How much does Cindy Siegel Know About the ties between Don Hooper and His Wife Rachel Palmer Hooper to DA Kim Ogg?

Don Hooper (Republican) is best buddies with C.O. “Brad: Bradford (Democrat) who currently serves as a Special Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Liaison to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat), who just called in the Texas Rangers to investigate the results of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election. Don Hooper is the Republican Precinct Chair for “PRECINCT 0016” and his wife (Rachel Palmer Hooper) who is best friends with DA Kim Ogg, currently serves as General Council for the Republican Party of Texas. Now, according to a Facebook post by Rachel Palmer Hooper posted on (Monday, October 31, 2022), she worked with Jessica N. Padilla (Republican), and Kristin M. Guiney at the DA’s Office. Is it a coincidence that both Jessica N. Padilla and Kristin Guiney were somehow able to beat their “BLACK MALE DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL OPPONENTS” without even raising any money, or campaigning?

Don Hooper (Republican) is best friends with C.O. Bradford (Democrat) who currently works for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg as her special prosecutor and law enforcement liaison. Don Hooper is also the Republican Precinct Chair for "PRECINCT OO16" who has developed some sort of stranglehold on many of the "REPUBLICAN JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" who just lost where many of them will only listen to Don and his wife Rachel Palmer Hooper, in regards to what their next move should be according to several of my sources.

Yesterday, (Tuesday, November 22, 2022, I received the text message you see above from one of my sources. In the underlined portion of the text message, you can clearly see my source explain to me that Don Hooper claimed that if she (Carmen Maria Montiel) were to get elected, "it would f-up the entire agreement between the two parties."

Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican), currently serves as general counsel for the Texas Republican Party. However, she's a former prosecutor and best buddies with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, according to my sources. Anyways, according to Rachel Palmer Hooper, Jessica Needham Padilla is the person who helped the Harris County Republican Party their ballot to make sure that all of the "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" running for re-election had opponents. The remarkable thing about Rache's revelation is that Jessica Padilla turned out to be (one of the four) Republicans who managed to defeat their Democratic rival on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

Do you see the names mentioned by Rachel Palmer Hooper on Monday, October 31, 2022, via her Facebook account? Remarkably, Jessica Needham Padilla and former Judge Kristin M. Guiney (two of the former prosecutors) mentioned in this Facebook post were able to somehow win their races without raising any money or campaigning at all against their "BLACK DEMOCRATIC MALE OPPONENTS" on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer view of this image.

Cindy Siegel is the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party. At this time it is unclear if Cindy Siegel is even aware that Don Hooper (Republican), and his wife Rachel Palmer Hooper happen to be best buddies with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat), and former City of Houston Police Chief C.O. "Brad" Bradford (Democrat), who currently serves as a special prosecutor for Kim Ogg.

How much does Cindy Siegel Know About the ties of Don Hooper and His Wife Rachel Palmer Hooper to Democrat DA Kim Ogg?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I received a tip at 6:25 PM yesterday, (Tuesday, November 22, 2022) that Don Hooper (Republican Precinct Chair for Precinct 0016) contacted another Republican Precinct Chair (the name is withheld for now) that stated, “Hooper is the precinct chair that contacted me and railed on me for nearly an hour telling me I better stop trying to get Carmen elected and I better stop now.”

The Republican Precinct Chair (the name is withheld for now) went on to state, “He claimed if she was to get elected it would f-up the entire agreement between the two parties. His wife Rachel is the RPT General Counsel. They are both deep into politics.”

DID THE HCDP AND HCRP COLLUDE WITH ONE ANOTHER TO DETERMINE THE OUTCOME OF FOUR DOWN-BALLOT JUDICIAL RACES?

In the coming weeks, you can rightfully expect a number of lawsuits to be filed as a result of the botched Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas. That being said, please pay very close attention to the activities of a guy by the name of Don Paul Hooper, who is listed as the Republican Precinct Chair for Precinct “0016” in Harris County, Texas. Why? Well, something doesn’t smell right with what’s unfolding with Don Paul Hooper, and (Rachel Palmer Hooper) his wife’s ties back to “DEMOCRAT” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s Office.

In my opinion, something stinks really bad about what’s happening in Harris County, Texas right now.

When I sit back and think about how Don Paul Hooper and Rachel Palmer Hooper appear to have placed a stranglehold (so to speak) over many of the “REPUBLICAN JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” who just ran for office something doesn't feel right.

Now, when you factor in Don Hooper (who claims to be a Republican) and his “buddy/buddy” relationship and ties back to former “DEMOCRAT” City Council Member and City of Houston Police Chief (C.O. Bradford), who was hired by “DEMOCRAT” District Attorney Kim Ogg to serve as a senior adviser and special prosecutor, things are beginning to smell a lot worse.

And let’s not forget about the fact that Don Hooper’s wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper, (who currently serves as General Counsel for the Republican Party of Texas) is “best friends” with “DEMOCRAT” District Attorney Kim Ogg. Did you know that?

Remember, Rachel Palmer Hooper, the wife of Don Hooper, at one point worked inside of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office with several of the Republican candidates who just ran for office.

