According to a news report by Randy Wallace with Fox 26, Houston over 100 mail-ballot applications were found inside a Southwest Houston dumpster this week. And, according to Alan Vera, the Ballot Security Chairman for the Harris County GOP, and one of the cofounders of “True the Vote,” voter fraud has been going on in Harris County for over 50 years. “This started in Texas more than 50 years ago, but up until 2018, it was a misdemeanor. With the passage of Texas Senate Bill SB-5 in the Special Session of 2017, many infractions of election code for mail ballots were elevated to felony status,” stated Alan Vera in a statement he made earlier in the week for an article published by Katy Christian Magazine, publisher Joseph Menslage, who also publishes Fort Bend Christian Magazine. Also, earlier this week, former FBI Agent, Charles Marler stated in a sworn affidavit submitted to the Texas Supreme Court that, "A witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.” In case you think Charles Marler is a joke, you have to remember that, he worked for the FBI for 16 years learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations from evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward-Looking Infra-Red (FLIR) -- before retiring. This former FBI Agent was an Investigative Specialist for 12 years as a member of the Special Surveillance Group and conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drugs (as FLIR operator), Intelligence, and Terrorism targets. So, these folks in Harris County who have made their way onto Marler's list could have a problem on their hands. Ever heard of the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA -- welp, these folks who are trying to paint Charles Marler as some sort of partisan attack dog are sadly mistaken if you ask me -- he's got a pretty impressive list he's working from in my opinion. Charles Marler was an instructor and evaluator on numerous projects for the FBI’s surveillance training programs.
Over 100 Mail-In Ballot Applications Were Found in a Southwest Houston Dumpster Earlier This Week According to Fox 26 Houston
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Do you still think it’s a game? Do you still think that all of this talk about potential fraud with these absentee mail-in ballot applications is fake news? Look, this is a real problem. Have you heard that there were more than 100 mail-in ballot applications found inside a southwest Houston dumpster the other day? Yep, it’s true – it isn’t fake news. Nor is this investigation a vendetta against anyone – it’s about making sure that every candidate running for office has a fair shot at winning based on marketing, branding, name-id, outreach strategies, and good-ole fashioned hard work. Our elections should not be decided by people like Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his cohorts allocating money to the Harris County Clerk’s Office to act as a (PAC) Political Action Committee in my opinion – anyway I digress. A guy by the name of Leonard Barger is the one who found the more than 100 mail-in ballots in a local dumpster according to a news report on FOX 26 Houston. “To be honest, I don’t think the mail-in voting can be trusted,” stated Leonard Barger in the report by Randy Wallace of Fox 26 Houston. “I mean, when you go to the trash can and see stuff like that,” he said, speaking of the more than 100 mail-in ballot applications he discovered. According to, Barger, he found the first batch on Monday. He says, “I was there was more of them in there. When I saw what they were I thought that could be a problem.”
According to the report published on Fox 26 Houston, while Leonard Barger was still showing Fox 26 Houston reporter Randy Wallace what he’d found, a guy who works at Reflection Printing Inc., located at 6131 Corporate Dr, Houston, TX 77036, told them that the ballot applications were a junk batch and admitted that he should have shredded them before throwing them in the dumpster. Randy Wallace stated in his report that Harris County Clerk Chris Hollins said in a statement that all future waste must be destroyed before discarding it. However, Leonard Barger, the man who discovered the mail-in ballots in the dumpster stated that he had made at least three discoveries in as many days. In case you don’t know, the mail-in applications that were found in the S.W. Houston dumpster were addressed to more than 100 Baytown residents. And the perhaps the saddest part about all of this, is that the Harris County Clerk’s Office ended up having to admit that someone could have filled out the applications and gotten scores of mail-in ballots – but also says that would take a lot of effort.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and State Senator Borris Miles, and several other people were mentioned in sworn affidavits submitted to the Texas Supreme Court as being involved with a wide-ranging absentee ballot harvesting scheme in Harris County, Texas on Monday, September 28, 2020. According to the former FBI Agent, Charles Marler, "A witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”

Two Houston–based private investigators, Charles “Chuck” Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist for 16 years, working in Major Cases, and former HPD Captain Mark Aguirre, who served Houston for 23 years, gave a shocking testimony to the Texas Supreme Court under oath. They said that they have video evidence, documentation, and witnesses to prove that Biden’s Texas Political Director, Dallas Jones, and his associates are currently illegally obtaining mail-in and absentee ballots. Jones was recently named the Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director last month.
