Congressman Al Green (TX-09) and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (TX-30), both Democrats, have been drawn out of their Congressional Districts in the proposed redistricting maps, which could be approved as early as Friday, August 8, 2025. Many Democrats are claiming that the new maps were racially gerrymandered. However, what most Texans don't realize is that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo redrew the "COMMISSIONER COURT" maps to favor Lesley Briones (Democrat), a Hispanic female, and take Commissioner R. Jack Cagle's "PRECINCT 4" seat away from him during the 2022 Midterm Election. And in another act of racism and bias, Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo pushed their "RACIST AGENDA" forward by taking Judge William "Bill" McLeod (Democrat), County Civil Court at Law No. 4, bench away. They handed it to Lesley Briones as part of their plan to take control of Harris County's elected offices away from White men.

"TOTAL HYPOCRISY."
Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has opened an investigation into Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, who has been married to her husband for 19 years. Several African American women reached out to us last year, complaining about Judge Singh, destroying "BLACK FAMILIES" with her promiscuous sexual appetite for married African American men. That said, we have identified two of the African American men who fell victim to Judge Manpreet Monica Sing's "SCHEME," but we will withhold their names for now, out of respect for their young children.

"OUR INVESTIGATION."
We learned yesterday (Tuesday, August 5, 2025) that Judge Manpreet Monica Singh allegedly lured the two married African American men into her web, telling them that she was involved in an "ARRANGED MARRIAGE" and could not get out of her marriage for religious reasons.

"OTHERS INVOLVED."
I was informed by a source that "Dr." Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, could have information about Judge Manpreet Monica Singh destroying "BLACK FAMILIES" by sleeping with married Black men as well. "Everyone was just told to distance themselves from her for a while, and she was told to lie low," explained my source.
My source continued, "This was back in December of 23 and at the beginning of 2024." According to our source, "All I can tell you is that she (Judge Manpreet Monica Singh) infiltrated the black community and presented herself as an ally, got the votes she needed, and was having sex with people's husbands while doing it."
This story is still developing, as Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 4, allegedly was enabled to carry out her "SCHEME" to destroy "BLACK FAMILIES" with the help of Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, and maybe even Judge LaShawn Williams, but it's too early in our invistigation to tell for sure.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis has over $7 million in his campaign bank account. Commissioner Rodney Ellis has not spent anything of significance with the Harris County Democratic Party, or "BLACK OWNED" media outlets, all this year. So how can Commissioner Rodney Ellis get away with claiming to care about the Harris County Democratic Party or the "BLACK COMMUNITY," going forward? When we know better, we have to do better.

Judge Jason Luong, Judge Scot "dolli" Dollinger, Judge Abigail Anastasio, Judge Amy Martin, Judge Barbara "Babs" Stalder, Judge Tristan Harris Longino, Judge Chuck Silverman, Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, Judge David L. Singer, Judge Franklin Bynum, Judge Greg Glass, and Judge David L. Singer are all Democrats who lost their judgeships in Harris County, Texas, and may have all gotten targeted during the 2022 Democratic Party Primary as part of "SINISTER PLOT" to purge "WHITE JUDGES" from judgeships in Harris County, Texas by an organization funded by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis called the Texas Organizizing Project.

- ELLIS HATE GROUP -
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has been funding what appears to be a "HATE GROUP" called the Texas Organizing Project PAC (TOP PAC) for years. The political arm of the Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is a danger to every White Democrat and Republican in the State of Texas.
In case you don’t know, TOP PAC ran the most extensive voter turnout program in Texas during the 2020 General Presidential Election, targeting infrequent and low-income voters of color, according to their website.
On Monday, February 19, 2024, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis gave the Texas Organizing Project a check for $15,000.00, according to his campaign finance report. And get this: after Commissioner Rodney Ellis made a $150,000.00 donation (which was after he'd already given a $100,000.00 donation to TOP), what Texas Organizing Project did was turn right around and give Commissioner Rodney Ellis an in-kind contribution of $4,264.58 a few days later on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, Then, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, (TOP) Texas Organizing Project turned around and donated $121,329.04 to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis as an "IN-KIND DONATION" through providing canvassing and phone banking services, according to Commissioner Rodney Ellis's campaign finance reports.
What am I trying to say? Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo have conspired together since the 2018 Midterms to use the shields of the "ELECTED OFFICES" to fund and support a racist group that is committed to discriminating against "WHITE JUDGES" in their quest to elevate minorities to judicial benches.

