Over the course of the last two years, I’ve been investigating local elected officials such as Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, State Rep. Harold Dutton, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, State Senator Borris L. Miles, and many others.
Many of my sources and tipsters have been telling me that my investigations are two focused on Democrats. Some have provided me with names of Republicans who have used their services. However, I have not been able to identify the troubled areas on the Republican side thus far; what happened yesterday in New York clearly indicates what my sources and tipsters are saying.
According to CNN, Jason Schofield, the Republican Board of Elections commissioner of Rensselaer County, in upstate New York, was arraigned. He’s being charged with unlawfully using the names and dates of birth of voters to fraudulently apply for absentee ballots for 2021 elections in Rensselaer County, New York according to prosecutors.
Prosecutors believe that Jason Schofield illegally used the voter information in connection with absentee ballot applications submitted to the state board of elections website. From what I understand, this is being alleged by the US attorneys for the Northern District of New York, according to the CNN report on this matter I read yesterday.
Now, if you’ve been paying attention to my reports, I’ve been trying to tell everyone who would listen, that the people on assignment for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s campaign have been involved in activities like this, right here in Harris County, Texas.
If he’s convicted, Jason Schofield could face up to five years in prison, and fines could go as high as $250,000, according to a statement released by the Department of Justice.
In a few of the instances, Jason Schofield allegedly “PERSONALLY BROUGHT” the ballots to at least four individuals and instructed them to sign the envelopes without asking the individuals to complete the ballots themselves, according to the indictment.
For the record, Jason Schofield maintains his innocence.
