Dr. Steven Hotze was Thrown in Jail; Blacks Must not Vote For Ellis, Judge Johnson, Judge Hall, or Vivian King

GOP Megadonor Dr. Steven Hotze, 74, was thrown into the Harris County Jail last Thursday by a "BLACK JUDGE" by the name of Judge Robert Johnson (top center), who presides over the 177th Criminal District Court. It is clear that "LAWFARE" has reared its ugly head in Harris County, Texas, as the Harris County District Attorney's Office appears to have "TRUMPED UP" two more felony charges against Dr. Steven Hotze in a desperate attempt to dissuade him from running his "ELECTION INTEGRITY OPERATION" in the upcoming Presidential Election -- which is wrong. When he was first charged in April 2022, Dr. Hotze was hit with one count of unlawful restraint and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for something a private investigator did that he had nothing to do with at all. Dr. Hotze has now been charged with two new felonies. This 74-year-old Dr. Steven Forrest Hotze did not commit any aggravated robbery, and he's not involved in organized crime either. Commissioner Rodney Ellis (top right) and his minions, Judge Robert Johnson, Vivian King (bottom center), and Judge Ursula Hall (bottom right), should be vehemently rejected at the ballot box on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. VULGAR AUDIO — The woman in the video above, "DR" Candice Matthews, is one step away from taking over local "CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COURTS" now that she has Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis by the balls. According to sources "DR" Candice Matthews plans to control Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis indefinitely, rendering him powerless with her "SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO," which she captured during a secret meeting at Commissioner Rodney Ellis's home located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard in Houston, Texas. After she managed to make a fool of Commissioner Ellis on Wednesday, October 3, 2023, she then forwarded copies of her secretly recorded tape to Quanell X and James Earl Dunn, Jr., who pled guilty to defrauding the Department of Education out of $300,000.00 a few years ago.

"BOMB THREATS."

If you listen to the filthy mouth of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's girl in the video above, you will get a glimpse of what we're dealing with and why people are so afraid of this "DR" Candice Matthews woman. Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Quanell X, and local TV stations such as KTRK - 13, KPRC - 2, FOX - 26, and many others have been coddling and providing "DR" Candice Matthews with the exposure needed to strike fear into the hearts of anyone who dares to not bend to her demands.

"COLLEGE STATION."

A little over a month ago, "DR" Candice Matthews traveled to Bryan College Station, Texas, with New Black Panther Nation members to strike fear into a rival activist's heart. During her trip to College Station, she and, or a member of her regime, allegedly threatened to "BLOW UP," a government building, and went to the home of the rival activist to intimidate and harass her.

"HOUSTON, TEXAS."

Several years ago, "DR" Candice Matthews allegedly threatened to "BLOW UP" an HISD School Building with young children inside and got away with it. Her threats to blow up the Houston Independent School District Building allegedly stemmed from a jealous rage.

"PORT ARTHUR."

According to a rival activist, "DR" Candice Matthews traveled to Port Arthur, Texas, with her New Black Panther Nation regime to intimidate and threaten him. She threatened to "BLOW UP" his house and burst the windows out of his car. She also threatened that if he got back on the internet behind his keyboard, she would bust his A$$. During the ordeal, "DR" Candice Matthews proclaimed that local Port Arthur Police were not going to show up because the Mayor of Port Arthur (Thurman Bartie) and the Port Arthur Police Chief (Timothy Duriso) were both her cousins.

Any local Criminal or Civil Court Judges who takes pictures with and supports "DR" Candice Matthews, a woman who has threatened to blow up an HISD School Building and had members of her regime threaten to blow up the building to a State Agency, could be in violation of the "JUDICIAL CANONS" that govern them and could have a complaint filed against them with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. A complaint was filed against "DR" Candice Matthew just last month on August 22, 2024, for traveling to Port Arthur, Texas on August 21, 2022, along with members of the New Black Panther Nation in an attempt to intimidate and harass a rival "COMMUNITY ACTIVIST" by threatening to bust out his windows to his automobile and blow up his home. (CLICK HERE) to view the complaint filed against "DR" Candice Matthews (CASE #33417-24) to verify.

DR.” Candice Matthew earned the trust of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. After earning Commissioner Ellis's trust, she secretly recorded him in a private meeting with Jacquelyn Aluotto, a “WHISTLEBLOWER,” in a federal lawsuit against Harris County.

"EXTORTION SCHEME."

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19 p.m., “DR” Candice Matthew emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” she captured at Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ home located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas to her buddy “QUANELL X” and labeled it, “Meeting with Rodney Ellis and Jackie Aluotto about James Dixon Part 1.”