According to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, "Texas is a battleground state, and Texas Organizing Project (TOP) PAC’s aim is to further push the state toward a progressive future that will deliver substantive change and shift more power into the hands of Black and Latino Texans."

- RACIST IDEOLOGY -
Did you catch that? The Texas Organizing Project, which is funded by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, stated that their primary goal is to shift power into the hands of Blacks and Latinos in Texas. If that isn't a "RACIST IDEOLOGY," I don't know what is.
If you aren't familiar with them, "Texas Organizing Project PAC runs the most extensive, independent get-out-the-vote political field programs in Texas, focusing on expanding the electorate of color, emphasizing turning out Black and Latino voters. To date, TOP PAC has mobilized hundreds of thousands of voters across the state to transform Texas and build a reflective democracy — one that looks like us and shares our values."
What do they do? According to their website, "We build relationships with Texas voters through on-the-ground issue organizing, engaging people on the issues that matter most to them, and linking those issues to voting when election time comes around. It’s not just about presidential elections – we talk to voters in municipal, school district, special elections, county, and state races, too. We build relationships and trust to also make a culture of voting, all to shift the political landscape and expand progressive infrastructure in Texas."

On February 19, 2024, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $15,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.

On February 22, 2020, the Texas Organizing Project gave Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis an IN-KIND Contribution of $121,329.00 related to canvassing and phone banking services.
On January 23, 2020, the Texas Organizing Project gave Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis an IN-KIND Contribution of $4,264.58 related to staff time to support canvassing and phone bank operations.
On January 17, 2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $150,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.
On November 3, 2016, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $50,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.
On August 31, 2016, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $50,000.00 to the Texas Organizing Project PAC, an organization that's behind the effort to shift power away from "WHITE PEOPLE" and into the hands of Blacks and Latinos, which is another form of discrimination that has no business in Texas politics.

County Judge Lina Hidalgo was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 11/02/2022. Still, when those African American Judges were sued by their Republican opponents, Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not do anything significant to help his fellow African Americans, even though he had over $6 million in the bank.

Commissioner Lesley Briones was given a $100,000.00 loan by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Account on 10/06/2022. Has Commissioner Rodney Ellis done anything of that magnitude for any African American male or female judge in Harris County, Texas?

Annise Parker is a fighter. Annise could be the last line of defense for Democrats who wish to remain in control of the Harris County Judges' seat next fall. Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo cannot beat Annise Parker. Can't you see what's going down in H-Town? Commissioner Rodney Ellis' reign over county government is coming to a close in next year's 2026 Midterms. Commissioner Ellis's greed and thirst for power are what placed the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas in the situation where they are without representation in the United States Congress. Commissioner Rodney Ellis chose former Mayor Sylvester Turner over Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter, Erica Lee Carter, for "THE FULL 2-YEAR TERM," because Sylvester Turner was compromised.

"TIME TO WAKE UP."
For decades, Sylvester Turner was controlled by people who knew his "DEEPEST DARKEST SECRETS," and used Turner's secrets to control him through coercion. In case you don't know, "COERCION" is the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats. As for Erica Lee Carter, she was rescued by Commissioner Rodney Ellis in 2020, when he gave her a job working as his special policy director. Erica Lee-Carter is being positioned to possibly run for Harris County Judge to block former Mayor Annise Parker from getting the Democratic nomination on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary. As for former Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, she has also been controlled by Commissioner Ellis in the past.

