? For the life of me I cannot understand who the “GOOD DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” are just sitting back and allowing the “BAD DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” to pervert justice and erode the public’s confidence in our judicial system. Now, don’t you dare go back and try to frame the narrative that I’m am trying to destroy “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” with my reports. I love some of the “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” we have on the bench, but some of the current sitting judges are biased, unfair, dirty, incompetent, and doing everything in their power to destroy the reputations of the great judges who are doing awesome jobs for the people.

WE NEED GOOD JUDGES

Over the last week or so, it has become evidently clear that Harris County, Texas is devoid of leadership right now. But that’s a story for another day. Now, that being said, judges are supposed to call balls (balls), and (strikes) strikes from the bench. Our judges are bound by “JUDICAL CANONS” and for a very good reason. Now, please understand that when a judge goes rogue, justice is perverted, and everyone suffers. So, as a free nation, we can ill-afford to have sitting judges on the bench who are compromised in any way, shape, or form. Also, our judges take an oath to follow the law. And in this oath they solemnly swear that they’re going to “ADMINISTER JUSTICE” without respect to persons. And they also swear that they’re going to do right by the rich and the poor as they discharge the duties that are incumbent upon them. And these people promise to do all of these things before our “LORD GOD ALMIGHTY” with their hand on the Holy Bible. So, why are so many judges who’ve recently taken the bench just doing their own thing? Why are these judges following the law? Why am I getting so many complaints about local judges ignoring the “UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION” and the laws that govern us as a free nation? I don’t know, but I certainly hope that open-minded voters in Harris County, Texas are paying attention.

Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is the presiding judge for the 246th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas. She will be running for re-election in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election.

After Being Accused of Taking Kickbacks by Attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon, Judge Angela Graves Harrington Issues Her Finding of Facts

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

If you ask me, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington could be about to make herself, and a whole bunch of other sitting Democratic judges look really bad in Harris County, Texas. I guess she believes that she’s, smarter than everybody else. Man. I’m not even an attorney, and I know that a judge can’t rule one way, and then after their unjust rulings are exposed, turn around and rule in a totally different way a day later. Come on man!!! But don’t take my word for it! I know that this sounds totally crazy, but after refusing to do the finding of facts in a case as she had been order to do by the 14th Court of Appeals, she finally does so, a day after she was exposed for disobeying the order from the higher court. “At the initial protective order hearing Judge Angela Graves-Harrington found no family violence,” says attorney. Now, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is trying to change her ruling; but saying the child assaulted the step-dad, she explained in an email she sent directly to me. And according to attorney Weatherspoon, Judge Angela Graves-Harrington did this after my report was release exposing this matter.

“Most people think bribing a judge is giving the judge thousands of dollars in one lump sum to help swing a trial,” says attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon. But she goes on to explain, “Most often those thousands of dollars are paid over years in the form of lunches, dinners, vacations, parties, donations, shopping sprees, small gifts here and there paid for by the very attorneys with a case before them.”

I don’t care if you’re a Democrat or Republican, accountability is very important. Point blank – we must elect people to the bench who are good, experienced, honest people. “Corruption in the judiciary is the worst form of betrayal on society,” said attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon. “The Judge is bound by the law and the judicial Cannons to hold that oath in deep regard,” she went on to explain. “When a Judge violates that Oath and rules with corrupt intent his or her destruction can ruin generations with one foul word,” she said. And she’s right about that. How do I know? Well, let’s face it, truth be told, we’ve got some very good judges on the bench – but we’ve got some ‘piss-poor’ judges sitting on Harris County, Texas benches who have no business serving as ministers of justice. Actually, there’s a passage of scripture in the Bible that talks about an ‘unjust judge’ in the book of Luke in the 18th Chapter, and 6th verse. “Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said.” Now, I’m going to stop right there, but if God labeled a judge ‘unjust’ then that means that we could very-well have ‘unjust judges’ and ‘just judges’ both sitting on the bench in Harris County, Texas right now.

POLITICS HAVE NO PLACE

We have to do better when it comes to electing people to serve as judges in the upcoming 2022 Midterms. “If a person cannot get justice in the courtroom where can they get it,” asks attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon. “Electing bad judges destroys the whole concept of us being a civil society,” she explains. And she’s right! We can’t allow any of bad judge that we've identified as such to go unchallenged in 2022. And we certainly can't allow inexperienced judges to issue rulings off of the top of their heads, or at the whims of someone behind a curtain pulling their strings any longer. “It makes us no different than the animals on the street,” proclaims attorney Weatherspoon.

BAD JUDGES MUST BE FIRED

There’s a passage of scripture in the Bible in the book of Hosea in the 4th Chapter in the 6th verse that talks about how people are destroyed because of their lack of knowledge. And it also talks about how rejecting knowledge plays a significant role in the unfolding of their destruction. Now, if you ask me, attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon is spot on – so don’t reject the knowledge she’s sharing with us right now! “Corrupt, bought and paid for judges destroy all hope in humanity,” she says. “If a Judge can be bought and paid for then who is left to maintain the integrity of our legal system,” she asks. Well, I don’t know! But one thing is for certain, there’s something very bad going on in that 246th Family District Court, that’s being presided over right now by Judge Angela Graves-Harrington.

