And no, you don't have to be African American to be a member of this Chamber of Commerce. The Bethel's Place Black Chamber of Commerce is an affiliate of the National Black Chamber of Commerce. This organization is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) with a seven member board of directors.