Gerrymandered Maps Were Drawn in Harris County by Commissioner Rodney Ellis Right Before the 2022 Midterm Election
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
The reason why African Americans are on the verge of becoming politically irrelevant ties back to one man – Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. In case you don’t know, since 2016, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has run a “RACIST AND DISCRIMINATORY” scheme against white males, many of whom were my clients.
In this report, I am going to detail with indisputable detail how Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo have conspired to systematically target “WHITE MALES” on both sides of the political aisle as part of a greater scheme to seize control of the State of Texas.
What Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo have done is run a form “RACIAL DISCRIMINATION,” that has nothing to do with politics, but instead digs to the root of what lies within their hearts.
On the question of “Can Black People be Racist,” I’m not going to answer that question, but instead will defer to the late civil rights icon, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s words.
“A doctrine of black supremacy is as dangerous as a doctrine of white supremacy.” - Martin Luther King Jr., Speech at the Southern Methodist University, March 17, 1966.
“A doctrine of black supremacy is as dangerous as a doctrine of white supremacy. God is not interested in the freedom of black men or brown men or yellow men. God is interested in the freedom of the whole human race, the creation of a society where every man will respect the dignity and worth of personality,” stated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in a speech he delivered on the campus of Southern Methodist University, March 17, 1966.

“MISTREATMENT OF BILL.”
In 2019, a “WHITE DEMOCRAT JUDGE,” named William “Bill” McLeod, whom I respected, admired, and endorsed when he ran for the Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 4 bench during the 2018 Midterm Election, made an honest mistake.
About two months after taking the bench, Judge William “Bill” McLeod declared that he was planning to run for a seat on the Texas Supreme Court. However, what Judge McLeod did not realize at the time of his announcement was that he had just triggered his resignation from the County Civil Court at Law No. 4, the bench he had just won.
“I want to make a difference across the State of Texas,” he said in published reports.
Judge William “Bill” McLeod took the necessary steps by filing the proper paperwork with the Texas Ethics Commission and having his website reflect his goal of becoming a Texas Supreme Court Justice.

“TEXAS CONSTITUTION.”
In case you don’t know, ARTICLE 16 in the Texas Constitution in Section 65 explains, “AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION ON BECOMING CANDIDATE FOR ANOTHER OFFICE. (a) This section applies to the following offices: District Clerks; County Clerks; County Judges; Judges of the County Courts at Law, County Criminal Courts, County Probate Courts and County Domestic Relations Courts; County Treasurers; Criminal District Attorneys; County Surveyors; County Commissioners; Justices of the Peace; Sheriffs; Assessors and Collectors of Taxes; District Attorneys; County Attorneys; Public Weighers; and Constables.”
Section (b), states, “If any of the officers named herein shall announce their candidacy, or shall in fact become a candidate, in any General, Special or Primary Election, for any office of profit or trust under the laws of this State or the United States other than the office then held, at any time when the unexpired term of the office then held shall exceed one year and 30 days, such announcement or such candidacy shall constitute an automatic resignation of the office then held, and the vacancy thereby created shall be filled pursuant to law in the same manner as other vacancies for such office are filled.”

“ACT OF RACISM.”
It is clear that Judge William “Bill” McLeod, a Democrat, triggered his resignation when he declared his candidacy to run for the Texas Supreme Court. However, he still had an opportunity to retain his bench if he could convince County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat), Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Democrat), and Commissioner Rodney (Democrat) to find it in their hearts to re-appoint him to his bench.
Sadly. After Judge William “Bill” McLeod, threw himself before his fellow Commissioners and County Judge Lina Hidalgo, they ignored his tears, and heartlessly took his County Civil Court at Law No.4 bench, and seized upon his mistake, to give his bench to Lesley Briones, who was a Hispanic female, who had strong ties to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.
To make matters worse, Judge William “Bill” McLeod tried to recapture the County Civil Court at Law bench by running against Lesley Briones on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, but she proved too strong for him to handle.
As a refresher, Lesley Briones (Democrat) received 174,942 votes, for 72.9% of the vote, and William “Bill” McLeod only received 65,186 votes, for 27.1%.
Ultimately, what Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo did was use Judge William “Bill” McLeod’s mistake to justify their disdain for “WHITE MEN” and further their mission to use minorities to defeat “WHITE MALES” on both sides of the political aisle.
Yes, this is a difficult conversation to have, but it is relevant.

