The Missing $61,700.00 Mike Doyle Claims He Donated to the Texas Democratic Party Did Not Show Up on Hinojosa's Report

Mike Doyle (right), who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, claimed under penalty of perjury that he received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party on the first day of "EARLY VOTING," which was 10/21/2024, in Texas. Upon expecting the "CAMPAIGN REPORTS" for the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party filed on 10/28/2024, Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever donating $61,700.00 to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party or receiving a $61,700.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party. The Missing $61,700.00 Mike Doyle Claims He Donated to the Texas Democratic Party Did Not Show Up on Hinojosa's Report

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I don’t know if Mike Doyle is a pathological liar, a con artist, or made a simple mistake. It could turn out that Gilberto Hinojosa is the culprit in the $61,700.00 donation, and that’s why he’s stepping down. But whatever the case, “DEMOCRATIC LEADERS” must ask them both some serious questions.

In case you haven’t heard, Gilberto Hinojosa will remain chairman and treasurer of the Texas Democratic Party through March 2025. This gives my investigative team time to investigate the supposed $61,700.00 donation Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, claims he made to the Texas Democratic Party right before Early Voting.

Texas Democratic Party Chairman Gilberto Hinojosa, also listed as the treasurer, abruptly stepped down after Texas Democratic candidates put on one of the most dismal performances in several Texas election cycles.

On the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” dated 10/28/2024, filed under penalty of perjury by Gilberto Hinojosa, on behalf of the Texas Democratic Party, as treasurer, and Mike Doyle, on behalf of the Harris County Democratic Party, as treasurer – there’s a glaring error/omission which raises major red flags and serious concerns.

The “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” in question covered the period of 9/27/2024 through 10/26/2024. Once thoroughly investigated, this new development could prove to be an essential piece of evidence that points to misconduct or oversight by Doyle and exposes him to the world.

Mike Doyle claims he donated $61,700.00 to the Texas Democratic Party on 10/18/2024, a lie based on our reviewed reports. Doyle also claimed that he donated $10,300.00 to the Texas Democratic Party on 10/08/2024 under penalty of perjury, which is true.

Remember, Mike Doyle serves as the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party. And don’t forget that Gilberto Hinojosa serves as the chairman and treasurer of the Texas Democratic Party – don’t let this crucial fact get lost amid this fiasco.

While inspecting the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” for the Texas Democratic Party and the Harris County Democratic Party, my investigative team discovered that Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever receiving a donation totaling $61,700.00 from Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party on 10/18/2024.

My investigative team also discovered that Gilbert Hinojosa’s “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” does not mention that he nor the Texas Democratic Party ever donated $61,700.00, as Mike Doyle claimed under penalty of perjury on his “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/28/2024, with the Texas Ethics Commission.

The other donation of $10,300.00, which Mike Doyle claims to have made to the Texas Democratic Party on 10/08/2024, was recorded by Gilberto Hinojosa as received on 10/08/2024 under penalty of perjury.

So, why did Mike Doyle claim, under penalty of perjury, that he donated $61,700.00 to the Texas Democratic Party if he did not donate?

“NEW DEVELOPMENT.”

The twist to this “DEVELOPING STORY” got more interesting the deeper my investigative team dug into the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” filed by Mike Doyle, chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, and Gilberto Hinojosa, chairman and treasurer of the Texas Democratic Party.

The most troubling “RED FLAG” we discovered was on (PAGE 15) of the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” filed by Mike Doyle. It stated that the Harris County Democratic Party had received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa and the Texas Democratic Party on 10/21/2024, the first day of “EARLY VOTING” for the 2024 Presidential Election.

Mike Doyle claimed, under penalty of perjury, that the Harris County Democratic Party received a $61,700.00 donation from the Texas Democratic Party, which doesn’t jive with the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” filed by Hinojosa.

Upon carefully reviewing the Texas Democratic Party report, there does not appear to be any mention of a $61,700.00 donation made by the Texas Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party on the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/21/2024, as Mike Doyle claimed under penalty of perjury.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, appears to have lied about receiving a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party, on 10/21/2024, which was the first day of Early Voting in Texas. Based on his “ELECTRONICALLY FILED” campaign finance report for 10/28/2024, Mike Doyle appears to have also lied about making a $61,700.00 donation to the Texas Democratic Party at the risk of committing perjury.

Gilberto Hinojosa and Mike Doyle have some serious questions to answer. From my vantage point, “DEMOCRATIC COMMUNITY LEADERS” and “LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS” must do their due diligence as our investigation into Mike Doyle’s bungling of the “2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION” in Harris County, Texas continues to press forward.

In closing, I am not sure I can force Mike Doyle to relinquish the chairmanship of the Harris County Democratic Party without the help of “COMMUNITY LEADERS” and stakeholders. Still, I’m doing my part and remain hopeful that courageous “DEMOCRAT LEADERS” will do theirs.
