Jazmine is the 7-year-old African American girl who got fatally shot a little over a week ago while in the car with her mother and other siblings in northeast Houston. While Black was not the shooter, he provided authorities with valuable information about the actual shooter. And he also told authorities exactly where to locate the gun at his home, according to published reports.