“BLATANT RACISM.”
In another discriminatory act against a “WHITE MALE,” Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and County Commissioner Rodney Ellis redrew the “COUNTY PRECINCT MAPS” to specifically create a “COMMISSIONER PRECINCT” that would favor Lesley Briones, a Hispanic female.
Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle did not scream racism or discrimination, but rather ran his race in the newly drawn “PRECINCT 4” with dignity and respect.
However, what Commissioner Rodney Ellis and County Judge Lina Hidalgo did was flip the “COMMISSIONER PRECINCTS,” where existing “Precinct 3” became “Precinct 4” and existing “Precinct 4” became “Precinct 3” boundaries, which made it next to impossible for Commissioner R. Jack Cagle to win his re-election bid.
As a refresher, Commissioner R. Jack Cagle (Republican), came up short in the newly drawn “PRECINCT 4,” but still gave Lesley Briones (Democrat), all she could handle. Comparatively speaking, Lesley Briones received 122,644 votes, for 51.7%, and R. Jack Cagle received 114,718 votes, for 48.3%.
In hindsight, County Judge Lina Hidalgo and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis appear to have discriminated against Commissioner R. Jack Cagle, a “WHITE MAN,” to favor Lesley Briones.
By definition, “RACISM” is prejudice, discrimination, antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people based on their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.

“TEXAS ORGANIZING PROJECT.”
When Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis became the Harris County Commissioner for “PRECINCT ONE,” he immediately began throwing money at the Texas Organizing Project (TOP), which is an offspring of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN).
If you are unfamiliar with ACORN, it was an international collection of community-based organizations that had a stated goal of advocating for low- and moderate-income families.
ACORN was disbanded after it encountered financial difficulties. However, TOP, its offspring, has a stated goal of endeavoring to deliver substantive change in Texas by shifting more power into the hands of “BLACK AND LATINO” Texans.
There’s nothing wrong with trying to help minorities gain power. Still, when Commissioner Rodney Ellis and County Judge Lina Hidalgo started “SYSTEMATICALLY TARGETING” White men in Harris County, Texas, the efforts became tantamount to racism, against men like former Commissioner R. Jack Cagle and former Judge William “Bill” McLeod.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
If African Americans are not careful, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “RACIST AGENDA” is going to drive the Black Community into a situation where, as a group, we’re no longer politically relevant. That said, there needs to be a “MEETING OF THE MINDS” at some point in the future to discuss the truth about the situation we’re in, as a people.

Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has an open investigation going into the saga surrounding Eulundia "Kay" Shepard and her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, which was abandoned after she was appointed as a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and started getting paid with taxpayer funds, at the direction of Judge Audrie Lawton, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 1, and several other County Civil Court at Law Judges.

It is unclear what role, if any, Judge LaShawn A. Williams, the presiding judge for Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 3, played in the saga surrounding Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, and her allegedly destroying "BLACK FAMILIES" by allegedly sleeping with married Black men.

The Republicans are thinking several moves ahead, and Democrats are living in the moment and responding to what "THE GOP" is doing, which places the Democrats at a serious disadvantage. Ultimately, the Republican lawmakers are going to win the "REDISTRICTING BATTLE," and enjoy huge gains on the local, statewide, and national levels in next year's 2026 Midterm Elections.

Democratic lawmakers appear to believe that the game "THE GOP" is playing with them is checkers. Still, the Republicans are playing Chess, and are on the verge of a "CHECKMATE" with the newly-drawn Congressional District maps. Ultimately, the Democratic lawmakers who fled to Chicago, Illinois, will be forced to return to Texas and re-establish a quorum or lose their seats.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) and his colleagues fled Texas on Sunday, August 3, 2025. "Texas House Democrats abandoned their duty and are holding flood relief and property tax cuts hostage," said Texas Governor Greg Abbott. "I ordered Texas DPS to arrest and return every derelict House Democrat to the Texas Capitol. This order will remain in effect until all missing Democrats are accounted for," proclaimed Governor Greg Abbott.

