Folks in the Black community know Gloria as “GLORIA PALMER,” not “GLORIA BLAKE,” as she’s identified/listed on Vivian King’s campaign finance report dated 5/20/2024, filed under penalty of perjury, with the Texas Secretary of State.

Comparatively speaking, Vivian King received 23,948 votes, for 54.56% of the vote, and Gemayel “G” Haynes received 19,946 votes, for 45.44%.
In this low-voter turnout election, Vivian King ended up receiving 7,062 absentee mail ballots, and Gemayel “G” Haynes ended up receiving 4,227 absentee mail ballots, which is a differential of 2,835 absentee mail ballots, which could explain why Vivian King turned to Gerald Womack’s “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER,” by the name of Gloria Black Palmer to assist her in the Democratic Party Primary runoff.

“In December of 2019, I was approached by two individuals who witnessed activity from an illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County,” stated Marler. “Since that date, I have been investigating the illegal ballot harvesting operation,” he explained.
Marler said, “During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme.”
“Witnesses have told me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas,” says Marler.
Marler explained, “Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones, who worked directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas.”
“Witnesses have shown me and described to me how the ballot harvesters take absentee ballots from the elderly in nursing homes, from the homeless, and unsuspecting residences’ mailboxes,” proclaimed the former FBI Investigative Specialist.

Marler said, “Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”
That said, Gov. Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Attorney General Jane Nelson had better stop playing around with these “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS,” like Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones, and take them seriously.
