And why is Harris County Democratic Party Chair -- Lillie Schechter stepping down a little over a week after I laid out evidence to explain why the same document that the state of Texas is claiming Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming tampered with, had to have also been tampered with by Marc Malacoff, and either Lillie Schechter (and or) her designee. Now, while Democrats across the nation are focused on trying to stop what they are labeling as voter suppression laws aimed at stopping Blacks from voting -- it's starting to look a lot like some local high-ranking Democrats in Harris County, Texas are engaging in retaliation, corruption, sexually exploiting their subordinate deputies, giving violent criminals get out of jail fee cards, cover-ups, and coordinated efforts aimed at silencing everyone who does not cooperate with their dastardly deeds. That being said, I'm starting to wonder if the party that's claiming to be fighting for Black people are only pretending to be fighting for us. If you ask me, it's starting to look a lot like while some Democrats appear to be fighting for Black people, there's another faction within the Harris County Democratic Party that could very-well be working to brandish as many Blacks as they possibly can as felons -- which effective takes them out of the political game -- but that's a story for another day. Now, I know that many of you are wondering why the Harris County Democratic Party Chair -- Lillie Schechter is relinquishing her position, effective Wednesday, June 16, 2021. “I’m telling everyone reading this report today, that something is not right with CAUSE NO: 1702115 against Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming that’s been transferred to Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 15 – that’s presided over by the Honorable Judge Tonya Jones. I’m also telling all of you that there’s a lot more to the story surrounding how Democratic Political Consultant Damien Jones got entangled and caught up in CAUSE NO: 1702116 – that’s been transferred to Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 12 – that’s presided over by the Honorable Judge Genesis Draper. Now, listen up!!! There’s absolutely no possible way that Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming pulled off getting her name placed on the ballot in the State Representative for House District 142 race back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary without some inside help from the Harris County Democratic Party in my opinion!!! But don’t take my word for it! Just open up your eyes and take a close look at the documents below. Look, there’s an old saying floating around in legal circles that talks about the ease at which prosecutors can secure indictments in grand jury cases: You can get a grand jury to “indict a ham sandwich.” Now, when you take a moment to look closely at the indictment that has been secured against Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming, please be aware of the fact that neither, Marc Malacoff or Harris County Democratic Party Chair Lillie Schechter got indicted for the roles they may have potentially played in this tampering with a government record case. What am I talking about? What roles did Malacoff and Schechter play? Well, for starters, Marc Malacoff is the notary public for the Harris County Democratic Party. But what a lot of folks don’t know about Marc Malacoff, is that he’s also an “IT” Information Technology expert, who was formerly employed as the information Technology Manager (IT Manager) at Halliburton – one of the largest companies in the world. Now, Marc Malacoff is the officer who administered the oath of office and put his official notary stamp on the “APPLICATION” that the state of Texas claims was tampered with by Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming. Now get this, Marc Malacoff swore that Natasha Demming appeared before him on Saturday, November 9, 2019, and he placed his official notary stamp on the “APPLICATION” that the state of Texas is saying was tampered with by Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming. Now, the only problem with this oath that was notarized by Marc Malacoff, is that the lower-portion of the “APPLICATION” that only the Harris County Democratic Party Chair (Lillie Schechter) or “HER DESIGNEE” were suppose to complete, clearly shows signs of tampering in my opinion. And above that, it also shows a “CHECK MARK” in the box stating that Natasha’s voter registration status had been verified by the Harris County Democratic Party. And in what appears to be an even bigger problem, there’s a “THIRTY DAY DIFFERENCE” between the date that Marc Malacoff swore that Natasha Demming appeared before him, (Saturday, November 9, 2019), and the date that either Harris County Democratic Party Chair Lillie Schechter, or “HER DESIGNEE” signed the application. And that’s not ALL!!! Listen up!!! My close inspection of the handwriting on the bottom portion of the “APPLICATION” that the state of Texas claims that Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming tampered with reveals that the “writing styles” don’t match. To be sure, the “12/9/19” on the line above the supposed “DATE RECEIVED” was written by one person. And the “12-9-19” on the line above the “DATE ACCEPTED” was written by a totally different person in my opinion. How do I know? Well, the first dead giveaway is that whoever signed the bottom of the “APPLICATION” used a “/” forward slash on the “DATE RECEIVED”, and then someone else turned around and used a “-“ dash mark when they signed for the “DATE ACCEPTED”. Now, in case you don’t know, one of the first things I look for when comparing handwriting samples are the points of similarity. Then, after finding the points of similarity, the next thing I look for are the points of difference. Now, when I did this with the “APPLICATION” that the state is claiming that Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming tampered with, it became evidently clear to me, that, if in fact Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming tampered with the government record as they are accused of doing – they did not act alone!!! Look, it’s pretty clear to me that more people should have been charged than Richard Bonton and Natasha Demming in CAUSE NO: 1702115. How do I know? Well, no “ONE PERSON” would sign the same date on two different lines right next to one another in two different ways. So, my question now, is, why didn’t Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg charge Marc Malacoff, Harris County Democratic Party Chair Lillie Schechter, or her Designee in this case?”

This seal stamped on this application means that Marc Malacoff swore to that the date was correct. And he his job was to also make sure that all of the individuals signing this document were positively indentified.
***Only the Harris County Democratic Party Chair, or her Designee were supposed to be verifying the voter registration status of "Natasha Ruiz" before checking this box and signing the application.
***If you look closely you can clearly see that the "2" in the 12/9/19 for the "DATE RECEIVED" and the "2" in the 12-9-19 for the "DATE ACCEPTED" are two totally different styles of handwriting. Now remember, this section of the application was only supposed to be filled out by the Harris County Democratic Party Chairwoman, Lillie Schechter, or her Designee.
Natasha Ruiz wasn't a Hispanic woman like everyone thought -- but turned out to be the Black woman you see pictured above. So, don't jump to conclusions before you have all of the facts because, there's a lot more to this story than a "PHANTOM CANDIDATE" receiving 2,599 votes in a Democratic Party Primary. Natasha is accused of the offense of Tampering with a Governmental Record along with Richard Bonton.
The language in the indictment against Richard Bonton states, “The duly organized Grand Jury of Harris County, Texas presents in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, that in Harris County, Texas, RICHARD ANTHONY BONTON, hereafter styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about December 9, 2019, did then and there unlawfully, with intent that a felony, to-wit, Tampering with a Governmental Record be committed, agree with Richard Bonton that they would engage in conduct that would constitute the offense of Tampering with a Governmental Record, namely, intentionally, and knowingly make, use, and present a governmental record, namely, APPLICATION FOR A PLACE ON THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY GENERAL PRIMARY BALLOT, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with knowledge of its falsity and the actions of the defendant were done with the intent to defraud and harm another, and in pursuance of said, agreement the said conspirators, namely the Defendant and Natasha Demming intentionally committed and performed the following overt acts:

*Natasha Demming submitted her ballot application to the Harris County Democratic Party

Back on 6/28/2017, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company another $1,000 dollars. Back on 5/14/2014, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company $3,500 dollars. Back on 8/12/2013, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company another $1,000 dollars. Back on 7/23/2013, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company $2,500 dollars. Back on 4/16/2012, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company another $1,000 dollars. Back on 2/13/2012, Jerry Davis paid Lillie Schechter’s consulting company $2,250 dollars. Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
