However, she was endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper© back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the race for Judge, 507th Family District Court. Judge Maldonaldo was being challenged by CC "Sonny" Phillips who the Houston Chronicle endorsed, and Robert S. Morales back on March 3rd. However, it was Judge Julia Maldonado who emerged the victor over her two Democratic challengers. She will now have to face off against former Republican Judge Alyssa Lemkuill on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
Attorney Audia Jones would have made a great District Attorney for Harris County, Texas. It's a shame that her long-fought battle to become the first African American D.A. for Harris County, Texas came down two her splitting votes with another African American woman who jumped into the race at the last possible moment. Anyways, based on the Election Day results, it's very clear that Attorney Audia Jones was the only challenger to District Attorney Kim Ogg who had a legitimate chance at defeating her. With that being said, District Attorney Kim Ogg won the nomination outright, and will now have to faceoff against Attorney Mary Nan Huffman, her Republican challenger on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Expect for Huffman to give District Attorney Kim Ogg all she can handle in the fall.
Judge Lesley Briones was endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper© back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the race for Judge, Harris County Civil District Court at Law #4. Judge Briones was being challenged by former Judge William "Bill" McLeod who was seeking to reclaim the bench he gave up after triggering his own resignation. The battle for the Harris County Civil District Court at Law #4 bench turned out to be not much of a battle at all, as our client Lesley Briones soundly defeated McLeod in every phase of the game. In the end, Judge Lesley Briones earned more than 73% of the vote against her Democratic rival. She will now face a much more difficult opponent by the name of Clyde Raymond Leuchtag. In case you don't know, Leuchtag is a former Republican judge and has a very strong cross-over appeal.

She did not have a Democratic challenger back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. However, she is being challenged by former Judge Linda Garcia, a Republican on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
Former Felony Court Judge Maria T. Jackson took on Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in what turned out to be a lopsided victory in favor of Commissioner Rodney Ellis. The numbers in this particular race make absolutely no sense and will be reviewed at a later date once the election results have been made official by the Harris County Clerk's Office. In the end, Commissioner Rodney Ellis soundly defeated Judge Jackson according to the unofficial numbers. Since no Republican chose to seek the Harris County Commissioner #1 position, Commissioner Rodney Ellis will retain the office.

And she had a lot of political ploys and party bosses trying to stop her from unseating Judge Jeremy Brown, but in the end, her name identification and ground-game strategy proved too much for him to handle. According to the Unofficial Democratic Party Cumulative results, Wanda Adams soundly defeated Judge Jeremy Brown in every phase of the game.
George Goffney is one of the best people you would ever want to know. He was the candidate we really liked in the race for Harris County Constable for Precinct 2. This race turned out to be lopsided in favor of the incumbent, Christopher "Chris" Diaz and Jerry Garcia, a Harris County Lieutenant. Speaking of Jerry Garcia, having the words "Harris County Lieutenant" by his name on the ballot gave him a decided advantage over the other candidates. So it's not surprising that he finished first in the balloting back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. So, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, Jerry Garcia, the Harris County Lieutenant, and Christopher "Chris" Diaz will face off in a runoff to decide who the Democratic nominee will be in this race. The winner of the Democratic Primary runoff will have to face off against Daniel Vela, the Republican on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
Ken Jones was and still is, the candidate we really like in the race for Harris County Constable for Precinct 3. Ken Jones was endorsed by the Houston Business Connections Newspaper© "READER BOARD" back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Constable Sherman Eagleton nearly ran away with the victory without a runoff. However, he fell short of gaining a majority of the votes in this hotly contested race. While this race appeared to skewed in favor of the incumbent Constable Sherman Eagleton, expect to see Ken Jones close the gap, as he has already secured the endorsement of several of the other "DULY-QUALIFIED" fellow Democrats who were also seeking to unseat Constable Eagleton back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. In case you don't know, the "RUNOFF ELECTION" for this race will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
