Once we know better, we have to do better, and doing better isn’t recycling corrupt career politicians with a fetish for hosting sex orgies and rigging bids (allegedly) to steer airport contracts to his former lovers who know his most profound and darkest secrets.
As the "MAIL BALLOTS" continue to flow in, Dan Simons, the Thurgood Marshall School of Law graduate, is looking excellent as Republicans are holding their own in countywide races. It's still early, but 10,052 absentee mail ballots could signal that things are picking up.
We have some “GOOD DEMOCRATS” and some “GREAT REPUBLICANS” running for office in Harris County, Texas, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. But just like the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP) and the Harris County Republican Party (HCRP) have both fielded some exemplary nominees, tucked in between the suitable candidates is a small contingent of deplorable human beings—especially on the Democratic side of the ballot.
Vivian King (Democrat), the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is a back-stabbing, low-down, dirty, filthy, lying, poor excuse for a prosecutor. And if Vivian King would allegedly go behind Kim Ogg’s back and call her a racist, she’s got no business sitting on a judicial bench.
This Vivian King woman will be a nightmare as a judge – especially for Black men – she hates men, from what I’ve learned. She even allegedly lied about her ex-husband abusing her to a member of law enforcement and tried to get her ex-husband thrown in jail. Fortunately for her ex-husband, he had tape recordings to prove his innocence.
The Houston Chronicle didn’t go far enough when they rejected Vivian King in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court a few days ago—she’s the worst of the worst of the worst of judicial candidates in the forthcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election, in my opinion.
Not only is Vivian King not worthy of wearing a black robe, but I’ve personally viewed a video of Vivian King in drunken stupors. Beyond seeing videos of her in drunken stupors, I’ve also listened to audio recordings of Vivan King talking about her ‘jacked-up’ personal finances and other matters that lead me to believe that Vivian King is unethical and compromised.
“SYLVESTER THE CAT.”
As for another low-down, dirty, filthy, corrupt scoundrel of a man/woman, former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (Democrat) is a snake in the grass that has managed to slither, slide, and manipulate his way onto the ballot in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.
If you think Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, getting indicted on Bribery and Campaign Finance Offenses, “SYLVESTER THE CAT,” is worse than Mayor Adams.
From that $15 million affording housing deal to alleged bribery bid-rigging to way back in the 1990s when his client faked his death – Turner has proven himself to be a cat with more than nine lives.
“HARVESTING SCHEMES.”
Based on my 3-year investigation, “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” in general, and “AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES” in particular don’t have any involvement in the “BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEMES” that have plagued Harris County, Texas, for decades. Nor do “BLACK JUDGES” have anything to do with the deadly catch-and-release policies Commissioner Rodney Ellis and members of his regime instituted when he took office.
Black judges are not the ones letting criminals out of jail on $1 bonds. For instance, Judge Unger, the presiding judge for the 248th Criminal District Court, is not African American.
Judge Unger is the judge who let 47-year-old Bernad Lane, who had 11 felony convictions, out of jail on a $1 bond.
When 43-year-old Aubrey Taylor (no relation) received a $1 bond, it wasn’t an African American judge who gave him the ‘get-out-of-jail-free' card; it was Judge Josh Hill, who presides over the 232nd Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas.
“THE HARD TRUTH.”
Over the past three years, I have sent my investigators into local Harris County courtrooms to secretly observe the performance and judicial temperament of local judges. You would be surprised to learn that many African American judges outperform their peers in measurable categories.
Based on our undercover observations, even many Democratic judges swept into office during the 2018 Midterm Election have settled into their groove and are performing well.
Regarding “BLACK GIRL MAGIC,” many African American female judges are doing fabulous jobs and have proven themselves worthy of being called ministers of justice.
The television commercials you see running on air, stating, “Soft on Crime Judges Must Go,” is an attempt to sway the public into unquestioningly voting out Democrat judges, some of whom have nothing to do with crime, or Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s deadly catch and release policies.
Only a handful of “CRIMINAL DISTRICT COURT JUDGES” are on the ballot this year. And the misdemeanor “COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT AT LAW JUDGES” won’t even be on the ballot until the 2026 Midterm Elections. However, after defeating four African American Democrat nominees back in 2022, “THE STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC” is back using its proven strategy, and the local HCDP Chair, Mike Doyle, doesn’t appear to be doing anything to combat their strategy.
Based on his last campaign finance report filing, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis had over $6 million in his campaign bank account. That said, you would think Commissioner Ellis since he’s a Democrat, would step up to the plate and do something – but he’s not.
“TIME TO WAKE UP.”
The only “COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT AT LAW” judicial race on the ballot is the one for County Criminal Court at Law No. 16, which is the bench that Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s boy currently holds, name Judge Darrell Jordan, who did not run for reelection.