At 3:28 p.m., on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, “DR” Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” to her buddy “JAMES DUNN JR” who is a convicted felon who defrauded the Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and served three years in prison after pleading guilty.

Judge Robert Johnson, the presiding judge for the 177th Criminal District Court, appears to have crossed over to the dark side many years ago. Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development, is a lieutenant in the "ELLIS/TURNER/LEE" regime. Their "CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE" uses Womack from his fortified office, where he provides office space to other regime members at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas. Aside from conducting real estate matters, 4412 Almeda serves at the "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING" capital of Harris County, Texas.

Judge Ursula, the presiding judge for the 165th Civil District Court, is one of the worst judges ever to hold a bench in Harris County, Texas.

Vivian King cannot under any circumstances be elected as the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas; she is a disaster waiting to happen. According to several sources, she cannot be trusted by the people of Harris County, Texas, and she shouldn't even be trusted by Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. While serving as District Attorney Kim Ogg's chief of staff, Vivian King has allegedly told several sources that her boss, Kim Ogg, is a racist. How low down is that? Aside from being a filthy skank who likes to allegedly put tracking devices on the vehicles of men who are dumb enough to get romantically involved with her -- she's a lying, manipulating lowlife who could keep a man if her life depended on it. Gerald Womack and Vivian King go way back and are joined at the hip together in more ways than one. Make no mistake about it. Vivian King is a card-carrying member of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's regime.

PUBLIC CORRUPTION – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that her lawyers are Republicans and happen to be the same lawyers that Wayne Dolcefino employs, and that’s why she separated her case – to make sure Wayne Dolcefino didn’t find out what was unfolding.

Dr. Steven Hotze was Arrested and Thrown in Jail; Black Women Must not Vote For Judge Johnson, Judge Hall, or Vivian King

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The plot thickens: members of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” appear to now be conspiring together to suppress the “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO” captured by “DR” Candice Matthews in a devious plot to “EXTORT” Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis – seize control of the Harris County “CIVIL AND CRIMINAL” courthouses and force Bishop James Dixon through “BLACKMAIL” to quietly step down from his position as President of the NAACP Houston Branch and hand it over to her.

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, “LAWFARE” means using the legal system and institutions to damage or delegitimize a political opponent or rival to deter them from exercising their legal rights. And that’s what you see unfolding inside the 177th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas.

Judge Robert Johnson, the presiding Judge for the 177th Criminal District Court, appears to have been compromised in more ways than one as he fears losing his bid for reelection to his Republican challenger, a Latina female named attorney Emily Detoto.

“JOHNSON MUST GO.”

I remained silent when several local Black female attorneys approached me and told me that Judge Johnson needed to be removed from the bench last year.

One of the “BLACK FEMALE ATTORNEYS” was very blunt in her disdain for Judge Robert Johnson and Judge Ramona Franklin. “We desperately need to get rid of Robert Johnson and Ramona Franklin,” stated the local African American female attorney. “Especially Johnson,” she demanded.

“BAD DEMOCRAT.”

One part of the “BLACK FEMALE Attorney’s OBJECTIVE” was accomplished on “SUPER TUESDAY” when Judge Ramona Franklin, the presiding Judge for the 338th Criminal District Court, was defeated in the March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary by Allison Mathis by a substantial margin.

Comparatively speaking, Allison Mathis received 92,337 votes, 61.7% of the vote, and Judge Ramona Franklin received 57,341 votes, for 38.3%.

“BACK TO JOHNSON.”

The “BLACK FEMALE ATTORNEY” went on to explain, “I personally witnessed him mistreat a pregnant woman in his courtroom. He would not call an ambulance after I stood in front of him and begged him to help her.”

The female African-American attorney said, “He acted as if I was not even before him.”

“Her husband, who was out on bond, became scared for his wife, and Judge Robert Johnson had his bailiff take the man into custody to prevent him from helping his distressed wife, who was pregnant,” proclaimed the Black female attorney.

“Evil,” she declared. “Judge Robert Johnson is an evil man.”

She continued, “Me and another woman lawyer who told me not to use her name because she was running for a judicial position, called an ambulance, and the pregnant woman gave birth but had serious complications because of her blood-pressure levels and the horrific actions that occurred inside Judge Robert Johnson’s 177th Criminal District Court.”

“The ambulance came to pick her up at the courthouse,” explained the Black female attorney, who spoke to me under the condition I would not release her name.

She stated, “I found out that the pregnant woman’s dad was a retired police officer – pretty ‘high up’ in rank in HPD when he retired.”

“I spoke with him to tell him what was going on with his daughter,” she proclaimed. “It was HORRIBLE, and Judge Robert Johnson did not give a care in the world.”