- HOLD THE LINE -
According to "Dr." Candice Matthews, "THE DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS" who fled the state of Texas on Sunday, August 3, 2025, may be trying to pull a fast one on their constituents, back here in Harris County, Texas. However, "Dr." Candice Matthews, with the help of one of her sources, has exposed their "ALLEGED PLOT" to stage arrests, making it appear they are fighting, but in reality, they are trying to deceive their constituents back in the districts. That said, the cowboy-hat-wearing Nation Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation isn't having it and has commanded them to hold the line.

“So basically, you're running from the law, but you're telling them where you're going. Lol,” stated former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, on a post published by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper. When you think about Eric Carr's question, it doesn't really make much sense what the Democrats are doing, in reality.

- TRUTH BOMB -
State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141) has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1972. She is 86 years old and has lived through some of the darkest moments in American history. If State Rep. Thompson says that the new "GOP MAPS" will be good for minorities, we owe it to her to give her the benefit of the doubt, not ridicule her. After conducting a study of the proposed maps, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications has discovered that what State Rep. Senfronica Thompson proclaimed on Friday, August 1, 2025, in the "REDISTRICTING HEARING" is factually correct. The case of Congressman Wesley Hunt, the U.S. Congressman for the 38th Congressional District of Texas, provides a perfect blueprint for how African Americans must evolve and navigate the political landscape from both sides of the aisle to remain relevant in this ever-changing political climate.

Attorney Traci A. Gibson is currently running for Harris County Democratic Party Chairman against Mike Doyle, who has kept the HCDP afloat by taking out loans from Frost Bank. Attorney Gibson was recently sworn in as Deputy Director of Region V (TX, LA, MS) at the National Bar Association Convention. "After serving as Region V Treasurer this past year, I am excited to keep pushing forward with this dynamic leadership team," she stated. She also said, "Thank you to the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society for appointing me to their Presidential Advisory Council! We are committed to deepening connections and collaboration across our region.

Former State Rep. The nightmare for Thierry started after she allegedly "VERY POLITELY" rebuffed the sexual advances of Kay Shepard, then found herself getting stalked, verbally attacked and publicly ridiculed by Eulundia "Kay" Shepard.

Governor Greg Abbott and "THE GOP" have been welcoming people from all walks of life and ethnicities since the founding of the Party in the 1850s. Successful African American women like Dr. Jacquie Baly-Craig call the Republican Party their home. It is conceivable to see many more African Americans shift their allegiance to the Republican Party as many Blacks evolve and explore other political options in America's ever-changing political climate.

Ballotpedia results for Wesley Hunt reveal that he successfully won the Republican Party Primaries in 2020 and 2022, running against multiple candidates, without a runoff.

The Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston conducted a survey of Harris County registered voters to assess their preferences and opinions about a wide range of salient local issues and public officials. The survey was fielded between July 9 and July 18, 2025, by contacting Harris County registered voters via SMS text messages through which they were directed to an online survey platform with the option to answer the survey in English or Spanish. Representative of the Harris County population of registered voters, the analysis population of 2,300 has a margin of error of +/- 2.04%. Within this overall Harris County survey population, representative samples also were collected for Harris County’s four county commissioner precincts, with analysis populations of 550 for Precincts 2, 3, and 4 (margin of error of +/-4.18%) and of 650 for Precinct 1 (+/- 3.84%).

Amanda Edwards (Democrat) is ranked in the "SECOND POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Amanda Edwards tied for first.

Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) is ranked in the "THIRD POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey did not include the name of Jarvis Johnson as an option.

Isaiah Martin (Democrat) is ranked in the "FOURTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Isaiah Martin ranked behind George Foreman IV.