On Monday, October 31, Rachel Palmer Hooper, tagged Jessica Jessica Colón in the following statement on FACEBOOK:

“Some people have asked me why we have so many democrat judges. Well, in 2020, the party failed to fill the ballot so many ran unopposed. Said differently, in at least half of the judicial races, there was no Republican candidate on the ballot in Harris County. Thanks to the incredible work of my former colleague at the DA's Office, Jessica Needham Padilla, every judicial race on the 2022 ballot is filled with a Republican candidate.”

Now, remember, Jessica Needham Padilla (her colleague from the DA’s Office), is the woman Rachel Palmer Hooper is crediting with helping to make sure that the “2022 REPUBLICAN JUDICIAL BALLOT” had every slot filled.

Rachel Palmer Hooper went on to say, “Not only do we have candidates, but we have excellent candidates. Many of my former colleagues at the DA's Office are on the ballot and I am confident that they will be excellent judges.”

Does Rachel Palmer Hooper have “PSYCHIC POWERS” or something?

If you notice, the first “REPUBLICAN JUDICIAL CANDIDATE” mentioned by Rachel Palmer Hooper in her Monday, October 31, 2022, post on Facebook was Jessica Needham Padilla, who defeated a “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATE” by the name of Je’Rell A. Rogers, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

Now, look at what she said in her Monday, October 31, 2022, post on Facebook about Kristin Guiney, who also managed to defeat her “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL OPPONENT” on the ballot. “I am very happy to see people like Judge Kristin Guiney on the ballot. I worked with Kristin at the DA's Office and then served as a prosecutor in her court. I know that faced with the most difficult of circumstances, she will always do the right thing. I am a witness!”

For the record, after being mentioned by Rachel Palmer Hooper, on Monday, October 31, 2022, a former prosecutor and judge Kristin M. Guiney went on to mysteriously find a pathway to victory over her “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL OPPONENT” by the name of Gemayel L. Haynes, in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

Now, either Rachel Palmer Hooper has some sort of “PSYCHIC power” or she may just have provided us all with a glimpse into "alleged" collusion between the two political parties.

I also find it very interesting that all of the “DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” who lost their races turned out to be Black people. I’ve been telling everyone who would listen for the last two years, that the (HCDP) Harris County Democratic Party was looking for ways to purge some of the Black judges from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – was I right or what?

I’m not sure about you, but in my professional opinion, the numbers that are being presented to the general public appear to be bogus and possibly manipulated. That being said, the entire Tuesday, November 8, 2022, must be THROWN OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!

The Texas Rangers should take a very close look at the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, 3, and 14, that took place on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election. You can "CLICK HERE" for race results. Also, please understand that it's nearly impossible for the differential in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court to be (267) votes, and the differential in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, to be (2,676) votes, which is exactly the same, with the exception of the (6) six added to the end.

With 1,066,738 votes cast in the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, the margin of victory for Kristin M. Guiney (Republican), over Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), was only (2,676) votes. But the remarkable thing about this vote total is that the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, had 1, 059,031 votes, and finished with a (267) vote total margin. In my opinion, these two races could provide key answers (if fully investigated) as it relates to what happened in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

With 1,059,031 votes cast in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, the margin of victory for Leslie Johnson (Republican), over Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), was only (267) votes. But the remarkable thing about this vote total is that the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, had 1,066,738 votes, and finished with a (2,676) vote total margin. Now, from what I can see, these two races could provide key answers (if fully investigated) as it relates to what happened in Harris County, Texas on Election Day.

Mathematical Improbabilities Uncovered in Two Judicial Races Could Give the Texas Rangers a Good Starting Point

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

You don’t have to be a mathematician to figure out that something is wrong with the “UNOFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” that was released by the County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 7:20 P.M., in Harris County, Texas.

What’s wrong? Well, for starters, anyone with half a brain, should be able to understand that the likelihood of two down-ballot judicial races with over 1 million votes cast ending up with “THE SAME EXACT MARGIN OF VICTORY NUMBERS” minus the number (6) six on the end, is very suspicious.

I’m not kidding!!! The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, between Leslie Johnson (Republican) and Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), ended up with only a (267) two hundred sixty-seven vote differential.

How could the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, end up with a (267) two hundred and six-seven vote differential, and the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court between Kristin M. Guiney and Gemayel L. Haynes end up with a (2,676) two thousand seventy-six vote differential?

If you look closely at the aforementioned differentials, the only difference between (267) and (2,676) is the number (6) tacked on to the end of two thousand six hundred and seventy-six.

If you “CLICK HERE” and look at the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election ballot for Harris County, Texas, what you’re going to quickly discover is that there were (39) thirty-nine local judicial races that fell between the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3.

When you look at the fact that there were (39) thirty-nine down-ballot judicial races between the two aforementioned races on the ballot, the likelihood of the (267) and (2,676) occurring naturally is highly unlikely – next to impossible!

-----------------------------------------------

"If this mathematical improbability had occurred in two down-ballot races that followed right behind one another on the ballot, I could somewhat understand how something like this could happen."

-----------------------------------------------

But there were (39) thirty-nine down-ballot judicial races sitting between the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, as voters made their down-ballot selections. So, how could this mathematical improbability happen?