According to the “BLACK FEMALE ATTORNEY,” she claims that she approached the bench, and Judge Robert Johnson did not ‘utter a word’ after she begged and pleaded with him to help the pregnant woman who was in distress and going into labor inside the 177th Criminal District Court.

“I finally walked away to continue to help the woman,” the Black attorney claims.

She says, “HE HAS TO GO!!!”

According to this Black female attorney, people fear Judge Robert Johnson because he is Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s son.

“HE'S COMPROMISED.”

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis became compromised when he allowed political operative “DR” Candice Matthews to secretly record him in his capacity as “CRIME BOSS” regarding his protection of Bishop James Dixon, a member of his regime.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis appears to be the head of a “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” operating out of Harris County that specializes in using mafia-styled methods to intimidate and bully their political opponents by using “LAWFARE” and other techniques to accomplish their goals.

My investigative team and I have positively identified two local judges and at least one Democrat political candidate who all appear to be members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s regime.

According to multiple sources, Judge Robert Johnson, the presiding Judge for the 177th Criminal District Court, has been Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s boy for years.

Other sources stated that Judge Ursula Hall, the presiding Judge for the 165th Civil District Court, has been a member of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s regime for years.

Vivian King has abused her position as Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff to undermine Ogg and betray her trust by allegedly labeling Ogg a racist behind her back. Vivian King has also abused her position of authority to intervene behind the scenes in matters that rise to the level of prosecutorial misconduct, which is a topic for another day.

“PRESENT DANGER.”

Bad things happen when “WE, THE PEOPLE,” allow one political party to seize control of our local “CRIMINAL AND CIVIL” judicial benches. What happened to Dr. Steven Hotze in the 177th Criminal District Court gives us a precise instance of “LAWFARE” in action right before our eyes.

I’m not sure if Judge Robert Clark Johnson, the presiding Judge of the 177th Criminal District Court, realizes or not, but throwing Dr. Steven Hotze in jail on Thursday, September 5, 2024, wasn’t a smart move or the right strategy if he intended to dissuade Dr. Hotze from endorsing his political challenger (Emily Detoto), as Judge Johnson seeks reelection on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the most consequential Presidential Election of our lifetime.

What’s haunting Judge Robert Clark Johnson the most is that he and Emily Detoto ran uncontested during their respective (HCDP) and (HCRP) primaries. Still, Detoto received more votes – indicating that Emily Detoto could be a heavy favorite to unseat Judge Robert Johnson on Election Day.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Harris County Republican Party Primary, Emily Detoto received 140,724 votes – even though she was running uncontested.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Harris County Democratic Party Primary, Judge Robert Johnson received 137,495 votes – even though he was running uncontested.

“MAJOR CONCERN.”

Judge Robert Johnson, Judge DaSean Jones, and Judge Tracy D. Good are the only three African American males running for down-ballot judicial positions in Harris County, Texas, as Democrats. However, Judge Robert Johnson is the only African American male incumbent at risk of losing his judicial bench on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – which could explain why he’s seemingly become unhinged and paranoid – and seeking to abuse his power as a judge to humiliate Dr. Steven Hotze publicly.

If you remember, in the 2022 Midterm Election debacle, four “BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL NOMINEES” running countywide were defeated down-ballot in Harris County, Texas – while the rest of the down-ballot “DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL NOMINEES” defeated their Republican rivals.

As a refresher, it was Republican women (endorsed by Dr. Steven Hotze) who defeated their four “BLACK DEMOCRAT” rivals in 2022, and this perhaps could be the most significant reason Judge Robert Johnson appears to have aligned himself with Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s political machine.

Back in the 2022 Midterm Election debacle, with 1,059,031 votes cast in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, Porsha Natasha Brown (Democrat) got defeated by Lelsie Johnson (Republican) by 267 votes – with the help of Dr. Steven Hotze’s endorsement.

With 1,066,738 votes cast in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the margin of victory for Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) over Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat) was (2,676) votes. With the help of Dr. Steven Hotze’s endorsement, Guiney defeated her Democratic rival.

Another Republican female judicial candidate, Paula Goodhart, unseated a Black female Democrat judge, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, by a slim margin of 4,889 votes in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court No. 2, in Harris County, Texas, during the 2022 Midterm Election debacle.

With 1,058,707 votes cast, Paula Goodhart (Republican) received 531,789 votes, for 50.23% of the vote, and Judge Ronnisha Bowman (Democrat) received 526,909 votes for 49.77% -- remember “GOP” Megadonor Dr. Steven Hotze endorsed Goodhart over Bowman.

