We Need Fair, Impartial, Unbiased Judges Who Value Our Constitution and the Laws that Govern Us as A Free Nation

Back on November 30, 2020, Judge LaShawn A. Williams, a "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE", was acting badly from her bench. According to “OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS” Judge LaShawn A. Williams did in fact tell Art (Arthur Smith) during the height of the “CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC” that she was not concerned about him living on a box, and then corrected herself to say, “on the streets. You can “CLICK HERE” to review TRIAL COURT CAUSE NO. 1159831, and APPELLATE CAUSE NO. 14-12-00015-CV, in the case of Robert C. Williams versus Arthur Smith, that took place in Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 3, that presided over by the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE” known as LaShawn A. Williams.

According to “OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS” Art (Arthur) Smith was telling the truth when he said that "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE" LaShawn A. Williams told him that she wasn't concerned about him living on a box. You can “CLICK HERE” to review TRIAL COURT CAUSE NO. 1159831, and APPELLATE CAUSE NO. 14-12-00015-CV, in the case of Robert C. AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I am sick and tired of seeing the voice of poor people get silenced in Harris County, Texas. And for the record, I’ve known Art and Koffey Smith for well over 30 years. So, in my opinion, both Art and Koffey Smith are of a sound mind, and not “OFF THEIR ROCKERS” as some folks are trying to portray them to be right now, after their second protest of what they believe to be “CORRUPT JUDGES” at the Harris County Civil Courthouse.

Sure, Art Smith can get a little hot-headed at times, but in my opinion, I believe that his anger against Judge LaShawn A. Williams could be justified. Why? Well, after reviewing the “REPORTER’S RECORD” of (VOLUME 1 OF 3) in Trial Court Cause No. 1159831 an Appellate Cause No. 14-21-00015-CV, I was floored. Art Smith was telling the truth about “THE BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE” by the name of LaShawn A. Williams, telling him that she didn’t wasn’t concerned about him living on a box!!! In fact, her direct quote on (PAGE 17) of the “COURT TRANSCRIPT” stated, “But I’m not concerned about you living on a box – I mean, on the streets.”

Now, what you have to remember about this period was that this “TRAIL ON MERITS” happened inside Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 3, back on the 30th day of November 2020. And what’s troubling about this date, is that during the month of November of 2020, the U.S. had reported more COVID-19 cases than most countries around the world had reported all year.

In fact, over 4 million coronavirus cases were reported in the United States during the month of November alone. And you also have to remember that, as of November 2020, more than 13.3 million cases of the coronavirus had been reported in America, with over 267,000 deaths.

So, why would a “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGE” be telling two indigent African Americas that she didn’t care if they lived on a box (on the streets) during “THE DEADLIEST PANDEMIC” our world has ever seen? Well, hatred of self, could be the culprit.

Is Judge LaShawn A. Williams a bad person? That depends on who you ask. If you ask Art and Koffey Smith, they’re going to tell you that Judge LaShawn A. Williams is corrupt. However, I believe that there could be a lot more to this story. That being said, members of the judiciary like Judge LaShawn A. Williams and others can’t really defend themselves when they’re attacked in the public, which places them at a huge disadvantage. But some of these local judges don’t understand that they can be held accountable for their actions on and off the bench.

Many of these local judges, especially a few of the ones who were swept into office during that whole “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” phenomenon appear to be devoid of knowledge when it comes to how they should be carrying themselves according to the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT, in my opinion.

A few of these local judges don’t even understand that according to “CANON 2” of the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT they are supposed to be, “Avoiding Impropriety and the Appearance of Impropriety,” in all of their activities. And on top of that, “CANON 2” compels every judge to comply with the law at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in our judicial system. And they’re supposed to be people of integrity, and impartial in their rulings.

One of the common complaints I’ve been getting about these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” is that they are allowing personal relationships to cloud their judgment. And that’s a big “NO…NO” according to “CANON 2” of the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT (B), “A judge shall not allow any relationship to influence judicial conduct or judgment. A judge shall not lend the prestige of judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or others; nor shall a judge convey or permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge.”

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT

On (PAGE ONE) of the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT, you will see that these judges are not supposed to be lending the prestige of their judicial office to their own private interests, or the private interests of others, ie., their political party, family, friends, sorority sisters, or anyone else.

Our legal system is based on the principle that an independent, fair and competent judiciary will interpret and apply the laws that govern us. The role of the judiciary is central to American concepts of justice and the rule of law. Intrinsic to all sections of this Code of Judicial Conduct are the precepts that judges, individually and collectively, must respect and honor the judicial office as a public trust and strive to enhance and maintain confidence in our legal system.

The judge is an arbiter of facts and law for the resolution of disputes and a highly visible symbol of government under the rule of law.

"Over the course of the last few years, I've caught flack from both sides of the political aisle and have consistently been disrespected, shunned, and ignored by a lot of folks. I've also been threatened directly and indirectly since I began investigating local dirty politicians and their cronies who are committed to remaining in power by any means necessary. That being said, I am strongly encouraging you to do your own research and identify the candidates you like. Once you've developed your slate, I need for you to then, combine my slate with yours. Listen!!! The upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is unquestionably the most important election of our generation. And thus, propaganda, flat-out lies, and deceptive news reports are being peddled to the public like popcorn at the "RINGLING BROS AND BARNUM & BAILEY CIRCUS" on a daily basis. So, please join me in "Putting People Over Politics" as God's plan for America continues to unfold during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