NOBODY'S ABOVE REPROACH

Most of the people who have been reaching out to me over the course of the last few days have been talking about how good a person Judge Angela Graves-Harrington happens to be. One lawyer even described Judge Angela Graves-Harrington as a person who is above reproach – I’m not lying. But look, we don’t know what people are doing when they think that nobody is paying attention. Hell, most people don’t even know what their spouse, children, or significant other is doing when they leave their house. “Most people think bribing a judge is giving the just thousands of dollars in one sum to help swing a trial,” says attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon. But she goes on to explain, “Most often those thousands of dollars are paid over years in the form of lunches, dinners, vacations, parties, donations, shopping sprees, small gifts here and there paid for by the very attorneys with a case before them.”

"Now, listen up!!! Attorney Ginger Ann Weatherspoon left me a voicemail message a few days ago, alleging that she believes that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is accepting kickbacks? Yes!!! You heard me right! Attorney Weatherspoon straight-up called me up and left me a message alleging that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington, one of the local judges who was swept into office as a part of the whole “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” phenomenon back in the 2018 Midterm Election is on the take so-to-speak. And when I called attorney Weatherspoon back (as she requested) to have her elaborate – she doubled down on her assertion that Judge Angela Graves-Harrington is corrupt. This sounds crazy – right? Well, it sounded crazy to me too, before I talked to attorney Weatherspoon. But don’t take my word for it, call her yourself – instead of calling me!!! Anyways, like I’ve been saying for over the course of the last year or so, you can expect for the 2022 Democratic Party Primary in Harris County, Texas to be a free-for-all. And if you ask me, many of these Democratic judges, especially the Black ones are more than likely going to see some serious inner-party challenges to their re-election bids on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 – and rightfully so. That being said, if you are an attorney who is planning to run for one of the judicial positions on “SUPER TUESDAY” your deadline to have your name placed on the ballot is Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00pm.”

The “Sisterhood Series” Features 70 Powerful Texas Women You Should Know Who Are Doing Their Own Thing

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I would like to take this moment to introduce our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” to you. This empowerment movement is being launched to highlight a few powerful Texas women who are doing their own thing in legal, political, and public relations fields throughout the Lone Star State. Now, while this powerful group of women is being brought to you as a corporate body, our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” should not be misconstrued as identity/gender politics in any way, shape, or form. Why? Well, all of the featured women in this series are (in their own unique way) some of the best and brightest women in America. So, recognizing these women as part of our SISTERHOOD SERIES” is our way of applauding each of them for their courage, tenacity, and ability to compete in what has traditionally been a man’s world.

TRUTH OF THE MATTER

If we’re honest with ourselves, we all know that women are still fighting an uphill battle in politics as well as inside boardrooms across America. So, let's not forget – it wasn’t long ago that women were guaranteed the right to vote. In case you don’t know, the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote was only the beginning of a much longer fight that women are continuing to fight on the campaign trail, in board rooms, and while living their everyday lives.

A VERY UNIQUE BOND

Each segment of our “SISTERHOOD SERIES” will highlight a “FEATURED SPONSOR” on the cover, and sixty-nine sitting incumbent Democratic and Republican members of the judiciary inside. So, as a community of women, each of the sixty-nine women featured as the “BODY OF THE SERIES” are linked together by their common successes in the rough and tumble world of Texas politics. Now, you can bet your bottom dollar, that some of these women will be endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, in 2022 and 2024 “ELECTION GUIDES” when they appear on the ballot. However, unfortunately, some of these women will not make the cut. So, please do not forget that the deadline to run for political office in the “2022 MIDTERM ELECTIONS” is on Monday, December 13, 2021, in Texas. And, if you are a woman or man who is planning to run for office in 2022, you must sign up by Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:00 pm. So, if you are not sure, what position you should run for in the Democratic Party Primary or Republican Party Primary, please call (281)788-3033, and I will try to assist you in any way I can.

MINISTERS OF JUSTICE

Every judge in America takes an oath of office and solemnly swears that they will administer justice without respect to persons and that they will do equal right to the poor and to the rich alike. So, the “MINISTERS OF JUSTICE” you see listed below, have all promised to faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon them under the United States Constitution and the laws that govern us as a free nation when they were elected. And each of them did so before the LORD God Almighty. Now, that being said, nowhere in their promise was their political party affiliation, sorority, socio-economic status, or ethnicity mentioned. So, let’s do our best going forward, to elect the “BEST AND BRIGHTEST” women and men who are committed to handing out even-handed justice to every person who enters their courtroom.

Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.

THINKING ABOUT RUNNING?

If you are a candidate planning to run for office in 2022, you have to select the right candidate to run against. And the second most important thing to understand is that you have to select your race early, to avoid ending up in a crowded field of candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" in Harris County, Texas. So, if you need assistance trying to determine which race to enter, please call (281)788-3033, and I will do my very best to answer any questions you may have.