Dr. Steven Hotze also endorsed Jessica N. Padilla (Republican) over Je’Rell A. Rogers in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court No. 14, in Harris County in the 2022 Midterm Election debacle.

Jessica N. Padilla, a Latina female running as a Republican, beat her African American male opponent by 14,290 votes, with 1,053,356 votes cast, thanks to Dr. Steven Hotze’s endorsement.

Comparatively speaking, Jessica N. Padilla (Republican) received 533,823 votes, for 50.68% of the vote, and Je’Rell A. Rogers (Democrat) received 519,533 – which means Rogers lost by the most significant margin of the Democratic down-ballot losers.

“THE ENTERPRISE.”

"JUDGE JOHNSON."

We are dealing with a “CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE” in Harris County, Texas. The other night, GOP Megadonor Dr. Steven Hotze was thrown in the Harris County Jail by a “BLACK JUDGE” who is a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s political machine, by the name of Robert Clark Johnson, who presides over the 177th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas.

The brand-new felony charges (conjured up) by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office against Dr. Steven Hotze appear to be an attempt to dissuade him from running his “ELECTION INTEGRITY OPERATION” to stop potential voter fraud in the upcoming election.

Dr. Hotze got hit with a new bogus aggravated robbery charge, and Dr. Hotze was also hit with a new felony charge claiming he’s engaging in organized criminal activity – which is a lie.

The bogus indictments against Dr. Steven Hotze have been labeled as “LAWFARE” by high-profile attorney Jared Woodfill, who is fighting to keep the 74-year-old GOP Megadonor out of prison.

Dr. Steven Hotze vehemently denies being at the scene of the confrontation involving Mark Aguirre in 2020. However, Judge Robert Johnson doesn’t care about the truth or the facts.

Judge Robert Clark Johnson's most important alliance is with Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his political regime.

Court records indicate that Dr. Hotze’s attorney filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him, accusing the Harris County District Attorney’s office of hiding documents and collaborating with the attorney representing a man presumed to be an illegal immigrant by the name of Lopez-Zuniga in a separate civil lawsuit, filed against Dr. Hotze.

“THE BOSS MAN.”

Did Judge Robert Clark Johnson, the presiding Judge for the 177th Criminal District Court, use the power of his “ELECTED OFFICE” to help deflect the attention away from “HIS BOSS” Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the release of the “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPES,” when he ordered GOP Megadonor Dr. Steven Hotze thrown in jail on Thursday, October 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas?

Outrage permeates political circles as our legal system and local media have become the weapon of choice for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his political regime.

On his website, Judge Robert Johnson claims, “Everyone deserves a fair trial.” He also claims, “The time is always right to do what’s right.” But instead of doing what’s right in the case involving Dr. Steven Hotze – Judge Robert Clark Johnson appears to be allowing his 177th Criminal District Court to devolve into a political playground run by Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his political donors like Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development and Investment Realtors.

In another quote he uses, Judge Robert Johnson claims, “The time is always right to do what’s right.” In another, he uses a quote that says, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

His quotes hold for everyone except for Dr. Steven Hotze or other conservatives. I’m ashamed that I ever endorsed Judge Robert and all of the “GOOD BLACK JUDGES” who serve on the bench in Harris County, Texas.

Judge Robert Clark Johnson's website also features a quote that states, “A right delayed is a right denied.”

Everyone entering his courtroom has rights – except for Dr. Steven Hotze!!!

“LONG STORY SHORT.”

Judge Robert Clark Johnson is beginning to look like a corrupt, low-down snake in the grass, a “PUPPET” who does not belong serving as a judge or as a clown in a circus. Under Judge Robert Johnson, the 177th Civil District Court has devolved into one of the worst courts in Texas.

“CLEARLY LAWFARE.”

Last week, I unleashed “SEVERAL SEGMENTS” from a “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis engaging in organized crime.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is nothing more than a “CORRUPT CRIME BOSS” who is now using his hand-picked judges to spring into action to cover up his criminal activities and the cover up the fact that he fell victim to an “EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL SCHEME” after he summoned two “DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES” to his home for an illegal backroom meeting.

The secret meeting held at Commissioner Ellis’s home with a “WHISTLEBLOWER” by the name of Jacquelyn Aluotto and a cowboy-hat-wearing HUSSY by the name of “DR” Candice Matthews should have never taken place because Jacquelyn Aluotto was in the midst of a federal lawsuit against Harris County, Texas — and Ellis, an “ELECTED OFFICIAL” involved with settling the cases with taxpayer dollars, is now compromised and has lost the power he once held.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis knew that the questionable meeting at his home should not have taken place, as evidenced by the fact that he confiscated the cell phones of the two “DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES” he’d summoned to his home to discuss a matter involving Bishop James Dixon, his questionable activities with women, and alleged suicidal tendencies.