Christian Menefee (Democrat) is ranked in the "FIFTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Christian Menefee tied for first.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) is the real deal. And just so you know, Carmen Maria Montiel, the "GOP FRONTRUNNER," will beat the brakes off of County Attorney Christian Menefee (Democrat) or former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards (Democrat) if either of them makes the December 2025 RUNOFF for CD-18 and gets faced off against Carmen. Menefee is the weakest man in the CD-18 race, and is what you would call a "BETA MALE." If he somehow managed to win, Menefee would yield his power to Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Comparatively speaking, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas like Carmen Maria Montiel much more than they like Amanda Edwards. How can I make this claim? Well, when Amanda Edwards ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she raised over $1.6 million. She received only 14,688 votes, out of a possible 417,430 registered voters who were eligible to vote for her, after spending $1.6 million. Did you hear me? By comparison, when Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she only raised a little over $126,000, but Carmen received an astonishing 40,941 votes.

Carmen Maria Montiel has only raised $5,208 since she entered the CD-18 race as the "TOP GOP CANDIDATE." Can you imagine how much better she could perform if she had about $2 million at her disposal? Listen. Carmen Maria Montiel is a "RISING STAR" in the Republican Party, and she is well able to relate to "ALL RESIDENTS," living within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, if she's elected, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the Special Election.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson has never lost an election contest when he's been proudly endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspapers©, publisher Aubrey R. Taylor. That said, "ALL DEMOCRATS," who care about the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, are strongly encouraged to vote for Jarvis Johnson on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for CD-18. It is of the utmost importance that you cast your vote during the "EARLY VOTING" period, which will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and end on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Traci A. Gibson is a much better choice than Mike Doyle to lead the Harris County Democratic Party forward into the future. Mike Doyle, the current chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, appears to be using Kay Shepard as his "ATTACK DAWG" to go after African American women. Doyle has also begun to pay Kay Shepard to serve as a fundraiser for the Harris County Democratic Party. It is unclear at this time if Kay Shepard has experience raising funds. IN OTHER NEWS, Democratic Political Consultant Deidre Rasheed and the woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews have both begun to openly express their growing frustration with African American Democrat lawmakers. According to longtime Democratic Committeeman and Precinct Chair Ray "R.C." Charles Jones Sr., attorney Traci A. Gibson is a much better choice for Democratic Party Primary voters than Mike Doyle.

Mike Doyle took $110,000.00 out of the money that was donated to him for his "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," and sent it to his friend at the Utah Democratic Party. How does that make sense? And now the Harris County Democratic Party is taking out loans just to survive.

Judge Fredericka Phillips donated over $55,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Fredericka Phillips lost her bid for re-election by 15,921 votes.

Judge Jeralynn Manor donated over $44,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Jeralynn Manor lost her bid for re-election by 647 votes.

Judge Elaine Palmer donated over $11,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Elaine Palmer lost her bid for re-election by 304 votes.

At nearly 80 years of age, Cleo Glenn Johnson McLaughlin, the longtime community activist, leader, and loving mother of former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, has lived, worked, and played inside the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. And for the record, "MOTHER CLEO" is a true activist and community leader. She founded the Black United Fund of Texas (BUFTX) and has served the community since 1987. Before starting BUFTX, she served in the office of the late Congressman Mickey Leland, developing programs to aid the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. For her son, former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, to achieve his dream of becoming a congressman, he must overcome the challenge posed by Carmen Maria Montiel, the former Miss Venezuela, who is the frontrunner in the CD-18 race, given that nearly 20 Democrats have entered the race. Carmen Maria Montiel is the perfect candidate for Republican and Independent voters to cast their votes for on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. And former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (HD-139) is the ideal candidate for Democratic voters to support in the CD-18 race.
Democrats Cannot Stop Redistricting; Energy Should Be Channeled Toward Voter Mobilization -- Not Protesting and Clowning
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
The people who are claiming that African Americans and Hispanics are doomed if the CD-09 and CD-18 Congressional District boundaries are not redrawn have no clue what they're talking about. If anything, Hispanics are likely to gain strength when the CD-09 and CD-18 districts are redrawn. And as far as African Americans go, the once predominantly African American "CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT" has been trending Hispanic for the last decade.
Listen. The notion that African Americans can only win office running as Democrats is false. Congressman Wesley Hunt is a member of the GOP "Greater Opportunity Party" and represents the 38th Congressional District of Texas, which is 50.1% White, 25.9% Hispanic, 10.1% Asian, 9.6% Black, 3.6% Two or more races, and 0.7% other. That said, redrawing the lines to the 9th Congressional District and the 18th Congressional District could also put CD-02 and CD-38 in play. If Republican lawmakers take away too many Republican voters and add them to other congressional districts, they could potentially cost themselves dearly in the 2026 Midterm Elections.