What’s mathematical improbability?

According to Wikipedia, “Probability is the branch of mathematics concerning numerical descriptions of how likely an event is to occur, or how likely it is that a proposition is true. The probability of an event is a number between 0 and 1, where, roughly speaking, 0 indicates the impossibility of the event and 1 indicates certainty. The higher the probability of an event, the more likely it is that the event will occur. A simple example is the tossing of a fair (unbiased) coin. Since the coin is fair, the two outcomes ("heads" and "tails") are both equally probable; the probability of "heads" equals the probability of "tails"; and since no other outcomes are possible, the probability of either "heads" or "tails" is 1/2 (which could also be written as 0.5 or 50%).”

So, how likely is it that two down-ballot “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” by the name of Gemayel L. Haynes and Porscha Natasha Brown lose their races by “THE SAME IDENTICAL NUMBER” when the number (6) six on the end is removed?

Again, it’s highly improbable (unlikely) that the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, would be won by (267) two hundred and sixty-seven votes, and the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court was won by (2,676) two thousand six hundred and seventy-six votes.

And what’s also very concerning to me, is the fact that all four of the down-ballot “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” lost to Republican candidates who did not even run campaigns against them. And on top of that, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, who was serving as the presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law No. 2 was the only incumbent to lose her bench.

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Jessica N. Padilla on 10/10/2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, which Jessica N. Padilla only received $200 in political contributions, but she immediately reimbursed herself a partial payment $200 on 9/30/2022, for some signs that she had purchased for her campaign.

Jessica Padilla received a $100 donation from Linda Garcia on 9/29/2022, and a $100 donation from Claud Edward Rountree on 7/11/2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury. While nothing is wrong with receiving donations, the quickness of the reimbursement is worth mentioning.

The expenditure for the signs purchased by Jessica N. Padilla was in the amount of $523, which she paid by credit card on September 4, 2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury.

Jessica N. Padilla filed her most recent “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/28/2022, which showed that she had given her campaign a $75 non-monetary in-kind contribution, and had received a $50 donation from a retired woman by the name of Patricia Phillips, and according to her most recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” only has $50 in political contributions inside of her campaign bank account.

Any legitimate investigation into the “VOTER SUPPRESSION” and “VOTER IRREGULARITIES” that unfolded in Harris County, Texas must begin with the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in my unbiased opinion.

Well, where there’s smoke there’s fire!!!

Let me make myself perfectly clear!!! It’s not human error or a clerical mistake that Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), who happens to be a Black male, lost to Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) by a mere (2,676) votes, and then, (39) thirty-nine races down-ballot, another "BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL CANDIDATE" by the name of Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), lost by (267) votes, to her Republican opponent.

In closing, what’s unfolding in Harris County, Texas right now appears to be some sort of “POLITICAL HEIST” that appears to have been orchestrated by some sort of “CRIMINAL REGIME” that could have players on both sides of the political aisle from the way things are beginning to unfold.

- PROTESTING CROOKED JUDGES -

This Hispanic female came down the steps and asked Art (Arthur) Smith for one of his flyers denouncing Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, the presiding judge, for the 55th Civil District Court.

Art (Arthur) Smith and his team of protestors showed up in front of the Harris County Civil Courthouse to denounce Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, the presiding judge, for the 55th Civil District Court. Art is seen above talking to a Latina female and telling her about how he got mistreated by Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, one of the members of the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" phenomenon that swept through Harris County, Texas back during the 2018 Midterm Election.

The protest against corruption in Harris County, Texas will continue through the upcoming "2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION SEASON" at the Harris County Civil and Criminal Courthouses, Houston City Hall, Harris County Commissioners Court, and other locations to be determined in the future.

"VOTING MACHINES WERE PLACED IN THIS TRUCK AT THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Why was this guy moving "VOTING MACHINES" and file boxes from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center (3810 West Fuqua Street, Houston, Texas) between 10:00AM and 10:30AM on Monday, October 31, 2022, while I was there checking on my poll workers? And why did Grace Taylor (no relation), the (Election Judge) tell me that only three "VOTING MACHINES" were being replaced when I counted (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" on the cart?

"SIX VOTING MACHINES WERE PLACED INSIDE THIS TRUCK AT THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Why didn't the Harris County Republican Party have at least one "POLL WATCHER" stationed at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center located at (3810 West Fuqua Street, Houston, Texas) to catch this activity??? And why did the "ELECTION JUDGE" say that only (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" were being removed, when it was actually (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" that were being moved?

"A TOTAL OF SIX VOTING MACHINES WERE TAKEN AWAY FROM THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Where did the Black man take the "VOTING MACHINES" that were removed from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center "EARLY VOTING LOCATION"  on Monday, October 31, 2022, in Harris County, Texas? And why did the (ELECTION JUDGE) by the name of Grace Taylor (no relation) state that only (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" were taken away when there were actually (6) six being taken away?

"THE ELECTION JUDGE SAYS ONLY THREE MACHINES WERE TAKEN, BUT WE COUNTED AT LEAST SIX MACHINES."