Bishop James Dixon, in case you don’t know, is alleged to have put a gun to his head and threatened to kill himself while on official business representing the taxpayers of Harris County, Texas.

“CHAIN OF CUSTODY.”

An interesting twist in the saga swirling around the “SECRET AUDIO TAPE” that was recorded at Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home by “DR” Candice Matthews on Wednesday, October 3, 2023, and forwarded to Quanell X on Thursday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19, p.m., by “DR” Candice Matthews, and then sent to James Dunn, Jr., an hour later on Thursday, October 4, 2023, at 3:28 p.m., by “DR” Candice Matthews is that she outsmarted Commissioner Rodney Ellis and has caused him to look like a fool.

His sidekick, Judge Julia Maldonado, the presiding Judge for the 507th Family District Court, got her tail kicked back on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, by an attorney I endorsed named Lillian Henny Alexander. Still, it’s starting to look like “DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY VOTERS” should have sent Judge Johnson packing right along with his mean, nasty, corrupt buddy – Judge Julia Maldonado.

“JOHNSON IS SCARED.”

One of Judge Robert Johnson’s closest friends is Judge Julia Maldonado. As a refresher, Attorney Lillian Henny Alexander gave Judge Julia Maldonado an old-fashioned “BEAT-DOWN” in the battle for the 507th Family District Court.

The antics and “INTIMIDATION TACTICS” Judge Julia Maldonado tried to use at “WEST GRAY,” the hottest “EARLY VOTING” site in Harris County, Texas, nearly led to Judge Maldonado getting into a physical altercation after she tried to throw her weight around and Attorney Lillian Alexander and her volunteers stood their ground.

When the smoke cleared, Attorney Lillian Henny Alexander received 88,457 votes, and Judge Julia Maldonado (with her evil self) only received 61,808 votes – in her losing effort.

After dominantly dispatching Judge Julia Maldonado in the “DEMOCRAT PRIMARY” race for the 507th Family District Court Bench, Attorney Lillian Henny Alexander (Democrat) must face off against Attorney Dan Lemkuil (Republican), whom I admire and respect.

“VERY DISAPPOINTED.”

Right is right, and wrong is wrong. I smell a rat and won’t sit idly and watch local judges like Judge Robert Johnson use our courtrooms as political playgrounds. I’ve always admired Judge Robert Johnson, the presiding Judge for the 177th Criminal District Court. I’ve always defended Judge Robert Johnson and have never written negatively about him. However, Judge Johnson has crossed the line and appears to be using his courtroom and his position as a judge in a reprehensible way.

Honestly, I’ve always felt Judge Robert Johnson was his own man. I’ve always looked up to him as a shining example of what it means to be honorable and trustworthy. Even when local attorneys would complain about him, I’ve always defended him and assured them that Judge Robert Clark Johnson was on the up and up and unbiased.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Judge Robert Johnson, a Democrat, is set to face off against Emily Detoto, a Republican, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the race for the 177th Criminal District Court, and should be rejected by “BLACK WOMEN” because of his alleged disregard for the safety, care, and concern of that young “PREGNANT WOMAN” who fell into distress in his courtroom.

I am puzzled, dismayed, and bewildered by what Judge Robert Johnson did to Republican megadonor Dr. Steven Hotze on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Throwing Dr. Steven Hotze in jail to discourage him from running his “ELECTION INTEGRITY OPERATION” for the forthcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election cycle is just flat-out wrong.

LEAVING -- The segment above will substantiate the fact that "DR" Candice Matthews, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats and National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Party, safely left the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas, after she successfully captured Commissioner Ellis "ABUSING HIS POWER" as the Harris County Commissioner for Precinct One.

SEGMENT 1 – Candice Matthews walks up to the door of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005, with a recording device already turned on as she approaches the front door.

SEGMENT 2 – Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis enters a room at his home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005, and greets “DR” Candice Matthews and Jacquelyn Aluotto. According to multiple sources, he confiscates their cell phones but does not know that Matthews has a recording device attached to her key chain.

SEGMENT 3 – Candice Matthews tells Jacquelyn Aluotto why Commissioner Rodney Ellis had them meet him at his home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005. According to “DR” Candice Matthews, she and Jacquelyn Aluotto were asked to meet Commissioner Ellis at his home because he had a meeting with Bishop James Dixon scheduled and did not want Bishop Dixon to know that he was meeting with the two of them.