"THE WARPATH."
The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews claims that she's going to primary "BLACK LAWMAKERS" in the 2026 Democratic Party Primary, in a recent INSTAGRAM POST, she published. That said, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications does not condone "THE VULGAR LANGUAGE" espoused in the video below. However, in the spirit of public concern, this message is being shared as confirmation that African Americans are getting sick and tired of ineffective leadership and cowardly African American elected officials.

"HARSH WORDS."
As a refresher, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the Texas Black Democratic Caucus allowed "Dr." Candice Matthews to listen in on their "PHONE CONFERENCE," which may have been a colossal mistake. After the meeting was over, the cowboy-hat-wearing National Minister of Politics, for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, took to INSTAGRAM, and blasted the Democratic Lawmakers calling them, "WEAK A$$ $ NIGGAZ," and proclaiming that she would primary them in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary Elections.

The Harris County GOP is welcoming of people of all ethnicities who believe in family, freedom, and fair elections. On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican) and former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) are the two candidates "CD-18 VOTERS" should choose from in the Special Election, to fill out the remainder of the late Congressman Sylvester Turner's term.

Congressman Wesley Hunt is a member of the GOP "Greater Opportunity Party," and represents the 38th Congressional District seat, which is 50.1% White, 25.9% Hispanic, 10.1% Asian, 9.6% Black, 3.6% Two or more races, and 0.7% other. That said, redrawing the lines to the 9th Congressional District and the 18th Congressional District could also put CD-02 and CD-38 in play. Republican lawmakers could take away too many Republican voters and add them to other congressional districts.

Jonahan McCullough Sr. has endorsed Carmen Maria Montiel in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Carment Maria Montiel is the best choice for Republican and Independent voters to cast their votes for on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

When Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the 2022 Midterm Election, she received 40,941 votes and spent only a little over $ 126,000.00 on her campaign. Comparatively speaking, when former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards challenged Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she raised over $1.6 million and received only 14,668 votes. That said, there are well over 417,430 registered voters living in CD-18, which means, if Carmen Maria Montiel can garner the lion's share of the Republican vote, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, she will make the December runoff, and give "THE GOP" a really good shot to flip CD-18 from blue to red.

Gerry Wayne Monroe, the Five Star General, loved Yates High School and cared deeply about education and local politics. He will always be remembered as the "5-STAR GENERAL," a true community activist who cared about children and the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. There's no doubt about it, there will never be another Gerry Wayne Monroe. That said, Gerry would roll over in his grave if I allowed Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Christian Menefee to trick the people of the 18th Congressional District into electing Christian Menefee on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION," to succeed former Congressman Sylvester Turner.

Former Houston Lawyers Association (HLA) President Traci A. Gibson (second from left) recently closed out her term for the 2024-2025 cycle on a high note, according to her "IMPACT REPORT," which my investigative team and I recently reviewed. Attorney Traci A. Gibson increased revenue by bringing in more than $300,000.00, which represented a 22 percent increase. On Monday, July 7, 2025, attorney Traci A. Gibson signed up to run against Mike Doyle in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County Democratic Party Chairman.

Mike Doyle (left), who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, claimed under penalty of perjury that he received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, who was serving as the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party on the first day of "EARLY VOTING," which was 10/21/2024, in Texas. Upon inspecting the "CAMPAIGN REPORTS" for the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party filed on 10/28/2024, Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever donating $61,700.00 to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party or receiving a $61,700.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?
