More Democratic Judges Are Expected to Lose their Benches on November 8, 2022, in the Upcoming Midterm Election

The people you see pictured above are all Democrats. But what's significant about these Democrats is that they all were recently thrown off the bench by Democratic Party Primary voters in Harris County, Texas. Ten of the judges got thrown out on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary. And the other two got thrown off the bench on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in the Democratic Party runoff election.

More Democratic Judges Are Expected to Lose their Benches on November 8, 2022, in the Upcoming Midterm Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

2022 has already produced a bunch of casualties on the Democratic side in Harris County, Texas. So, what can we expect on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County when Democrats and Republicans face off in down-ballot judicial races? Well, judging from what we've seen already, Tuesday, November 8, 2022, is shaping up to be a tough day for Democratic incumbent judges.

HOPING TO GET LUCKY

After sitting back and watching twelve of their colleagues get ousted, many of the remaining Democratic incumbent judges aren't doing anything to develop their brand or convince voters to keep them in office. To be honest, most of the incumbents appear to have no clue what they should be doing right now. I mean, it's like they are just sitting back and hoping to get luck or something.

ANTI-INCUMBENT YEAR

What we're looking at right now, is an election year where voters will be voting against incumbents up and down the ballot in Harris County, Texas. How do I know? Well, when have we ever seen twelve down-ballot judicial candidates from one political party get ousted in their party primary before?

Listen! Every measurable I use to determine which party is going to dominate the fall "MIDTERM ELECTIONS" in Harris County, Texas seems to indicate that the (HCRP) Harris County Republican Party is poised to defeat (HCDP) Harris County Democratic Party incumbent judges in the down-ballot judicial races on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

If you look back at the serious hurt that Democrats have already inflicted upon themselves in their inner-party squabble, one could easily surmise that we should be embracing ourselves for a red wave.

Anything can happen between now and Tuesday, November 8, 2022, when Democratic nominees, and Republican nominees, are set to face off against one another. However, with the crime rate continuing to rise at an alarming pace, things are not looking so good for Democrats.

NO STRAIGHT-TICKET VOTING

Every Democratic candidate who was running for a countywide position back during the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Midterm election received 515,812 votes by way of straight-ticket voting. And comparatively speaking, every Republican candidate who was running countywide back during the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Midterm election received 410,654 votes by way of straight-ticket voting. That being said, all of the Democratic candidates who were running countywide during the last Midterm Election (Tuesday, November 6, 2018) enjoyed a straight-ticket voting advantage of 105,158 straight-ticket votes, over their Republican counterparts. So, in many instances, it was the 105,158 straight-ticket votes that propelled many of the down-ballot Democrats to their victories the last time around.

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. So, it is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. That being said, we must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