SEGMENT 4 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and “DR” Candice Matthews that she fears for her life. As far as we know, Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not contact any law enforcement agency to alert them about what was happening between Jacquelyn Aluotto and her co-founder of the “NO TRAFFICKING ZONE,” Bishop James Dixon.

SEGMENT 5 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains why she kept her mouth shut and did not tell her lawyers, 30-time Emmy Award-winning Reporter Wayne Dolcefino, or Republicans. She also told Harris Commissioner Rodney Ellis and “DR” Candice Matthews that her child was off limits.

SEGMENT 6 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains how she brought “HUMAN TRAFFICKING VICTIMS” to Bishop James Dixon’s Church (Community of Faith) because she felt she was doing God’s work. Still, Bishop Dixon started sleeping with the women and then never calling them again. According to Aluotto, two professional women she brought to Bishop Dixon were from the Governor’s Office and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, who fell into Bishop Dixon’s hands.

SEGMENT 7 – Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis asks to see the pictures and videos Jacquelyn Aloutto had of Bishop James Dixon with the “SEX TRAFFICKING VICTIMS” and the time he was in Florida representing NRG and threatened to kill himself. Matthews explains to Commissioner Ellis that Bishop Dixon needed to knock it off because she has Johnny Binder protecting Aluotto.

SEGMENT 8 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis why she came to him for help. Commissioner Rodney Ellis agrees to intervene and call Bishop James Dixon, the Chairman of the Board for the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation.

SEGMENT 9 – Jacquelyn Aluotto begins to cry and explains to Commissioner Ellis and Candice Matthews that she needs to pause for a moment. It is unclear if Commissioner Rodney Ellis contacted any local law enforcement agency after learning about Bishop James Dixon’s predatory behavior.

SEGMENT 10 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that her lawyers are Republicans and happen to be the same lawyers that Wayne Dolcefino employs, and that’s why she separated her case – to make sure Wayne Dolcefino didn’t find out what was unfolding.

SEGMENT 11 – Candice Matthews tells Commissioner Rodney Ellis to remove Bishop James Dixon from several things. However, it is unclear whether Commissioner Ellis went to any law enforcement agency about Jacquelyn Aluotto’s being afraid for her life.

SEGMENT 12 – Candice Matthews told Commissioner Rodney Ellis that Bishop James Dixon could be a liability. However, it is unclear if Commissioner Rodney Ellis has compelled Bishop James Dixon to seek professional help.

SEGMENT 13 – Commissioner Rodney Ellis talks about sex and money as Candice Matthews compels Ellis to go and talk to Bishop James Dixon about his alleged retaliatory behavior. It is unclear if Commissioner Ellis went to local law enforcement authorities or to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to explain to them that Jacquelyn Aluotto came to him out of fear for her life.

SEGMENT 14 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Commissioner Ellis that Bishop James Dixon had gotten into trouble. Candice Matthews compels Aluotto to tell Commissioner Ellis everything. Matthews appears to be trying to protect Commissioner Ellis and Aluotto in her quest to get Aluotto to tell Ellis every detail of her ordeal with Bishop Dixon in case the information becomes public. According to Jacquelyn Aluotto, she didn’t tell her lawyer everything about her traumatizing ordeal with Bishop Dixon.

SEGMENT 15 – Commissioner Rodney Ellis acknowledges that Bishop James Dixon’s “PREDATORY BEHAVIOR” could lead to people getting killed after Jacquelyn Aluotto told him that Bishop James Dixon was having sex with a few of the wives of some of his male friends. However, it is unclear whether Commissioner Ellis went to any local law enforcement agency or the District Attorney’s Office to report that Jacquelyn Aluotto was in fear for her life.

SEGMENT 16 – Jacquelyn Aluotto tells Commissioner Rodney Ellis that Bishop James Dixon’s sister and father are the only two people who have copies of the pictures of Bishop James Dixon and the “SEX TRAFFICKING” victims, to her knowledge.

SEGMENT 17 – Candice Matthews explains to Jacquelyn Aluotto that she needs to tell Commissioner Rodney Ellis what she wants. It is unclear at this time whether Commissioner Rodney Ellis compelled Bishop James Dixon to stop his “RETALIATORY BEHAVIOR” or to discontinue his “PREDATORIAL BEHAVIOR” in his capacity as the Chairman of the Board for the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation.

SEGMENT 18 – Jacquelyn Aluotto and “DR” Candice Matthews were escorted out of the front door of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005. If you listen closely, the rustling sound you hear is “THE RECORDING DEVICE,” continuing to record as Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Candice Matthews exchange pleasantries as she walks away from Commissioner Ellis’s house to her vehicle parked on the street.

