Plot Between Constable Nabil Shike and Dr. Candice Matthews Captured on Secret Audio; Ron Reynolds and Fred Taylor Targets?

Secretly recorded audio between Fort Bend County Constable Nabil Shike (Democrat) and "Dr." Candice Matthews appears to reveal a covert plot for "Dr." Candice Matthews to infiltrate Commissioner Andy Meyers's campaign and earn his trust. THE PLOT... After gaining the trust of Commissioner Andy Meyers, a Republican, "Dr." Candice Matthews was allegedly supposed to convince Commissioner Meyers to go after Fort Bend County Chairman Fred Taylor and State Representative Ron Reynolds. It is unclear whether Commissioner Andy Meyers was ever contacted directly by "Dr." Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Nation, but Commissioner Andy Meyers should stay as far away from "Dr." Candice Matthews as he can get and focus his attention on his reelection bid against his indicted opponent Taral Patel, which is quickly approaching on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

This audio recording between Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable Nabil Shike (Democrat) and "Dr." Candice Matthews appears to reveal Constable Shike coaching "Dr" Candice Matthews on how to gain the trust of Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers and fleece his campaign. According to multiple sources, "THE PLOT" between Constable Shike and "Dr" Candice Matthews was aimed at getting Candice to gain the trust of Republican Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers and then convince Meyers to go after Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Fred Taylor, and State Rep. Ron Reynolds, two of the most powerful Democrats in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers, a Republican, almost found himself caught in a devious plot hatched by Democrat Constable Nabil Shike and "Dr." Candice Matthews aimed at fleecing his campaign. Once "Dr." Candice Matthews gained the trust of Commissioner Andy Meyers, it is believed that Constable Shike was then going to coach her on how to get Commissioner Meyers (Republican) to go after Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Fred Taylor and State Rep. Ron Reynolds, who are two of the strongest Democrat leaders in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Taral Patel is the Democrat running against Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Fort Bend County, Texas. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents should join forces and reject Taral Patel at the ballot box on Election Day. Early voting will begin on Monday, October 21, 2024, and end on Friday, November 1, 2024, in Texas.

Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable Nabil Shike appears to be the mastermind behind a devious plot to use "Dr." Candice Matthews to infiltrate the campaign of Republican Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers and gain his trust. According to sources, the ultimate assignment for "Dr." Candice Matthews was to convince Commissioner Andy Meyers to go after Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Fred Taylor and then go after State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), two of the most potent Democrats in Fort Bend County.

Plot Between Constable Nable Shike and Dr. Candice Matthews Captured on Secret Audio; Ron Reynolds and Fred Taylor Targets?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

A strange set of circumstances is developing in Fort Bend County, Texas, as the sitting Precinct 3 Democrat Constable (Nabil Shike) seemingly recruits embattled community activist “Dr.” Candice Matthews to infiltrate the campaign of sitting Republican Precinct 3 County Commissioner Andy Meyers and fleece Meyer’s campaign.

What’s going on in Fort Bend County? And how did a ‘private phone conversation’ between (Democrat) Constable Nabil Shike and “Dr.” Candice Matthews get leaked into the community?

If Constable Shike and “Dr.” Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Nation, were the only two on the phone, who recorded the conversation?

Was someone listening in on the conversation? Who recorded the conversation? Is this yet another situation where “Dr.” Candice Matthews recorded a conversation she was having with an elected official?

“Dr.” Candice Matthews, currently embroiled in a situation swirling around her secretly recording a conversation that took place between her, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and a “WHISTLEBLOWER” by the name of Jacquelyn Aluotto at Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home – is becoming more and more untrustworthy by the day.

After recording the meeting at Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home, “Dr.” Candice Matthews sent the ‘secret audio recording’ to her boss, Quanell X. Then an hour later, she sent the ‘damning audio’ to her alleged co-conspirator, James Dunn, Jr., who then proceeded with their alleged “EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL PLOT” against Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Bishop James Dixon.

“INFILTRATING MEYERS.”

I’ve listened to the contents of the entire conversation between Constable Nabil Shike and “Dr.” Candice Matthews, and from what I’ve gathered, it appears that “THE GOOD DOCTOR” may have been planning to develop a relationship with Commissioner Meyers to go after two powerful Democrats.

Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Fred Taylor and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) may have been the intended targets of the devious plot between Democrat Constable Nabil Shike and his cow-boy-hat-wearing accomplice.

You need to get Andy to kind of pay your team to do something,” explained Democrat Constable Nabil Shike. “…If you just go on his page and watch his videos, you’re going to learn a lot about what’s going on,” Constable Shike explained to “Dr.” Candice Matthews.

Constable Shike continued,”…If I can get Andy to pay your team to do something, but you just kinda got to go over there nonthreatening.”

Shike then explains to “Dr.” Candice Matthews that she needs to tell Commissioner Andy Meyers that she’s a “HARD-CORE DEMOCRAT,” but what is happening to him is wrong – to earn his trust.

In the secretly recorded audio between Constable Shike and “Dr” Candice Matthews, it’s clear that she (Candice) doesn’t even know that Commissioner Andy Myers is a Republican but appears to be willing to do whatever it takes to make a buck.

“THE BACK STORY.”

Commissioner Andy Meyers (Republican) is the sitting commissioner challenged by Taral Patel (Democrat) for his Fort Bend County Precinct 3 seat on the Commissioner’s Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Constable Nabil Shike (Democrat) is the sitting constable challenged by Ali Sheikhani (Republican) for his Fort Bend County Precinct 3 seat as constable.

There appears to be a beef between Constable Nabil Shike (Democrat) and top brass in the Fort Bend County Democratic Party, which has pitted Constable Shike against Fred Taylor, the chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party, and state Rep. Ron Reynolds, one of the most power elected officials in Fort Bend County.

Taral Patel appears willing to take his chances at the polls and hope for the best.

“My opponent, Taral Patel, appeared in court today for a pretrial hearing related to the eight criminal indictments against him,” explained Commissioner Andy Meyers in a FACEBOOK post on Monday, October 14, 2024. “He declined to answer questions from the media, and over the weekend, he also chose not to attend a candidates’ forum where I took questions from the public, but he did not.”

Commissioner Andy Meyers said, “It’s time for him to come clean about his involvement in the fake racism scandal. He stands accused of stealing people’s identities to post divisive, racist statements in a cynical attempt to gain sympathy for his campaign. The voters deserve answers.”

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

In closing, I still can’t figure out how a ‘private phone conversation’ between Constable Nabil Shike and “Dr.” Candice Matthews flows through back channels in Fort Bend County, Texas. However, no matter who recorded the conversation, either Shike or Matthews was disingenuous when it took place and was captured on tape. Commissioner Andy Meyers must stay as far away from “Dr.” Candice Matthews as possible between today and Election Day.

"Early voting will begin on Monday, October 21, 2024, and end on Friday, November 1, 2024, for the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election. It is incumbent upon us to make it our business to select the best candidate available in every down-ballot race."

2024 Endorsement Slate for Independent Voters in Harris County, Texas – Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – Presidential Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

(HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS) – This nonpartisan presidential election endorsement slate is published to assist “OPEN-MINDED” voters who can vote on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents are strongly encouraged to vote for their favorite candidates as they proceed down-ballot casting their votes.

In the races where you “DO NOT” know the candidate, please fill in those races with the name of our “ENDORSED CANDIDATE” in those particular races.

If you do not like either candidate in a particular race, you are strongly encouraged to “HOLD YOUR VOTE” for that specific race and proceed to the next down-ballot race.

This “2024 VOTER EMPOWERMENT SLATE” has been developed to protect the public and to weed out corrupt, unqualified candidates who may be ill-prepared to perform the duties of the job they are seeking. That said, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of Houston Business Connections, aims to assist our readers by providing them with helpful information.

When speaking with local law firms and attorneys who practice in local Harris County courtrooms, many of these ‘officers-of-the-courts’ assured us that except for a few local “DEMOCRAT JUDGES,” they believe that most of the incumbents are worthy of being reelected on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

After reviewing the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” filed by “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and other down-ballot African American “DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL NOMINEES,” we discovered that local and regional law firms are readily donating to Democrats over their Republican rivals.

With these discoveries in mind, our “2024 VOTER EMPOWERMENT SLATE” for Harris County, Texas, is designed to assist “OPEN-MINDED” voters to flex their muscles at the ballot box.