“Once the mail-in ballots are obtained, they ask their operatives to fill the ballots out for people illegally. The ballots include dead people, homeless people, nursing home residents, ones obtained from US Postal workers, and in many cases, by the Harris County Clerk’s office itself,” said Aguirre.
The affidavits were filed as part of a class-action lawsuit against Harris County and the state of Texas, filed by Katy’s own Steven Hotze, M.D.
“When I was the Harris County Clerk, we had two full-time investigators conducting voter fraud investigations. Once I lost my seat two years ago, the first thing the new county clerk did was fire them. They didn’t want to investigate voter fraud, because they didn’t want to find it,” said Stan Stanart, who served as the Harris County’s County Clerk and Chief Election Official from 2011-2018, and is currently running for his old seat in this year’s election.
Marler said, “We are investigating this. I am now a private investigator, so no one is obliged to talk to me about this case, yet they are. People are sick and tired of political operatives gaming the system like this, yet nothing is ever done to stop it. Candidates lose close elections by all the cheating that is taking place. It disenfranchises the constituents to where their votes no longer count.”
But according to both Marler and Aguirre, Dallas Jones and his cohorts are just middle management. “During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme. Multiple witnesses have stated to me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles, are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas. Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones, who work directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas,” Aguirre said.
However, this week, both Miles and Ellis strongly denied the allegations being leveled against them as “partisan politics.”
According to Alan Vera, Ballot Security Chairman for the Harris County GOP, and one of the cofounders of “True the Vote,” voter fraud has been going on in Harris County for over 50 years.
“This started in Texas more than 50 years ago, but up until 2018, it was a misdemeanor. With the passage of Texas Senate Bill SB-5 in the Special Session of 2017, many infractions of election code for mail ballots were elevated to felony status,” stated Vera.
Former Harris County District Clerk Chris Daniel said, “I have personally met and interacted with illegal ballot harvesters while I served as Harris County District Clerk. They would obtain ballots by the hundreds and even thousands, so we would give them ‘bait ballots’ which were easy to track,” he said. “Stan Stanart and I saw how easy it was to game the system, so we helped create tracking numbers on all mailout ballots to help prevent fraud,” he added.
The Investigation into Voter Fraud has been going on since Spring of this Year
“I have been made aware of a law enforcement investigation in the Spring of 2020 regarding illegal ballot harvesting. Several interviews of individuals were conducted. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman-D resigned, alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Trautman was arguing with Commissioner Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Trautman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting. Instead of coming forward and exposing the scheme, Ms. Trautman abruptly resigned,” said Marler.
He continued, “Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam. Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”
“It appears that law enforcement agencies are currently investigating these alleged crimes, and I will provide them with the evidence that I have already collected and am continuing to collect. Sadly, these law enforcement agencies will be working to prosecute these crimes well after the November 3, 2020 election,” stated Marler in his affidavit before the Texas Supreme Court.
What Can You Do to Help Prevent Voter Fraud?
“First, you can contact your State Representative and demand accountability and action in voter fraud. Unfortunately, far too often these investigations have a way of being swept under the rug. Everyone knows what’s going on, but no one wants to hold people liable,” said Vera.
“Second, you can contact the Texas Attorney General’s office at (512) 463-2100 and demand action. If they get calls from many concerned citizens, they simply cannot ignore everyone,” he continued.
“Lastly, every day the roster of every voter who has submitted a mail ballot is posted at www.harrisvotes.com/ElectionReports. From there, go to Election Results and then Voter Rosters to see who cast a ballot. If they are not 65 and older, or if it is their first time voting by mail or first time voting in years, red flags should be raised as to the legality of this vote. All the tools are there, it is just that we the citizens have to be proactive to have fair and balanced elections,” Vera concluded.
Why Do We Care?
If we cannot have fair and balanced elections because of voter fraud, then we have lost our freedoms. A few individuals can impose their will on the masses, and we could easily lose our right to worship God.