“DO SOMETHING.”

The battle for Texas on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, will be won (or lost) in Harris County, Texas. That said, “DEMOCRATIC NOMINEES” and “REPUBLICAN NOMINEES” need to do something.

History reveals that if the voter turnout in Harris County, Texas, is low, “REPUBLICAN NOMINEES” have an excellent chance of defeating their Democratic opponents. However, if the voter turnout is historic in areas like Sunnyside, Southpark, Acres Homes, Third Ward, Fourth Ward, Fifth Ward, Barrett Station, Kashmere Gardens, Greenspoint, Independence Heights, Settegast, and Pleasantville, “DEMOCRATIC NOMINEES” will do just fine.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Early voting will begin on Monday, October 21, 2024, and end on Friday, November 1, 2024, for the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election. It is incumbent upon us to make it our business to select the best candidate available in every down-ballot race."

Donors Have helped Harris/Walz raise $500 million, and Local Black Democrat Judicial Nominees Have Raised over $1.3 million

AUBREY R. REPORTS©

After a rocky start to the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, African American female Democratic judicial nominees have found their groove. They are beginning to hit their stride after being called unqualified and ill-prepared to preside over courtrooms. Remember, only a few months ago, Judge Erica Hughes was called an animal by a local “LGBTQ+ Community attorney named Ben L. Aderholt, who was immediately fired by (COATS/ROSE), the law firm he worked for.

I’m not going to harp on Attorney Ben L. Aderholt or anyone else who hates the advancements Black women are making in the area of politics. However, I suffice to say, “THESE WOMEN ARE HERE TO STAY,” and for the most part, are doing stellar jobs presiding over local courtrooms.

“VOTING RIGHTS.”

It wasn’t that long ago that women didn’t even have the right to vote. Remember, the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution, passed by Congress on June 4, 1919, and ratified on August 18, 1920, granted women of all ethnicities the right to vote.

Since then, Black women, White women, Latino women, Asian women, and others have made tremendous strides in the political, public, and private sectors, forming “A SISTERHOOD” unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Will Americans entrust “A BLACK WOMAN” with the humungous task of leading the free world? After raising over $500 million in under a month, Vice President Kamala Harris appears to be the antidote to former president Donald J. Trump in the minds of Democrats and Republicans in many regards.

“OUTLOOK 2024.”

Law Firms, family, and friends of local “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” have positioned them with an impressive cash advantage over the Republican candidates they will face off against on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

With “EARLY VOTING,” beginning on Monday, October 21, 2024, “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” from Harris County, Texas (primarily women) have $1,391,006.14 cash on hand in the bank as a group. Their Republican counterparts only have $70,086.66 cash on hand when you subtract away the $607,012.48 that the Texas Alliance for Life PAC has associated with Texas Supreme Justice James “Jimmy” Blacklock, who Judge DaSean Jones challenged.

“VOTER OUTREACH.”

Republicans are encouraging Texas voters to “GO TO THE POLLS WITH INTENTION,” casting their ballots for “GOP CANDIDATES” up and down their ballot in 2024 to “Keep Texas – Texas.”

Their Democratic counterparts are encouraging Texas voters to “VOTE BLUE ALL THE WAY THROUGH” their ballots in Texas as they try to reclaim the Lone Star State where no “DEMOCRAT” has won a statewide race since 1994, which was three decades ago.

On top of dominating Democrats for three decades in statewide Texas races, Republicans are starting to make modest gains with Latino and Black voters in Texas. However, “BLACK DOWN-BALLOT JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” have begun making strides in fundraising, which could enable them to become surrogates for the Democratic Party, which desperately needs African Americans to turn out in historic numbers to have any shot at keeping control of Harris County, Texas.

The biggest mistake local Democratic candidates could make is to horde the campaign cash on hand they have, instead of using newly found wealth to mobilize, energize, and engage Texas voters in predominantly African American precincts to “VOTE BLUE ALL THE WAY THROUGH” their ballot on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

“VOTE OF CONFIDENCE.”

We haven’t seen any vast donations roll through, like the $30,000.00 the Buzbee Law Firm (Tony Buzbee) donated to Brittanye Morris shortly after she unseated her fellow Democrat, Judge Daryl Moore, to claim the 333rd Civil District Court bench on March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary.

We’re continuing to monitor the campaign finance reports.

While no local law firms have matched the $30,000.00 the Buzbee Law Firm gave Brittanye Morris, regional law firms are beginning to flex their muscle with smaller $5,000.00 donations being duplicated and distributed to multiple “DOWN-BALLOT” Democratic judicial nominees. This is a massive vote of confidence from the attorneys practicing before these honorable men and women.