Former judge Linda Garcia and her Democratic opponent, Ashely Mayes Guice, are the two candidates running to replace Judge Darrell Jordan on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
The same goes for the Family District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, after Judge Julia Maldonado, one of the meanest, nastiest, low-down, dirtiest Family Court Judge, was unseated a few months ago in the Democratic Party Primary by Attorney Lillian Henny Alexander.
On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Lillian Henny Alexander, a Democrat, will need to defeat Dan Lemkuil, a Republican, in the race for the 507th Family District Court bench, which is the only “FAMILY DISTRICT COURT BENCH” on the entire ballot.
When it comes to the “CIVIL COURT BENCHES,” local and regional law firms have given their vote of confidence to Democrat judges like Judge Kristen Hawkins, Judge Fredericka Phillips, Judge Jeralynn Manor, Judge Kyle Carter, Judge Micheal Gomez, Judge Erica Hughes, Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton, Judge Elaine Palmer, Judge Dawn Rogers and many of their fellow running-mates.
“THE REAL STORY.”
For many years, a small group of (RINOs) Republicans in Name Only and (DINOs) Democrats in Name Only have conspired to maintain power at the countywide and statewide levels in Texas.
I’ve been operating in the political game in one capacity or another for nearly 35 years. That said, I learned early on about our two-tiered “CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM” and what can happen if you screw with the wrong politicians – but that’s a story for another day.
The truth is that “ELECTION FRAUD” isn’t as widespread as some people believe. I’ve watched a handful of Negroes, namely Rodney Ellis, Sylvester Turner, and Sheila Jackson Lee, who I will label as the “OLD GUARD,” maintain control over who wins and who loses elections in predominantly African American areas of Harris County, Texas for decades.
I believe Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Sylvester Turner, and Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not have a moral compass.
While the career politicians I’ve labeled as the “OLD GUARD” control the Black community, their “RINO ALLIES,” carefully placed in positions of authority in the Republican Party, looked the other way.
In 2016, when Rodney Ellis left the legislature and took control of “PRECINCT ONE” after the mysterious death of our beloved Harris County Commissioner El Franco Lee due to a heart attack, absentee mail ballot increased exponentially in Harris County, Texas.
There’s nothing wrong with hatching a plan to elect Democrats to statewide office by using branding, marketing, and above-board political strategies – but that’s not what Commissioner Rodney Ellis and a small group of Negroes had in mind.
Commissioner Rodney Ellis and a small group of his Negro loyalist hatched a plan to expand their “ILLEGAL ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT OPERATIONS” from gaining advantages in local races inside the Black community to duplicate their efforts in other parts of Texas.
Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, was tapped to lead Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “ILLEGAL ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT OPERATIONS.” Jones previously served as Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s chief campaign consultant.
Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, is another crucial player in the scheme to turn Texas blue by using illegally harvested mail ballots.
According to Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, a County Commissioner behind the plot made Clifford Tatum the Harris County Election Administrator after Isabel Longoria resigned after several botched elections.
But you might not know that Commissioner Rodney Ellis had uniquely positioned his senior policy advisor, Tyler James, inside the office of the Harris County Election Administrator, which gave Commissioner Ellis complete control of the office.
If you remember, Tyler James is the employee of Commissioner Ellis who, according to witnesses, bragged about being able to illegally harvest 700,000 absentee mail ballots in Harris County, Texas.
“Tyler James was the senior policy advisor for Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who worked on the Harris County vote county in 2019,” says former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler.
According to Marler, “Tyler James was then transferred to the election staff for the newly created “ELECTION ADMINISTRATORS OFFICE,” which was to be run by Isabel Longoria.”
“Isabel Longoria was fired as the administrator because numerous ballot and election issues occurred in every election she administered,” Marler explained.
Marler asked, “Do we have a fox guarding the henhouse?”
My answer to his question is YES! If you remember, during the 2022 Democratic and Republican primaries, during Isabel Longoria’s tenure as “ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR” for Harris County, Texas, 10,000 absentee mail ballots were tucked away in a corner and had not been counted.
According to published reports, 6,000 Democratic and 4,000 Republican absentee mail ballots were sitting in a corner.
Whether you believe the 10,000 missing absentee mail ballots tucked in a corner was an oversight, incompetence, or something more nefarious – is beside the point.
My question is, how could something like this happen in the third-largest county in America?
Long story short, there’s an excellent reason why Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his regime did not place County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth over the “HARRIS COUNTY ELECTION ADMINISTRATORS OFFICE” and elected to go with their cronies instead.
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth is honest, trustworthy, professional, and above board. However, she’s human and can be subject to the same pressures as anyone else. That said, it is incumbent on Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson to make sure that Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his minions are not allowed to apply any pressure on “OUR COUNTY CLERK” who I believe is committed to running a clean, fair, honest, above-board election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