“FEELING THE LOVE.”

In July 2024, after President Joe Biden dropped out of the Presidential race and endorsed his Vice President (Kamala Harris), she proved her worthiness by hitting the campaign trail running and raising $310 million, and she now has over $500 million cash on hand.

As a refresher, many “DEMOCRAT MEGADONORS” got spooked and soured on President Biden after his horrific televised debate performance against former President Donald Trump. But things have taken a dramatic turn for the better as Democrats are flexing their muscle with “HARRIS/WALZ” at the top of their ticket.

Believe it or not, the generosity shown to the “HARRIS/WALZ TICKET” over the last few weeks is starting to trickle down to local “DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL NOMINEES” running in local races against “REPUBLICAN JUDICIAL NOMINEES” who are finding it challenging to keep pace with their “DOWN-BALLOT” Democratic rivals.

Based on their most recently filed campaign finance reports, “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL NOMINEES” are beginning to “FEEL THE LOVE” as local lawyers and their firms feel more confident and loosen their purse strings—if you know what I mean.

“THE MONEY BAG.”

A couple of years ago, Judge Ravi K. Sandill, the presiding judge for the 127th Civil District Court, had $620,400.85 in his campaign bank account. However, after his hotly contested 2024 bid for re-election, all he has in his account right now is $107,862.07.

On March 5, 2024, Judge Ravi K. Sandill was defeated by his fellow Democrat Denise Brown, who had no money to spend but had a “GOOD BALLOT NAME” and a strong work ethic.

“THE DOWN-BALLOT.”

Good ballot names are essential in local politics. As was evident when Denise Brown received 103,848 votes for 67.8% of the vote, and Judge R.K. Sandill only received 49,359 votes, for 32.2%, on “SUPER TUESDAY” in the Democratic Party Primary race for the 127th Civil District Court – a good ballot name could be the difference between winning and losing.

As Judge R.K. Sandill learned, it doesn’t matter how much money you spend – if you spend it in the wrong places – you could still lose handily – significantly if your name doesn’t help you.

“BAD BALLOT NAMES.”

Overconfidence on the part of “DEMOCRATIC NOMINEES” heading into the forthcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, election contests can come back to bite them, as it did for several local “BLACK DEMOCRAT NOMINEES” during the November 8, 2022, Midterm Elections.

Remember what happened to Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), who lost to Kristin M. Guiney in the race for District Judge, 183rd Judicial District Court?

The “ETHNIC SOUNDING NAME” of Gemayel didn’t help him much with voters scrolling down the most significant ballot in America. After the voting, Kristin M. Guiney received 534,707 votes for 50.13%, and Gemayel L. Haynes received 532,031 votes for 49.87%.

Gemayel lost his race to Kristin by the slim margin of 2,676 votes.

On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Porsha Natasha Brown (Democrat) lost her bid to become a judge to Leslie Johnson (Republican), who won by 267 votes in the race for judge of County Criminal Court at Law No. 3.

As a refresher, Leslie Johnson received 529,649 votes or 50.1% of the vote, and Porscha Natasha Brown received 529,382 votes or 49.99%.

In the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2 on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Judge Ronnisha Bowman (Democrat) was the only “SITTING DEMOCRAT JUDGE” running countywide who lost her bench. Judge Bowman received 529,909 votes, 49.77% of the vote, and Paula Goodhart received 531,798 votes, 50.23%.

Je’Rell A. Rogers (Democrat) lost to Jessica N. Padilla (Republican) in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No 14, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

According to the Harris County Clerk’s Office, Jessica N. Padilla received 533,823 votes for 50.68%, and Je’Rell A. Rogers received 519,533 for 49.32%.

In the race for District Judge in the 180th Judicial District Court, Tami C. Pierce (Republican) nearly defeated Judge DaSean Jones, sued him, and won a new election scheduled for May 2025.

As a refresher, Tami C. Pierce (Republican) received 534,011 votes, for 49.98% of the vote, and DaSean Jones received 534,460, for 50.02%, to win by 449 votes.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

For Democrats running countywide to sweep Harris County, Texas, the voter turnout on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, would have to be north of 800,000 votes. If individual “DEMOCRATIC NOMINEES” running countywide in Harris County, Texas, below 800,000, they could risk losing to their Republican rival on Election Day. That said, if the voter turnout for individual candidates is below 500,000 votes, “REPUBLICAN NOMINEES” will run the table in countywide races.

Democrat nominees in “DOWN-BALLOT” judicial races dominate “REPUBLICAN NOMINEES,” but many are sitting on their campaign war chests, which is difficult to understand.
